Description
The present invention relates to a radioactive dust monitor among radiation monitoring facilities used in radiation-related facilities such as nuclear power plants and surrounding areas.
Conventionally, radioactive dust that has been collected in the air to be measured sampled in a radiation handling facility by collecting dust with a dust collecting member, measuring its radioactivity concentration, and collecting the dust collecting member after the measurement with a collecting means In some samplers, a radioactive dust sampler main body is divided into main units to form units, and each unit is detachably attached to an apparatus housing (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
In this type of conventional apparatus as described above, since the main unit is divided into individual units, a structure in which a plurality of units are detachably attached to each other is required. Eventually, the structure becomes complicated. In consideration of replacement workability, each unit is surrounded by a lead container during replacement work, so that it is difficult to visually check the mounting condition of the dust collector, and when cleaning the dust collector. There was also a problem in maintainability, such as the need for disassembly. Moreover, since the dust collecting member is sandwiched from both sides by a dust collecting case to form a sealed region for each measurement, there is a problem that intermittent measurement is performed and continuous measurement cannot be performed. In the case of continuous measurement, the sealed area cannot be completely sealed due to the replacement of the dust collecting member, and the measured air may leak slightly from the sealed area. When it contains, the generation | occurrence | production of the rust inside a dust monitor also becomes a problem.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a radioactive dust monitor having a simpler structure, better maintainability, capable of continuous measurement, and taking corrosion prevention into consideration.
The present invention is a dust monitor comprising dust collecting means for collecting dust from collected sampling air, and radiation detecting means for detecting radiation emitted from the collected dust in an area where radiation is shielded. The dust collecting means and the radiation collecting means in the dust collecting means and the radiation detecting means are disposed so that both the radiation shields separated from each other form the area, and integrally surround the dust collecting means. A separation body for separating the radiation detection means from the dust collection means side in an airtight manner is provided in the region, and the dust collection means and the radiation shield thereof are provided in an airtight container so that they can be pulled out integrally. A radioactive dust characterized in that the detection means and the radiation shield thereof are fixed to the airtight container from the outside so as to maintain airtightness. There on the monitor.
In the present invention, the dust collecting means and the radiation shielding body thereof can be pulled out in an integrated state and in a state where the dust collecting means is opened at the time of maintenance, so that the structure is simple and the dust collecting which is regularly required The efficiency of the dust filter paper replacement work and the suction head cleaning work used by the means can be improved, and moreover, quick response is possible even when emergency maintenance is required, such as when dust filter paper feed is abnormal. Also, since the dust shield on the dust collecting means side and the radiation shield on the radiation detection means side are always separated, dust filter paper can always be supplied, allowing continuous measurement, dehumidifying means and corrosiveness. By providing the gas removing means, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of rust in the airtight container.

The
The operation of the dust monitor will be described with reference to FIG. 3. The
Particularly in the dust monitor of the present invention, the
Next, the drawing out of the
In the dust monitor according to the present invention, the
Further, the detector cylinder 31 always separates the
The
In the first embodiment, it has been described that the maintainability is improved by making the
Since the supply mechanism of water vapor into the

FIG. 5 is a diagram showing a configuration of a dehumidifier according to another embodiment of the present invention. In the

In the second to sixth embodiments, it has been described that the
In this embodiment, the dust monitor may be applied to a system that samples air containing corrosive gas. In this case, as shown in FIG. A reactive gas removal means) is provided. When sampling air containing corrosive gas in a continuous filter paper dust monitor, the corrosive gas diffuses along with water vapor into the
A method of installing the
