本発明は、尿を吸収する吸収体を有してペニスを包む袋体形状に形成された病人用または失禁患者用の男性用尿パッドに関する。

【従来の技術】
失禁患者などが使用する男性用尿パッドには、例えば特公昭61−21665号公報および特開平7−124190号に開示されているように、男性のペニスおよび陰嚢の双方を収納できるようにしたもの、または実開昭63−160815号公報に開示されているように、男性のペニスのみを包みこむようにしたものがある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ペニスおよび陰嚢の双方を収納するものでは、袋状または容器状のパッドの開口部がペニスと陰嚢の双方の基部を包むことになるために装着感が悪く、また寝たきり病人の場合には、前記開口部からの尿が洩れやすくなる。また従来のペニスのみを包み込むタイプでは、ペニスを単に挿入する形状であるため、ペニスの基部とパッドの開口部との密着性が悪く、やはり尿の洩れが発生しやすいものとなる。

また袋状のパッドの開口部の全周にゴムなどの弾性体を入れ、ペニスが袋体の中に挿入された状態で、前記開口部の全周でペニスの基部を弾性的に締め付ける構造も考えられる。しかし、この構造では、袋体の開口部がペニスの太さに合わせて自由に収縮変形できなくてはならないため、開口部周辺にて吸収体を薄いものにしなければならず、尿の吸収機能が低下する。また、個人により異なるペニスの太さに対応させることができず、締め付けが弛すぎたりまたは強すぎることになる。

本発明は、上記従来の課題を解決するものであり、ペニスに対してしっかり装着することができて尿の洩れを防止できるようにした男性用尿パッドを提供することを目的としている。

また本発明は、ペニスの挿入口がペニスに合わせて変形しやすい構造とし、またペニスに対して適度な締め付け力で装着できるようにした男性用尿パッドを提供することを目的としている。

さらに本発明は、ぺニスに挿入口が密着するように袋体を変形させたときに、吸収体に歪みや大きな皺が生じるのを防止して、尿の洩れの原因となる隙間が形成されるのを防止した男性用尿パッドを提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、外面シートと透液性の内面シートおよび両シート間に介在する吸収体を有する積層体の平面部どうしが対面する袋体が形成され、この袋体のぺニスの挿入口が開口し、袋体の底部が閉じられており

【発明の実施の形態】
図1は本発明の男性用尿パッドの一構成例を示す斜視図、図2は前記男性用尿パッドの使用状態を示す斜視図、図3は前記男性用尿パッドを展開して内面シート側から見た展開平面図、図4は図1のIV−IV線の断面図、図5は図1のV−V線の断面図、図6ないし図9は、吸収体除去部の形状を構成例別に示す部分正面図である。

この男性用尿パッドは、平面状の積層体を折曲げることにより構成される。図4と図5の断面図に示すように、この積層体は、内面シート2と外面シート3と、両シート2、3の間に介在する吸収体1とから成る。内面シート2は、不織布や軟質の多孔性樹脂シートなどの透液性シート、外面シート3は、通気性で且つ不透液性の樹脂シートである。吸収体1は粉砕パルプまたは粉砕パルプと高吸収性ポリマーとの混合物とから成る。図3の展開平面図では、積層体内に前記吸収体1が介在している部分をハッチングを付して示している。この吸収体1はパターン積織法やカッティングなどによりハッチングで示す形状に成形され、成形後の吸収体1の両面が前記内面シート2と外面シート3とで挟まれる。
