Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is used for, for example, an operation of separating (peeling) an unnecessary or edible epidermis (lower leaf) wrapping the outer surface of a crop such as leek, burdock, asparagus, pepper, eggplant, carrot, ginger, etc. The present invention relates to a crop peeling apparatus.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as an apparatus for processing the leeks of the above-described example, for example, a first nozzle group arranged in a diagonal row on the stem surface of the leeks held substantially vertically by a pair of holding plates, a plurality of rows and a plurality of rows There is an apparatus (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-163) for blowing the air discharged from the arranged second nozzle group and the third nozzle group arranged in a plurality of stages in a stepwise manner to separate the leek skin. .
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the above-mentioned apparatus moves the onion held substantially vertically from the position facing the upper nozzle to the position facing the lower nozzle, the air blown onto the skin of the onion temporarily In some cases, the air is discharged without being peeled to the height at which the air discharged from the lower nozzle is blown. Since air discharged from the nozzle on the lower side is actively blown against the drooping side of the epidermis, the problem is that air ejection force is not applied to the peeled part of the epidermis, and peeling errors are likely to occur. Has a point.
[0004]
Moreover, the apparatus (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2001-163 and Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2000-312861) for separating the skin of the onion held in a substantially vertical posture suspends and conveys the long onion substantially vertically, When the air discharged from the nozzle is blown to the stalk peripheral surface of the leeks, the stalk side of the leeks tends to swing back and forth and left and right due to the pressure of the air, and the angle of the air blown against the outer surface of the stalk Since the interval is unstable, multiple epidermis may be separated at once, or only a thin epidermis may be separated, and it is difficult to separate a predetermined number and thickness of epidermis. ing.

In view of the above problems, the present invention moves the fluid spraying means in the longitudinal direction along the outer surface of the crop while moving the fluid spraying means in the transport direction so as to be substantially opposed to the outer surface of the crop transported by the crop transporting means. Since the skin is separated by the fluid discharged from the fluid spraying means, it is intended to provide a crop skinning device that can continuously perform the work of separating the skin of the crop, saving labor and improving efficiency. To do.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides a crop transporting means for aligning and transporting a plurality of crops in substantially the same direction, a fluid spraying means for spraying fluid to the outer surface of the crop and separating the skin of the crop, and the crop A plurality of fluid spraying means provided at intervals substantially opposite to the outer surface of the crop conveyed by the conveying means are moved in the longitudinal direction along the outer surface of the crop, and the outer surface of the crop conveyed by the crop conveying means It is an agricultural product skinning apparatus provided with the moving means which moves to a conveyance direction substantially oppositely, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.
[0007]
The above-mentioned crops can be composed of, for example, leek, burdock, asparagus, pepper, coconut, carrot, ginger, and the like. The fluid can be composed of a gas such as air (atmosphere) or gas, or a liquid such as tap water, distilled water, or a solvent. Further, the crop conveyance means can be constituted by, for example, a support conveyer, a belt conveyer, a chain conveyer, a bucket conveyer or the like to which a pair of holding bodies are attached. Further, the fluid spraying means can be constituted by, for example, a discharge nozzle or discharge hose of an air discharge unit connected to an air supply source, a member having a discharge hole, or the like. Further, the moving means can be composed of, for example, a movable frame, a support frame, a guide rail, a traction chain, an air cylinder, a solenoid, a motor, and the like.
[0008]
In other words, the plurality of crops are transported in the same direction by the crop transporting means, and a plurality of fluid spraying means provided at a distance substantially opposite to the outer surface of the transported crop are provided by the moving means. It is moved in the length direction along the outer surface of the crop while being moved in the conveying direction substantially opposite to the outer surface. At the same time, the fluid discharged from the fluid spraying means is sprayed continuously in the length direction against the outer surface of the crop, and is separated substantially continuously while conveying the skin (lower leaves) of the plurality of crops.
[0009]

Further, the crop support means may be provided integrally with the fluid spraying means, and may be provided close to the outer surface of the crop to which the fluid of the fluid spraying means is sprayed.
[0010]
[Action and effect]
According to this invention, a plurality of fluid spraying means are moved in the length direction along the outer surface of the crop while being moved in the transport direction so as to be substantially opposed to the outer surface of the crop transported by the crop transporting means. Since the fluid discharged from the means is continuously sprayed to the outer surface of the crop, it is possible to separate the outer skin of the crop that is not necessary or edible at once, and to separate the skin of multiple crops Can be performed continuously, saving labor and improving efficiency.
[0011]
In addition, since the fluid spraying portion of the crop is supported in a state where the fluid is sprayed substantially evenly by the crop support means, the spray angle, spray interval, and spray amount of the fluid are always constant, and the outer skin of the crop is fixed. Can be reliably separated by a desired number or thickness.
[0012]
【Example】
An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
The drawing shows an embodiment of a crop skinning device used for separating the skin of an onion, which is an example of a crop, and in FIG. 1, this crop skinning device 1 is an onion or harvested green onion A ( For example, white leek) is supported in a substantially horizontal posture substantially orthogonal to the transport direction by a support conveyor 2 stretched on the left side of the transport path and a support conveyor 3 stretched on the right side of the transport path. To the supply section a, the trimming section b, the separation section c, and the collection section d.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 2, the support conveyor 2 described above has a holding force and a structure necessary to hold the leek A in a state of being suspended substantially vertically without crushing the leaf portion Ac of the leek A. A pair of holding bodies 2a are attached to the entire length of the circulating chain 2b stretched around the upper left side of the transport path and the lower left side of the transport path at a predetermined interval, and the rotating chain 2b is driven by a motor with a reduction gear (not shown). Accordingly, the pair of holders 2a are rotated inwardly in the transport direction by rotating in a substantially synchronous manner in the transport direction.
[0014]
In addition, the holding surface of the lower holding body 2a is inclined to a shape and an angle at which the leek A is held in a lowering posture from the leaf portion Ac side toward the root portion Aa side. A cushion member having flexibility such as rubber is attached.
[0015]
Further, the support shaft 2c protruding from the rear surface of the holding body 2a is supported by the bearing portion 2e on the front surface of the support base 2d attached to the rotating chain 2b, and pivoted so as to be swingable in the horizontal direction (conveyance direction). While being supported, the holding body 2a is urged to rotate in a direction to return to the original state by the restoring force of the coil spring 2f stretched between the holding body 2a and the support base 2d. Further, the holding body 2a may be provided so as to be swingable and swingable with respect to the vertical direction, for example.
[0016]
On the other hand, the rear surface side of the support base 2d is engaged with the upper and lower guide rails 2g installed along the conveyance path, and the holding body 2a is closed in the closing direction for holding the leaf portion Ac of the leek A and the holding is released Move in the opening direction. That is, the pair of holding bodies 2a is opened when returning from the terminal side to the starting side, and closed when moving to the supply section a to hold the leaf portion Ac of the leek A to be received or harvested. Through the trimming section b and the separation section c, the closed state is maintained when moving from the supply section a to the collection section d, and the open operation is performed when moving to the collection section d, and the skin-separated green onion A is collected or released. Then, it is supplied to the next process (for example, a sorting process or a shipping process).
[0017]
The above-described support conveyor 3 is installed at a height that is substantially horizontal with respect to the support conveyor 2 described above, and is opposed to the support belts 3a and 3b that are installed on the lower right side of the conveyance path so as to face the lower surface of the stem portion Ab of the green onion A. The ends of the support belts 3a and 3b corresponding to the separation section c are spaced apart from each other at the front and rear intervals at which separation operation by the skin separation device 10 described later is allowed, and the root Aa side of the leeks A is defined. A plurality of concave receiving portions 3c that are held in position are provided at predetermined intervals with respect to the entire length of the receiving surfaces of the support belts 3a and 3b. Further, the support conveyor 3 may be installed at a height lower than that of the support conveyor 2, and the entire length of the onion A may be conveyed in a posture that becomes lower from the leaf portion Ac side toward the root portion Aa side.
[0018]
In addition, the alignment belt 3d for aligning and guiding the root Aa of the leeks A in a straight line with respect to the transport direction is opposed to the tip of the root Aa of the leeks A supported by the support conveyors 2 and 3, and the right side of the transport path It is stretched around the section. Further, as an aligning means instead of the aligning belt 3d, for example, it is possible to align with a plate-shaped or bar-shaped guide member or the like.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 1, the trimming device 5 disposed in the trimming section b captures the root Aa side of the leeks A conveyed by the support conveyors 2 and 3 with an optical imaging means (for example, an imaging camera). Then, based on the image information, the cutting position of the root Aa is individually determined by the determination device 6. Based on the determination by the determination device 6, the root cutting device 7 disposed on the left side of the conveyance path cuts the root Aa side of the leek A to a predetermined size, and the leaf cutting device 8 disposed on the right side of the conveyance path is The leaf part Ac side of the leek A is cut to a predetermined size. Moreover, the above-mentioned trimming device 5 can also be comprised, for example by apparatuses, such as Japanese Patent Application No. 11-178235 and Japanese Patent Application No. 11-332893.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 3, the skin separation device 10 disposed in the separation section c described above includes a plurality of leeks A that transport the peeling unit 35 that separates the skin Ae of the onion A into the separation section c . A plurality of (two in the embodiment) are attached to the lower surface of the movable frame 31 installed in the upper part of the conveyance path with a distance between the guide rails 33 and 33 installed on the lower surface of the support frame 32. It is attached so that it can move reciprocally. Further, the number of the skinning units 35 may be changed to, for example, three or more.
[0021]
In addition, the traction chain 34 stretched over the conveyance path is connected to the movable frame 31 , and the traction chain 34 is rotated forward and backward by the driving force of a motor with a speed reducer (not shown). The skin peeling unit 35 is reciprocated back and forth between a start position at which the skin Ae is peeled off and an end position at which the peeling is finished.
[0022]
Note that the guide rail 33 is inclined at an angle such that the left end precedes the conveyance direction and the right end is delayed. As another example of the moving means replacing the above-described traction chain 34, the separation unit 7 can be reciprocated by, for example, a solenoid or an air cylinder.
[0023]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the above-described skinning unit 35 is configured so that the air G discharged from the air discharge portion 37 described later is substantially discharged from the stem Ab of the leek A held by the pair of holding bodies 2 a. A unit main body includes a pair of support arms 36 that are held and corrected so as to be evenly sprayed, and an air discharge portion 37 that discharges air G toward the peripheral surface of the stem Ab held by the pair of support arms 36. It is attached to a support frame 38 installed on the lower end side of 35a.
[0024]
The support arm 36 described above is a striated body (for example, a piano wire) having a strength necessary for correcting the stem Ab of the green onion A so that the air G discharged from the air discharge unit 37 is blown substantially evenly. ), The large and small stems Ab having various diameters are formed in a shape (substantially horizontal V-shape, substantially U-shape, substantially semicircular shape, etc.) that is supported substantially straight. In addition, the base end portion of the support arm 36 is fixed to the end portion of the support shaft 39 supported by the support frame 38, and the connecting rod 40 connected to the intermediate portion of the support shaft 39 is connected to the interlocking plate 41.
[0025]
In addition, the lifting cylinder 43 attached to the unit main body 35 a includes the pair of support arms 36 and the pair of air discharge portions 37 and 37, and the onion A held by the pair of holding bodies 2 a includes the air discharge portions 37 and 37. It moves up and down to a lowered position inserted in the substantially central portion and a raised position where the transfer of the onion A is allowed.
[0026]
The open / close cylinder 42 attached to the lower part of the unit main body 35a rotates the support shaft 39 forward and backward via the connecting rod 40 and the connecting plate 41, and the pair of support arms 36 are held by the pair of holding bodies 2a. It rotates to a closed angle for holding the stem Ab of the leeks A and an open angle for releasing the holding. Further, instead of the support arm 36, it can be supported by, for example, a rod-like or plate-like support member.
[0027]
The air discharge portion 37 is attached to the lower surface of the support frame 38 so as to face both side surfaces of the stem portion Ab of the leek A held by the pair of holding bodies 2a, and the discharge nozzle 37a provided in the air discharge portion 37 is connected to the stem. The angle at which the air G is discharged substantially horizontally with respect to the peripheral surface of the portion Ab is set, and the discharge nozzle 37b is set at an angle at which the air G is discharged obliquely downward with respect to the peripheral surface of the stem portion Ab. That is, it discharges toward the peeling part of the outer surface of the stem Ab and the back surface of the skin Ae (or the back surface of the skin Ae), and presses the stem Ab against the intersecting portion of the support arms 36 and 36 for centering. Further, the discharge nozzles 37a and 37b may be provided at a predetermined interval (or a predetermined angle) with respect to the circumferential direction around the stem Ab of the leek A held by the pair of holding bodies 2a.
[0028]
The air discharge unit 37 is connected to an air supply source (not shown) such as an air supply blower or a compressor, for example, and the discharge pressure of the air G discharged from the discharge nozzles 37a and 37b is used as the above air supply source. It is variably adjusted to an air discharge pressure suitable for separating a predetermined number of sheets or a predetermined thickness of the skin Ae by weakening or strengthening it by a connected discharge pressure control means (not shown). Further, the number of discharge nozzles 37a and 37b attached and the discharge angle may be changed.
[0029]
In the embodiment, the skin Ae of leek A is separated by air G (atmosphere), but a gas such as an inert gas or butane gas may be used. Moreover, liquids, such as a tap water, aqueous solution, a solvent, can also be used instead of gas, for example.
[0030]
As shown in FIG. 6, the skin removing device 46 disposed at the lower part of the conveying path from the separation section c to the collection section d pulls and separates the skin Ae that hangs down on the root Aa side of the green onion A. A separation roll 47 having a necessary contact resistance is pivotally mounted on the lower part on both sides of the conveyance path so as to face the skin Ae hanging below the root Aa of the leeks A conveyed by the support conveyors 2 and 3, and a pair of separation rolls 47. The skin Ae of the leeks A is pulled substantially synchronously (inward) in the direction in which it is pulled and separated in the substantially vertical direction by the driving force of a motor with a reduction gear (not shown).
[0031]
The illustrated embodiment is configured as described above, and the operation for separating the skin Ae of the green onion A by the crop peeling apparatus 1 will be described below.
[0032]
First, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the onions A to be received or harvested are held by the hand of an operator waiting on the supply section a side, and the leaf Ac side of the onion A is supported by the support conveyor 2. The base Aa side is placed on the support belt 3a of the support conveyor 3. After aligning the root part Aa of the leek A substantially straight by the alignment belt 3d with respect to the conveying direction, the leaf part Ac side of the leek A is held by the pair of holding bodies 2a, so that the cutting apparatus 5 in the cutting section b is arranged. Supply. Moreover, as a supply method of the onion A as an alternative to manual work, it can also be supplied by mechanical means such as a robot arm or a raising mechanism.
[0033]
Next, the root part Aa and the leaf part Ac of the leek A conveyed to the trimming section b are trimmed to a predetermined size by the trimming apparatus 5, and then supplied to the skin separating apparatus 10 in the separation section c. Further, only the root portion Aa of the leek A may be trimmed to a predetermined dimension.
[0034]
Next, when a plurality (two in the embodiment) of green onions A are transported to the separation section c, the skin peeling unit 35 of the skin separation device 10 is moved down as shown in FIGS. 3, 4, and 5. Then, the stem Ab of the green onion A held by the pair of holding bodies 2 a is inserted between the air discharge parts 37 and 37.
[0035]
At the same time, after blowing air G discharged from the air discharge portion 37 to the peripheral surface of the stem Ab of the leeks A, and peeling the epidermis Ae of the leeks A closer to the root Aa side than the support positions of the support arms 36, 36, The stem Ab of the green onion A is held by the support arms 36, 36, and supported and corrected so that the air G discharged from the air discharge part 37 is blown substantially evenly against the peripheral surface of the stem Ab. Then, the air G is positively pressed against the intersecting portion of the support arms 36 and 36 for centering.
[0036]
Next, the skin peeling unit 35 is moved in the conveying direction and the oblique direction substantially in synchronization with the conveying speed of the leeks A by the support conveyors 2 and 3, and the root portion from the leaf Ac side along the stem Ab of the leeks A. The air G is moved toward the Aa side, and the air G discharged from the air discharge portion 37 is continuously blown in the length direction against the peripheral surface of the stem Ab of the leeks A to separate unnecessary skin Ae all at once. At the same time, the pair of support arms 36 are moved in a substantially vertical direction along the peripheral surface of the leek A so as to follow the separated skin Ae, and the separated skin Ae is guided to be peeled toward the root Aa side. Forcibly separate or remove regardless of the number or thickness. Moreover, the peeling unit 35 can be raised and the stem Ab of the leeks A can be supported in a suspended state by its own weight.
[0037]
And, when the root Aa side of the green onion A is moved while being held by the pair of support arms 36, when the skin peeling unit 35 is moved outside the right side of the transport path and moved above the support belt 3b of the support conveyor 3, The holding by the pair of support arms 36 is released, and the root Aa side of the green onion A is transferred from the support belt 3a to the support belt 3b. When the stem Ab of the leek A is transferred from the support belt 3a in the separation section c to the support belt 3b, the stem Ab is supported in a state of being hung down by its own weight.
[0038]
Further, when the stem Ab of the green onion A is deformed, the air G discharged from the air discharge portion 37 is made to the outer surface of the stem Ab while correcting the bent portion of the stem Ab with the support arms 36 and 36. Spray almost evenly to separate the unnecessary epidermis Ae. At this time, following the degree of bending of the stem Ab, the pair of holding bodies 2a swings in the horizontal direction to smoothly perform the separation work of the epidermis Ae.
[0039]
On the other hand, the separated skin Ae is put into a skin throwing portion (not shown) disposed at the lower part of the conveyance path, and is periodically collected or discarded. In the same manner as described above, the support arm 36 is opened, the skin peeling unit 35 is vertically raised, the skin peeling unit 35 is returned to the initial position, and the skin of the green onion A conveyed by the support conveyors 2 and 3 is used. The work of separating Ae is continued.
[0040]
When the skin Ae of the leek A hangs down at the lower end of the root Aa, as shown in FIG. 6, it is separated and removed by being pulled vertically while being sandwiched by a pair of separation rolls 47 constituting the skin removal device 46. Or forcibly pulling and separating by holding means such as a pair of chucks and arms, or by suction means connected to a negative pressure source such as an intake blower or vacuum pump. May be. Alternatively, the skin Ae can be discharged to a discharge conveyor (not shown) and supplied to, for example, a residue accumulating unit or a residue processing unit.
[0041]
Next, when the separated leek A is transported in the collection section d, the holding by the pair of holding bodies 2a is released, the separated leek A is discharged, and the next process (sorting) is performed by a conveyor (not shown). Process and shipping process). Moreover, you may perform collection | recovery operation | work and supply operation | work by man-made operation | work (an operator's hand) or mechanical work (for example, robot arm).
[0042]
As described above, the pair of skin peeling units 35 constituting the skin separating apparatus 10 are moved in the conveying direction so as to be substantially opposed to the peripheral surface of the stem portion Ab of the green onion A conveyed by the support conveyors 2 and 3. Since the air G discharged from the air discharge part 37 of the peeling unit 35 is blown substantially continuously against the peripheral surface of the stem Ab of the leeks A, the length of the skin Ae of the leeks A which is unnecessary or cannot be edible The work can be separated at a time with respect to the direction, and the work of separating the skins Ae of the plurality of leeks A can be performed continuously, so that the labor can be saved and the efficiency can be improved.
[0043]
In addition, since the fluid spraying portion of the onion A is supported in a state where the air G6 is sprayed substantially evenly by the pair of support arms 36, the spray angle, spraying interval, and spraying amount of the air A are always constant. Thus, the desired number or thickness of the onion A epidermis Ae can be reliably separated.
[0044]
7 and 8 show another example in which the skin Ae of the leeks A is separated while moving the plurality of skin peeling units 35 in the transport direction, and the skin peel unit 35 is looped around the upper part of the transport path. The guide rail 51 includes a plurality of unit bodies 35a installed between the circulation chains 50 and 50, with a plurality of attachments provided at intervals substantially opposite to the leeks A conveyed by the support conveyors 2 and 3. The upper end side of the unit main body 35a is engaged with a guide rail 52 installed on the upper part of the conveyance path.
[0045]
That is, while the plurality of skin peeling units 35 are moved in the conveying direction, they are reciprocated between the start position where the skin Ae is peeled off along the guide rail 52 and the end position where the peeling is finished, Since the skin Ae of the leek A conveyed by the conveyors 2 and 3 is continuously separated, the operation and effect substantially equivalent to those of the above-described embodiment can be achieved.
[0046]
In the above-described embodiment, the skin peeling unit 35 of the skin separation apparatus 10 is configured to move around in a direction parallel to the transport direction. For example, as shown in FIG. 9, the skin peel unit 35 is moved with respect to the transport direction. The skin Ae of the leeks A conveyed by the support conveyors 2 and 3 is separated while moving in an oblique direction intersecting with a predetermined angle, and the skin peeling unit 35 is moved in a specific direction as shown in FIG. While moving in parallel, the skin Ae of the leek A conveyed in an oblique direction by the support conveyors 2 and 3 may be separated, and operations and effects substantially equivalent to those of the above-described embodiment can be achieved.
