[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] This invention normally allows windows to be opened at any angle for ventilation, but in the event of an emergency such as a fire, the windows can be opened instantly to the maximum opening angle. The present invention relates to a window opening/closing device.

Conventionally, the above-mentioned window opening/closing device opens and closes the window with the upper or lower edge of the window as the center of rotation, and the opening/closing device uses, for example, the force of an opening spring built into the vertical frame of the window mounting frame. There are known configurations in which the window is opened by releasing the closing lock using a wire, configurations in which the window is opened and closed using a no-back chain, and configurations in which the window is opened and closed by a rack and pinion. .

However, with devices that use opening springs and wires built into the vertical frame, there is no problem when the number of interlocking windows to open and close is small, but when the number of interlocking windows increases to 4 or 5. ,
Since a single wire is drawn through each window to a drive box equipped with an operating handle and motor, the resistance caused by the wire tension increases, and the force of the opening spring forces the window to open to the set opening angle. In addition, since a strong tension is always applied to the wire, there is a large amount of wear caused by the wire roping, resulting in a lack of reliability.Furthermore, the vertical frame becomes larger, resulting in problems such as poor appearance. be.

In addition, in the case of equipment using a no-back chain, in order to maintain the rigidity of the no-back chain, the pressing force due to the weight of the window must be applied to the chain, so there is no problem when the opening angle is small. When the opening angle becomes large, for example 90°, the force applied to the chain is insufficient and the support rigidity of the chain cannot be ensured, so the opening angle of the window remains at around 60°, and a large opening angle is not achieved. Not only is it not possible to obtain sufficient smoke exhaust performance in the event of a fire, but since the windows are opened and closed by pushing out and pulling in the Norvac chain, it is not possible to instantly open the windows to the full opening angle in the event of an emergency such as a fire. There is a problem.

Furthermore, in the case of devices that use rack and pinion, there are problems in that the opening angle of the window cannot be opened as wide as, for example, 90 degrees, and that the mechanism is exposed to the outside, which deteriorates the appearance of the window. There is a point.

The present invention was developed as a result of studies in view of the above-mentioned problems. In normal situations, the window can be opened and closed steplessly at a desired angle, and in the event of an emergency such as a fire, the window can be opened and closed with a single touch. To provide a window opening/closing device which can be opened instantaneously to a widening angle and which can be stored using the lower frame of a window mounting frame without impairing the design of the window. That is its purpose.

That is, the present invention applies rotational force to the lower frame of the window mounting frame, to which the upper edge of the window is pivoted, via a transmission mechanism, to the drive shaft rotatably supported by the lower frame so as to open and close the lower edge of the window. A transmission shaft is installed to enable transmission and to be movable back and forth in the width direction of the window, and a slide member is screwed to the threaded part on the outer periphery so as to be able to move forward and backward in the axial direction. a screw shaft supported so as to be movable; a tension spring tensioned on the sliding member and the connecting member in a direction in which the sliding member and the connecting member are drawn relative to each other; and one end connected to the drive shaft with a universal joint; a drive shaft that is non-rotatable and slidably inserted into the screw shaft in the axial direction; one end of each shaft is rotatably connected to the lower frame and the lower edge of the window at a free angle; the other end is connected to the connecting member. a lower frame side arm and a window side arm that are rotatably supported by the lower frame side arm and the window side arm, and a connecting arm that has one end rotatably supported by the slide member and the other end rotatably supported by the intermediate portion of the window side arm; and a stopper pivotally supported on the connecting member so that the end of the screw shaft can be detachably locked and the end of the screw shaft can be unlocked by pulling the conduction shaft. This solved the above problem.

[Effect of the invention] As explained above, since the window opening/closing device according to the invention is configured, during normal ventilation, the conduction shaft 5 is moved to a specified position by the handle of the operation box 7 or the motor. The window 1 can be opened to a desired angle by rotating the window 1 in the direction shown in FIG.
The screw shaft 12 is removed by the stopper 18 by a one-touch operation that only slightly pulls the screw shaft 12 in the axial direction.
By releasing the lock, the window 1 can be instantly opened to the fully open position by the tension of the tension spring 15, and the window opening angle can be set to 90° both during normal ventilation and in an emergency. Therefore, ventilation and smoke exhaust performance in the event of a fire can be fully demonstrated. Also, all the opening/closing devices are configured to be folded and stored within the lower frame 2b, so the window mounting frame can be enlarged and the component parts of the device can be Since the window is not exposed to the exterior, the design of the window is not impaired, and furthermore, the rotational force and pulling motion of the conduction shaft 5 can link the normal opening/closing and emergency opening of the multiple windows 1... , a plurality of windows 1 . . . can be opened and closed normally and opened in an emergency at the same time, and in an emergency, they can be instantly and reliably opened to the fully open position.
