【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ペット用おむつに関する。具体的には、おむつにペットの尻尾を通す孔を設けておむつをペットに容易に且つ正確に装着でき、大・小便の漏れのないペット用おむつに関する。

【従来の技術】
犬や猫は古くから人間のペットとして飼われているが、最近ではマンション等の庭の無い高層住宅が増えた影響もあり、これらのペットを室内で飼うことが多くなっている。室内でペットを飼う場合に、飼い主が最も苦労するのはペットに大・小便のしつけをすることであり、成犬になれば訓練ができるが、生まれてから間もない子犬や一歳未満の幼犬の場合にはしつけが難しいという問題があった。また、成犬でも老衰や事故などにより大・小便を飼い主に依存しなければならなくなることがあり、そのような場合には、飼い主の手が及ばないところで粗相して飼い主の住居を大・小便で汚すことになる。

このような実情に鑑みて各種のペット用おむつが市販されているが、これらのペット用おむつとしては、例えば、特許文献１に開示されているように液透過性の不織布などからなるトップシートと、液不透過性プラスチックフィルムなどからなるバックシートと、これらのトップシート及びバックシートでサンドイッチされトップシートを透過した液体を吸収する吸収体とが配置されたもので、ペットの尻尾に対応する位置には、所定の形状及び大きさの孔が貫設され、そこからペットの尻尾を外部に出すようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、この従来のペット用おむつにおいては、前述したように、ペットの尻尾を外部に出すための孔が、所定の形状及び大きさで設けられている。

前記孔は、尻尾の挿通し易さと太さの異なる尻尾に有利に対応するために、所定の大きさで形成されているから、尻尾が細い場合、孔の内縁と尻尾との間の隙間が大きくなるという問題があった。隙間が大きくなると、その隙間から大・小便が漏れるという問題があった。

本発明は、このような従来の技術に存在する問題点に着目してなされたものである。その目的とするところは、尻尾通し孔が形成されたおむつにおいて、孔がペットの尻尾より大きすぎて隙間があっても、大・小便が外に漏れないペット用おむつを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
以上のような課題を解決するために、本発明においては以下のようなものを提供する。
【０００９】
（１）前記おむつが装着されるペットの背中付近に当設される背当部と、該ペットの股付近に当設される股当部と、該ペットの腹付近に当設される腹当部と、を有し、前記背当部または該背当部の近傍で着用時に前記ペットの尻尾の位置に、該尻尾を通すための尻尾通し孔が設けられているおむつ本体を備え、該おむつ本体の前記尻尾通し孔の近傍に、前記ペットの尻尾が通されたときに、該通された尻尾が前記尻尾通し孔の周縁またはその近傍に密着するように該尻尾通し孔の周囲に巻かれる巻付部材が設けられているペット用おむつを提供する。

本発明によれば、尻尾を通すための尻尾通し孔の開口面積が大きくても、尻尾通し孔の近傍に設けられた巻付部材が、尻尾を巻き込んで、尻尾通し孔の周囲に巻かれるため、尻尾が尻尾通し孔の周縁またはその近傍に密着して固定される。これにより、尻尾の近くにあるペットの肛門部が完全に覆われておむつ内に隠れる。さらに、ペットが動いても、また、おむつがずれても肛門部や陰部はおむつ内に隠れたままの状態が保たれている。このため、尻尾通し孔部分からの大・小便等の排泄物が漏れるのを防止できる。また、尻尾通し孔は、巻付部材で尻尾を巻き込む際に、尻尾と密着されて、隙間が封鎖されるので、尻尾通し孔の開口面積を尻尾の太さより大きめにすることができる。これにより、尻尾を通し易くなりおむつの装着が簡便にできる。

ここで、尻尾通し孔とは、尻尾を有するペットにおむつを装着する際に、尻尾をおむつの外部に出すための孔であって、予め開口した抜き孔あるいは後述するようなおむつに切れ込み部を設け、この切れ込み部で形成される孔に尻尾を通すもの等が挙げられる。また、この尻尾通し孔の形状としては、円形、楕円形、半円形、Ｕ字形、三角形他の多角形等が挙げられる。また、尻尾通し孔を形成する切れ込み部は、ペットの尻尾の太さに対応した尻尾通し孔となる所定幅の直線もしくは曲線からなる切れ込み、または所定面積に曲線もしくは直線を含む折れ線を伴った切れ込みであって、具体的な形状としては、一本の直線、複数本の直線がクロスしたもの（例えば２本の直線が×状にクロス）、半円形、Ｕ字形等が挙げられる。

（２）前記尻尾通し孔は、前記おむつの股当部側で該尻尾通し孔の近傍に該尻尾通し孔を塞ぐ蓋を備えるものであることを特徴とする（１）に記載のペット用おむつを提供する。

本発明によれば、尻尾を尻尾通し孔からおむつの外に出した際、肛門部はこの蓋によって塞がれることになる。これによって、通された尻尾が尻尾通し孔の周縁またはその近傍に密着するように尻尾通し孔の周囲に巻付部材が巻かれる際に、この蓋を覆って巻くことにより、肛門部は蓋で覆われ、尻尾通し孔部分からの大・小便等の漏れが一層防止できる。また、肛門部は直接巻付部材に接しないので、肌触りがよいことになる。

（３）前記尻尾通し孔は、所定幅の直線もしくは曲線からなる切れ込み、または所定面積に曲線もしくは直線を含む折れ線を伴った切れ込みが入れられた切れ込み部であることを特徴とする（１）に記載のペット用おむつを提供する。

本発明によれば、切れ込み部は開口して尻尾を通す尻尾通し孔を形成すると共に、ペットの肛門部を覆う蓋としての役割を果たすことになる。これによって、前述の様に通された尻尾が尻尾通し孔の周縁またはその近傍に密着するように尻尾通し孔の周囲に巻付部材が巻かれる際に、この蓋を覆って巻くことにより、肛門部は蓋で覆われ、尻尾通し孔部分からの大・小便等の漏れが一層防止できる。また、肛門部は直接巻付部材に接しないので、肌触りがよいことになる。

（４）前記切れ込み部は、所定範囲を囲むように切れ込みが入れられた囲み状のものであることを特徴とする（３）に記載のペット用おむつを提供する。

本発明によれば、ペットの尻尾の太さに対応した範囲で切れ込まれることが可能となり、この切れ込み部が開口して尻尾を通す尻尾通し孔となる。この際、切れ込み部は完全な抜き孔となっていないので、切れ込み部は前述と同様にペットの肛門部を覆う蓋の役割を果たすことになる。これによって、前述のように、通された尻尾が尻尾通し孔の周縁またはその近傍に密着するように尻尾通し孔の周囲に巻付部材が巻かれる際に、この蓋を覆って巻くことにより、肛門部は蓋で覆われ、尻尾通し孔部分からの大・小便等の漏れが一層防止できる。また、肛門部は直接巻付部材に接しないので、肌触りがよいことになる。

（５）前記切れ込み部は、ほぼ半円またはＵ字形状であることを特徴とする（３）または（４）に記載のペット用おむつを提供する。

本発明によれば、切れ込み部で形成される尻尾通し孔の開口形状はほぼ半円またはＵ字形状となり、尻尾の形状に近いので、尻尾通し孔と尻尾が密着することになる。また、尻尾通し孔が切れ込み部によって形成されるので、尻尾を通した際に、切れ込み部分がペットの肛門部を覆う蓋となる。このため、巻付部材で蓋と一緒に尻尾を巻き込んだ場合に、尻尾通し孔と尻尾との密着性が向上すると共に、肛門部が蓋で塞がれるので大・小便等の漏れが一層防止される。

（６）前記尻尾通し孔の開口面積は、４ｃｍ^２から１００ｃｍ^２であることを特徴とする（１）から（５）いずれか記載のペット用おむつを提供する。

本発明によれば、生まれてから間もない子犬や一歳未満の幼犬の様に尻尾が小さいペットからに老衰や事故などにより大・小便を飼い主に依存しなければならなくなった成犬の様な尻尾の大きなペットまで対応できることになる。この際、尻尾の太さが尻尾通し孔の開口部分の広さより細い場合であっても、尻尾通し孔の近傍に設けられた巻付部材で、通された尻尾を巻き込んで、尻尾通し孔の周囲に巻かれるので、尻尾が尻尾通し孔の周縁またはその近傍に密着して固定されると共に肛門部がおむつ内に隠れるため、大・小便等の漏れが防止されることになる。

（７）前記切れ込み部の周長は、３から１５ｃｍであることを特徴とする（３）から（５）いずれか記載のペット用おむつを提供する。

本発明によれば、ペットの尻尾の大きいものから小さいものまでに対応できる。この際、子犬等のように尻尾の太さが尻尾通し孔の開口部分の広さより細い場合であっても、尻尾通し孔の近傍に設けられた巻付部材で、通された尻尾を巻き込んで、尻尾通し孔の周囲に巻かれるので、尻尾が尻尾通し孔の周縁またはその近傍に密着して尻尾が固定されると共に肛門部がおむつ内に隠れ、大・小便等の漏れが防止されることになる。

（８）前記巻付部材は、前記尻尾通し孔の前記おむつの腹当部側で、長さ方向が前記おむつを着用した際にペットの背骨方向に対して略直交する向きに着設されるものであることを特徴とする（１）に記載のペット用おむつを提供する。

本発明によれば、巻付部材は、ペットの肛門部に相当する位置に着設されていることになり、肛門部を確実に覆いながら尻尾通し孔の周縁またはその近傍に尻尾を密着させることができるため、尻尾通し孔から大・小便等の漏れを防止できることになる。尚、この巻付部材は、おむつを装着した際にペットの肛門部分に位置するのが好ましい。肛門部分から離れた位置に着設すると尻尾を巻き込んだ時に肛門部を隠すことができなくなるおそれがある。例えば、尻尾通し孔としてＵ字形状の切れ込み部とした場合に、切れ込み部の根元側にペットの背骨方向に対して直交する向きに着設することにより尻尾の下の肛門部近傍に覆うようにして着設されることになり、確実に肛門部を隠すことが出来る。ところが、切れ込み部の先端（Ｕ字形状の湾曲側）付近であると、尻尾を巻き込んだ時に切れ込み部の根元部分が開口するおそれがあり、しかもこの開口は肛門部近くなるので肛門部を隠す効果が低減する。

（９）前記巻付部材は、前記おむつの前記背当部の外表面側に接合される固定部と、該固定部に止着する止着部と、前記固定部と前記止着部とを連結する中間部とから構成されたものであることを特徴とする（８）に記載のペット用おむつを提供する。

本発明によれば、巻付部材の中間部の長さを適宜選定することにより所定の長さの巻付部材を選択できる。また、この中間部を折り畳むことにより、長い巻付部材であっても、コンパクトにおむつに取り付けることができる。また、巻付部材の固定部に止着する止着部は、粘着剤等の接着剤が塗布されたもので、その表面には離係紙が貼られて保護されている。そして、巻付部材の止着部は、尻尾が尻尾通し孔の周縁およびその近傍に密着するように尻尾通し孔の周囲に巻かれた後、巻付部材の固定部に止着されて固定される。尚、この固定部は粘着剤等に替えて、メカニカル係止であってもよい。

（１０）前記巻付部材は、その長さ方向が少なくとも２つ折り以上に折り畳まれて着設されたものであることを特徴とする（８）または（９）に記載のペット用おむつを提供する。

本発明によれば、巻付部材は長いものであっても、コンパクトな形でおむつに取り付けることができる。尚、この折り畳みはＺ字状が最も好ましい。折り畳み形状は巻付部材の長さにより適宜決めればよいが、折り畳んだ際に、折り畳み幅が狭くなるのが好ましい。これによって、巻付部材をおむつに着設した後、尻尾通し孔の切れ込みを形成する場合に、例えば、尻尾通し孔としてＵ字形状の切れ込み部を形成する際に、誤って巻付部材を切ってしまったりしない。また、逆に切れ込み部を形成した後に巻付部材を着設する場合に、切れ込み部分を跨いで着設されるおそれもないので好ましい。

（１１）前記巻付部材の中間部は、伸縮部材で構成されたものであることを特徴とする（９）に記載のペット用おむつを提供する。

本発明によれば、巻付部材が短くても中間部が伸縮することにより、尻尾の太さが異なっても対応範囲が増えることになる。

（１２）前記巻付部材は、伸張した際の長さが２ｃｍ以上であることを特徴とする（８）から（１１）いずれか記載のペット用おむつを提供する。

本発明によれば、巻付部材は尻尾を少なくとも一周して巻くことができ、尻尾を尻尾通し孔の周縁およびその近傍に密着するようにして巻き込むことができる。

（１３）前記ペット用おむつはオープン型おむつであることを特徴とする（１）から（１２）いずれか記載のペット用おむつを提供する。

本発明によれば、尻尾を尻尾通し孔に通す作業がオープン型おむつでは容易に行えるので、尻尾通し孔を尻尾の太さと同じ程度の大きさにすることができる。

（１４）前記ペット用おむつはパンツ型おむつであることを特徴とする（１）から（１２）いずれか記載のペット用おむつを提供する。
【００３７】
パンツ型おむつは、おむつをペットに装着させる際に、オープン型おむつのように止着テープでおむつを固定する必要がなく、簡便に装着できて、作業性がよい。すなわち、おむつの脚開口部にペットの足を通した後におむつを足の根元まで引き上げ、その後、尻尾を尻尾通し孔に通して背当部・腹当部を胴側に引っ張り上げることによって装着させることができる。この際、尻尾はおむつを足の根元まで引き上げた後に尻尾通し孔に通すので、オープン型おむつに比べてペットの尻尾が通し難くなるため、尻尾通し孔を尻尾の太さより大きめにしておく必要がある。しかし尻尾通し孔を大きめにしても、尻尾通し孔の近傍に設けた巻付部材により、尻尾通し孔と尻尾との隙間を塞ぐことができるので、大・小便等の排泄物が漏れるおそれがないため、着用させる際の作業性の点から大き目の尻尾通し孔を必要とするパンツ型おむつにおいては特に有効である。

【発明を実施するための形態】
以下本発明の実施形態について、図を参照しつつ説明するが、本発明はこれに限定されるものでない。

図１は本発明に係るペット用おむつの第１の実施形態の構成説明図であり、本実施形態の表側を広げたときの状態を示している。この図において、符番１００で示される本発明のおむつは、おむつ本体１０１と、このおむつ本体１０１に取り付けられた巻付部材１０９および止着テープ１１３ａ，１１３ｂを主要素として構成してある。おむつ本体１０１は、液透過性の不織布などからなるトップシート１０２（身体側面のシート）と、液不透過性プラスチックフィルムなどからなるバックシート１０３（反身体側面のシート）と、これらのトップシート１０２及びバックシート１０３に内包されトップシート１０２を透過した液体を吸収する吸収体１０４とから構成される。おむつ本体１０１には尻尾通し孔１０８が設けられており、この実施形態においては尻尾通し孔１０８は切れ込み部１０８ａとして形成してある。巻付部材１０９は尻尾通し孔１０８の根元部分に着設されている。止着テープ１１３ａ，１１３ｂはおむつ本体１０１のお腹側の幅方向側縁に外方に延伸して着設されている。

また、おむつ本体１０１は、室内犬の腹付近に当設される腹当部１０５と、室内犬の股付近に当設される股当部１０６と、室内犬の背中付近に当設される背当部１０７からなり、股当部１０６の背当部１０７側には室内犬の尻尾を貫通させるための尻尾通し孔１０８が形成されている。また、幅方向の側縁近傍には、大・小便の横漏れを防ぐ襞状の立体ギャザー１１０ａ，１１０ｂが互いに一定距離を隔てるようにしながらおむつ本体１０１のトップシート１０２に長手方向に着設されている。立体ギャザー１１０ａ，１１０ｂの長手方向に沿って立体ギャザーに伸縮性を付与する弾性体１１１ａ，１１１ｂが配置されている。また、股当部１０６の側縁には伸縮性を付与するための弾性体１１２ａ，１１２ｂが配置され、中央付近の幅方向の側面には湾曲形切欠部１１４ａ，１１４ｂが形成されている。そして、おむつ本体１０１の尻尾通し孔１０８の近傍に尻尾を巻き込んで尻尾を尻尾通し孔１０８の周縁およびその近傍に密着させるための巻付部材１０９が着設され、腹当部１０５の幅方向側縁に、おむつを止める止着テープ１１３ａ，１１３ｂが外方に延伸してバックシート１０３に着設されて、おむつ１００が構成されている。

上記尻尾通し孔１０８を形成する切れ込み部１０８ａは、Ｕ字形状であって、股当部１０６の装着した際にペットの尻尾に相当する部位に背当部１０７に向けて切れ込まれている。この尻尾通し孔１０８を形成する切れ込み部１０８ａの形状は、図に示すＵ字形状の他に半円状、一本の直線、複数本の直線が一点でクロスしたもの等が挙がられる。加工上は角が無いほうがきれいに抜けるためにＵ字形状、半円状のものが最も好ましい。尚、上記切れ込み部１０８ａの周長は、３〜１５ｃｍであるのが好ましい。この周長が３ｃｍより短いと切れ込み部１０８ａで形成される尻尾通し孔１０８が小さく尻尾が通らなくなる。一方、１５ｃｍより長いと尻尾通し孔１０８が大きくなりすぎて、尻尾を通した際に隙間が開きすぎてしまい、通された尻尾を巻き込んで巻付部材１０９で尻尾通し孔１０８の周囲を巻いても完全に隙間を塞ぐことができないおそれがあり、密着性に劣ることになる。また、切れ込み部１０８ａは尻尾通し孔１０８となると共に、後述するように、尻尾を通した際に、尻尾の下側を覆う蓋としての役目を果たし、尻尾の下側に位置する肛門部を塞ぐことになる。これによって、尻尾通し孔１０８から大・小便等の漏れがより一層防止される。

尻尾通し孔１０８としては、上記のように切れ込み部１０８ａを設けて、この切れ込み部１０８ａで形成される孔としているが、Ｕ字形状、半円状、長方形、三角形、その他の多角形に切り抜いた孔であってもよい。切り抜いた尻尾通し孔や切れ込み部１０８ａで形成される尻尾通し孔１０８の開口面積としては、４〜１００ｃｍ^２であるのが好ましい。この面積が４ｃｍ^２より小さいと尻尾が通らなくなる。一方、１００ｃｍ^２より大きいと尻尾通し孔が大きくなりすぎて、尻尾を通した際に隙間が開きすぎてしまい、通された尻尾を巻き込んで巻付部材１０９で尻尾通し孔１０８の周囲を巻いても完全に隙間を塞ぐことができないおそれがあり、密着性に劣ることになる。

また、巻付部材１０９は合成樹脂材や不織布等からなる細長の帯状体のものであって、その形状としては図２（ａ）に示すようにおむつ本体１０１の背当部１０７のバックシート１０３に着設される固定部１０９ａと、バックシート１０３（切れ込み部１０８ａ）または固定部１０９ａに止着する止着部１０９ｂと、固定部１０９ａと止着部１０９ｂとを連結する中間部１０９ｃとから構成され、固定部１０９ａはその裏面に塗布され粘着剤でおむつ本体１０１に着設されている。止着部１０９ｂの裏面にはバックシート１０３（切れ込み部１０８ａ）または固定部１０９ａに止着するための粘着剤が塗布されている。そして、この巻付部材１０９は、Ｚ型に折り畳まれており、Ｚ型に折り畳まれた時に止着部１０９ａが中間部１０９ｃに当設する位置には離係処理面１０９ｄが形成されていて、この離係処理面１０９ｄで仮止めされている。

また、巻付部材１０９は、切れ込み部１０８ａの根元で、おむつ本体１０１のバックシート１０３側におむつ本体１０１の幅方向に沿って着設されている。巻付部材１０９の折り畳み形状は、本実施形態では３つ折りにしてＺ型としているが、２つ折りや４つ折り以上に折り畳んだものであってもよい。また、図２（ｂ）に示すように、固定部１０９ａの両端側に中間部１０９ｃが折り畳まれたものでもよく、また、中間部１０９ｃが折り畳まれることなく、直線状または湾曲状であってもよい。また、図２（ｃ）に示すように、巻付部材１０９の中間部１０９ｃを例えば、スチレンエチレンプロピレンスチレンゴムなどのスチレン共重合ゴム、ウレタン、ポリオレフィンといった伸縮性を有する材質のものとして、巻付部材１０９の長さを短くして折り畳みを少なくしてもよい。

尚、巻付部材１０９の長さは、折り畳みを広げた際または中間部１０９ｃを伸長した際に、ペットの尻尾を少なくとも一周以上できる程度の長さであって、少なくとも２ｃｍ以上の長さであるのが好ましい。また、巻付部材１０９を折り畳んだ場合の長さは、図１のように、Ｕ字形状の切れ込み部１０８ａの根元側の切れ込み内に収まるように、根元部分の幅寸法より短いのが好ましい。これによって、おむつ１００を生産する際に、切れ込み部１０８ａとしてＵ字形状にカットする時に巻付部材１０９を切断するおそれがない。また、これとは逆にＵ字形状の切れ込み部１０８ａに巻付部材１０９を着設する場合に、切れ込み部１０８ａに跨るおそれがない。

図３は本発明に係るペット用おむつを使用している状態を説明するための使用例構成説明図であり、図４は図３の尻尾近傍を拡大した拡大図である。図中、図１と同一符号は同一の意味で使用し、ここでの重複説明は省略する。

符番１０３はおむつ本体１０１のバックシート、符番２００は生まれて間もない子犬あるいは老衰や事故等により大・小便を飼い主に依存するようになった室内犬、符番２０１は室内犬の尻尾、符番２０２は室内犬の腹部、符番２０３ａ，２０３ｂは室内犬の後足、符番２０４は室内犬の背中部である。

以下、図１と図３を用いて本発明に係るペット用おむつの具体的な使用例について詳しく説明する。最初、図１のおむつ１００を持ち、その尻尾通し孔部１０８に図３における室内犬２００の尻尾２０１を貫通させる。次に、図１のおむつ本体１０１の背当部１０７を図３における室内犬２００の背中部２０４に当設する。

その後、図１のおむつ本体１０１の湾曲形切欠部１１４ａ，１１４ｂが図３における室内犬２００の後足２０３ａ，２０３ｂの太もも部分にそれぞれ当たるようにしながら、図１のおむつ本体１０１の股当部１０６を図３における室内犬の股などに当設する。次いで、図１のおむつ本体１０１の腹当部１０５を図３における室内犬２００の腹部２０２に当設させ、その後、図１のおむつ本体１０１に着設された止着テープ１１３ａ，１１３ｂを伸張させながら図３のおむつ本体１０１の背当部１０７のバックシート１０３に止着する。次いで、おむつ本体１０１の尻尾通し孔１０８の近傍に着設された巻付部材１０９の折り畳みを広げて、尻尾を巻き込みながら巻付部材１０９を尻尾通し孔１０８の周縁に巻いて尻尾を固定する。

このようにして、生まれて間もない子犬あるいは老衰や事故などにより大・小便を飼い主に依存するようになった室内犬２００に、本発明の第１の実施例のペット用おむつ１００が図３に示す如く装着される。また、このおむつ１００を室内犬２００からはずす場合には、上述の装着動作と逆の手順で室内犬２００からはずされる。
