Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an excrement disposal bag used for treating excrement (feces) of pets such as dogs and cats.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved]
The excrement (feces) of pets such as dogs and cats, especially the excrement of dogs during a walk, is often brought back in plastic bags and discarded as garbage.
JP-A-8-58911 discloses a cleaning bag in which a thick sheet is bonded to a bag for treating pet excrement. If the excrement is grasped at the portion where the thick sheet is stuck, the discomfort of the person to be processed can be reduced. However, if the waste is processed every day using this cleaning bag, the amount of waste becomes large.
[0003]
Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 4-19159 discloses a pet excreta disposal bag made of water-dispersible paper and a water-dispersible film. Since the excrement disposal bag is made of a water-dispersible substance, the bag containing the excrement can be directly poured into a flush toilet. Therefore, it does not come out as garbage. When processing excrement using this excrement disposal bag, the excrement is grasped by hand through the bag. However, at this time, the tactile sensation and heat of the excrement are transmitted to the hand, and the person who processes it feels uncomfortable. If the bag is made thick enough not to make you feel uncomfortable, it will be difficult to flow into the flush toilet.
[0004]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention solves the above-described conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a water-decomposable excrement disposal bag that can reduce discomfort of a person to be treated and can be flowed to a flush toilet. It is a further object of the present invention to provide an excrement disposal bag that is easy to be dehydrated when processed by being poured into a flush toilet.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above conventional problems and purposes are as follows:
The water-dispersible fibers contain a water-soluble binder water-decomposable paper formed into a sheet, the bladder member to insert the hand is formed,
In the bag body, the first surface and the second surface face each other, and the first surface and the second surface are closed at an edge portion excluding an opening,
At least one surface of the first surface and the second surface, the water-dispersible fiber layer is formed in a multilayer sheet sandwiched between the water-decomposable paper, the water-dispersible fiber layer is formed by fluff pulp Alternatively, this is achieved by an excrement disposal bag which is composed of pulverized pulp and other fibers and has a thickness of 0.5 mm or more .
The excrement disposal bag of the present invention is provided with a water-dispersible fiber layer on at least one surface of the bag. Therefore, if a hand is inserted from the opening and the excrement is grasped in a portion where the water-dispersible fiber layer is present, an unpleasant feeling when the excrement is grasped is not felt. After grabbing the excrement, turn the bag upside down and store the excrement inside the bag. Since the excrement disposal bag of the present invention is composed of water-disintegrating paper and water-dispersible fibers, it can be easily dispersed in a flush toilet.
[0006]
In the excrement disposal bag of the present invention, it is preferable that the hydrolytic paper extends from the opening of the bag. In this case, after the excrement is taken into the bag body, the extended hydrolytic paper can function as a lid to cover the opening of the bag body.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1A is a perspective view of the excrement disposal bag of the present invention, and FIG. 1B is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 1 (A) and 1 (B), the excrement disposal bag 1 of the present invention is constituted by water dispersible fiber layers 3 sandwiched between hydrolyzed papers 2 and 4 and hydrolyzed paper 2 and hydrolyzed paper 4. The multilayer sheet is formed.
As shown in FIG. 1 (B), the water dispersible fiber layer 3 and the rectangular or square hydrolyzed paper 4 smaller than the hydrolyzed paper 2 are stacked on the rectangular hydrolyzed paper 2 in order. The edges 4 a, 4 b, 4 c, 4 d of the four sides of the paper 4 are bonded to the water-disintegrating paper 2 with a water-soluble adhesive 5. In the state where the multilayer sheet configured as described above is folded at the folded portion 6a which is the bottom portion of the bag body 6, the hydrolytic papers 2 are bonded to each other at both side portions 7a and 7b with a water-soluble adhesive. As a result, a bag body 6 is formed in which the three sides of the bent portion 6a and both side portions 7a and 7b are closed and one side becomes an opening portion 8. As shown in FIG. 1B, the bag body 6 has a flat shape having a first surface 6b and a second surface 6c when not in use. The water dispersible fiber layer 3 is sandwiched between the hydrolyzed paper 2 and the hydrolyzed paper 4 in a state where pulverized pulp or the like is wrapped with hydrolyzed paper. In the example of FIG. 1, the water dispersible fiber layer 3 is located on the first surface 6 b of the bag body 6.
[0008]
The formed bag 6 has such a size that a hand can be inserted between the hydrolyzed paper 4 and the second surface 6 c of the hydrolyzed paper 2 from the opening 8 in the direction of the arrow 9. The size of the bag body 6 may be, for example, about 10 × 10 cm to 30 × 30 cm so that excrement can be grasped through the water dispersible fiber layer 3 by putting a hand through the opening 8. preferable.
[0009]
Further, the hydrolytic paper 2 extends outward from the opening 8 of the bag body 6 to form an extension 10. As will be described later, the extension 10 functions to close the opening so that excrement does not come out. In the case shown in FIG. 1, the first surface 6b, the bent portion 6a, the second surface 6c, and the extension portion 10 of the bag body 6 are continuous by a single sheet of hydrolytic paper 2. The paper may be a separate body and may be joined with a water-soluble adhesive.
[0010]
2A and 2B are views showing a state in which excrement is grasped using the excrement disposal bag 1 of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 2 (A), a hand 11 is inserted between the first surface 6b and the second surface 6c from the opening 8 of the excrement disposal bag 1 of the present invention, and the first surface 6b. Then, the waste paper 12 is grasped so that the water dissipating paper 2 is in contact with the waste material 12. Then, as shown in FIG. 2B, the back and front of the bag body 6 is turned over with the excrement 12 held by the hand 11 through the water-disintegrating paper 2, the water-dispersible fiber layer 3, and the water-dissolving paper 4. As a result, the excrement 12 is wrapped in the bag body 6 that is turned upside down. That is, as shown in FIG. 2 (B), the excrement 12 is wrapped in a bag body 6 in which the hydrolyzed paper 2 is on the inside and the hydrolyzed paper 4 is on the outside.
[0011]
Since the extension 10 extends from the opening 8a of the bag 6 with the front and back turned, the extension 10 serves as a cover that covers the opening 8a of the bag 6 shown in FIG. After grasping the excrement 12 as shown in FIG. 2 (A) and turning the bag 6 upside down, the extension 10 is attached to the outside of the second surface 6c as shown in FIG. 2 (B). The opening 8a side is closed.
[0012]
In the excrement disposal bag 1 of the present invention, since the excrement 12 is grasped through the water dispersible fiber layer 3 as shown in FIG. Feeling and warmth are not directly transmitted, and discomfort is reduced. Moreover, since the excrement 12 put in the bag body 6 opposite to the front and back is confined in the bag body 6 by the lid by the extension portion 10, it does not easily roll out of the bag body. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent the smell of the excrement 12 put in the bag body 6 from leaking outside.
[0013]
The excrement disposal bag 1 in which the excrement 12 is put can be allowed to flow into the flush toilet as it is. When it is poured into a flush toilet, the water-soluble adhesive that adheres the water-disintegrating papers dissolves in the water, and the water-dissolving paper and the fibers of the water-dispersible fiber layer are dispersed, respectively. Breaks down.
[0014]
The water disintegrating papers 2 and 4 are easily dispersed by the water flow or in the septic tank when they are flowed to the flush toilet. For example, pulp is used as a raw material, hydrolytic paper formed into a sheet by hydrogen bonding between pulp fibers, and water dispersible fibers such as pulp and rayon are used as a raw material, and a water-soluble binder that binds the fibers is contained. For example, water-disintegrating paper formed into a sheet shape can be used. Examples of the water-soluble binder include polyvinyl alcohol, modified polyvinyl alcohol, alkyl cellulose such as carboxymethyl cellulose and methyl cellulose, and a cationic aldehyde-modified polyacrylamide copolymer. Further, when a polyvinyl alcohol-based water-soluble binder or a cellulose-based water-soluble binder is used, an electrolyte or a metal salt can be contained as necessary in order to increase the strength of the hydrolytic paper. Further, when an alkylcellulose-based water-soluble binder is used, an acrylic resin copolymer or an amino acid derivative can be contained in order to increase the strength of hydrolytic paper. The hydrolytic papers 2 and 4 may be composed of different types of hydrolytic papers.
[0015]
It is preferable that the hydrolytic papers 2 and 4 have sufficient strength to withstand their weight even when excrement is added. In order to increase the surface friction coefficient so that excrement does not roll from the bag, it is preferable to crepe the hydrolytic papers 2 and 4.
[0016]
The water-dispersible fiber layer 3 can be composed of water-dispersible fibers, for example, pulp such as wood pulp, manila hemp, linder pulp, bamboo pulp, and kenaf, regenerated fibers such as rayon, and synthetic fibers such as polypropylene. Among these, pulverized pulp is preferable because water disintegration is less likely to occur even when a certain thickness is obtained. Further, different types of fibers such as pulp and rayon may be used in combination.
[0017]
The thickness of the water-dispersible fiber layer 3 is preferably 0.5 mm or more so as not to cause discomfort to the person who is treating the excrement. More preferably, it is 1.0 mm or more. However, when the thickness is 1.0 mm or more, it is preferable that the hydrolytic papers 2 and 4 sandwiching the water dispersible fiber layer 3 have high water decomposability. It is preferable that the bending resistance of the water dispersible fiber layer 3 (the bending resistance measured by the cantilever method of JIS L / 1096) is 200 mm or less. If the water-dispersible fiber layer 3 is too hard, it is difficult to grasp excrement, and it is difficult to easily disintegrate when it is poured into a flush toilet.
[0018]
Examples of the water-soluble adhesive 5 include carboxymethyl cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, sodium alginate, starch and the like. However, the hydrolytic paper may be bonded with a water-insoluble adhesive, a hot-melt adhesive, or the like. Moreover, when the heat-fusible fiber is contained in the hydrolytic paper, you may adhere | attach by a heat heat seal or an impulse seal.
[0019]
FIG. 3 is a sectional view showing another embodiment of the excrement disposal bag of the present invention. In the excrement disposal bag 1A shown in FIG. 3, the water dispersible fiber layer 3 is overlaid on the water-disintegrating paper 2, and the water-disintegrating paper 4 is further overlapped on the water disintegrating paper 4 so that the four sides of the water disintegrating paper 4 are water-soluble adhesives. It is glued with. The multilayer sheet in which the water-disintegrating papers 2 and 4 and the water-dispersible fiber layer 3 are overlapped is bent at a bent portion 6a, and bonded to both sides to form a bag body 6. In the excrement disposal bag 1 </ b> A shown in FIG. 3, the water dispersible fiber layer 3 is located on both the first surface 6 b and the second surface 6 c of the bag body 6. Therefore, excrement can be grabbed regardless of which side of the both sides 6b and 6c of the bag body 6 is used, and there is no discomfort.
[0020]
FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing another embodiment of the excrement disposal bag of the present invention. In the excrement disposal bag 1B shown in FIG. 4, a recess 13 is formed at the center of the bottom 6d of the bag 6A. The water dispersible fiber layers 3A and 3B are located on both the first surface 6b and the second surface 6c of the bag body 6. In the excrement disposal bag 1B of this form, a hand is inserted from the opening 8 and a finger other than the thumb is inserted into the portion indicated by the symbol 14 so that the depression 13 is sandwiched between them. The excrement can be grasped by the depression 13.
[0021]
