【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、パチンコ機、アレンジボール機、雀球遊技機等の弾球遊技機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
例えばパチンコ機では、現在、遊技盤の遊技領域の略中央に液晶表示手段等よりなる特別図柄表示手段を、遊技領域の下部近傍に大入賞手段を、それら特別図柄表示手段と大入賞手段との間に特別図柄始動手段を夫々配置し、特別図柄始動手段へ遊技球が入賞することを条件に特別図柄表示手段の３つの特別図柄を所定時間変動表示すると共に、その変動後の停止図柄が予め定められた大当たり図柄となった場合に、大入賞手段を開放して遊技者に有利な利益状態を発生させるようにしたものが一般的となっている。

また、特別図柄始動手段や大入賞手段等の入賞手段は、遊技盤の前側で入賞した遊技球を遊技盤の裏側に案内するように構成されており、遊技盤の裏側に案内された遊技球は、遊技盤の下方で集められ、所定の排出口から島側に回収されるようになっている。また、入賞手段に入賞して遊技盤の裏側に案内された遊技球は、例えば樋状の案内部材によって他の入賞手段を避けてスムーズに下方に案内されるようになっている。

例えば、大入賞手段は、その構造上、遊技盤の裏側で後向きに大きく突出しているため、従来のパチンコ機では、後方に大きく突出する案内部材を、特別図柄始動手段と大入賞手段との間の遊技盤裏面側に例えばネジ止めにより装着し、特別図柄始動手段に入賞した遊技球をこの案内部材を介して大入賞手段の後方に案内し、ここから遊技盤の下方に落下させるようになっていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来のパチンコ機では、入賞した遊技球を案内する案内部材を遊技盤に対して例えばネジ止め等により装着していたため、組み立てや分解等の作業時に、案内部材の着脱に手間がかかる問題があった。また、特別図柄表示手段を構成する液晶表示手段は、図柄の変動表示だけでなくその他の遊技情報や遊技を盛り上げるための各種映像を効果的に表示するために大型化する傾向にあり、これに伴ってその下方に設けられる特別図柄始動手段と大入賞手段との間も狭くなっており、遊技盤側に、案内部材をネジ止め装着するためのスペースが確保し難いという問題もあった。

本発明は、このような問題点に鑑み、入賞球を案内する案内部材を、上下の入賞手段の間に十分なスペースがなくても装着することができ、その着脱も容易な弾球遊技機を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、遊技盤１３上に、入賞した遊技球を遊技盤１３の裏側に案内するように構成された第１入賞手段２４と第２入賞手段２５とを上下に隣接して設けた弾球遊技機において、前記第１入賞手段２４に入賞して前記遊技盤１３の裏側に案内された遊技球を前記第２入賞手段２５を避けて前記遊技盤１３の下部側に案内する案内部材７１を、前記第２入賞手段２５の上面側に着脱自在に装着し、前記案内部材７１の底面側と前記第２入賞手段２５の上面側との間に所定の空間部８２を設けたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施形態を図面に基づいて詳述する。図１〜図９は本発明をパチンコ機として具現化した第１の実施形態を例示している。１は遊技機本体で、矩形状の外枠２の前側に、上下一対のヒンジ４，４を介して前枠３が開閉自在に枢着されている。５はガラス扉、６は前面開閉板で、これらは前枠３の窓孔７に対応して上下に配置され、前枠３に開閉自在に枢支されている。

８は発射用の遊技球を貯留する上皿で、前面開閉板６の前側に装着され、上皿カバー９により覆われている。また、１０は余剰球等を貯留する下皿、１１は灰皿で、これらは前面開閉板６の下側で前枠３の前側に左右に配置され、下皿カバー１２により覆われている。１３は遊技盤で、前枠３の窓孔７に対応するように、前枠３の裏側に設けられる図外の遊技盤装着枠に裏側から着脱自在に装着され、窓孔７の下部側で前枠３の裏側に装着された図外の支持板により下側から支持されている。

１６は発射手段で、下皿１０の一側で前枠３の前側に装着された発射ハンドル１７と、支持板の前側に装着された発射レール１８と、前枠３の裏側に配置された図外の発射モータ及び打撃槌２０等を備え、発射ハンドル１７を操作したときに、発射モータにより打撃槌２０が作動して、前面開閉板６の裏側に装着された図外の球送り手段により発射レール１８上に１個ずつ供給される遊技球を遊技盤１３側に発射させるようになっている。

遊技盤１３の前側には、図２に示すように、発射手段１６により発射された遊技球を案内するガイドレール２１が環状に装着されると共に、そのガイドレール２１の内側の遊技領域２２に、液晶表示手段２３、特別図柄始動手段（第１入賞手段）２４、大入賞手段（第２入賞手段）２５、普通図柄始動手段２６、普通入賞手段２７等の各種遊技部品が配置されている。液晶表示手段２３は、遊技領域２２の略中央に配置され、その下側に特別図柄始動手段２４と大入賞手段２５とが上下に配置されている。また、遊技領域２２の最下部には、アウト口２８が設けられている。

液晶表示手段２３は、特別図柄表示手段（図柄表示手段）２９を構成するもので、更にその上部に普通図柄表示手段３０が設けられている。特別図柄表示手段２９は、特別図柄始動手段２４に遊技球が入賞することを条件に、例えば３つの特別図柄が所定時間変動して停止するようになっている。また、普通図柄表示手段３０は、普通図柄始動手段２６に遊技球が入賞することを条件に、例えば１つの普通図柄が所定時間変動して停止するようになっている。

特別図柄始動手段２４は、例えば図４に示すように、本体ケース３１の前側に、左右に開閉する一対の開閉羽根３２を備えており、更にその開閉羽根３２の下側から前側を覆う前カバー３３が本体ケース３１の前側に装着されている。本体ケース３１の裏側には、ソレノイド３４が装着され、その駆動軸３４ａと開閉羽根３２とが揺動部材３５を介して接続されており、ソレノイド３４の駆動により揺動部材３５を介して開閉羽根３２が開閉するようになっている。

前カバー３３の底壁上面側からその後方の本体ケース３１にかけては後下がりの傾斜状に形成されており、遊技球を後方に案内する案内傾斜部３６を形成している。更に案内傾斜部３６の後端部の下側には、案内傾斜部３６によって案内された遊技球を検出する検出スイッチ３７が、本体ケース３１の裏側から後方に突出するように設けられている。遊技盤１３の前側で開閉羽根３２の間に入賞した遊技球は、案内傾斜部３６によって遊技盤１３の裏側に案内され、検出スイッチ３７で検出された後、遊技盤１３の裏面側に沿ってそのまま下方に落下するようになっている。

なお、特別図柄始動手段２４は、予め本体ケース３１に開閉羽根３２、ソレノイド３４、検出スイッチ３７等の構成部品を装着した状態で、遊技盤１３に形成された取り付け孔１３ａに前側から嵌め込まれ、ネジ止め等により遊技盤１３に着脱自在に固定されている。もちろん、例えば本体ケース３１に形成された係合爪を遊技盤１３側に引っ掛けて固定するようにしてもよい。

大入賞手段２５は、図４に示すように、本体ケース４１と、該本体ケース４１の前側に着脱自在に装着された装飾ケース４２とを備えている。装飾ケース４２は、遊技盤１３に形成された取り付け孔１３ｂの内面側に沿って形成された矩形枠４３と、その矩形枠４３の前側を覆う前カバー４４とを備えている。

前カバー４４には、矩形枠４３に対応する横長矩形状の入賞口４５が形成されており、その入賞口４５を塞ぐように開閉板（開閉部材）４６が装着されている。開閉板４６は、その下縁に沿った左右方向の回転軸４６ａにより揺動自在に枢支されており、後述するソレノイド４９（図３）の駆動により前側に開いて、遊技盤１３側の遊技球を入賞口４５内に案内するようになっている。なお、前カバー４４には、入賞口４５の左右両側に、前向きに突出する装飾障害部４７が一体に設けられている。

装飾ケース４２の後側下部には、開閉板４６によって入賞口４５内に案内された遊技球を遊技盤１３の裏側に案内する案内部材４８が後側から装着されている。案内部材４８は、装飾ケース４２と本体ケース４１とで前後から挟まれて固定されている。

本体ケース４１は、その外形が略直方体状に形成されており、その内部には、開閉板４６を開閉駆動するソレノイド４９、案内部材４８によって案内された遊技球を下向きに案内する案内通路５０、この案内通路５０によって下向きに案内される遊技球を検出する検出スイッチ５１、ソレノイド４９や検出スイッチ５１と制御基板との間の配線を中継する中継基盤５２等が設けられている。

本体ケース４１の左右両側部には、図５、図８等に示すように、本体ケース４１の側方に張り出す張り出し部５３が一体形成され、この各張り出し部５３に夫々係止部材５４が装着されている。張り出し部５３は、その上下幅が本体ケース４１の上下幅よりも小さく形成され、本体ケース４１の側面の上下方向中央に設けられている。係止部材５４は、への字型に屈曲形成された上下一対の係止爪５５と、この各係止爪５５の長辺側端部同士を一体に連結する連結部５６とで略コの字型に形成されており、上下の係止爪５５、５５は互いに近づく方向に弾性変形可能となっている。

係止部材５４は、連結部５６を張り出し部５３の上面側から下面側に貫通させた状態で張り出し部５３に装着され、通常時には上下の係止爪５５の屈曲部５５ａが本体ケース４１の上下に夫々突出しており、上下の係止爪５５をその先端部５５ｂが張り出し部５３の上下面に夫々当接するまで弾性変形させたとき、各係止爪５５の屈曲部５５ａが本体ケース４１の上下面と略一致するようになっている。また、各係止爪５５の屈曲部５５ａよりも先端側は、大入賞手段２５を遊技盤１３の取り付け孔１３ｂに前側から装着したとき、遊技盤１３の取り付け孔１３ｂの後端側縁部に後側から当接するように設けられている。

本体ケース４１の上面には、図８に示すように、その左右方向中央に、レール溝部５７が前後方向に形成されている。このレール溝部５７は、本体ケース４１の上面側から下向きに略垂直に形成された左右一対の側面部５８と、各側面部５８の下縁部を左右に接続する底面部５９とで形成されており、その後端部側は本体ケース４１の背面側から後側に突設されている。底面部５９は、図４等に示すように、その後端側から緩やかな前上がりに傾斜し、その前端部近傍のみが水平となるように形成されている。

レール溝部５７の後端側の下側には、底面部５９の下側に所定の空間をおいて係合部（第１係合部）６０が形成されている。係合部６０は、図４に示すように、レール溝部５７の底面部５９と平行な平面状の案内部６１と、この案内部６１の前縁側から下向きに延設された係合面６２とで断面略Ｌ型に形成されており、本体ケース４１に一体に設けられている。

本体ケース４１の上部には、レール溝部５７に沿って案内部材７１が装着される。この案内部材７１は、例えば図８に示すように、遊技球を後向きに案内する案内通路部７２と、この案内通路部７２をレール溝部５７の底面部５９の上方所定位置に支持する左右一対の支持板部７３と、当該案内部材７１を本体ケース４１に装着した状態で本体ケース４１の係合部６０に係合する係合片７４と、案内通路部７２の前側に設けられた当接部７５と、案内通路部７２の左右両側方に張り出す張り出し部７６とを一体に備えている。

案内通路部７２は、レール溝部５７の底面部５９と略平行な後下がりの斜面状に形成された底面板７７と、この底面板７７の左右両側部から垂直に立設された側板７８とを備えており、その前後方向の長さは本体ケース４１のレール溝部５７と同程度若しくはそれよりも長く形成されている。左右一対の支持板部７３は、ぞれぞれ案内通路部７２の底面板７７の下面側から下向きで且つ前後方向に設けられており、その両外面側がレール溝部５７の側面部５８に略内接する幅に配置されている。また、支持板部７３の下縁側は、レール溝部５７の底面部５９の上面形状と一致する形状に形成されている。

係合片７４は、例えば図４に示すように、案内通路部７２の底面板７７の後端側から下向きのＵ字状に屈曲して更に前向きに延設されて形成されると共に、その屈曲部７４ａよりも先端側は略水平に形成され、その先端には本体ケース４１側の係合部６０に係合する係合爪（第２係合部）７９が設けられている。なお、案内部材７１を本体ケース４１に装着したとき、係合片７４の屈曲部７４ａは、本体ケース４１のレール溝部５７の後端の後側を回りこむように配置されるようになっている。

当接部７５は、遊技盤１３に平行な板状に形成され、案内通路部７２の前端部に一体に設けられており、遊技盤１３に装着した大入賞手段２５に当該案内部材７１を装着したとき、その前面側が遊技盤１３の裏面側に略当接するようになっている。なお、当接部７５と案内通路部７２の底面板７７との接続部分の隅部には、遊技球を後向きに案内する三角形の案内片８０が、左右に２つ設けられている。

張り出し部７６は、水平な板状に形成され、案内通路部７２の側板７８の下部から左右に張り出すように一体に設けられており、案内部材７１を本体ケース４１に装着した状態で本体ケース４１の上面側に略当接するようになっている。また、張り出し部７６の後端側には、断面コの字型に屈曲する屈曲部８１が一体に形成されており、案内部材７１を本体ケース４１に装着した状態で、この屈曲部８１が本体ケース４１の上面側の後端部に後側から嵌合するようになっている。

大入賞手段２５を遊技盤１３に装着する際には、装飾ケース４２と本体ケース４１とを前後に結合した状態で、本体ケース４１側から遊技盤１３の取り付け孔１３ｂに前側から嵌め込んで行く。このとき、本体ケース４１の左右の係止部材５４の係止爪５５が取り付け孔１３ｂの上下面で押圧されて弾性変形し、係止爪５５の屈曲部５５ａの外側が取り付け穴１３ｂの内面側に摺動しつつ後方に移動する。そして、装飾ケース４２の前カバー４４の裏面側が遊技盤１３の前面側に当接する直前で、係止爪５５の屈曲部５５ａが取り付け孔１３ｂの後端側から外れ、係止爪５５は押圧力から解放されて上下に開く方向に移動（変形）する。このとき、図５に示すように、係止爪５５の屈曲部５５ａよりも先端側の前側斜面が取り付け孔１３ｂの後端側縁部を略前向きに押圧するため、大入賞手段２５は装飾ケース４２の前カバー４４と係止部材５４の係止爪５５とで遊技盤１３を前後から狭持した状態で遊技盤１３に支持される。

その後、案内部材７１を、本体ケース４１のレール溝部５７に沿って後側から装着する。即ち、案内部材７１の支持板部７３を本体ケース４１の後側からレール溝部５７に沿って略水平に前向きに摺動させ、当接部７５の前面側が遊技盤１３の裏面側に略当接するまで移動させる。このとき、係合片７４の先端の係合爪７９は、係合部６０の案内部６１の上面側を摺動しつつ前向きに移動した後、係合面６２の上縁側に係合する。これにより、案内部材７１は、本体ケース４１に対する前後方向の移動を規制された状態となる。このように、案内部材７１は、大入賞手段２５に対して略水平にスライドさせつつ装着するようになっているため、上側の特別図柄始動手段２４と大入賞手段２５との間に十分なスペースがなくても案内部材７１の装着作業を容易に行うことができる。

また、張り出し部７６は本体ケース４１の上面側を摺動しつつ前向きに移動した後、その後端側の屈曲部８１が本体ケース４１の上面側の後端部に後側から嵌合する。これにより、案内部材７１は本体ケース４１に対する上下方向の移動を規制された状態となる。また、案内部材７１を遊技盤１３の裏面側から大入賞手段２５に装着した状態では、案内部材７１の当接部７５が遊技盤１３の裏面側に略当接するため、遊技盤１３に対する大入賞手段２５の前側への移動が規制され、大入賞手段２５の装着状態がより安定する。

更に、案内部材７１を大入賞手段２５に装着した状態では、図７に示すように、案内通路部７２の底面板７７とレース溝部５７の底面部５９との間に空間部８２が形成されるため、案内部材７１上に落下した遊技球の衝撃が緩和される。なお、案内部材７１を大入賞手段２５に装着したとき、案内部材７１は特別図柄始動手段２４の検出スイッチ３７の直下に位置するように配置されており、特別図柄始動手段２４に入賞して遊技盤１３の裏側に案内された遊技球は、検出スイッチ３７で検出された後、案内部材７１の案内通路部７２上に落下するようになっている。

案内部材７１や大入賞手段２５を遊技盤１３から取り外す際には、上述した取り付け手順の逆の手順で行えばよい。即ち、案内部材７１は、係合爪７９を押し上げて係合部６０との係合を解除した後、後向きに引き抜くだけで容易に取り外すことができる。また、大入賞手段２５は、案内部材７１を取り外した後、係止部材５４を係止爪５５の上下から押圧して弾性変形させつつ、前向きに押し出して取り外すことができる。

遊技盤１３の裏側には、液晶表示手段２３、特別図柄始動手段２４、大入賞手段２５、アウト口２８等を裏側から覆う裏カバー９１が装着されている。裏カバー９１の下部には、遊技盤１３の裏面側に案内された入賞球やアウト球を集めて排出口９１ａから島側へ排出するための集球カバー９１ｂが一体に設けられている。

上記構成のパチンコ機において、遊技者が遊技球を上皿８に投入した上で発射ハンドル１７を操作すると、発射モータにより打撃槌２０が作動すると共に、これと連動して図外の球送り手段により上皿８内の遊技球が発射レール１８上に１個ずつ供給され、これによって遊技球が遊技盤１３側に順次発射される。

発射された遊技球は、発射レール１８、ガイドレール２１を経て遊技領域２２の上部に導かれた後、遊技釘等に衝突しながら遊技盤１３の盤面に沿って落下する。

遊技盤１３に沿って遊技領域２２内を落下する間に、遊技球が普通入賞手段２７等の入賞手段に入賞すると、その入賞に応じた所定個数の遊技球が図外の払い出し手段によって上皿８に払い出される。

遊技球が普通図柄始動手段２６に入賞すると、普通図柄表示手段３０の普通図柄が所定時間変動し、その停止図柄が所定の当たり図柄となった場合には、特別図柄始動手段２４の開閉羽根３２が所定時間開放する。特別図柄始動手段２４に遊技球が入賞すると、特別図柄表示手段２９の３つの特別図柄が所定時間変動し、その停止図柄が所定の大当たり図柄となった場合には、大入賞手段２５の開閉板４６が開放し、遊技球が容易に入賞可能となって遊技者に多大な利益が還元される。

ここで、特別図柄始動手段２４に入賞した遊技球は、図４に示すように、案内傾斜部３６によって遊技盤１３の裏側に案内され、検出スイッチ３７で検出された後、大入賞手段２５の上側に装着された案内部材７１の案内通路部７２上に落下する。このとき、案内通路部７２の底面板７７とレース溝部５７の底面部５９との間には空間部８２が形成されているため、案内部材７１上に落下した遊技球の衝撃が緩和され、衝撃による大入賞手段２５側への悪影響を防止できる。

案内部材７１上に落下した遊技球は、案内通路部７２によって後方に案内された後、案内通路部７２の後端側から係合片７４のＵ字状の屈曲部７４ａに沿って下向きに案内され、大入賞手段２５の後側を通って集球カバー９１ｂ上に落下する。集球カバー９１ｂ上に落下した遊技球は、排出口９１ａを介して島側に回収される。

以上説明したように、本実施形態では、特別図柄始動手段２４に入賞して遊技盤１３の裏側に案内された遊技球を大入賞手段２５を避けて遊技盤１３の下部側に案内する案内部材７１を、大入賞手段２５に着脱自在に装着しているため、案内部材７１を、上下の入賞手段２４，２５の間に十分なスペースがなくても装着することができる。

また、大入賞手段２５に係合部６０を、案内部材７１に係合爪７９を設け、係合部６０と係合爪７９とを係合させるように構成しているため、案内部材７１の着脱を容易に行うことができる。

更に、大入賞手段２５を遊技盤１３の前側から装着し、案内部材７１を、遊技盤１３に装着された大入賞手段２５に対して遊技盤１３の裏側から装着するように構成すると共に、案内部材７１に、大入賞手段２５に装着した状態で遊技盤１３の裏面に略当接する当接部７５を設けているため、遊技盤１３に対する大入賞手段２５の前側への移動が規制され、大入賞手段２５の装着状態がより安定する。

また、案内部材７１を大入賞手段２５に装着した状態では、案内通路部７２の底面板７７とレース溝部５７の底面部５９との間に空間部８２が形成されるため、案内部材７１上に落下した遊技球の衝撃が緩和される。

本実施形態では、特別図柄始動手段２４は、図１０に示すように、本体ケース３１の前側に、左右に開閉する一対の開閉羽根３２を備えており、更にその開閉羽根３２の下側から前側を覆う前カバー３３が本体ケース３１の前側に装着され、前カバー３３内に検出スイッチ３７が配置されている。本体ケース３１の裏側には、ソレノイド３４が装着され、その駆動軸３４ａと開閉羽根３２とが揺動部材３５を介して接続されており、ソレノイド３４の駆動により揺動部材３５を介して開閉羽根３２が開閉するようになっている。

前カバー３３の底壁上面側は後下がりの傾斜状に形成されており、入賞して検出スイッチ３７によって検出された遊技球を後方に案内する案内傾斜部３６を形成している。また、案内傾斜部３６の後方側には、案内部材７１を保持する左右一対の保持レール部１０１が、本体ケース３１に一体に設けられている。各保持レール部１０１は、夫々遊技盤１３に垂直で且つ鉛直な板状に形成され、互いに対向する内面側には、レール溝１０２が前後方向に設けられている。また、各保持レール部１０１の後端側には、先端に内向きの係合爪（第１係合部）１０３を備えた係合片１０４が、後向きに突設されている。

なお、特別図柄始動手段２４は、予め本体ケース３１に開閉羽根３２、ソレノイド３４、検出スイッチ３７等の構成部品を装着した状態で、遊技盤１３に形成された取り付け孔１３ａに前側から嵌め込まれ、図示しない係合爪を遊技盤１３側に引っ掛けて固定するようになっている。

案内部材７１は、図１０〜図１２に示すように、遊技球を後向きに案内する案内通路部７２と、この案内部材７１を特別図柄始動手段２４に装着した状態で遊技盤１３の裏面側に略当接する当接部７５とを一体に備えている。

案内通路部７２は、後下がりの斜面状に形成された底面板７７と、この底面板７７の左右両側部から垂直に立設された側板７８とを備えている。側板７８の外面側には、特別図柄始動手段２４側のレール溝１０２に対応する突条部１１１と、特別図柄始動手段２４側の係合爪１０３に対応する係合凹部（第２係合部）１１２が形成されている。なお、案内通路部７２は、案内部材７１を特別図柄始動手段２４に装着した状態で、遊技盤１３の裏面側からの後方への突出長さが大入賞手段２５の突出長さよりも大となるように形成されている。
