Description

【0001】

[0020]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
In the first invention (claim 1), it is preferable that a design surface of a front plate portion of the decorative member around the opening and a design surface of the ceramic outer wall plate are substantially on the same plane. In this case, the decorative member around the opening is further fused to the ceramic outer wall plate in appearance, whereby a construction around the opening with better appearance and design can be obtained.
The construction around the opening may be for renovation or for new construction.
[0021]
In the L-shaped guide member, the front guide portion and the lower guide portion are made of, for example, a galtite steel plate, a galvalume steel plate, another surface-treated steel plate, or a stainless steel plate, and the elastic member is made of EPDM foam, silicone or the like. It can be a rubber foam, a synthetic rubber foam, or the like.
As a method of fixing the ceramic outer wall plate and the decorative member around the opening to the base material, there are, for example, fastening with a fastener or nailing.
The existing wall may be, for example, a mortar wall, a ceramic outer wall plate, or the like.
[0022]
Further, in the decorative member around the upper opening, an angle formed between the back side surface of the folded plate portion and the back side surface of the front plate portion is substantially a right angle, and the L-shaped guide member is connected to the front guide portion and the lower side. It is preferable that the angle formed by the guide portion is an obtuse angle (claims 2 and 7).
In this case, since the L-shaped guide member is attached in a state where the lower guide portion is inclined, the condensed water dropped on the lower guide portion easily flows backward. Therefore, the dew water can be efficiently discharged. Further, the two elastic members of the L-shaped guide member can be securely brought into close contact with the back side surface of the decorative member around the upper opening.
[0023]
Further, it is preferable that the angle between the front guide portion and the lower guide portion is 95 to 120 °. As a result, the above effects can be more reliably exerted. If the angle is less than 95 °, it may be difficult to efficiently discharge the dew condensation water, and it is difficult to securely adhere the elastic member to the back surface of the decorative member around the upper opening. May be caused. On the other hand, if the angle exceeds 120 °, it may be difficult to arrange the L-shaped guide member between the base material and the decorative member around the upper opening.
[0024]
It is preferable that a draining member having a draining hole penetrating in the vertical direction is provided at the rear end of the folded plate portion of the decorative member around the upper opening. .
In this case, the dew water that has fallen on the L-shaped guide member on the decorative member around the upper opening can be discharged through the drainage member.
[0025]
In addition, it is preferable that a drain plate that covers the upper side of the ceramic outer wall plate disposed below the opening from above and forward is disposed below the opening (claims 4 and 9). .
In this case, it is possible to prevent rainwater from penetrating into the ceramic outer wall plate at the lower side of the opening from the upper side thereof and to improve the appearance design.
[0026]
It is preferable that a spacer having a ventilation hole penetrating in a substantially vertical direction is interposed between the decorative member around the opening and the base material.
In this case, a ventilation layer can be formed between the decorative member around the opening and the base material to ensure air permeability behind the decorative member around the opening.
[0027]
Next, in the second invention (claim 6), after the base material arranging step and before the decorative member arranging step, a spacer having a ventilation hole penetrating in a substantially vertical direction is attached to the base material. It is preferable to dispose the decorative member around the opening to the base material from the front surface of the spacer.
In this case, a ventilation layer is formed between the decorative member around the opening and the base material, and a construction around the opening can be constructed in which air permeability behind the decorative member around the opening is secured. .
[0028]
Next, in the third invention (claim 11), it is preferable that the angle between the front guide portion and the lower guide portion is an obtuse angle (claim 12).
In this case, since the L-shaped guide member can be attached in a state where the lower guide portion is inclined, the dew condensation water that has fallen on the lower guide portion easily flows backward. Therefore, the dew water can be efficiently discharged. Further, the two elastic members of the L-shaped guide member can be securely brought into close contact with the back side surface of the decorative member around the upper opening.
Further, it is preferable that the angle between the front guide portion and the lower guide portion is 95 to 120 °.

In the base material disposing step, as shown in FIG. 12, the base material 11 is fixed to the front surface of the existing wall 41 along the upper side, lower side, left side, and right side around the opening 42.
[0043]
In the guide member disposing step, after the draining plate 7 is disposed as shown in FIG. 13, the front guide part 51 is fixed to the base material 11 fixed to the upper side around the opening 42 as shown in FIG. An L-shaped guide member 5 having a substantially L-shaped cross section and having a lower guide portion 52 is fixed with a nail 14.
[0044]
In the decorative member disposing step, as shown in FIGS. 15 to 17, the decorative member 3 around the opening is fixed to the base material 11 from the front thereof.
Thereafter, after the ceramic outer wall plate 2 is disposed around the opening, in a sealing material casting step, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, between the decorative members 3 around the opening and between the decorative members 3 around the opening. A sealing material 12 is cast between the surrounding decorative member 3 and the ceramic outer panel 2.
[0045]
In the decorative member arranging step, as shown in FIG. 15, the front plate portion 31 of the decorative member 3 around the opening is disposed adjacent to the ceramic outer wall plate 2 arranged on the left and right. The folded plate portion 32 is arranged such that its rear end 321 faces inward of the opening 42.
In the decorative member disposing step, as shown in FIG. 1, the back side surface 312 of the front plate portion 31 of the decorative member 30 around the upper opening is brought into close contact with the elastic member 53 of the front guide portion 51. The back side surface 322 of the folded plate portion 32 of the decorative member 30 around the upper opening is brought into close contact with the elastic member 53 of the lower guide portion 52.
[0046]
In the base material disposing step, as shown in FIG. 12, two horizontal trunk edges 111 are arranged on the upper side and the lower side around the opening 42, respectively, and nailed and fixed to the existing wall 41. Also, two vertical body edges 112 are provided on the left and right sides of the opening 42, respectively.
It should be noted that a body edge is appropriately provided in a portion other than the vicinity of the opening 42.
[0047]
Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 13, the ceramic outer wall plate 2 having the cutout 23 along the shape of the opening 42 is disposed from below the opening 42 via the hat joiner 15, and the ceramic outer wall 2 is provided. The draining plate 7 is arranged on the upper side of the cutout 23 of the plate 2.
Further, as shown in FIG. 14, a spacer 130 is fixed to the front surface of the vertical trunk edge 112 and the side surface on the opening 42 side.
Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 15, the decorative member 3 around the opening is fastened to the vertical waist edge 112 on the left and right sides of the opening 42 using the corner fastener 17.
[0048]
As shown in FIG. 9, the corner fastener 17 includes two board portions 171 arranged at right angles to each other, a support portion 172 erected from each board portion 171, and a support portion 172. An upper plate locking portion 173 bent diagonally upward and a lower plate locking portion 174 bent diagonally downward from each of the support portions 172 are provided.
[0049]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 15, when the decorative members 3 around the opening arranged on the left and right of the opening 42 are short in the vertical length of the opening 42, as shown in FIGS. 16 and 17. The decorative members 39 are arranged so as to be further joined together around the opening corresponding to the insufficient length.
[0050]
As shown in FIG. 1, the ceramic outer wall plate 2 having the notch 23 shaped along the opening 42 is fixed above the opening 42.
Finally, the above-described sealing material casting step is performed to finish the construction 1 around the opening (FIG. 1).
[0051]
Next, the operation and effect of this embodiment will be described.
The decorative member 3 around the opening is made of the same ceramic-based material as the other ceramic-based exterior wallboard 2 disposed adjacently. Therefore, the decorative member 3 around the opening is fused in appearance with the ceramic outer wall plate 2 arranged adjacently, and the design around the opening can be improved.
In addition, since the end of the ceramic outer wall plate 2 disposed around is not exposed in the opening 42, the appearance design can be ensured, and the rainwater on the ceramic outer wall plate 2 can be ensured. Penetration can be prevented.
[0052]
As shown in FIG. 1, the decorative member 3 around the opening has the folded plate portion 32, and the folded plate portion 32 is arranged such that the rear end 321 faces the opening portion 42 of the existing building. I have. Therefore, it is possible to prevent rainwater from entering from the opening 42 to the rear of the decorative member 3 around the opening.
Further, a sealing material 12 is cast between the decorative members 3 around the opening and between the decorative member 3 around the opening and the ceramic outer wall plate 2. Therefore, it is possible to prevent rainwater from entering between the decorative members 3 around the opening and between the decorative members 3 around the opening and the ceramic outer wall plate 2.
[0053]
As shown in FIG. 1, the L-shaped guide member 5 is disposed on the back side of the decorative member 30 around the upper opening. The elastic member 53 of the front guide portion 51 of the L-shaped guide member 5 is in close contact with the back side surface of the front plate portion 31 of the decorative member 30 around the upper opening, and the elastic member 53 of the lower guide portion 52 is It is in close contact with the back side surface 322 of the folded plate portion 32 of the decorative member 30 around the upper opening. As a result, dew condensation formed behind the decorative member 30 around the upper opening and behind the ceramic outer wall plate 2 disposed above the decorative member 30 around the upper opening causes the decorative member around the upper opening. 30 can be prevented from accumulating on the back side. That is, the condensed water falls onto the L-shaped guide member 5 and is guided backward, and is discharged from the rear end 321 of the folded plate portion 32 of the decorative member 30 around the upper opening.
[0054]
Also, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, in the decorative member 30 around the upper opening, the angle between the back surface 322 of the folded plate portion 32 and the back surface 312 of the front plate portion 31 is substantially a right angle, The angle between the front guide portion 51 and the lower guide portion 52 of the L-shaped guide member 5 is an obtuse angle.
[0055]
Therefore, since the L-shaped guide member 5 is attached in a state where the lower guide portion 52 is inclined, the dew condensation water that has fallen on the lower guide portion 52 easily flows backward. Therefore, the dew water can be efficiently discharged. Further, the two elastic members 53 of the L-shaped guide member 5 can be securely brought into close contact with the back side surface of the decorative member 30 around the upper opening.
In addition, since the angle between the front guide portion 51 and the lower guide portion 52 is about 100 °, the above-described effect can be more reliably exerted.
[0056]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, since the drainage member 6 is disposed at the rear end 321 of the folded plate portion 32 of the decorative member 30 around the upper opening, the decorative member around the upper opening is formed. The dew water that has fallen on the L-shaped guide member 5 on the top 30 can be discharged through the drainage member 6.
[0057]
As shown in FIG. 2, since the draining plate 7 is disposed on the lower side of the opening 42, the ceramic outer wall plate 2 disposed on the lower side of the opening 42 has an upper side ( It is possible to prevent rainwater from penetrating from the upper side of the notch 23) and to improve the appearance design.
[0058]
Since the spacers 13 and 130 are interposed between the decorative member 3 around the opening and the base material 11, the ventilation layer 16 is provided between the decorative member 3 around the opening and the base material 11. Can be formed to ensure air permeability behind the decorative member 3 around the opening.
[0059]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to provide a construction around an opening and a method for construction around an opening which are excellent in appearance design and waterproofness.
[0060]
(Example 2)
In this example, as shown in FIG. 18, the thickness of the existing wall 41 is relatively thin and the depth to the window sash 43 is relatively small.
In such a case, it is necessary to reduce the front-back length of the folded plate portion 32 of the decorative member 3 around the opening, and accordingly, it is necessary to shorten the lower guide portion 52 of the L-shaped guide member 5.
[0061]
In this case, the L-shaped guide members 5 may be manufactured corresponding to the length of the folded plate portion 32, respectively. In addition, the length of the front guide portion 51 and the length of the lower guide portion 52 of the L-shaped guide member 5 may be made different in advance, and the front guide portion 51 and the lower guide portion 52 may be appropriately used in reverse. it can. As a result, the L-shaped guide member 5 can be prepared even if the thickness of the existing wall 41 and the length of the folded plate portion 32 of the decorative member 3 around the opening are variously changed only by preparing one type of L-shaped guide member 5. This can be dealt with simply by changing the arrangement method of No. 5.
Others are the same as the first embodiment, and have the same operation and effect.
[0062]
In the first and second embodiments, the construction around the opening for renovation has been described, but the present invention can also be applied to new construction.
[0063]
