Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a mounting structure for a dry joint material that closes a joint space formed between side end surfaces of a wall panel or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a method of arranging a plurality of wall panels and laying them down has been adopted in making an outer wall of a building or an inner wall of a bathroom or the like. At this time, a dry joint material is inserted into the joint space formed between the side end faces of the wall panel for waterproofing treatment.
As specific examples of the dry joint material, there are a dry joint material used alone and a dry joint material used in combination with a joint receiving member (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 09-032134 (FIGS. 1 and 9)
[0004]
The dry joint material shown in FIG. 1 of Patent Document 1 is used in combination with a joint receiving member. A joint space is formed between the side end surfaces of the exterior material, a dry joint material having a substantially T-shaped cross section is inserted into the joint space, and the front edges of both side edges of the dry joint material are bent outward. It is made to contact | abut to the side end surface of the exterior material.
In addition, the joint receiving member provided with the locking piece protrudes along the exterior base, and the tip of the vertical piece of the dry joint material is inserted and fitted between the locking pieces, so that the dry type Sealing of joint material is made.
Thus, what uses a joint receiving member has a fitting part which the front-end | tip part of a vertical piece part fits between locking pieces, and this requires the depth in a joint space.
[0005]
Further, in the dry joint material shown in FIG. 9 of Patent Document 1, pointed pieces protruding to both sides are integrally formed at the tip portion of the vertical side portion, and the tips of both pointed tips are on the side end surface of the exterior material. Each of the front ends of the soft convex pieces that are locked and projecting on both sides of the vertical side portion and the both side end tips of the horizontal side portion are brought into contact with the side end surfaces of the exterior material, respectively, so that it is dry without a joint receiving member. Joint material is inserted in the joint space.
[0006]
As described above, the dry joint material having the above structure completely enters the joint space, and the lateral side portion is locked to the side end surface of the exterior material to provide a waterproof effect, and the lateral side portion has a sufficient thickness. Is required. And the depth of the joint space is required as much as the thickness of the side portion and the tip of both side edges are bent outward.
[0007]
That is, the dry joint material having the above structure is suitable for a wall panel such as an exterior material having a sufficient thickness and a sufficient joint space depth. Recently, however, the wall panel itself has been made thin to reduce weight and simplification, and the joint space has a shallow depth. The piece protruding from the section must be shortened. However, if the fitting portion is made thin, reliable fitting becomes difficult, and if the piece is shortened, the sealing performance is lowered. Thus, it was difficult to apply the dry joint material having a structure as disclosed in Document 1 to a thin wall panel.
[0008]
Specifically, the dry joint material having the above structure can be waterproofed well when the depth of the joint space is about 15 mm or more. Is a depth of about 7 mm, and the dry joint material having the above structure cannot sufficiently stop water.
[0009]
As a method for finishing the joint regardless of the depth of the joint space, there is a method of filling the joint space with a wet waterproof material such as silicone. However, the wet waterproof material tends to become dirty due to mold on the surface, and in addition, it takes time for preparation and curing at the construction stage and is not efficient. In addition, the quality of the finish largely depends on the skill level of the worker's construction technique, and there is a problem that the variation in superiority and inferiority is large.
[0010]
Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve these problems, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide a dry joint that can easily realize a reliable water tightness without dropping even in a relatively shallow joint space. It is in providing the attachment structure of material .
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventor completed the present invention by paying attention to the fact that the opening of the joint space is covered from the front side with the dry joint material so that it can be waterproofed well even in a shallow joint space.
[0012]
That is, the present invention is a dry joint material mounting structure in which the joint space provided between the side end faces of the wall panel arranged in a planar manner is closed by a long dry joint material, the wall panel is The end face is abutted against and provided with a convex portion formed on a frame, and the back surface of the decorative plate is brought into contact and fixed, and the joint space is closer to the frame than the decorative plate. A rear space in which the bottom side is formed by the frame, with the side end surfaces on the back side of the wall surface panel being formed on both side walls, and expanded from the rear space The dry-type joint material is a plate made of hard resin, and the length in the vertical direction is substantially equal to the depth of the rear space. Core and soft A cover portion made of fat and disposed at the upper portion of the core portion so that the cross-sectional shape of the core portion becomes a T-shape, and bent at both ends so as to face obliquely outwardly; It is made of resin and is arranged so as to project symmetrically with respect to the core portion from the side surface of the substantially lower end portion of the core portion so that the cross-sectional shape with the core portion becomes an arrow shape. It consists of two fin portions having a length sufficient to prevent contact with the cover portion when inserted, and the dry joint material has the fin portion in the depth direction of the side wall surface of the rear space. The joint space is elastically contacted over the entire area, and the joint portion is made to extend from the entire slope surface of the side wall surface of the front space to a part of the surface of the wall surface panel that continues to the slope surface. It is occluded .
[0013]
According to this, the cover part of the dry joint material covers the opening of the joint space from the front side and plays the role of watertightness while elastically contacting the surface of the wall panel or the surface of the wall panel and the side wall surface of the joint space. Since the fin part elastically contacts the side wall surface and serves to prevent watertightness and escape from the joint space, it fits with the side part or joint receiving member that completely penetrates into the joint space as in the conventional technology This eliminates the need for the portion, and the joint space can be satisfactorily closed even when the joint space is shallow. Moreover, since the both ends of the cover portion are formed so as to face obliquely downward on the outer side, both ends can be brought into close contact with the surface of the wall surface panel to improve water tightness.
[0014]
Further, the dry joint material mounting structure of the present invention is a dry type in which a long joint dry joint material closes the joint space provided between the side end surfaces of the corner portions of the wall panels arranged at right angles to each other. A joint material mounting structure, wherein the joint space has a front space formed by substantially parallel both side wall surfaces formed by cutting out the front side corners of both end faces of the wall surface panel, and the dry joint material Is composed of a plate-shaped core portion made of a hard resin and a soft resin, and is arranged on the upper portion of the core portion so that the cross-sectional shape of the core portion is T-shaped, with both side tips diagonally downward on the outside. The cover portion formed by bending so as to face and a soft resin, and symmetrical with respect to the core portion from the side surface of the substantially lower end portion of the core portion so that the cross-sectional shape of the core portion becomes an arrow shape When overhanging and inserted into the joint space The dry joint material is composed of two fin portions having a sufficient length so as not to come into contact with the cover portion, and the dry joint material is arranged from the front side to the back side of the decorative board arranged so that the surfaces are perpendicular to each other. The fin portion is inserted into the joint space of the corner portion, and the fin portion is elastically contacted over the entire area of the substantially parallel both side wall surfaces of the front space, and the cover portion is disposed at right angles to the wall panel. [0018]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
First, the joint space to which the dry joint material mounting structure of the present invention is suitably applied will be described.
[0019]
FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing a joint space formed when connecting wall panels optimal for a bathroom or the like.
The wall panel 15 is formed by fixing a decorative plate 17 to a frame 16.
The decorative board 17 is a resin board, a ceramic board, or a cement board on which a surface decorative material is adhered, and its thickness is about 5 mm. In addition, the edge on the surface side of the decorative board 17 is chamfered to form a slope 18.
The frame 16 is made of a metal such as aluminum, and is formed in a cylindrical shape having a substantially rectangular cross section provided with a protruding portion 16a protruding outward. The decorative plate 17 is fixed to the frame 16 with its back surface being in contact with the convex portion of the frame 16.
[0020]
A plurality of wall surface panels 15 having the above-described configuration are arranged side by side with each other, and the inner wall surfaces of the bathtub are formed by connecting and fixing adjacent wall surface panels 15 to each other. At this time, since the frame 16 is disposed on the side of the decorative plate 17, the end surfaces of the frames 16 of the adjacent wall surface panels 15 are brought into contact with each other. Adjacent wall panels 15 are connected to both frames 16 by being simultaneously fixed with bolts (not shown).
[0021]
In the case of the wall surface panel 15 having such a configuration, a gap is formed between the side end surfaces of the decorative plate 17 as shown in FIG. The joint space 14 has a depth of about 7 mm from the surface of the decorative board 17 to the surface of the frame 16. That is, the joint space 14 is formed deeper than the thickness of the decorative plate 17 by the amount of protrusion of the convex portion 16a.
The joint space 14 has a front space 19 and a rear space 20. The front space 19 is a space formed by being expanded by the inclined surface 18 of the decorative board 17, and the rear space 20 is located behind the front space 19 and arranged substantially parallel to each other. It is the space which uses both side end surfaces as both wall surfaces.
[0022]
On the other hand, the dry joint material 10 is a long object having a cross-sectional shape as shown in FIG.
The dry joint material 10 includes a core portion 13, a cover portion 11, and a fin portion 12.
The cover part 11 is arrange | positioned so that the upper part of the plate-shaped core part 13 may be covered, and the cross section combined together is formed in the substantially T shape. Further, the cover portion 11 is formed by gradually bending from a bent portion 11b close to the tip 11a so that both side tips 11a face obliquely downward on the outside.
[0023]
Furthermore, the length of the cover portion 11 from one tip 11 a to the other tip 11 a is designed to be longer than the opening width 21 of the joint space 14.
Further, the core portion 13 is formed such that the length 13h in the vertical direction is substantially equal to the depth of the rear space.
[0024]
The two fin portions 12 are disposed so as to project symmetrically with respect to the core portion 13 from the side surface on the lower end side of the core portion 13. The two fin portions 12 each form an acute angle with the upper side of the core portion 13, and the cross section of the core portion 13 and the two fin portions 12 is an arrow shape. Further, the fin portion has a sufficient length so as not to come into contact with the cover portion when the fin portion is picked up and inserted into the joint space as will be described later.
[0025]
The dry joint material 10 having such a shape is formed by integrating the core portion 13, the cover portion 11, and the fin portion 12 with synthetic resin so as to be elastically deformable. The core portion 13 is preferably made of a hard resin, and the cover portion 11 and the fin portion 12 are preferably made of a soft resin.
The dry joint material can be produced by a known technique such as coextrusion molding or adhesion using hard and soft techniques. For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-151742 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-151743 disclose techniques for coextruded products of soft and hard vinyl chloride resin compositions.
[0026]
Next, a method for inserting and attaching the dry joint material 10 in the joint space 14 will be described.
When attaching, as shown in FIG. 5, the fin portion 12 side of the dry joint material 10 is directed to the joint space 14 side, the tip of the plate-shaped jig 40 is applied to the cover portion 11 and driven with a hammer or the like. Thus, the dry joint material 10 is inserted into the joint space 14. Then, as shown in FIG. 4, since the fin portion 12 that has spread first is bound to the core portion 13 side, when it is further inserted, the state shown in FIG. 2 is obtained, and the dry joint material 10 is attached in the joint space 14.
[0027]
At the time of attachment, since the core part 13 is formed of a hard material, it can be smoothly inserted without being bent or crushed.
FIG. 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing the mounting structure of the dry joint material 10 of FIG. The two fin portions 12 are bent in a state of close contact with the core portion 13, the outer surface 12 a of the fin portion 12 is elastically contacted with the side wall surface of the rear space 20, and the rear space 20 is closed to be waterproof. In addition to playing a role, it also functions as a retainer.
[0028]
The upper core portion 13 is located near the bottom of the front space 19, the cover portion 11 along with this, while along the surface of the slope 18 and the decorative plate 17, and elastic contact with these surfaces. Thus, the cover 11 closes the joint space 14 by covering the opening edge 22 from the surface side, and serves as a waterproof. At this time, the bent portion 11b of the cover portion 11 is disposed in the vicinity of the opening edge portion 22 of the joint space, so that the both ends 11a can be brought into close contact with the surface of the decorative plate 17 to improve water tightness. For example, if the both ends 11a are not formed so as to face obliquely downward, but are dry joint materials 10 respectively facing in the left and right directions, as shown in FIG. Since it looks good, it looks bad and cannot perform a good waterproof function.
[0029]
Next, an embodiment in which the dry joint material mounting structure according to the present invention is applied to a corner portion of a bathroom or the like will be described.
FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view showing a joint space 54 when a corner portion such as a bathroom is formed using the wall panel 15 described above. The two wall surface panels 15 are arranged so that the surfaces of the decorative plate 17 are perpendicular to each other with a gap provided between the side end surfaces. The joint space 54 includes a front space 55 having both side wall surfaces that are substantially parallel and facing each other, and a rear space having side wall surfaces of the decorative plate 17 disposed at right angles on both sides. 56 and expands from the front side opening toward the back side. The slope 18 is substantially parallel to the center line 54a of the joint space.
[0030]
When attaching the dry joint material 10 having the above shape to the joint space 54, the tip of the plate-like jig 40 is placed with the fin 12 side of the dry joint material 10 facing the joint space 54 as shown in FIG. Is applied to the cover portion 11 and driven by a hammer or the like to insert the dry joint material 10 into the joint space 54.
[0031]
FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view showing the mounting structure of the dry joint material 10 in the joint space 54, and FIG. 8 is an enlarged view thereof. As shown in FIG. 8, the dry joint material 10 in the joint space 54 is elastically contacted by placing the cover portion 11 along the surface of the decorative plate 17 and covers the opening of the joint space 54 from the front side. is doing. Also at this time, the dry joint material 10 is formed so that both side tips 11a of the cover part 11 face obliquely downward on the outer side, so that both side tips 11a are not in a state of being turned up from the surface of the decorative board 17 In addition, the sealing performance is enhanced.
In addition, the two fin portions 12 are bent toward the core portion 13 and elastically contact the outer surface 12a with the inclined surface 18 to serve as waterproof and to prevent the joint space 54 from coming off.
[0032]
As described above, the dry joint material mounting structure according to the present invention exhibits a good sealing property even in a joint space between flatly connected wall panels or a joint space in a corner portion. Can do.
Furthermore, it has a simple configuration and can be easily applied to joint spaces.
In addition, the two fins of the dry joint material can be waterproofed and retained by the outer surface of the joint being elastically contacted with the side wall surface of the joint space, and the cover part is the front side of the opening of the joint space. By covering from above, the opening of the joint space can be closed and waterproofed. At this time, since the cover part is bent so that both ends of the cover part are directed obliquely downward on the outside, the opening part of the joint space can be satisfactorily covered and the waterproof property can be improved. By adopting such a configuration, there is no need for a side portion or a fitting portion with a joint receiving member that completely enters the conventional joint space, and it is sufficiently waterproof even in a shallow joint space. Will be able to.
[0033]
As described above, the present invention has been described in various ways with reference to preferred embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention. That is.
For example, in the corner portion, the depth of the front space can be slightly increased by using a decorative plate for corners having a slightly longer slope. Thereby, watertightness can be improved.
The dry joint material mounting structure according to the present invention is suitable for a shallow joint space, but can also be applied to a deep joint space.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, reliable watertightness can be easily realized even in a relatively shallow joint space.
