Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[Technical Field] The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing mold-baked food manufactured by takoyaki, Imagawa-yaki, rotary-cooking, toyaki, and other baking molds, and a device for supplying a tool incorporated in the mold-baked food.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in the production of foods manufactured by takoyaki, Imagawa ware, rotary ware, taiyaki, and other baked molds (hereinafter collectively referred to as mold-baked foods), A material prepared by dissolving flour or the like with water is poured into it, and after one side is baked to some extent, the ingredients are supplied.
[0003]
For example, taking takoyaki as an example, in manufacturing, a material in which flour is dissolved in water is poured into a baking mold in which a large number of hemispherical recesses are arranged side by side, a small piece of rice cake is inserted, and one side is baked. After that, the material is further piled up, and the operator manually flips it using a cone-shaped instrument, and thereafter, the product (takoyaki) is rotated little by little using the cone-shaped instrument. It is baked while shaping.
[0004]
By the way, since all the supply operations of this tool are performed manually, it is not only time-consuming and efficient, but also to burn all the materials supplied to several to several tens of baking molds almost uniformly. In this case, since the amount of tools to be supplied to the baking mold has to be constant, considerable skill is required for the operation.
[0005]
As a means for solving such a problem, for example, there is a device disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3-10913. This device is provided with a set plate base provided with a large number of receiving holes for storing tools, and a drop plate movably provided on the lower surface thereof, and the tools are stored in advance in the receiving holes of the set plate base, By moving the drop plate, the hole of the set plate base is opened, and the tool is automatically supplied by dropping the tool in the accommodation hole without baking.
[0006]
However, in the above-described device, the drop plate is movably provided on the lower surface of the set plate base, and by moving the drop plate, the accommodation holes of the set plate stand are sequentially opened to supply the tool into the baking mold. Therefore, if the drop plate does not move completely from the bottom surface of the accommodation hole of the set plate base, the supply of tools will not be completed, so there will be a time difference from the start to the end of the work, and there may be a possibility of burning. In addition, since the operating area approximately equal to the area is required for the movement of the drop plate, it inevitably requires a large work area and has the power to pull it out. It exists.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention solves such problems in the prior art, and allows the supply of ingredients in mold-baked foods such as takoyaki to be performed instantaneously and all at once, that is, the supply of ingredients. Depending on the location, there will be a time difference, causing burning unevenness, requiring the force to pull out the drawer plate and requiring a large space, etc., and moving the movable part slightly to drop the tool, saving labor It can be expected to be efficient.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the present invention is configured so that a large number of concave portions can be placed on the surface in a parallel mold, provided with the same number of tool receiving holes corresponding to one of the concave portions provided in the mold, and the mold And a movable plate provided with the same number of holes corresponding to the component receiving holes of the set plate, the movable plate being movable in an oblique direction on the lower surface of the set plate. The above-described problem is solved by providing and opening and closing the tool receiving hole according to the position of the movable plate.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 4 shows the state after the supply of the tool.
[0010]
1 to 4, reference numeral 1 denotes a substantially rectangular set plate made of a light-weight material such as plastic or metal, and a plurality of tool receiving holes 6, 6,... Is provided. In addition, it is preferable to form the side wall of this tool accommodation tool hole 6 in the slope in order to make a tool fall easy. When plastic is used, it is recommended to use a heat-resistant material. Reference numeral 2 denotes a support that is fixed to both side surfaces of the set plate 1. The upper and lower ends thereof are bent outward to form an edge portion 3, and a guide portion 5 is provided at a lower portion of the side surface. The lower end of the edge 3 may not be bent and may be separately hung to form the foot 4.
[0011]
Reference numeral 7 denotes a substantially rectangular movable plate installed on the lower surface of the set plate 1 so as to be movable in an oblique direction. Both ends of the movable plate 7 are inserted into the guide portions 5 provided on the support 2 and guided. Yes. The guide portion 5 may be formed by forming a long hole in the support 2 or by separately providing a support edge below the support 2. In this case, it is necessary to support the support edge at a position that does not hinder the movement of the movable plate 7. As a specific example, the support 2 is provided with appropriately long through holes 51, 51,... At appropriate intervals, and one side of the width corresponding to the through hole 51 is inclined at the end of the movable plate 7. Jo portion and projection of parallel substantially triangular 73, 73, the through hole 51 ... to be provided, installed ... the insertion freely. Alternatively, one end may be inserted with an end 74 narrowed by the inclined portion 71 of the movable plate 7 with the guide portion 5 as a long hole.
[0012]
Further, the movable plate 7 is provided with the same number of holes 8, 8,... Corresponding to the positions of a large number of component receiving holes 6, 6,. 8, ... it is tool receiving hole 6,6 movable plate 7 is provided on the set plate 1, so as to close the ... bottom of sushi accommodation hole 6,6 in the central portion, ... in between the movable plate 4 The hole 8 is positioned in the middle of the two component receiving holes 6, 6 that are continuous in the diagonally up and down direction of the adjacent rows of the set plate 1, and is positioned apart on the outside, and the movable plate 7 is slightly tilted in the diagonal direction. When these are moved, the holes 8, 8,... Are configured to coincide with the tool receiving holes 6, 6,. In addition, the corner of the other side opposite to the one end of the movable plate 7 is notched obliquely, that is, the opposite corner of the movable plate 7 is formed with respect to the side of the substantially rectangular movable plate 7. The oblique portions 71 and 72 are formed in the oblique shape. On the back surface of the set plate 1 corresponding to the oblique portions 71 and 72 of the movable plate 7, oblique guides 101 and 102 provided obliquely with respect to the side of the set plate 1 are provided, and the movable plate 7 is moved. Smoothing is recommended. In the case where the oblique guides 101 and 102 are not provided, the end portion of the guide portion 5 may be provided on the extended line of the oblique guide 101 and used instead.
[0013]
A handle 9 is provided at one end of the movable plate 7 and also serves as a stopper. Reference numeral 14 denotes a stopper protruding from the end opposite to the handle 9. 3 and 4, 10 is a tool accommodated in the tool accommodating holes 6, 6, 11, 11 is a baking mold on which the set plate 1 is placed, 12 is a recessed portion provided in a large number on its surface, Reference numeral 13 denotes a fabric poured into the recessed portion 12.
[0014]
Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, the movable plate 7 is movably attached to the lower surface of the set plate 1 in advance, and a plurality of component receiving holes 6, 6, 6 provided in the set plate 1 by the movable plate 4. .. Are closed (this state is indicated by the phantom line in FIG. 2), and the tools 10 such as scissors are quantified and stored in the tool receiving holes 6, 6,. On the other hand, the baking mold 11 is heated from below, and when the baking mold 11 is sufficiently heated, dough in which flour is dissolved in water is poured into a large number of recesses 12, 12,. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, after placing the set plate 1 on the baking mold 11 and holding it on the baking mold 11 by the foot portions 4 of the support 2 fixed on both sides of the setting plate 1, When the handle 9 is gripped and pressed as shown by the solid line in FIG. 2, the movable plate 7 advances obliquely with the inclined portions 71 and 72 guided by the inclined guides 101 and 102, and the movable plate 7 advances. In the guide 2 provided in the directional support 2, and as a result , the hole 8 moves directly below the tool receiving hole 6, and the bottom of the tool receiving holes 6, 6,. As a result, the tools 10 housed in the tool housing holes 6, 6,... Fall in the baking mold 11 all at once (FIG. 4 shows this state). Therefore, the set plate 1 is removed from the baking mold 11 and the baking operation is continued.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention is very efficient because it is possible to simultaneously add the ingredients to all the baking molds at the time of producing the baked food such as takoyaki, and the operation is movable plate. It is only necessary to move the tool container slightly in the oblique direction so that the holes of the tool container and the movable plate coincide with each other. Therefore, it is not necessary to take a wide operating range of the movable plate, and the workability is also good. Moreover, the baking of the tool can be made uniform. Furthermore, since the tool is accommodated in the set plate in advance, the amount of the tool can be quantified, and therefore it can be made uniform over the entire baking mold without causing excess or deficiency. In addition, since the tools can be set on the set plate in advance, a large number of set plates can be prepared and fired continuously, and mass production is possible.
