Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a window opening / closing operation device attached to a smoke exhaust window or a ventilation window.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As an opening / closing operation device for a smoke exhausting window, a window opening / closing operation device intended to enable opening / closing of a window with a single operating member is disclosed (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-217309).
In this device, a shaft is rotatably supported by a housing, and a gear is rotatably mounted on the shaft. A rope feeding / winding drum is connected to the gear via a gear mechanism.
Further, when the shaft rotates from the rotation stopped state in the forward direction, the connection between the shaft and the gear is released so that the gear can freely rotate in the forward direction, and when the shaft rotates from the rotation stopped state in the reverse direction, A clutch mechanism is provided that connects the shaft and the gear so as to transmit the rotation of the shaft to the gear.
Further, the shaft is configured to include a blocking mechanism for blocking the rotation of the gear in the forward direction from the rotation of the shaft in the reverse direction to the rotation in the reverse direction.
Thereby, opening and closing of a window can be performed by one operation member.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the window opening / closing operation device can open and close the window with one system of operating members, but opens and closes (winds up) with one chain. Also, when attaching to the left vertical frame of the window, the left vertical frame must be used, and when attaching to the right vertical frame, the right vertical frame must be used. Therefore, it was extremely inefficient in designing, manufacturing, and construction. The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems. A rope for releasing the window is separately provided, and the chain operation is prevented from being erroneously performed only by closing. It is another object of the present invention to provide a window opening / closing operation device that can be easily attached to any of the left and right vertical frames constituting the window, and eliminates the need to individually manufacture the left vertical frame and the right vertical frame. .

[0007]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the holding plate 4 is formed by forming a pair of substantially elliptical guide holes 4 a and 4 b that are vertically long on the left and right (see FIG. 2) with the central shaft hole at the bottom as the center. Yes. In addition, screw insertion holes are also formed in each corner of the holding plate 4.
When the opening / closing operation device 1 is attached to the vertical frame of the window, it is attached and fixed with screws through the respective attachment holes 3f of the base 3.
Further, the cover 5 is provided with an engaging portion on the outer peripheral edge, and this engaging portion is engaged with the engaged portion of the base 3 so as to be integrally mounted.
[0008]
The chain wheel 6 has a disk shape, and an endless ball chain 7 is wound around a concave groove 6a.
The holder 8 has a shaft hole at its center and is integrally formed with a guard 9. The guard 9 is substantially L-shaped and covers the chain wheel 6.
By covering the upper part, it is possible to significantly reduce high noise generated between the ball chain 7 and the cover.
[0009]
The drive shaft 10 has one end 10a supported in the shaft hole of the base 3, the other end 10b supported in the shaft hole of the holding plate 4, and an intermediate portion formed as a hexagonal shaft. It is protruding.
A claw gear 11 having a hexagonal shaft hole is fitted on the one end 10a side, and a driving gear 12 having a hexagonal shaft hole is fitted adjacent to the claw gear 11. A sleeve 13 is provided between the drive gear 12 and the other end.
The transmission shaft 14 is also a hexagonal shaft, and is supported by the shaft hole of the base 3 and the shaft hole of the holding plate 4. A main transmission gear 15 having a hexagonal shaft hole is fixed to the one end 14a side, and meshes with the drive gear 12 to be interlocked.
A sub transmission gear 16 is fixed to the other end 14b side. Further, a rotation link plate 18 of the winding rotation transmission mechanism 17 is provided adjacent to the auxiliary transmission gear 16 so as to be rotatable about the transmission shaft 14.
[0010]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the winding rotation transmission mechanism 17 includes a rotation link plate 18, left and right short shafts 19 and 20, rotation gears 21 and 22, flange portions 23 and 24, and the like. ing.
The rotation link plate 18 is elongated in the left and right directions in FIG. 2, has an axial hole at the center, and has axial holes at both left and right ends. The transmission shaft 14 is rotatably inserted into the shaft hole, and left and right short shafts 19 and 20 are rotatably supported in the shaft holes.
One end of each of the short shafts 19 and 20 faces the guide holes 4 a and 4 b of the holding plate 4, and each guide hole corresponds to the clockwise or counterclockwise rotation of the rotation link plate 18. It can be moved upward or downward in 4a and 4b.
The left and right short shafts 19 and 20 are provided with rotating gears 21 and 22 and flange portions 23 and 24, respectively.
The left and right rotating gears 21 and 22 are rotatably supported at the centers of the respective short shafts 19 and 20, and mesh with the auxiliary transmission gear 16 to be rotatable in conjunction with the auxiliary transmission gear 16. It has become.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 8, the left and right flange portions 23 and 24 are integrally formed on one end side of each of the short shafts 19 and 20 with the left and right rotating gears 21 and 22 and small gaps 23a and 24a. . In addition, corrugated spring washers 211 and 221 are interposed in the small gaps 23a and 24a.
Accordingly, when the ball chain 7 is pulled and the chain wheel 6 rotates, the drive shaft 10 rotates and the main transmission gear 15 is interlocked with the drive gear 12.
Accordingly, when the auxiliary transmission gear 16 is rotated, the left and right rotating gears 21 and 22 are also interlocked. However, since the spring washer 211 is provided between the flange portions 23 and 24, a frictional resistance is generated and the rotating gear is generated. Prior to 21, 22, the rotation link plate 18 is rotated first, and rotates in the rotation direction of the auxiliary transmission gear 16.
Then, since the left or right rotating gears 21 and 22 mesh with the gear 32a of the wire winding drum 30, the wire winding drum 30 rotates in conjunction with it.
[0011]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the rotation direction restricting mechanism 25 includes a latch member 26, a click operating portion 27, a click member 28, and the like.
The latch member 26 is an elongated, substantially fan-shaped plate body. A shaft hole is formed at the center, and claw portions 26a, 26b are projected from both left and right edges of the inner peripheral portion (lower side in FIG. 3). The latch member 26 is rotatably provided on the concentric shaft of the transmission shaft 14.
Further, the click operating portion 27 has an acute-angled protruding portion 27a, and is integrally formed on the back surface of the latch member 26 so that this protrudes to the right in FIG. 1 from the center of the inner peripheral portion of the latch member 26. Has been.
The click member 28 is a resilient member such as a thin leaf spring, and the front end 28a side is bent in a hex shape and the rear end 28b is supported by the support portion 28c.
The click member 28 extends along the length direction of the latch member 26 so that the distal end 28a abuts against the projecting portion 27a of the click operating portion 27 and biases the pressing force.
In this way, since the pressing force is always applied to the click operating portion 27, the protruding portion of the click operating portion 27 is in a state where the latch member 26 is rotated counterclockwise as shown in FIG. 27a is located near the rear end 28b of the click member 28, and restricts the rotation of the latch member 26.
On the other hand, in a state in which the latch member 26 is rotated in the clockwise direction, the protruding portion 27a of the click operating portion 27 is located on the tip 28a side of the click member 28 and restricts the rotation of the latch member 26.
[0012]
That is, by clicking the click operating portion 27, in the state shown in FIG. 3, even if the claw gear 11 rotates counterclockwise, the left claw portion 26a is moved by the elastic force of the click member 28 made of a spring. Since it is always in the claw tooth 11a, the claw gear 11 does not rotate in the clockwise direction but only in the counterclockwise direction.
Conversely, when the latch member 26 is rotated in the clockwise direction, the right claw portion 26b enters the claw teeth 11a, so that the claw gear 11 rotates in the clockwise direction but does not rotate in the counterclockwise direction.
As a result, when the latch member 26 is rotated counterclockwise as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the left claw portion 26 a of the latch member 26 is engaged with the claw tooth 11 a of the claw gear 11, and the clock of the drive gear 12 is engaged. Regulate direction rotation.
On the other hand, when the latch member 26 is rotated in the clockwise direction, the right claw portion 26b of the latch member 26 is engaged with the claw teeth 11a of the claw gear 11 to restrict the counterclockwise rotation of the drive gear 12. is there.
In addition, what is necessary is just to press the left or right side of the outer peripheral part of the latch member 26 using a flat-blade screwdriver etc., when rotating the latch member 26 clockwise or the reverse. In this way, the projecting portion 27a of the click operating portion 27 forcibly gets over the front end 28a of the click member 28 and is located either on the rear end 28b side or on the front end 28a side.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 1, the wire take-up drum 30 is provided with a square shaft hole at one end 30 a of the drum shaft 300 and is fitted with a quadrangular shaft constituting the interlocking shaft 29. Then, one end (one end 29 a of the interlocking shaft 29) of this square shaft is pivotally supported in the shaft hole of the base 3, while the other end 29 b of the interlocking shaft 29 is fitted to one end 30 a of the drum shaft 300. The other end 30b is pivotally supported by the shaft hole of the holding plate 4 and is rotatably supported.
Further, a recess 30c is formed on one end side of the wire take-up drum 30, and a synthetic resin material is formed between the inner periphery of the recess 30c and the outer periphery of the peripheral wall 3c projecting from the base 3. A sliding member 31 is interposed.
Further, a step portion 30d is provided on the other end 30b side of the wire take-up drum 30, and the disc 32 is fixed by three screws 32b.
The disc 32 has a gear 32a formed on the outer periphery, and the wire take-up drum 30 rotates in conjunction with any of the left and right rotating gears 21 and 22 meshing with the gear 32a.
The wire take-up drum 30 has a fastening portion 30e for fastening one end of the wire W in the drum, and the wire W is taken up by the forward rotation of the wire take-up drum 30 while being reversely rotated. Sometimes the wire W is fed out.
[0014]
The brake mechanism 33 is shown in FIG. 3, and is configured such that a brake plate 34, a pair of braking members 35 and 36, a spring 37, and the like are accommodated in the wire winding drum 30.
The brake plate 34 is substantially smaller in diameter than the inner diameter of the wire take-up drum 30 and is formed with a shaft hole at the center. A pair of stoppers 34a and 34b project from the upper front of FIG. Support shafts 34c and 34d are provided in a protruding manner.
The brake plate 34 is fitted with the interlocking shaft 29 with a shaft hole as a square hole, and rotates together with the wire take-up drum 30.
The brake members 35 and 36 have pins 35a and 36a projecting at the upper end, a shaft hole is formed at the lower end, and corrugated brake surfaces 35c and 36c are engraved on a part of the outer peripheral surface.
The brake members 35 and 36 pivotally support the shaft holes on the support shafts 34c and 34d of the brake plate 34 so that the brake surfaces 35c and 36c face the inner peripheral surface 3d of the peripheral wall 3c. . And each end part of the spring 37 is latched by each pin 35a, 36a.
As a result, the braking members 35 and 36 are arranged in a letter C shape on the brake plate 34. Under normal conditions, the upper inner edges of the upper parts abut against the stoppers 34a and 34b by the spring 37, and the braking surfaces 35c and 36c. Is kept out of contact with the inner peripheral surface 3d of the peripheral wall 3c.
On the other hand, when the wire take-up drum 30 is rotated at a rotational speed higher than required by the feeding of the wire W, the braking members 35 and 36 overcome the pulling force of the spring 37 and the braking surfaces 35c and 36c slide on the inner peripheral surface 3d. Touch. For this reason, the unexpected high-speed rotation of the wire winding drum 30 is suppressed.
[0015]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the winding release means 38 includes an angle 39, a leaf spring 40, a lever 41, and a rope L. When winding the wire and closing the window, as described above, the wire is removed by the chain 7. The wire may be wound by rotating the winding drum 30. And when opening a window, what is necessary is just to pull the rope L so that it may mention later. Further, the attachment position can be changed depending on whether the window opening / closing operation device 1 is for the left vertical frame 43c or the right vertical frame 43d.
The angle 39 is an L-shaped plate having a required length, and is provided with a shaft mounting hole 39a on the upper end side, and the lower end is extended in the right direction in FIG.
The shaft mounting hole 39a is fitted into the distal ends of the short shafts 19 and 20 of the left or right rotating gears 21 and 22, and is rotatably fixed by screws 39b.
As a result, the extended portion 39 c at the lower end is positioned with a small gap on the lower surface of the case 2 and can be joined to the lever 41 and the leaf spring 40.
The leaf spring 40 is bent in a substantially S shape, and one end 40a is fixed to the lower surface of the case 2 with a screw so that the extended portion 39c of the angle 39 can be placed at the other end 40b.
The lever 41 has a rectangular upper portion 41a joined to the extending portion 39c, and a small hole 41c provided in the lower end 41b. Then, the rope L is inserted into the small hole 41c and hooked, and the rope L is suspended.
When the window opening / closing operation device 1 is used for the left vertical frame 43c, the winding release means 38 fits the shaft mounting hole 39a to the short shaft 19 of the left rotating gear 21 as shown in FIG. When used for the right vertical frame 43d, an angle is attached to the short shaft 20 of the right rotating gear 22).
When the handle 42 attached to the lower end of the rope L is pulled, the short shaft 19 of the left rotating gear 21 moves downward, so that the meshing between the left rotating gear 21 and the gear 32a of the wire winding drum 30 is released. .
Then, the wire take-up drum 30 is brought into a free state, and the wire W that has been wound in advance is pulled out by a pressing force of a damper 45 to be described later and fed out.
[0016]
By the way, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the smoke exhaust window 43 to which the window opening / closing operation device 1 is attached is composed of upper and lower horizontal frames 43a and 43b and left and right vertical frames 43c and 43d. Normally, the opening 43e is closed by a window 44, and is opened by operating an opening mechanism such as a damper 45 as necessary in an emergency or the like.
The damper 45 includes a cylinder and an arm. When the arm is pushed into the cylinder, the damper 45 retains a resilient force by a compression action.
A pair of dampers 45 are used for each window, and the upper end of the cylinder is fixed to the left and right vertical frames 44c and 44d of the window 44, and the lower end of the arm is fixed to the left and right vertical frames 43c and 43d of the window opening. And attach.
Further, the smoke exhaust window 43 has pulleys 46 and 47 attached to the upper horizontal frame 43a and the upper horizontal frame 44a of the window 44, and the wire W having one end hooked to the upper horizontal frame 43a is connected to the pulley of the window 44. After being wound around 47, wound around the pulley 46 of the upper horizontal frame 43 a and then wound around the wire winding drum 30 of the window opening / closing operation device 1.
[0017]
When the window opening / closing operation device 1 configured in this way is attached to the vertical frame of the smoke exhausting window 43, some preparations are made in advance according to the difference between the left and right sides.
When attaching to the right vertical frame 43d as shown in FIG. 5, first, a flathead screwdriver or the like is inserted from the opening of the left side wall of the base 3, the latch member 26 is pressed and rotated counterclockwise, and the left claw portion 26a. Is engaged with the claw teeth 11 a of the claw gear 11.
Subsequently, the shaft mounting hole 39 a of the angle 39 is inserted through the left short shaft 19 and attached to the cover 5.
The base 3 and the holding plate 4 are fixed to the right vertical frame 43d with screws. Then, the end portion of the wire W wound around the wire take-up drum 30 is pulled out from the insertion hole in the left side wall of the base 3 and is hooked at a predetermined position of the smoke exhaust window 43.
Thereby, the window opening / closing operation device 1 shown in FIG. 4 is attached to the right vertical frame 43d of the smoke exhausting window 43 as shown in FIG.
[0018]
Next, the operation of the window opening / closing operation device will be described.
When the wire W is taken up by the wire take-up drum 30 and the opening 43e of the smoke exhausting window 43 is closed by the window 44, the pair of dampers 45 hold the elastic force in the direction to push open. ing.
Here, when the operator pulls the handle 42 of the rope L of the winding release means 38, the short shaft 19 of the left rotating gear 21 moves downward, so the left rotating gear 21 and the gear 32a of the wire winding drum 30 are moved. Is disengaged.
As a result, the wire take-up drum 30 becomes free, the wire W is pulled out by the pressing force of the damper 45, and the window 44 is gradually opened by the projecting output of the braked arm of the damper 45.
At this time, the braking members 35 and 36 of the brake mechanism 33 overcome the pulling force of the spring 37, and the braking surfaces 35c and 36c slide on the inner peripheral surface.
For this reason, the unexpected high-speed rotation of the wire winding drum 30 is suppressed. Therefore, the window 44 is opened without the wire W being wound on the wire winding drum 30.
When all the wires W are drawn out, the window 44 stops in an inclined state as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, and the window 44 of the smoke exhausting window 43 is opened.
[0019]
When closing the smoke exhaust window 43, the operator pulls the ball chain 7 hung on the left side of the case 2 (in the direction of the arrow) and rotates the chain wheel 6 counterclockwise. Accordingly, the drive shaft 10 rotates counterclockwise (counterclockwise), and the main transmission gear 15 and the sub transmission gear 16 are interlocked with the drive gear 12.
When the left and right rotating gears 21 and 22 are interlocked with the auxiliary transmission gear 16, the rotating link plate 18 is rotated before the rotating gear 21 rotates due to the frictional resistance by the spring washer, The auxiliary transmission gear 16 rotates in the rotation direction.
Then, since the left rotation gear 21 meshes with the gear 32a of the wire take-up drum 30, the wire take-up drum 30 is interlocked (clockwise). Accordingly, the wire W is gradually wound up and the window 44 is pulled over the pressing force of the damper 45, so that the window 44 is gradually closed.
At this time, when the operation of the ball chain 7 is stopped when the opening 43e is closed, the left claw portion 26a of the latch member 26 constituting the rotation restricting mechanism 25 meshes with the claw teeth 11a of the claw gear 11 and reversely rotates. Since the prevention function is working, the clockwise rotation of the drive gear 12 is restricted.
Therefore, the wire winding drum 30 stops and does not rotate in the reverse direction, so that the closed state of the window 44 is maintained.
Since the guard 9 that covers only the upper part of the chain wheel 6 is integrally formed with the holder 8, the ball chain hardly hits the guard when the ball chain 7 is operated, and no high noise is generated.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the invention according to the first aspect of the present invention is configured by housing the wire take-up drum, the take-up rotation transmission mechanism, the rotation direction regulating mechanism, and the like in the case. The rotating link plate rotates according to the rotation of the sub-transmission gear, that is, the rotation of the drive gear, and the rotating gear pivotally supported on the rotating link plate can be engaged with the wire take-up drum, By rotating the rotation link plate in the opposite direction, the window can be opened by freeing the wire rotating drum, and the rotation of the drive gear and the rotation of the rotation link plate are performed separately, so the window is closed. In this case, there is no risk of erroneous operation. Moreover, when the latch member of the rotation direction regulating mechanism is rotated counterclockwise, for example, the left claw portion of the latch member is engaged with the claw teeth of the claw gear to regulate the rotation of the drive gear in the clockwise direction. When the latch member is rotated in the clockwise direction, the right claw portion of the latch member is engaged with the claw tooth of the claw gear to restrict the counterclockwise rotation of the drive gear, and the wire winding Because it can be easily attached to both the left and right vertical frames that make up the window regardless of the direction in which the wire wound around the drum is pulled out, the left vertical frame and the right vertical frame are individually manufactured as before. There is an effect that it becomes unnecessary.
Further, a rope is attached to the short shaft of the rotating gear meshing with the gear of the wire winding drum by the rotation of the rotating link plate, and the rotating gear is detached from the gear of the wire winding drum by pulling the rope. Thus, when opening the window, the rope can be pulled away from the wire take-up drum gear by pulling the rope, and there is no possibility of confusion between closing and opening the window.
[0021]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the drive shaft has a chain wheel attached to one end, and a guard is provided to cover only the upper part of the chain wheel except for the outlet of the chain wound around the chain wheel. because, advantage there that high abnormal noise does not occur Ru when operating the chain while preventing the dropping of the ball chain.
