【0001】
【0014】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a composition to be applied to hair, and more particularly to a hair cosmetic that has no stickiness and has a supple feel, good set retention, and re-styling properties.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, liquid cosmetics such as silicone oils, ester oils and hydrocarbon oils have been used by solubilizing, emulsifying and dissolving for the purpose of giving hair a supple feel and excellent gloss. However, oils typified by silicone oil have poor set retention on hair and are insufficient. In order to improve the set retention, adding a large amount of these oils is not satisfactory, such as a sticky feeling and an unnatural luster.
[0003]
Moreover, polymer compounds having various film forming ability are used in hair cosmetics for the purpose of setting hair. In particular, acetic acid amphoteric products of dialkylaminoethyl methacrylate polymers, octyl acrylate acrylate / hydroxypropyl acrylate / butyl aminoethyl methacrylate copolymers, quaternized products of vinylpyrrolidone / dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, and the like are widely used. However, although these polymer compounds are excellent in set retention, they are stiff, and there is also a drawback that it is difficult to re-hair when the film once formed is broken.
[0004]
In order to solve these drawbacks, hair cosmetics (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2-111711) in which an oil such as silicone is combined with a polymer compound have been proposed. However, it was not satisfactory.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a hair cosmetic that has no stickiness to the hair, has a supple feel, good set retention, and styling.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of diligent research in view of such circumstances, the present inventor does not contain a polymer compound having film-forming ability and a water-soluble polymer having spinnability , and (A) an oil agent 20 having a specific melting point. Containing 50 to 50% by weight, (B) an oil agent having a specific melting point of 1.0 to 30% by weight and (C) 10 to 79% by weight of water, and the weight ratio of component (A) to component (B) It has been found that a hair cosmetic composition having (A) / (B) of 1.0 or more achieves the above object, and has completed the present invention.
That is, the present invention does not contain a polymer compound having film-forming ability and a water-soluble polymer having spinnability, and (A) an oil agent having a melting point of 35 to 90 ° C. and 20 to 50% by weight and (B) a melting point. Containing 1.0 to 30% by weight of an oil whose temperature is less than 35 ° C. and (C) 10 to 79% by weight of water, and the weight ratio (A) / (B) of component (A) and component (B) Is a hair cosmetic, characterized in that it is 1.0 or more.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Component (A) which is a component of the present invention includes oils and fats such as hardened oil and mole, wax such as beeswax, carnauba wax, candelilla wax, whale wax and lanolin, paraffin wax, microcrystalline wax, ozokerite, Hydrocarbon oils such as petrolatum, higher fatty acids such as stearic acid and myristic acid, higher alcohols such as cetanol and stearyl alcohol, esters such as butyl stearate and cetyl lactate, etc., melting point 35 to 90 ° C. Select and use. The thing whose melting | fusing point is 40 degreeC or more is especially preferable. These substances can be used singly or in combination of two or more. The blending amount thereof is 20 to 50% by weight, and 25 to 45% by weight is particularly preferable. If the blending amount is less than 20% by weight, the set retention is insufficient, and if it exceeds 50% by weight, the flexibility is lacking. Moreover, when the oil agent whose melting | fusing point exceeds 90 degreeC is used, it is difficult to obtain a stable composition and it is difficult to manufacture hair cosmetics.
[0008]
As component (B) which is a constituent element of the present invention, oils and fats such as olive oil, coconut oil, safflower oil, castor oil and cottonseed oil, hydrocarbon oils such as liquid paraffin, squalane and volatile isoparaffin, oleyl alcohol, Examples include alcohols such as isostearyl alcohol, silicones such as dimethylpolysiloxane and methylphenylpolysiloxane, and esters such as isopropyl myristate, and those having a melting point of less than 35 ° C. are selected and used. Those having a melting point of less than 30 ° C. are particularly preferred. The above substances can be used alone or in admixture of two or more, and the blending amount thereof is 1.0 to 30% by weight, particularly preferably 5.0 to 25% by weight. If the blending amount is less than 1.0% by weight, the hair styling property is inferior, and if it exceeds 30% by weight, a sticky feeling is produced. The blending amount of component (B) is equal to or less than the blending amount of component (A), that is, the weight blending ratio (A) / (B) of (A) and (B) is 1.0 or more. 1.5 or more is particularly preferable. If the weight blending ratio (A) / (B) with the component (A) is less than 1.0, a sticky feeling is produced.
[0009]
In this invention, melting | fusing point is based on the cosmetics raw material standard 2nd edition comment (Pharmaceutical Daily) company melting point measuring method. Basically, the first method is used. However, the second method is used for samples that are mainly a mixture and are non-crystalline, insoluble in water and have a specific gravity of 1 or less, and the third method is used for petrolatums.
[0010]
The amount of component (C) water, which is a component of the present invention, is 10 to 79% by weight, and 20 to 70% by weight is particularly preferable. If it is less than 10% by weight, it will be difficult to give the hair suppleness, and if it exceeds 79% by weight, the set retention will be poor.
[0011]
Further, the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention, as long as it does not impair the effects of the present invention, in addition to the above essential components, a surfactant, alcohols, polymers, plant extracts, injection Ysaye, preservatives, It is also possible to blend chelating agents, antioxidants, ultraviolet absorbers, pH adjusting agents, pigments, fragrances and the like.
[0012]
The hair cosmetic composition of the present invention can take forms such as cream, stick, and aerosol, and is not particularly limited by the dosage form.
[0013]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to examples and comparative examples. In addition, this invention is not limited by these.
[0014]
Test methods for set retention and sensory tests shown in Examples and Comparative Examples are as follows. In addition, the compounding quantity of the composition shown in the following table | surfaces is each shown by weight%.
[0015]
(1) Hair-styling retention effect 0.5 g of a hair cosmetic sample is evenly applied to a hair bundle having a length of 15 cm and a weight of 1 g, wound on a rod having a diameter of 2 cm, and left in a constant temperature room at 45 ° C. for 6 hours. , Completely dried. After drying, the rod was removed and the apparent length (L) of the hair bundle was measured. Next, the hair bundle was hung in a constant temperature and humidity chamber at a temperature of 25 ° C. and a humidity of 90%, taken out after 30 minutes, and the apparent length (L 0 ) of the hair bundle was measured again.
[0016]
Hair styling (set) retention was determined by the following equation.
Set retention (%) = (15−L 0 ) ÷ (15−L) × 100
Therefore, the closer this value is to 100, the higher the set retention.
[0017]
The evaluation criteria are as follows.
◎: Very good set retention 80% or more ○: Good set retention 50% or more, less than 80% △: Slightly poor set retention 30% or more, less than 50% ×: Bad set retention 30% or less [0018]
(2) Sensory test Hair conditioning was performed by using 20 hair samples using hair cosmetic samples. After that, the subject himself made a sensory evaluation of non-stickiness, suppleness (non-stiffness), and re-styling. The evaluation criteria are as follows.
[0019]
No stickiness ◎: Very good No more sticky subjects 18 or more ○: Good No sticky subjects 12 or more, less than 18 △: Somewhat bad no stickiness The number of subjects who were 8 or more and less than 12 ×: The number of subjects who answered that there was no bad stickiness <8
Suppleness ◎: Very good The number of subjects who answered that there was no wrinkle 18 or more ○: Good The number of subjects who answered that there was no wrinkle 12 or more, less than 18 people △: Somewhat bad I answered that there was no wrinkle The number of subjects is 8 or more and less than 12 ×: The number of subjects who answered that there is no badness is less than 8
Re-hair styling ◎: Very good The number of subjects who answered that it is easy to re-hair is 18 or more ○: Good The number of subjects who answered that it is easy to re-hair is 12 or more, less than 18 △: Slightly bad The number of subjects who answered that hair styling is easy is 8 or more and less than 12 ×: bad The number of subjects who answered that styling is easy is less than 8
