本発明は、地中用光ファイバーセンサーに係り、特に、地中内の変状を計測する光ファイバーセンサー及びその光ファイバーセンサーシステムに関するものである。

従来、土構造物の変状を検知するセンサーとしては、
(1)長尺部材に取り付けられた歪みゲージや地滑り計等のセンサーがあるが、ポイントとポイントの計測である。

(2)また、現在、光ファイバーセンサーは、コンクリート部材の歪みや盛土のり表面での変形計測手法として用いられている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記した従来の技術(1)のポイントとポイントの計測では、各地点で計測点が独立しており、数10kmを連続的に計測することはできなかった。

また、上記した従来の技術(2)の光ファイバーセンサーは、コンクリート部材の歪みや盛土のり表面での変状計測手法として用いられているが、地中内の詳細な変状を計測するためには利用されていないのが現状である。

本発明は、上記問題点を除去し、地中内の詳細な変状を計測することができる地中用光ファイバーセンサー及びその光ファイバーセンサーシステムを提供することを目的とする。

【発明を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記目的を達成するために、
〔1〕光ファイバーを用いた土構造物の変状検知センサーを計測ポイントに布設する地中用光ファイバーセンサーであって、前記土構造物の変状検知センサーは、土の変形に追従しやすい構造体に光ファイバーを巻付け、前記構造体の先端には打設時に刺さりやすいが、引き抜け方向に力が作用すると、上部が開くようになる引き抜け抵抗部材を設けた定着板を具備する杭であり、この杭を外管とともに、直接計測ポイントに打設し、前記土構造物の変状検知センサーのみを地中に残し、布設することを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について、詳細に説明する。

図1は本発明の実施例を示す地中用光ファイバーセンサーの配置図である。

図1に示すように、盛土された区域1に、光ファイバーセンサー(光ファイバーの部分)2が装着された鋼管やFRP管などの高剛性管状杭3が、打ち込まれて、光ファイバー4が布設される。その場合に、基準となる光ファイバー5を配置しておく。

上記した鋼管やFRP管などの管状杭3の場合には、ここでは、図2に示すような、光ファイバーの部分2の貼り付けが、管状杭3の内部の中空部3Aの内管に行なわれる。このようにすると、管状杭3を打ち込んでも、光ファイバーの部分2が破損することはないので好都合である。しかし、光ファイバーの部分2を布設しやすいように、管状杭3の外側に巻き付けるようにしてもよい。

そこで、基準となる光ファイバー5と盛土された区域1に配置された光ファイバー4とに光源6から第1の光カプラ4aを通して光を導入して、光ファイバー5と光ファイバー4の両方に光を通し、それぞれの光ファイバー5と光ファイバー4には光の導波状態を第2の光カプラ4bを介してO/E(光/電気)変換器7により電気に変換して、パッシブホモダイン復調器8で復調して、計測装置9により、光ファイバー5と光ファイバー4からの電気的出力状態を監視する。

したがって、例えば、盛土の内部に変状を来している場合には、光ファイバー4の経路に変化が生じる。つまり、管状杭3が変位する。すると、光ファイバー4内の光の導波の状態が変化し、基準となる光ファイバー5の光の導波の状態と比較すると、偏差が生じることになり、その偏差を計測装置9により計測することができる。

また、盛土の内部に破壊的な変状が生じたような場合には、光ファイバー4にも大きな変化が生じることになり、基準となる光ファイバー5の光の導波の状態と大きくことなる時には、計測装置9に連動する警報装置10によって警報を出すようにしてもよい。

光ファイバーセンサーの布設の態様はその構造物の変状をどのようにモニターするかによって、種々の光ファイバーセンサーの配置とする。

図3は本発明の他の実施例を示す地中用光ファイバーセンサーの構成図であり、柔軟性のある管状杭を構成する。

この実施例では、(1)図3(a)に示すように、分割された(10〜20cm程度)中空型FRPロッド11内に光ファイバーの部分(光ファイバーセンサー)12を巻き付ける。また、内管の先端には、刺さりやすいように、定着板14を設ける。

また、そのような中空型FRPロッド11内に、光ファイバーの部分(光ファイバーセンサー)12を巻き付けたものを、図3(b)に示すように、打設用外管13で保護して、打設し、地中内に布設する。

以下、本発明の地中用光ファイバーセンサーシステムの構成について説明する。

図1に示すように、光源(レーザ光源)6から第1の光カプラ4aを介して、光ファイバー4に接続され、この光ファイバー4は図2〜図4に示した地中用光ファイバーセンサーに接続され、その地中用光ファイバーセンサーから光ファイバー4′を介して、第2の光カプラ4bに接続され、その第2の光カプラ4bはO/E(光/電気)変換器7に接続され、その変換器7の出力は、例えば、パッシブホモダイン復調器8に接続される。また、光源(レーザ光源)6とパッシブホモダイン復調器8間には変調信号発生器40が設けられる。

また、パッシブホモダイン復調器8の出力は計測装置9に接続され、その計測装置9は適宜警報装置10に接続される。ここで、基準となる光ファイバー5が第1の光カプラ4aから分岐されて、第2の光カプラ4bに接続される。41は鉄道線路である。

そこで、レーザ光源6から出力されるレーザ光を、第1の光カプラ4aで2つに分岐し、一方を光ファイバー4を介して、地中用光ファイバーセンサー2を通過させて、第2の光カプラ4bでもう一方と干渉させる。その第2の光カプラ4bの出力をO/E(光/電気)変換器7でO/E変換し、パッシブホモダイン復調器8でパッシブホモダイン処理し復調するようにしている。その復調された信号は計測装置9に取り込まれ、基準となる光ファイバー5を経由した光出力と、地中用光ファイバーセンサー2を経由した光出力との比較により、地中の変状を検知することができる。なお、パッシブホモダイン処理のための変調信号発生器40の出力は、光源(レーザ光源)6とパッシブホモダイン復調器8に接続する。

このように、本発明によれば、光ファイバーによる歪みセンサーを内部に組み込んだ杭を地中に打設し、また、コーティングされた光ファイバーセンサーを計測対象箇所の状況、距離等に応じて複数個を直接地中に布設し、埋め込むことにより、地中内の変状を連続的(例えば数10km)に容易に計測することができる。対象としては、盛土やその他の土構造物であり、延長の長いもの(鉄道や道路など)に対して、効果的である。

このように、本発明の光ファイバーセンサーシステムによれば、鉄道や道路等、延長の長い構造物の任意の地域の危険を予知することができる。特に、目視等で判断しづらい、地中の変状を容易に監視することができ、防災の見地からしてもその効果は著大である。
