The method used is to gel, solidify, and contact the atmosphere to transpire these substances into the atmosphere, but since one product contains various transpiration substances with different transpiration rates, Substances with a high transpiration rate transpire first, and at the beginning of use they emit an unpleasantly strong odor, but in a short period of time they become almost odorless, and deodorize.
It had the disadvantage that it lost its fragrance and other effects. To eliminate this drawback, air fresheners, deodorizers, etc. are filled into the aerosol container, which is a completely airtight container.
An aerosol device that injects a large amount of this into the atmosphere, or a large amount of the evaporated contents is injected into a liquid absorption pad to allow it to evaporate naturally, and when the original effect has diminished, the next injection can be carried out. There have been various types of aerosol devices, but in all of these aerosol devices, the aerosol contents must be sprayed manually, and if you forget to spray, the aerosol contents may be consumed, kill insects, etc. Moreover, the strong deodorizing and insecticidal effects only occur when sprayed, and the effects cannot be maintained continuously. Therefore, the inventor of the present invention connected the continuous opening mechanism of the on-off valve mechanism to the stem of the on-off valve mechanism, which communicates with the pressurized transpiration contents via the flow suppressing part, and attached a nozzle to the stem that allows a small amount of the contents to flow out. We have devised an aerosol device for evaporating contents that consists of a series of connected devices. This aerosol device intermittently takes out a small amount of evaporated aerosol contents from an aerosol container at regular intervals, thereby continuously evaporating the evaporated contents into the atmosphere to achieve the desired deodorizing effect, insecticidal effect, etc. This technology is superior in that it can be maintained for a long period of time without requiring human intervention, but as mentioned above, the amount of evaporated content flowing out from the nozzle is small and occurs intermittently. At the beginning of use, it takes a long time to produce deodorizing, insecticidal, etc. effects, and the user cannot be satisfied.
The evaporated contents must be prepared in a separate container for initial use, which is time-consuming and disadvantageous for packaging, transportation, etc.

包装、運搬等を可能とするものである。 The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks, and includes a housing that is connected to a continuous opening mechanism and has an on-off valve mechanism that controls the outflow of the evaporated contents, and a dip tube that communicates with the pressurized evaporated contents. A storage chamber for storing the evaporated contents is formed between the storage chamber, and the transpiration contents are stored on the housing side of this storage chamber, and on the date petite tube side,
A suppressing piston is formed to be slidable and is provided with a flow suppressing part that suppresses the flow rate of the evaporated aerosol contents. , in which the evaporated contents are continuously evaporated into the atmosphere and the desired deodorizing effect, insecticidal effect, etc. can be maintained for a long period of time without requiring human intervention,
When the stem is pressed to open the on-off valve mechanism, the suppressing piston pressurized by the propellant pressure inside the aerosol container presses the evaporated contents and a certain amount of the evaporated contents flows out from the nozzle into the liquid absorption pad. Complete initial operation. Therefore, it has become possible to produce deodorizing, insecticidal, and other effects immediately after starting use without requiring any special operations, and there is no need to prepare transpiration contents stored in a separate container, making it easy to use. It enables packaging, transportation, etc.

Reference numeral 1 denotes an aerosol container, and an eyelet 4 is fixed to the upper end of a body 2 via a seaming part 3. A stem 6 protrudes from the center of the mounted mounting cup 5. This stem 6 constitutes a part of an on-off valve mechanism (not shown) in a housing 7 fixed in the aerosol container 1, and can be opened and closed by pressing toward the aerosol container 1 or tilting it sideways. The valve mechanism is configured to open the valve. Further, a storage chamber 10 is formed between the housing 7 and the dip tube 8 whose lower end is inserted into the evaporated contents pressurized by the propellant in the aerosol container 1. A suppression piston 13 that is filled with the evaporated contents 11 and provided with a flow suppressing part 12 that suppresses the flow rate of the evaporated contents 11 is installed on the dip tube 8 side.
0 so that it can slide freely. This suppression piston 1
The circulation suppressing section 12 provided in the aerosol container 1
The distribution of the evaporated contents to the stem 6 shall be suppressed as much as possible, and the degree of suppression of distribution will vary significantly depending on the transpiration rate of the evaporated contents, the amount filled, the strength of the fragrance odor, etc. However, to give an example, it is desirable that the outflow amount can be suppressed to about 0.1 cc to 0.3 cc per hour, and the communication path of the suppressing piston 13 connecting the evaporated contents 11 of the storage chamber 10 and the dip tube 8 is A needle valve 15 may be screwed into the communication passage 14, and the insertion end of the needle valve 15 may be formed into a rough surface, or the degree of insertion into the communication passage 14 may be arbitrarily adjusted to prevent the evaporated contents. 11 may be adjusted. This suppression of the flow rate of the evaporated contents is not particularly limited in its configuration as long as the purpose can be achieved, and may be suppressed by making the diameter of the communication passage 14 extremely small. , a filter may be inserted into the communication path 14 to suppress the flow, or any other method may be used. Also stem 6
A continuous opening mechanism 16 of an on-off valve mechanism is connected to the opening/closing valve mechanism, and this continuous opening mechanism 16 has an engaging protrusion 18 protruding from the outer periphery of a main body 17 connected to the stem 6.
Engagement body 2 fixed to the seaming part 3 of the aerosol container 1
By engaging the engagement protrusion 18 with the lower surface of the engagement collar 21 of 0, the pressed state of the stem 6 can be continued. By locating the engagement protrusion 18 in the notch 22 and pressing the stem 6, by pressing and rotating the main body 17, the engagement protrusion 18 engages with the lower surface of the engagement collar 21 to continue the opening/closing valve mechanism. open to the public. By opening this on-off valve mechanism, the suppression piston 13 pressurized by the propellant pressure in the aerosol container 1 presses the evaporated contents 11, and the stem 6
The entire amount flows out to the liquid suction pad 25 from the nozzle 24 connected through the communication path 23 of the main body 17, and the initial operation is completed. Next, a trace amount of evaporated contents corresponding to transpiration is intermittently flowed from the dip tube 8 to the stem 6 via the flow suppressing section 12.
Further, the continuous opening mechanism 16 is not particularly limited to the above configuration, and any mechanism may be used. The evaporated contents led to the stem 6 by opening the on-off valve mechanism flow out from a nozzle 24 connected to the communication path 23 of the main body 17, and this nozzle 24 has an upper end curved downward and is formed on the upper surface of the main body 17. A small amount of the evaporated contents flows out into the liquid absorption pad 25. Thereafter, due to the above-described action, the evaporated contents are replenished little by little by the amount of transpiration over a long period of time via the flow suppressing section 12.

A small amount of evaporated aerosol contents are intermittently taken out from an aerosol container, and the evaporated contents are continuously evaporated into the atmosphere to maintain the desired deodorizing effect, insecticidal effect, etc. for a long period of time without requiring human intervention. By pressing the stem at the beginning of operation, a certain amount of evaporated contents can flow out from the nozzle, so it can be used for deodorizing, insecticidal, etc. at the beginning of use without requiring special operations. There is no need to prepare evaporated contents stored in a separate container or the like, and simple use, packaging, transportation, etc. are possible. In addition, the evaporated contents, which are replenished in small amounts, are packed into a highly airtight aerosol container, so the deodorizing and deodorizing effects remain unchanged from the beginning to the end of use.
It can achieve purposes such as killing insects.
