【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a gate handle, and more specifically, it is natural to eliminate the sense of discomfort between the outdoor side and the indoor side, and the opening / closing operation is smooth and natural from both the outdoor side and the indoor side. It relates to a door handle that can be used.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional gate handle 1 ′, a hitting method shown in FIG. 16 is known. In this striking method, a striking rod 30 is rotatably attached to the rotating door 3 ′, and the striking rod 30 protruding from the rotating door 3 ′ is received by a receiving base 31 provided on the fixed door 2 ′. However, since the hitting bar 30 and the receiving base 31 protrude from the surface on the indoor side B, the cost is low, but the appearance from the indoor side B is poor.
[0003]
As another conventional example, a latch system shown in FIG. 17 is known. In this latch system, a latch 33a is protruded from a latch portion 33 on the rotating door 3 ′ side, and is inserted into and locked on a strike portion 32 having a strike hole (not shown) on the fixed side door 2 ′ side. However, since the latch part 33 and the strike part 32 protrude to the indoor side B, unnaturalness occurs due to the difference in appearance between the outdoor side A and the indoor side B, and the design is inferior. There is a problem that the cost is high.
[0004]
As another conventional example, as shown in FIG. 18, a lever handle latch system in which a lock mechanism 34 is inserted into a side surface portion of a fixed door 2 'and a base 5' and lever handles 4 'and 4 "are attached to the front and rear. Although this lever handle latch system is improved in appearance, there is a problem that the cost is high because the lock mechanism 34 needs to be processed using a casting or the like.
[0005]
As another conventional example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-152977 proposes a driving built-in method shown in FIG. This built-in driving system has a built-in hitting bar 30 in a space defined between a pair of pedestals 5 ″, and has the advantage of good appearance and low cost.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in both the hooking method of FIG. 16 and the hooking built-in method of FIG. 19, the protruding direction of the hooking rod 30 is determined, and in the latching method of FIG. 17 and the lever handle latching method of FIG. Also, the protruding direction of the latch 33a is determined. In connection with this, there exists a problem that the arrangement | positioning angle of a gate is restrict | limited to a fixed range. For example, the opening width between the pillars varies depending on the site. For this reason, when it is necessary to change the arrangement angle of the gate depending on the site, the projecting angle of the hitting rod 30 and the latch 33a changes. There arises a problem that the door handle 1 'must be prepared in advance. For this reason, the conventional gate handle 1 ′ has a problem that it cannot sufficiently cope with the change in the arrangement of the gates.
[0007]
Furthermore, in the past, due to variations in the latching of the revolving door, the closing position of the revolving door with respect to the stationary door has varied, and even though the revolving door is closed, the revolving door becomes a fixed side door. On the other hand, there is a problem that it appears to be shifted to the outdoor side or the indoor side, and there is a problem that rattling of the rotary door occurs with respect to the fixed side door.
[0008]
The present invention was invented in view of the problems of the above-described conventional example, and the object of the present invention is to improve the appearance and opening / closing operability with a simple structure, The purpose of the present invention is to provide a gate handle that can cope with changes in the angle of the gate even when the gate angle changes. By providing, it is possible to improve the appearance of the gate without the problem that the revolving door appears to be shifted to the outdoor side or the indoor side with respect to the fixed side door, and the attachment strength of the door contact member is greatly increased. It is possible to reduce the number of parts of the door stop member and rationalize the member, and it is possible to cope with the opening of the revolving door only by changing the mounting state of the door stop member. Times To provide a gate door handle for that can reliably prevent the occurrence of rattling of the door.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, in the invention of claim 1, a pair of operation units 4, 4 and a pair of bases 5, 5 disposed on the outdoor side A and the indoor side B, and a pair of bases 5, 5, a rotary shaft 6 that penetrates through the interior of 5 and connects the pair of operation parts 4, 4 to each other, and is detachably locked to the frame part 2 a of the stationary door 2 in conjunction with the operation of the operation part 4. The locking means 7 is formed in a U-shape in plan view with the front end opened forward, and the frame portion 2a of the fixed side door 2 is separated from the outdoor side A and the indoor side B. It is composed of a U-shaped sandwiching piece 8 sandwiched between The U-shaped sandwiching piece 8 includes a movable side hooking piece 8a that rotates in conjunction with either the outdoor side A or the indoor side B operation part 4 and the outdoor side A or It is separated into a fixed side hooking piece 8b fixed to one of the other pedestals 5 on the indoor side B, and at least the fixed side hooking piece 8b is provided with a door stop 9 corresponding to the frame portion 2a of the fixed side door 2. With this configuration, when the arrangement angle of the gate 12 is changed at the site, the locking direction of the U-shaped sandwiching piece 8 with respect to the frame portion 2a of the stationary door 2 changes. However, the U-shaped sandwiching piece 8 can securely sandwich the frame portion 2a from an arbitrary angle. That is, since the degree of freedom in the locking direction is widened, even when the arrangement angle of the gate 12 changes depending on the site, the change in the angle can be sufficiently handled. Moreover, since the U-shaped sandwiching piece 8 can have the same appearance when viewed from the outdoor side A and from the indoor side B, there is an unnaturalness between the appearance viewed from the outdoor side A and the appearance viewed from the indoor side B. In addition, when opening and closing the revolving door 3 from the indoor side B, and when opening and closing the revolving door 3 from the outdoor side A, it is possible to perform natural opening and closing operations with the operation unit 4. It becomes like this.
[0010]
The U-shaped sandwiching piece 8 includes a movable side hitting piece 8a that rotates in conjunction with either the outdoor side A or the indoor side B operation unit 4 and the outdoor side A or It is separated into a fixed side hooking piece 8b fixed to one of the other pedestals 5 on the indoor side B, and at least the fixed side hooking piece 8b is provided with a door stop 9 corresponding to the frame portion 2a of the fixed side door 2. The Because The fixed-side hook piece 8b and the movable-side hook piece 8a constituting the U-shaped sandwiching piece 8 can have the same appearance when viewed from the outdoor side A and from the indoor side B, but the movable side hook Only the piece 8a can be rotated to unlock the frame portion 2a of the fixed side door 2, and at least the fixed side door 2 is provided with a door stop 9 so that the rotating door 3 can be moved. When the door is closed, the position of the rotary door 3 is determined by the door stop 9, and the fixed side door 2 and the rotary door 3 can be easily locked by the U-shaped sandwiching piece 8.
[0011]
The frame portion 2a of the stationary door 2 sandwiched between the U-shaped sandwiching pieces 8 is preferably rounded in plan view. In this case, even if the gate 12 is disposed at a different angle, it is optional. From this angle, the frame portion 2 a of the fixed door 2 can be sandwiched by the U-shaped sandwiching piece 8.
[0012]
Further, it is preferable that the door stop 9 is detachable from the U-shaped sandwiching piece 8. In this case, when the door stop 9 is deteriorated, it is easy to replace only the door stop 9, and the U-shaped It becomes unnecessary to replace the entire holding piece 8.
[0013]
The revolving door 3 that rotates with respect to the fixed door 2 is provided with a door contact member 60 that abuts against the fixed door 2 when the revolving door 3 is closed. It is preferable that the rotary door 3 is arranged eccentrically with respect to the opening side of the rotary door 3 with respect to the center N of the rotary door 3 when viewed from the plane. In the state of contact, the center M of the stationary door 2 and the center N of the pivoting door 3 are not displaced from each other, and the pivoting door 3 and the stationary door 2 can be brought into contact with each other. There is no inconvenience that the moving door 3 appears to be shifted to the outdoor side A or the indoor side B, and the appearance of the gate 12 is improved.
[0014]
Further, the door contact member 60 is integrally provided with a mounting plate 61 to be mounted across the pair of bases 5 according to claim 1, and one end 61 a side of the mounting plate 61 is attached to one base 5. A portion 62 is provided, and the other pedestal 5 is provided with a screw threading hole 62a in which the other end 61b side of the mounting plate 61 is screwed, and a direction P in which the pair of pedestals 5 are fastened to each other by screwing the mounting plate 61. In this case, when the mounting plate 61 of the door stop member 60 is screwed to the pedestal 5, the pair of pedestals 5 is tightened in the direction P. By being pressed, the attachment strength of the door contact member 60 to the pedestal 5 is greatly increased, and the strength of the door contact member 60 can be easily increased. Can.
[0015]
Further, the door contact member 60 is arranged eccentrically on the outdoor side A with respect to the center N of the pivot door 3 when viewed from the plane, and the door door member 60 is reversed and viewed from the plane. It is preferable that it is detachably attached in any state of being arranged eccentrically on the indoor side B with respect to the center N. In this case, the pivot door 3 opens to the outdoor side A In this case, the door stop member 60 is attached in a state of being eccentrically arranged on the outdoor side A with respect to the center N of the rotary door 3. It is possible to use one door stop member 60 properly according to the opening of the revolving door 3 by attaching it in a state of being eccentrically arranged on the indoor side B from the center N of the door. It can be reduced and the construction efficiency is improved.
[0016]
Further, the door contact member 60 is disposed inside the U-shaped sandwiching piece 8 according to claim 1, an attachment 63 is attached to one side of the U-shaped sandwiching piece 8 facing the door contact member 60, and the door contact member 60 and the attachment It is preferable that the frame portion 2a of the fixed side door 2 is sandwiched between the outdoor side A and the indoor side B. Generation | occurrence | production can be prevented with the door stop member 60 and the attachment 63. FIG.
[0017]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.
[0018]
FIG. 1 shows an example in which the U-shaped sandwiching piece 8 for sandwiching the frame portion 2 a of the fixed door 2 is formed as an integral part, and FIG. 2 shows an example in which the frame portion 2 a is sandwiched by the U-shaped sandwiching piece 8. FIG. 3 shows another example in which the U-shaped sandwiching piece 8 is separated into two. Here, the gate 12 is a flat door in a plan view, and a fixed door formed in a circular arc shape (or a square shape) in plan view so as to bend toward the indoor side B in plan view. As a result, a space S is created on the outdoor side A of the gate as much as the fixed side door 2 is bent to the indoor side B, and this space S can be used as an approach space for dealing with visitors. It can be used. This approach space can eliminate the danger of responding on the road and help to increase safety. Moreover, the material of the face material of the rotation door 3 and the stationary door 2 is not particularly limited, and aluminum casting, shape material, steel, stainless steel, natural wood, or the like is used. In addition, the suspension side of the fixed side door 2 is suspended by one gate pole 54 via a hinge, and the hand end side is fixed by a drop bar 51 shown in FIG. Reference numeral 50 in FIG. 7 denotes a door stop provided on the fixed door 2. The suspension door 3 is suspended on the other gate post 55 via a hinge, and the gate handle 1 of the present invention is attached to the hand side of the rotation door 3.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 1, the gate handle 1 of the present embodiment includes a pair of operation units 4 and 4 disposed on the outdoor side A and the indoor side B, and a pair of doors fixed to the outdoor side A and the indoor side B. The pedestal 5, 5, a rotating shaft (not shown) that rotatably passes through the inside of the pair of pedestals 5, 5 and connects the pair of operation units 4, 4, and the operation of one operation unit 4 The locking means 7 is interlocked with the frame portion 2a of the stationary door 2 so as to be detachably locked. The locking means 7 is formed in a U-shape in plan view with the front end opened forward. The frame portion 2a of the fixed door 2 is constituted by a U-shaped sandwiching piece 8 for sandwiching the frame portion 2a from the outdoor side A and the indoor side B. The plan view shape of the frame portion 2a of the stationary door 2 is preferably a round shape such as a circular shape or an elliptical shape as shown in FIGS. By doing in this way, the freedom degree of the latching direction of the U-shaped clamping piece 8 with respect to the frame part 2a of the fixed side door 2 spreads, and it can fully respond to the change of the arrangement angle of the gate door 12. In addition, the material of the frame part 2a of the fixed side door 2 is not particularly limited, and may be made of casting or resin. In the figure, 52 is a locking key.
[0020]
Further, a door stop 9 corresponding to the frame portion 2 a of the fixed door 2 is provided on the inner surface of the front end of the U-shaped sandwiching piece 8. The door stop 9 is made of, for example, resin, rubber, or the like, and may be either an integral type or a separate type with the U-shaped sandwiching piece 8.
[0021]
Thus, when one operation portion 4 is turned downward from the outdoor side A (or indoor side B), the U-shaped sandwiching piece 8 rotates downward in conjunction with the operation portion 4 and the frame portion 2a of the fixed side door 2 is rotated. And thus the pivot door 3 can be opened. Further, when the rotary door 3 is closed and the operation unit 4 is rotated from the bottom to the side, the U-shaped sandwiching piece 8 rotates sideways from the bottom in conjunction with the operation unit 4 so that the frame portion 2a of the fixed side door 2 is moved to the outdoor side. A shape is sandwiched between A and the indoor side B, whereby the rotating door 3 is locked to the fixed side door 2.
[0022]
Here, the locking means 7 that is detachably locked to the frame portion 2 a of the fixed door 2 is constituted by a U-shaped sandwiching piece 8, and the frame portion 2 a of the fixed side door 2 is configured by the U-shaped sandwiching piece 8. Since sandwiching is performed from the outdoor side A and the indoor side B, the degree of freedom in the locking direction of the U-shaped sandwiching piece 8 with respect to the frame portion 2a is increased. That is, as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b), even if the locking angle of the U-shaped sandwiching piece 8 with respect to the frame portion 2a of the stationary door 2 changes due to the change in the arrangement angle of the gate 12 at the site, The U-shaped sandwiching piece 8 can surely sandwich the frame portion 2a from an arbitrary angle, and can sufficiently cope with a change in the arrangement angle of the gate door 12. Moreover, the U-shaped sandwiching piece 8 can have the same appearance when viewed from the outdoor side A or the indoor side B, and the operation unit 4 and the base 5 can also have the same appearance. In other words, the appearance that can be seen from the road side is the same as the appearance that can be seen from the indoor side B, that is, the house side, so that there is no sense of unnaturalness. As a result of improving the design properties by aligning the appearance of the handle 1, there is no sense of unnaturalness. In addition, when opening and closing the revolving door 3 from the indoor side B and when opening and closing the revolving door 3 from the outdoor side A, the natural opening and closing operation can be performed with the operation unit 4, It is no longer forced to perform an unnatural operation such as having to open and close by holding the hitting bar from the indoor side B as before, and the operation of the operation unit 4 is the same as the general hitting method. Since the operation method can be easily discriminated, the operability is improved. As a result, the appearance and opening / closing operability can be improved with a simple structure, but even when the arrangement angle of the gate 12 changes variously, it can sufficiently cope with the change in the angle. .
[0023]
Note that the frame portion 2a of the stationary door 2 may have a square shape in plan view, but as an example of a rounding method, for example, as shown in FIG. 5B, a pair made of resin or die cast, for example. There is a method in which the half-cracked cylinders 10 and 10 are sandwiched between the outdoor side A and the indoor side B of the frame portion 2a and fixed with screws 11. As a result, only the portion sandwiched by the U-shaped sandwiching piece 8 can be formed in a round shape without changing the square shape of the frame portion 2a, and can correspond to the arrangement angle of the gate 12 at a relatively low cost. It becomes.
[0024]
Further, since the U-shaped sandwiching piece 8 is provided with a door stop 9, the door stop 9 hits the frame portion 2a of the stationary door 2 with the rotary door 3 closed, thereby eliminating the rattling of the gate 12. Furthermore, there is an advantage that the rattling noise can be prevented and the coating of the frame portion 2a of the fixed door 2 can be prevented from being peeled off by the door stop 9. In addition, the fixed hooking piece 8b is also used as the door stop 9. Therefore, it is not necessary to separately install the door stop 50 (FIG. 7) on the fixed door 2 side, the number of parts can be reduced, and a fixing hole for fixing the door stopper 50 (FIG. 7) to the fixed door 2 is provided. Accordingly, there is an advantage that the drilling can be omitted, the cost can be reduced, and the appearance design of the stationary door 2 can be improved.
[0025]
FIG. 3 shows an example in which the U-shaped holding piece 8 constituting the locking means 7 is separated into two parts, an outdoor side A and an indoor side B. In the example of FIG. 3, the U-shaped sandwiching piece 8 is connected to the movable side hanging piece 8 a that rotates in conjunction with the operation unit 4 on the indoor side B and the pedestal 5 on the outdoor side A without being linked to the operation unit 4. It is separated into two parts, a fixed-side striking piece 8b that is fixed in this manner. Door stops 9 are respectively provided at the tips of the movable-side hook piece 8a and the fixed-side hook piece 8b, and the movable-side hook piece 8a and the fixed-side hook piece 8b serve as door-contact members that contact the frame portion 2a of the fixed-side door 2. It has a combined structure. Further, in the example of FIG. 3, a single rotating shaft 6 made of a square core having a square cross section passes through the inside of the opening 13 of the pedestal 5 so as to freely rotate. 4 are respectively inserted into square holes 14 provided in the shaft portions 4a and 4a ′, and are fastened and fixed by screws 15 from below the operation portion 4, whereby the operation portion 4 on the outdoor side A and the indoor side B are The operation unit 4 is connected via a rotary shaft 6 so as to be integrally rotatable. The size of the opening 13 of the pedestal 5 is set to be larger than that of the rotation shaft 6, and the mounting position of the operation unit 4 with respect to the pedestal 5 can be adjusted in the vertical direction D.
[0026]
Here, the shaft portion 8c of the fixed-side striking piece 8b disposed on the outdoor side A is sandwiched between the shaft portion 4c of the operation portion 4 on the outdoor side A and the base 5 on the outdoor side A, and by screws 18 The stationary side door 2 is fixed to the base 5 on the outdoor side A, so that the stationary side door 2 does not move in conjunction with the operation unit 4, and is always disposed facing the frame portion 2 a of the stationary side door 2. On the other hand, the shaft portion 8c ′ of the movable side hanging piece 8a disposed on the indoor side B is sandwiched between the shaft portion 4c ′ of the operation unit 4 on the indoor side B and the base 5 on the indoor side B, and It is fixed to the shaft portion 4 c ′ of the operation unit 4 on the indoor side B by the screw 16, whereby the movable side hooking piece 8 a moves in conjunction with the operation unit 4, and the frame of the fixed side door 2. The portion 2a can be freely engaged and disengaged. In this example, the door stop 9 is provided on both the movable side hook piece 8a and the fixed side hook piece 8b, but the door stop 9 of the movable side hook piece 8a can be omitted. In addition, 17 in FIG. 3 is a base assembly screw.
[0027]
The operation will be described with reference to FIG. When the operation unit 4 is opened from the outdoor side A (also from the indoor side B), only the movable side hooking piece 8a is opened in conjunction with it, and as shown by the arrow a in FIG. The piece 8a is in a state of being detached from the frame portion 2a of the fixed door 2, and the rotating door 3 can be opened toward the outdoor side A. Further, when the rotating door 3 is closed, the fixed-side hooking piece 8b comes into contact with the frame portion 2a of the fixed-side door 2, and when the operation unit 4 is closed in this state, the movable-side hooking piece 8a is closed in conjunction. The movable side hooking piece 8a protrudes in the direction indicated by the arrow B in FIG. 4, and the movable side hooking piece 8a and the fixed side hooking piece 8b sandwich the frame portion 2a of the fixed side door 2 so that the pivoting door 3 Is locked. 4B shows an example in which the movable-side hooking piece 8a is arranged on the indoor side B and the fixed-side hooking piece 8b is arranged on the outdoor side A, and the rotary door 3 is opened and closed toward the indoor side B. Is. 4 (a) and 4 (b) show a case where the pivot door 3 is opened to the right, but the door may be opened to the left as shown in FIGS. 4 (c) and 4 (d). In the figure, S is a space that becomes an approach space.
[0028]
Thus, by separating the U-shaped sandwiching piece 8 into the movable-side hanging piece 8a and the fixed-side hanging piece 8b, the same appearance is seen when viewed from the outdoor side A or the indoor side B. However, it is possible to disengage the fixed side door 2 from the frame portion 2a by rotating only the movable side hitting piece 8a. Moreover, by providing the door stop 9 on at least the fixed door 2, the door 9 can be positioned quietly by the door stop 9 when the door 3 is closed, and the U-shaped clamping piece 8 can be smoothly locked. The opening / closing operation becomes even better.
[0029]
In each of the above embodiments, the door stop 9 may be provided integrally with the fixed-side hook piece 8b (the movable-side hook piece 8a is also the same), but when the door stop 9 is replaced, the entire fixed-side hook piece 8b is replaced. Since it is necessary, as shown in FIG. 6, it is preferable that the door stop 9 is detachably attached to the tip of the fixed-side hook piece 8b. In the example of FIG. 6, a convex base 19 is provided at the tip of the fixed-side hooking piece 8 b, and a pair of upper and lower guide grooves 20 opened in the tip direction of the fixed-side hooking piece 8 b are provided at the upper and lower ends of the convex base 19. In addition, a locking groove 21 is provided on the back side of the convex part 19, and on the other hand, a pair of upper and lower guide claws 22 are slidably inserted into the guide groove 20 on the inner surface of the door stop 9. A locking claw 24 that is locked in the locking groove 21 is provided in a protruding manner. Thereby, the door stop 9 can be detachably locked by simply inserting it from the front end of the fixed side hooking piece 8b, so that only the door stop 9 can be replaced, and the entire fixed side hooking piece 8b can be replaced. Therefore, the replacement cost is low, and various types of door stops can be selected and attached.
[0030]
Still another embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS. 8 is a plan sectional view showing an example of the case where the frame portion 2a of the stationary door 2 is sandwiched between the door contact member 60 and the attachment 63, FIG. 9 is a front sectional view, and FIG. 10 is the side on which the door contact member 60 is provided. FIG. 11 is a front view of the lever on the side where the attachment 63 is provided, and FIGS. 12 to 15 are views showing how the handle is attached. Of the gate handle 1, the configuration other than the door contact member 60 and the attachment 63 is basically the same as that of the embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 3, and corresponding portions are denoted by the same reference numerals for detailed description. Omitted. In FIG. 9, 91 is a thumb turn knob, 92 is a knob mounting screw, 93 is a spring, 94 is a cylinder, and 95 is a cylinder key.
[0031]
In this example, as shown in FIG. 8, the door 3 that rotates with respect to the stationary door 2 is provided with a door contact member 60 that contacts the stationary door 2 when the rotating door 3 is closed. ing. The door contact member 60 is arranged eccentrically on the opening side of the rotary door 3 with respect to the center N of the rotary door 3 when viewed from the plane. Here, the frame portion 2a of the fixed door 2 and the frame portion 3a of the revolving door 3 are formed in a columnar shape having substantially the same thickness, and the door contact surface 60a of the door contact member 60 is rotated as viewed from the plane. It is arranged so as to be offset from the center N of the door 3 toward the opening side of the rotary door 3 by the radius dimension L of the frame portion 3a of the rotary door 3. Thereby, the center M of the stationary door 2 and the center N of the pivot door 3 are not shifted from each other when viewed from the plane in a state where the door contact member 60 is in contact with the frame portion 2 a of the stationary door 2. And the fixed side door 2 can be brought into contact with each other. Further, in this example, the door contact member 60 is arranged inside the U-shaped sandwiching piece 8 constituting the locking means 7. Furthermore, an attachment mounting base 64 for attaching the attachment 63 projects from one side of the U-shaped sandwiching piece 8 facing the door contact member 60, and the attachment 63 is detachably attached to the attachment mounting base 64. The door contact member 60 and the attachment 63 sandwich the frame portion 2a of the fixed side door 2 from the outdoor side A and the indoor side B. The door contact surface of the attachment 63 is arranged so as to be shifted toward the closing side of the revolving door 3 by the radius dimension L of the frame portion 3a of the revolving door 3 from the center N of the revolving door 3 when viewed from the plane. Yes. Thereby, even when the operation part 4 of the handle is opened vertically, the attachment 63 can be prevented from colliding with the frame part 3a. The attachment 63 is made of, for example, a hard resin, but is not limited thereto, and may be made of a rubber elastic body or the like. The attachment mounting base 64 is provided on each of the U-shaped sandwiching pieces 8, and the attachment 63 is screwed to the attachment mounting base 64 on either side.
[0032]
Accordingly, the center M of the fixed door 2 and the center N of the rotary door 3 do not deviate from the plan view when the door contact member 60 is in contact with the fixed side door 2. 2 can be matched. In addition, regardless of whether the revolving door 3 and the stationary door 2 are planar or curved in plan view, the revolving door 3 is fixed by the door stop member 60 when the revolving door 3 is closed. The side door 2 and the revolving door 3 can be locked in a centered manner. As a result, the inconvenience that the revolving door 3 appears to be shifted to the outdoor side A or the indoor side B with respect to the fixed side door 2 is eliminated. The appearance of the gate 12 can be improved. Moreover, since the frame portion 2a of the fixed side door 2 is sandwiched between the outdoor side A and the indoor side B by the door contact member 60 and the attachment 63 facing the door member 60, the rotation door 3 is fixed to the fixed side door 2. Occurrence of rattling can be prevented by the door stop member 60 and the attachment 63, and the performance of the gate 12 can be improved. Further, since the attachment 63 can be prevented from colliding with the frame portion 3a when the handle operating portion 4 is opened vertically, the handle opening / closing operability can be improved. Further, even if the position or form of the gate 12 changes and the angle between which the frame member 2a of the fixed door 2 is sandwiched by the door contact member 60 and the attachment 63 changes, the frame portion 2a of the fixed door 2 is circular. Since it is columnar, it can be reliably sandwiched from any angle. As a result, it becomes possible to easily cope with changes in the position of the gate 12 and the like. Moreover, since the door stop member 60 is disposed inside the U-shaped sandwiching piece 8, the door stop member 60 does not stand out greatly when viewed from the outdoor side A or from the indoor side B. Since the door contact member 60 hits one side of the frame portion 2a of the fixed door 2, the attachment 63 can be smoothly locked to one side of the fixed side door 2 opposite to the frame portion 2a. Is even better. Furthermore, when the door stop member 60 is deteriorated, only the door stop member 60 can be removed from the base 5 and replaced. Further, when the attachment 63 deteriorates, the attachment 63 can be removed and replaced from the attachment mounting base 64, so that the entire U-shaped sandwiching piece 8 does not have to be replaced, the replacement cost can be reduced, and maintenance is facilitated.
[0033]
Moreover, in this example, the door contact member 60 is integrally provided with a mounting plate 61 that is mounted across the pair of pedestals 5, and the pair of pedestals 5 is provided with mounting portions 62. In the present example, the mounting portion 62 is configured by screw screw holes 62 a provided on the front side surfaces of the pair of bases 5, and hook recesses 62 b provided on the outer side surfaces of the pair of bases 5, respectively. The pair of screw screw holes 62a are not parallel to each other, and are inclined in a letter C shape when viewed from the plane so that the entry side of the screw screw hole 62a is farthest and the back side of the screw screw hole 62a is closest. As will be described later, the pair of pedestals 5 are configured to be pressed in a direction P in which the pair of pedestals 5 are fastened to each other by screwing the mounting plate 61. On the other hand, the attachment plate 61 of the door stop member 60 is attached so as to cover the front side surfaces of the pair of pedestals 5, and a substantially L-shaped hook piece is provided at one end 61a, and a screw is provided at the other end side. An insertion hole is provided.
[0034]
Here, as shown in FIGS. 12A and 14A, in the case where the pivot door 3 is of a type that opens to the outdoor side A, the door contact member 60 is more flat than the center N of the pivot door 3. The mounting plate 61 is attached to the pair of pedestals 5 so as to be positioned eccentric to the outdoor side A as viewed. At this time, the hooking piece of one end 61a of the mounting plate 61 is hooked on the hooking recess 62b of the base 5 on the indoor side B, and the other end 61b of the mounting plate 61 is placed along the outer surface of the base 5 on the outdoor side A. In this state, the screw 65 passes through the other end 61 b side of the mounting plate 61 and is screwed into a screw screw hole 62 a provided in the base 5 on the outdoor side A. At this time, the screw screw hole 62a is inclined so that the entry side is farthest from the pedestal 5 on the indoor side B and the far side is closest to the pedestal 5 on the indoor side B. Therefore, the screw 65 is inserted into the screw screw hole 62a. When screwed into the mounting plate 61, the screwing hole 62a of the mounting plate 61 is pulled to the outdoor side A. That is, the pair of pedestals 5 is pressed in the direction P in which the pair of pedestals 5 are fastened to each other, and in this state, the pedestals 5 on the outdoor side A are screwed.
[0035]
In addition, as shown in FIG.12 (b) and FIG.14 (b), when the rotation door 3 is a type opened to the indoor side B, the door stop member 60 is reversed and it turns from the center N of the rotation door 3. The mounting plate 61 may be attached to the pair of pedestals 5 so that the mounting plate 61 is eccentric to the indoor side B when viewed from the plane. At this time, the hook piece of the one end 61a of the mounting plate 61 is attached to the pedestal 5 on the outdoor side A. The other end 61b of the mounting plate 61 is screwed to the base 5 on the indoor side B.
[0036]
Thus, in both cases where the pivot door 3 opens to the outdoor side A and opens to the indoor side B, the pair of bases 5 are fastened to each other when the mounting plate 61 of the door stop member 60 is screwed to the base 5. By pressing in the direction P, the attachment strength of the door contact member 60 with respect to the pedestal 5 is greatly increased, and it is only necessary to hook one end 61a of the mounting plate 61 and screw the other end. The door stop member 60 can be strengthened in terms of strength with a simple structure. Moreover, as shown in FIGS. 13 and 15, it is desirable to stick an elastic sheet 90 such as rubber on the door contact surface 60 a of the door contact member 60. In this case, since the cushioning elastic sheet 90 is interposed between the frame portion 2a of the fixed side door 2 and the door contact member 60, the gap S can be made more difficult to occur.
[0037]
Furthermore, in this example, since the hook recess 62b and the screw threading hole 62a are provided in the pair of bases 5, respectively, the door stop member 60 is reversed and the rotating door 3 opens to the indoor side B and the outdoor side. It can be attached according to the case of opening to A. In other words, the door stop member 60 is arranged eccentrically on the outdoor side A with respect to the center N of the pivot door 3 when viewed from the plane, and the door door member 60 is reversed and viewed from the plane. Since it is detachably attached to any state of being arranged eccentrically on the indoor side B with respect to the center N, when the revolving door 3 opens to the outdoor side A, the door contact member 60 is attached to the revolving door 3. When installing in the state of being arranged eccentrically on the outdoor side A with respect to the center N, and conversely opening to the indoor side B, the door stop member 60 is reversed and arranged eccentrically on the indoor side B with respect to the center N of the revolving door 3 By attaching in this state, one door contact member 60 can be properly used according to the openness of the rotary door 3, the number of parts of the door contact member 60 can be reduced, and the member can be rationalized. Further, when the door stop member 60 is arranged eccentric to the outdoor side A, the attachment 63 is attached to the attachment mounting base 64 on the indoor side B of the U-shaped sandwiching piece 8, and conversely, the door stop member 60 is placed on the indoor side B. When arranged eccentrically, simply attaching the attachment 63 to the attachment mounting base 64 on the outdoor side A of the U-shaped sandwiching piece 8 makes it possible to easily handle the opening of the revolving door 3 and There is also an advantage that the efficiency is further improved.
[0038]
In each of the above embodiments, the fixed side door 2 is formed of an arcuate (or square-shaped) surface material in plan view, and the rotating door 3 is formed of a flat surface material in plan view. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and both the fixed door 2 and the revolving door 3 may be flat face materials in plan view, or both may be arc face materials in plan view. Various gate shapes can be selected according to the situation.
[0039]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the first aspect of the invention, the pair of operation portions and the pair of pedestals disposed on the outdoor side and the indoor side, and the pair of operations are rotatably penetrated through the inside of the pair of pedestals. A rotating shaft that connects the parts to each other, and a locking means that is detachably locked to the frame portion of the stationary door in conjunction with the operation of the operating part. It is formed by a U-shaped sandwiching piece that is formed in a U shape in plan view and sandwiches the frame portion of the fixed side door from the outdoor side and the indoor side. The U-shaped sandwiching piece includes a movable side hanging piece that rotates in conjunction with either the outdoor side or indoor side operation part, and either the outdoor side or indoor side without interlocking with the operation part. It is separated from the fixed side hanging piece fixed to the pedestal, and at least the fixed side hanging piece is provided with a door stop that hits the frame portion of the fixed side door Therefore, even if the locking direction of the U-shaped sandwiching piece with respect to the frame part of the fixed door changes due to a change in the gate layout angle at the site, the U-shaped sandwiching piece ensures that the frame part can be reliably secured from an arbitrary angle. It becomes possible to pinch. In other words, the degree of freedom in the locking direction is widened, so that even when the gate layout angle changes depending on the site, it is possible to sufficiently cope with the change in the angle. Moreover, since the U-shaped sandwiching piece can have the same appearance when viewed from the outdoor side or from the indoor side, the appearance seen from the outdoor side is the same as the appearance seen from the indoor side. There is no feeling and the design is improved. Furthermore, in both cases of opening and closing the revolving door from the indoor side and opening and closing the revolving door from the outdoor side, a natural opening and closing operation can be performed with the operation unit, and operability is improved. As a result, it is possible to improve the appearance and opening / closing operability with a simple structure, but even when the gate layout angle changes variously, the gate handle that can sufficiently handle the change in the angle is provided. Can be provided.
[0040]
Ma The top The U-shaped sandwiching piece consists of a movable side hanging piece that rotates in conjunction with either the outdoor side or indoor side operating part, and the other pedestal on the outdoor side or indoor side that does not interlock with the operating part The fixed-side hook piece is separated from the fixed-side hook piece, and at least the fixed-side hook piece is provided with a door stop that hits the frame portion of the fixed-side door, that is, the U-shaped sandwiching piece is moved to the movable side hook piece. The U-shaped sandwiching piece can be made the same appearance when viewed from the outdoor side or the indoor side, but only the movable side hanging piece is rotated. It becomes possible to unlock the frame part of the fixed side door. At this time, by providing a door stop on at least the fixed side door, the position of the rotary door is determined by the door stop when the door is closed. Fixed side door with U-shaped clamping piece Engagement between Kaidotobira is able to facilitate opening and closing operability becomes further improved.
[0041]
Also Claim 2 The described invention Claim 1 In addition to the effects described above, the frame shape of the fixed-side door sandwiched by the U-shaped sandwiching pieces has a round shape when viewed from the top, so even if the gate door is disposed at a different angle, it is optional regardless of the change in the angle. From this angle, the frame portion of the fixed side door can be sandwiched by the U-shaped sandwiching piece, and the change in the arrangement angle of the gate can be further dealt with.
[0042]
Also Claim 3 The described invention Claim 1 In addition to the effects described above, the door stop is detachable from the U-shaped sandwiching piece, so that when the door stop deteriorates, it is easy to replace only the door stop, and the entire U-shaped sandwiching piece does not have to be replaced. Therefore, the cost for replacement is also low.
[0043]
Also Claim 4 According to the invention described above, in addition to the effect described in claim 1, the door that contacts the fixed door when the rotating door is closed is provided on the rotating door that rotates with respect to the fixed door. The door stop member is arranged eccentrically on the opening side of the pivot door from the center of the pivot door when viewed from the plane, so that the door stop member is in contact with the fixed door when viewed from the plane. It is possible to abut the revolving door and the fixed door without the center of the fixed door and the revolving door being misaligned, and the revolving door is displaced to the outdoor side or indoor side with respect to the fixed side door. The inconvenience of being visible is eliminated, and the appearance of the gate can be improved.
[0044]
Also Claim 5 The described invention Claim 4 In addition to the effects described above, the door contact member is integrally provided with a mounting plate that is mounted across the pair of bases according to claim 1, and one base of the mounting plate is attached to one base. The other pedestal is provided with a screw-engagement hole in which the other end of the mounting plate is screwed, and is configured to be pressed in a direction in which the pair of pedestals are fastened to each other by screwing the mounting plate. Therefore, when the mounting plate of the door stop member is screwed to the pedestal, the pair of pedestals are pressed in the direction in which they are tightened together, which greatly increases the mounting strength of the door stop member to the pedestal. By simply attaching one end of the mounting plate and screwing the other end, the strength of the door stop member can be easily increased.
[0045]
Also Claim 6 The described invention Claim 4 or 5 In addition to the effects described above, the door contact member is arranged eccentrically on the outdoor side from the center of the revolving door when viewed from the plane, and the door door member Since it is detachably attached to either the state where it is eccentrically located indoors than the center, when the revolving door opens to the outdoor side, the door stop member should be placed closer to the revolving door than the center of the revolving door. If the door is installed eccentrically on the outside, and opened to the indoor side, the door-stop member is reversed and attached to the indoor side with respect to the center of the revolving door. The members can be used properly according to the ease of opening the rotating door, the number of parts of the door-to-door members can be reduced, and the members can be rationalized.
