本発明は、会員サービスを提供する会員サービス提供システム、会員サービス提供方法、これらに用いて好適な販売情報識別装置及び会員管理装置に関する。

従来、商品等の販売店において会員サービスを提供する会員サービス提供システムが知られている（例えば、特許文献１参照）。

従来の会員サービス提供システムでは、販売店は、顧客による商品等の購入時に提示された会員証やクレジットカード等によって、当該顧客が当該販売店の会員であるか否かについて判断し、当該販売店の会員であると判断された顧客に対して会員サービス（ポイントサービス等）を提供していた。

しかしながら、従来の会員サービス提供システムは、あくまでも販売店が当該販売店の会員である顧客に対して会員サービスを提供することを目的とするものであり、販売店で販売される商品等のメーカーが当該メーカーの会員である顧客に対して会員サービスを提供することができないという問題点があった。

そこで、本発明は、以上の点に鑑みてなされたもので、販売店における顧客の購入動作によって、当該販売店で販売される商品等のメーカーが当該メーカーの会員である顧客に対してそれぞれ会員サービスを提供することを可能とする会員サービス提供システム、会員サービス提供方法、これらに用いて好適な販売情報識別装置及び会員管理装置を提供することを目的とする。

本発明の第１の特徴は、販売情報識別装置と会員管理装置と会員サービス提供者装置とによって、会員サービスを提供する会員サービス提供システムであって、前記販売情報識別装置が、商品に付されている商品情報を読み取る商品情報読取部と、会員の携帯通信端末の電話番号を会員ＩＤとして読み取る会員ＩＤ読取部と、前記商品情報と前記会員ＩＤとを前記会員管理装置に送信する送信部とを具備し、前記会員管理装置が、会員ＩＤと会員サービス提供者ＩＤとアドレス情報とを関連付けるレコードを記憶する記憶部と、受信した前記会員ＩＤと受信した前記商品情報に含まれる会員サービス提供者ＩＤとを関連付けるレコードが前記記憶部に存在するか否かを検索する検索部と、検索された前記レコードに含まれる前記アドレス情報に基づいて、前記会員ＩＤと前記商品情報とを前記会員サービス提供者装置に送信する送信部とを具備し、前記会員サービス提供者装置が、受信した前記会員ＩＤと前記商品情報とに基づいて、前記会員ＩＤによって識別される前記会員に対して前記会員サービスを提供する会員サービス提供部を具備することを要旨とする。

本発明の実施形態に係る会員サービス提供システムの構成について、図１乃至図７を参照して説明する。

本実施形態に係る会員サービス提供システムは、図１に示すように、複数の販売店１００１乃至１００ｎにそれぞれ設置された販売情報識別装置１０１乃至１０ｎと、会員管理装置３０と、複数のメーカー２００１乃至２００ｍにそれぞれ設置された会員サービス提供者装置５０１乃至５０ｍとを具備している。
