本発明は、ファスニングテープが固定されるサイドフラップ部領域の補強を図った使い捨て紙おむつに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より使用に供されているシート型紙おむつは、着用者への装着のために、紙おむつの背中側の両側にファスニングテープを備えており、使用に際しては紙おむつの前身頃および後身頃をそれぞれ着用者に当てた後、前記ファスニングテープを腹側に持ち込み、腹側のトップシート上に直接またはその上面に固着された補強シート上に止着して、紙おむつの固定を行っている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、特に大人用紙おむつの場合には、紙おむつの装着時に背側に固定されたファスニングテープを腹側に強く引っ張るとともに、吸収体の介在しないサイドフラップ部の強度が弱いなどの理由により、ファスニングテープの付け根から切れたり、またはサイドフラップ部が破れたりすることがある。

従来より、この問題に対処すべく、実開昭５８−１７６９０９号公報、実開昭５８−１２８９０６号公報、実開昭６３−１４５０６号公報においては、紙おむつの背側回りにおけるバックシートとトップシートとの間に帯状補強片を介在させるなどして該領域の強度アップを図っている。また、図５に示されるように、リリーステープ１０の外方縁側に突出部位１０ａを設け、この突出部位１０ａとファスニングテープ６と接合することにより、ファスニングテープ６に掛かる力をリリーステープ１０にも伝達し補強を図るＹ字接合法、バックシートやトップシート自体の強度をアップして補強を図る方法、ホットメルト塗布により補強を行う方法などが提案されている。

しかしながら、前記公報に記載される補強方法の場合には、背側回りの全域が補強されるため、装着時にゴワツキ感があるなど装着性に問題があった。また、前記Ｙ字接合法は、構造が簡単で非常に有効ではあるけれども、力が過大である場合には、リリーステープ１０が存在しないバックシート１とトップシートとの接合部分Ｚにおいて破れる場合がある。また、バックシートまたはトップシートの素材の変更による強度アップを図る場合には、コストに及ぼす影響が大きい。また、ホットメルト塗布により増強を図る方法は、ガスケットカフス形成用の弾性伸縮部材が通される紙おむつの場合には、前記弾性伸縮部材を該領域において非接着としなければならず、適用することができないなどの問題がある。

さらに、前記ファスニングテープは、図６に示されるように、ポリエチレンシートからなる薄膜の不透液性シート１上に固定されるが、このポリエチレンシート自体がペラペラであるため、ファスニングテープ６が固定された前記不透液性シート部分Ａで、矢印で示されるように上下方向の回転（止着テープ方向の角度）を許容するため、特に腹側での相対的なズレ落ちを効果的に防止することはできない。

そこで、本発明の主たる課題は、ファスニングテープが固定されるサイドフラップ部の破れ等を防止するとともに、装着状態からのズレ落ちを効果的に防止した使い捨て紙おむつを提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題は、透液性表面シートと不透液性裏面シートとこれら両シートの間に吸収体が介在されるとともに、この吸収体より外方に吸収体の存在しないサイドフラップ部が形成され、このサイドフラップ部に基端部が固定されたファスニングテープを有する使い捨て紙おむつであって、
前記サイドフラップ部領域に、前記透液性表面シートと不透液性裏面シートとの間に補強シートを介在させて固定するとともに、この補強シートと前記ファスニングテープの固定部とに重なりを持たせ、
紙おむつの背側のフラップ部に幅方向に沿って弾性伸縮バンドを設け、この弾性伸縮バンドの位置は、前記補強シートの間にあり、
両側部にバリヤーシートと弾性伸縮部材とを有し、使用面側に突出するバリヤーカフスＢを備え、

【作用】
本発明においては、サイドフラップ部領域において、透液性表面シートと不透液性裏面シートとの間に補強シートを介在するとともに、この補強シートと前記ファスニングテープの固定部とに重なりを持たせ、またはファスニングテープとリリーステープとが接合されている場合には、この補強シートと前記ファスニングテープの固定部およびリリーステープの少なくとも一方とに重なりを持たせ、かつ好ましくは同時に前記補強シートと吸収体とに重なりを持たせて配設する。したがって、装着時にファスニングテープに作用する引張力が前記補強シート、さらには吸収体に伝達され分散されるため、従来のようにファスニングテープの固定部やサイドフラップ部が破れるようなことがなくなる。また、強度の必要なファスニングテープが固定されたサイドフラップ部を補強し、おむつ全体を硬くすることがないため装着感も良好なものとなる。また、前記サイドフラップ部領域に、ファスニングテープの固定部分と補強シートとに重なりを持たせて配設したため、ファスニングテープの固定部において回転動作を拘束するようになったため、ズレ落ちが効果的に防止される。

【実施例】
以下、本発明を実施例に基づき詳説する。
図１において、紙おむつは、ポリエチレン等からなる不透液性シート１と、不織布などからなる透液性シート２と、さらに前記不透液性シート１と透液性シート２との間に介在された、綿状パルプ等からなる、たとえば長方形若しくは砂時計形状のある程度剛性を有する吸収体３とから構成されている。また、腹側および背側の縁部には、不透液性シート１と透液性シート２との間に発泡ウレタンなどからなる弾性伸縮バンド８、８が介在されており、背側の両側部にはそれぞれファスニングテープ６、６が固着されている。ファスニングテープ６は、図２に示されるように、その固定部６ａが不透液性シート１に接着剤を介して固着されるとともに、側方に延出する止着部分６ｂの片面に粘着剤層１１を有し、装着前はバリヤーシート４上に貼られた剥離シート１０上に仮止めされている。

前記不透液性シート１は、吸収体３の周囲より外方に延在して砂時計形状をなしており、その側方の延在部は、後述するバリヤーシート４および透液性シート２の側部とともに、フラップ部Ｆを構成している。透液性シート２は長方形をなし、脚回り部分では吸収体３の側縁より若干外方に延在し、不透液性シート１とホットメルト接着剤などにより固着されている。前記バリヤーシート４の形成材料としては、プラスチックシートやメルトブロー不織布を使用することもできるが、肌の感触性の点で、不織布にシリコンなどにより撥水処理をしたものが好適に用いられる。

一方、紙おむつの両側部には、使用面側に突出するバリヤーカフスＢ、Ｂが形成されている。このバリヤーカフスＢは、図示のように、実質的に幅方向に連続したバリヤーシート４が内折りにされて２重に形成されたものであり、その内方に一本の弾性伸縮部材５または必要により複数本の弾性伸縮部材が固着され、前記バリヤーカフスＢを起立させている。また、バリヤーシート４の外側部分には、たとえば４本のガスケットカフス用弾性伸縮部材７、７…が不透液性シート１にホットメルト接着剤などにより固着されている。このバリヤーカフスＢ、Ｂは、着用者の脚回りに当接し、そのバリヤーカフスＢ、Ｂと透液性シート２とで囲まれる、上方開口のほぼ台形の空間によって、尿または軟便の閉じ込め空間を形成し、この空間内に排尿されると、その尿は透液性シート２を通過して吸収体３内に吸収されるとともに、軟便固形分については、バリヤーカフスＢ、Ｂがバリヤー（障壁）になってその乗り越えが防止される。仮に、バリヤーカフスＢ、Ｂを乗り越えて横方向に尿が漏れたとしても、弾性伸縮部材７、７…によって形成されるガスケットカフスにより横漏れが防止される。なお、９は吸収体３を舟形に成形するために用いる形状保持用弾性伸縮部材であり、この弾性伸縮部材９によって、紙おむつの着用時に、ある程度剛性のある吸収体３を舟形に折り曲げ、着用者の身体にフィットした形状に保持させることができる。

ところで、本発明に係る紙おむつにおいては、図１および図２に示されるように、前記ファスニングテープ６、６が固定された背側サイドフラップ部領域に、バリヤーシート４と不透液性シート１との間に補強シート１２を、前記ファスニングテープ６の固定部６ａとに重なりを持たせた状態で介在させる。したがって、装着時にファスニングテープ６に作用する引張力が前記補強シート１２に伝達され分散されるため、従来のようにファスニングテープ６の固定部やサイドフラップ部Ｆが破れるようなことがなくなる。この場合、好ましくは、同時に前記補強シート１２と吸収体３とに重なりを持たせる。吸収体３と重ねることにより補強シート１２に作用する力を比較的剛な吸収体３に伝達することができ、全体としてより増強効果の高いものとすることができる。前記補強シート１２としては、たとえばポリエチレンフィルム、ポリプロピレンフィルム、不織布などを使用することができる。サイドフラップ部Ｆを硬くせず補強するという点からは、オレフィン系、ナイロン系のスパンボンド、オレフィン系サーマルボンドというような不織布を使用するのが好ましい。不織布の使用により、サイドフラップ部Ｆのフィルムによる音の発生も軽減でき、おむつの交換時や装着時の不快感がなくなることになる。なお、図２に示される例では、不透液性シート１と吸収体３との間に補強シート１２を介在させたが、バリヤーシート４と吸収体３との間に介在させることでもよい。

他方、本発明における紙おむつにおいては、特に前記ファスニングテープ６の取付け位置を、ファスニングテープ６の背側端縁を前記吸収体の背側端縁のラインＬに略一致させて取付ける（図１参照）。取付け位置は、紙おむつのズレ落ちのみを考慮するならば、なるだけ上方に位置させるのが望ましいが、肌への当りを考慮し装着感も同時に満足させるために前記ラインＬに略一致させて取付ける。なお、ファスニングテープ６をなるだけ上方に位置させるのは、装着状態での検証結果に基づくものであるが、おそらく背側の高い位置からファスニングテープ６を腹側の表面シート部分に止めることによって、装着時には意識せずとも自然に尻部を深く包み込んだ状態で装着が成されるとともに、腹側シート部分が背側に充分に引き付けられた状態で装着され、かつ腹部側のシートが吊り持ち状態となるために容易にズレ落ちしないものと思われる。
