Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a penetrating rod through which a fishing line can pass and a top guide disposed at the tip of such penetrating rod.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the threading rod, the fishing line passes through a fishing line passage provided in the rod body when the fishing line is fed and wound. The fishing line extends outward from the tip of the housing. In such a through rod, the direction of the fishing line changes at the tip of the rod, and the fishing line is easily rubbed and weakened at the corner of the rod tip.
[0003]
Therefore, a top guide for protecting the fishing line is provided at the end of the housing. The top guide is provided with a protective ring made of ceramics having a small friction coefficient on the inner surface of a tube made of metal or the like. The fishing line is smoothly guided by the protective ring, and the fishing line can be prevented from being cut or weakened.
A specific technique of the top guide is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-24464. In this technique, ceramic rings that contact the fishing line are provided at two points on the tip side and the rear end side of the top guide, and the inner diameter of the ceramic ring on the rear end side is made smaller than the inner diameter of the top guide body. In this way, by reducing the inner diameter of the ceramic ring on the rear end side, the resistance of the fishing line is reduced and the inner surface of the top guide is not damaged by the fishing line.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional top guide, since the ceramic ring is disposed adjacent to the front end of the housing, there is little concern that the fishing line will contact the front end of the housing. However, when a plurality of ceramic rings having different diameters are mounted side by side on the top guide, foreign matters such as water and sand attached to the fishing line are likely to collect before and after the small diameter ceramic rings. If foreign matter accumulates in this way, the resistance of the fishing line increases, so it is necessary to remove the foreign matter by cleaning. However, in the conventional top guide, the ceramic ring having a small diameter is located at the back of the top guide. Therefore, even if the top guide is configured to be detachable from the housing, it is provided between the two ceramic rings or inside. It is difficult to remove foreign matter accumulated on the surface.
[0005]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide excellent protection of fishing line and allow easy removal even if foreign matter accumulates inside the top guide of the penetrating rod.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The top guide attached to the threading rod according to the first aspect of the invention is a top guide that is disposed at the tip of the rod of the threading rod and through which the fishing line passes, and is disposed on the tip side of the rod and disposed at the tip of the rod. A first tube portion that is detachably mounted on a mounting tube portion that is fitted and fixed to the outer periphery, and a first tube portion that is disposed on the tip side of the first tube portion and is detachably mounted on the first tube portion. A second cylinder portion larger than the cylinder portion is provided , a tip end portion of the first cylinder portion protrudes from the tip end of the housing, and is arranged inside the second cylinder portion, and an inner diameter of the tip end portion of the first cylinder portion is It is smaller than the inner diameter of the front end of the casing .
[0007]
In this top guide, when the fishing line passes through the inside, it comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the first cylinder part having a diameter smaller than that of the second cylinder part, and foreign matter tends to accumulate inside or around the first cylinder part. Since this 1st cylinder part and the 2nd cylinder part are each detachable with respect to a housing and a 2nd cylinder part, if a foreign material accumulates, a 1st cylinder part and a 2nd cylinder part will be a housing and a 1st cylinder part. Separate from each. As a result, the foreign matter accumulated in the first tube portion and in the front and back thereof can be easily removed. In addition, since the fishing line can be guided by the first cylinder part and the second cylinder part, the fishing line can be well protected.
[0008]
Further, in the top guide attached to the through collar according to the first aspect of the present invention, the casing has a tapered cylindrical casing main body and a mounting cylinder portion fitted and fixed to the outer periphery of the tip of the casing main body. The cylinder is disposed on the tip side of the mounting cylinder and is detachably mounted on the mounting cylinder. In this case, since it is not necessary to create a structure for attaching to and detaching from the housing (mounting cylinder part) in the top guide, the structure of the top guide is simplified.
[0010]
Invention through in according to the 2 pole of the top guide is in the guide according to the invention 1, the first tubular portion and a second tubular portion is detachably attached respectively by screws fitting into hollow mounting portion and a first cylindrical portion Yes. In this case, the detachable configuration is simplified by realizing the detachable configuration with a screw structure.
[0011]
The top guide of the threading rod according to a third aspect of the present invention is the guide according to the first or second aspect , further comprising an annular first fishing line guide portion mounted on the inner surface of the first tube portion on the tip side. In this case, the fishing line can be protected better by mounting the first fishing line guide part on the tip side of the first tube part.
The top guide of the threading rod according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is the guide according to the third aspect , further comprising an annular second fishing line guide portion mounted on the inner surface of the second tube portion on the tip side. In this case, it is possible to better protect the fishing line by mounting the second fishing line guide part on the tip side of the second tube part in addition to the first fishing line guide part.
[0012]
The top guide of the threading rod according to the invention 5 is the guide according to the invention 4 , wherein the inner diameter of the first fishing line guide portion is smaller than the inner diameter of the second fishing line guide portion. In this case, since the inner diameter of the first fishing line guide portion is small, foreign matters are likely to accumulate before and after the first fishing line guide portion, and the foreign matters can be reliably removed.
The top guide of the through rod according to the invention 6 is the guide according to any one of the inventions 3 to 5 , wherein the inner diameter of the first fishing line guide portion is smaller than the inner diameter of the housing. In this case, since the inner diameter of the first fishing line guide portion is smaller than the inner diameter of the rod body, it becomes difficult for the fishing line to contact the rod body at the tip portion of the rod body, and the fishing line can be protected better.
[0013]
The top guide of the threading rod according to a seventh aspect of the present invention is the guide according to any one of the fourth to sixth aspects, wherein each fishing line guide portion is made of a hard ceramic ring member. In this case, since the fishing line is guided by the fishing line guide part made of a hard ceramic ring member having a smooth surface, a small friction coefficient and excellent durability, the fishing line guide part can be better protected. Is less likely to be damaged, and the durability of the top guide is improved.
[0014]
The top guide of the penetrating rod according to the invention 8 is the guide according to any one of the inventions 1 to 7 , wherein the foreign matter passing through the inner and outer circumferences on the tip side of the second tube portion from the first tube portion is discharged. A hole is formed. In this case, since a part of the foreign matter accumulated on the tip side from the first tube portion can be discharged from the foreign matter discharge hole, the foreign matter is less likely to accumulate on the tip side than the first tube portion.
[0015]
The through rod according to the ninth aspect is a rod through which a fishing line can pass, and includes a rod body and a top guide. The rod has a fishing line passage through which the fishing line passes. Top guide is a guide according to any one of claims 1, which is located at the tip of the fishing rod body 8. In this through rod, when the fishing line passes through the fishing line passage and the top guide, the diameter of the first tube portion is small, so that foreign matter tends to accumulate in the first tube portion. Since this 1st cylinder part is detachable, a foreign material can be easily removed similarly to invention 1, and it can protect fishing line satisfactorily.
[0016]
The through rod according to the tenth aspect of the present invention is the rod according to the ninth aspect , wherein a guide convex portion for guiding the fishing line is formed on at least a part of the fishing line passage of the frame. In this case, since the fishing line is guided by the two cylindrical portions of the top guide and the guide convex portion, the fishing line can be reliably guided and protected.
[0017]

The second fishing line guide portion 46 covers the tip of the second tube portion 43, and the outer periphery of the tip coincides with the outer periphery of the second tube portion 43. The inner diameter D 2 of the second fishing line guide 46 is larger than the inner diameter d 0 of the housing 14.
[0024]
In the threading rod 10 having such a top guide 40, the fishing line 30 from the reel 20 passes through the inside fishing line passage 15 and the inside of the top guide 40 and is led out from the tip of the top guide 40. When the fishing line 30 is paid out or taken up, the fishing line 30 comes into contact with the fishing line passage 15 and the first and second fishing line guides 45 and 46. Here, since the 1st fishing line guide part 45 is the smallest diameter, it is easy to contact the fishing line 30 frequently. For this reason, the foreign matter attached to the fishing line 30 is handled by the first fishing line guide portion 45 when the line is unwound, and is easily accumulated in the tapered portion 42c on the rear side of the first fishing line guide portion 45. It tends to accumulate in the second tube portion 43 on the front side of the first fishing line guide portion 45.

In this way, when foreign matter has accumulated in front of and behind the first fishing line guide portion 45, as shown in FIG. 3, if the first tube portion 42 and the second tube portion 43 are removed, the inside and the housing 14 are removed. It is possible to easily clean the tip portion of the metal and easily remove foreign matters. Moreover, since the foreign matter discharge hole 43c for discharging the foreign matter is provided in the peripheral surface of the second cylindrical portion 43, the foreign matter is unlikely to accumulate in the second cylindrical portion 43.
[0026]
Moreover, in the said Example, since the two cylinder parts 42 and 43 are detachable, especially the 1st fishing line guide part 45 can be easily mounted | worn with respect to the 1st insertion step part 42b at the time of manufacture or repair.
Furthermore, since the mounting cylinder part 41 and the second cylinder part 43 are made of metal and the first cylinder part 42 between them is made of a synthetic resin having elasticity, a synthetic resin having a metal and elasticity even when screwed together. The looseness of the screw is lessened by the coupling of.
[0027]
Further, since the fastening portion between the mounting tubular portion 41 and the first tubular portion 42 and the fastening portion between the second tubular portion and the second tubular portion are overlapped in the axial direction, the strength of the entire top guide 40 is increased.
