上記のようなバンド締付具において、締付具本体にバンド締付用の操作レバーを起倒可能に取付け、その操作レバーの基部近傍にバンド挿通孔を形成し、上記締付具本体に一端を連結固定したバンドの他端を、締付具本体に対して操作レバーを外方に起こした状態でバンド挿通孔に通して上記操作レバーを締付具本体側に倒すことによってバンドを締付けるようにしたものは知られている(例えば実公昭45−841号公報参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、従来のものは上記バンド挿通孔にバンドが通しずらく作業に手間取る等の不具合があり、またバンド挿通孔にバンドを通し、操作レバーを締付具本体側に倒したとき往々にしてバンドが外方に大きく張り出して邪魔になったり、又それによってバンドが緩む等のおそれがあった。

本発明は上記の問題点に鑑みて提案されたもので、バンド挿通孔へのバンド通し作業およびバンドの締付操作が容易であり、しかもバンドが外方に大きく張り出すことなく良好に締付けることのできるバンド締付具を提供することを目的とする。

上記の目的を達成するために、本発明によるバンド締付具は、以下の構成としたものである。

即ち、締付具本体にバンド締付用の操作レバーを起倒可能に取付け、その操作レバーの基部近傍にバンド挿通孔を形成し、上記締付具本体に一端を連結固定したバンドの他端を、締付具本体に対して操作レバーを外方に起こした状態でバンド挿通孔に通して上記操作レバーを締付具本体側に倒すことによってバンドを締付けるようにしたバンド締付具において、上記操作レバーの基部近傍の締付具本体に、上記バンド挿通孔にバンドを挿通する際のガイド孔を設け、上記操作レバーを締付具本体の外方に起こしたとき上記ガイド孔にバンド挿通孔が連続的に連通するように構成したことを特徴とする。

【作用】
上記のようにバンド挿通孔にバンドを挿通する際のガイド孔を締付具本体に設け、操作レバーを締付具本体の外方に起こしたとき上記ガイド孔にバンド挿通孔が連続的に連通するように構成したことによって、上記バンド挿通孔にバンドを通す際に、操作レバーを起こすと、該操作レバーのバンド挿通孔がガイド孔に一致し、そのガイド孔にバンドを挿通することによって上記バンド挿通孔にも容易にバンドを挿通することができると共に、上記のように締付具本体に形成したガイド孔を介して上記バンド挿通孔にバンドを通素用にしたのでバンド締付時にバンドが外方に大きく突出するのを防ぐことが可能となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明によるバンド締付具を、図に示す具体的な実施形態に基づいて説明する。

図1は本発明によるバンド締付具の一実施形態を示す正面図、図2はその横断平面図、図3は操作レバーを開いた状態の横断平面図、図4は図1におけるA−A線断面図である。図において、1は締付具本体で、該本体1は本実施形態においては合成樹脂により図4に示すように縦断面略コ字形に形成され、その本体1の図1で左側の端部と底面には、バンドの一端を係止するバンド係止孔10a、10b等が設けられている。

図中、2はバンドを締付けるための操作レバーで、該レバー2は本実施形態においては合成樹脂により略舌片状に形成され、そのレバー2の基部2aの両側部には側方に突出する軸部21が一体的に設けられている。その軸部21を本体1の上下両側面に形成した軸受孔11に嵌合することによって上記操作レバー2は本体1に対して起倒可能に連結されている。

上記操作レバー2の基部2aにはバンド挿通孔22が形成され、その基部2aの近傍の本体1の右端部には、上記バンド挿通孔22にバンドを挿通する際のガイド孔12が設けられている。そのガイド孔12とバンド挿通孔22は、図3に示すように操作レバー2を本体1の外方に起こしたときには互いに合致して連続的に連通するように構成されている

さらに操作レバー2の自由端側の両側部には、係止突起23が一体的に設けられ、その係止突起23を本体側に設けた係止孔13に係合することによって操作レバー2が回り止め係止される構成である。

上記の構成において、例えば電柱Pに種々の物品を取付けるために、その電柱Pの周面にバンド、例えば合成樹脂製のバンドBを締付け固定する場合には、先ず図5の(a)のように操作レバー2を本体1の外側に起こした状態で、本体1を電柱Pの周面に配置し、電柱Pの周面に卷き掛けたバンドBの一端B1を本体1のバンド係止孔10a、10bに図のように挿通して、そのバンド端B1を本体1と電柱Pとの間に挟んで固定する。

次いで、上記バンドBの他端B2を操作レバー2のバンド挿通孔22に挿通するもので、その際、締付具本体1に上記のようにガイド孔12を設けると共に、操作レバー2を図5の(a)のように本体1の外側に起こしたときに上記ガイド孔12とバンド挿通孔22とが合致して連通するようにしたことによって、上記ガイド孔12にバンドBを通すだけでバンド挿通孔22にも同時に容易にバンドBを挿通することができる。

次に、上記のようにバンド挿通孔22にバンド他端B2を挿通した状態で、操作レバーを図5の(a)で矢印a方向に回動すると、上記バンド挿通孔22に挿通したバンド他端B2が同図(b)のように操作レバー2の基部2aに卷き付くように略Z字状に屈曲しながら矢印b方向に徐々に引き寄せられる。そして、さらに操作レバーを矢印a方向に回動して同図(c)のように本体1内に押し込むと、上記バンド他端B2が操作レバー2の基部2aに更に巻き付いて引き寄せられ、その状態で操作レバー2の係止突起23を本体1の係止孔13に係合させることによってバンドBを緊張状態に締付け固定することができる。

上記のように締付けた状態において、上記バンド他端B2は操作レバー2の基部2aに略Z字状に屈曲して巻き付いているので、不用意に緩むおそれがない。また上記バンド他端B2を本体側のガイド孔12を経て挿sレバー2のバンド挿通孔22に挿通するようにしたので、バンドBの緊張力による反力で図5(c)において本体1よりも図で右側のバンド端が右方に引っ張られたとき、その引っ張り力は上記ガイド孔12との当接部を経て前記Z字状屈曲部に作用し、その屈曲部には直接大きな力が掛からないので、合成樹脂バンドを用いた場合にも上記屈曲部が損傷もしくは破損することがない。さらに上記バンド他端B2をガイド孔12を介して上記バンド挿通孔22に挿通したことで、バンド締付後にバンドBが外方に大きく張り出して邪魔になることがなく、また外方に張り出すことによってバンドが緩むこともないものである。

なお上記操作レバー2の基部には、図示例のように、すなわち図2に示すように突出部24を設け、バンド締付時に図5の(c)に示すように上記突出部24とコ字形本体1の底面との間にバンドBを挟むようにするとよい。そのようにすると、バンドBをより確実に固定することができる。また上記突出部24には図示例のようにレバー2の回動方向(起倒方向)と直角方向の滑り止め用の凹凸条24aを形成するとよく、そのようにするとバンドの滑りが防止されて更に確実に固定することが可能となる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように本発明によるバンド締付具は、操作レバー2の基部近傍の締付具本体1に、操作レバー2に設けたバンド挿通孔22にバンドBを挿通する際のガイド孔12を設け、上記操作レバー2を締付具本体1の外方に起こしたとき上記ガイド孔12にバンド挿通孔22が連続的に連通するように構成したから、本体1に一端B1を連結したバンドBの他端B2を、操作レバー2のバンド挿通孔22に挿通する際、上記ガイド孔12にバンドを通すだけでバンド挿通孔22にも同時に容易にバンドBを挿通することができる。しかも上記バンド他端B2を本体側のガイド孔12を経てバンド挿通孔22に通すようにしたので、前述のようにバンド締付時の反力が、バンド挿通孔22への挿通部付近に直接作用して損傷もしくは破損するのを防ぐことができると共に、バンドBが外方に大きく張り出して邪魔になったり、又それによってバンドが緩むのを防ぐことができるもので、操作性および締付性能のよいバンド締付具を提供できる等の効果がある。
