BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides a surface treatment structure for components in a variable displacement turbocharger in which the displacement of a turbine is variable by a variable nozzle mechanism that transmits the driving force of an actuator to a nozzle vane via a link portion and changes the blade angle of the nozzle vane. about the elephants.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In an internal combustion engine with a supercharger, in order to match the exhaust gas flow rate from the engine with the gas flow rate that is the optimum operating condition of the supercharger, the exhaust gas flow rate sent to the turbine from the spiral scroll passage is used for engine operation. In recent years, variable capacity superchargers that can be changed according to the state have been widely used.
[0003]
In such a variable displacement supercharger, as shown in Patent Document 1 or Patent Document 2, a driving force from an actuator such as a pneumatic type or an electric motor type is transmitted to a nozzle vane via a link portion, and the nozzle vane A variable nozzle mechanism for changing the blade angle is provided, and the variable nozzle mechanism includes the nozzle vane installed at the exit of the scroll passage in the turbine casing through which high-temperature exhaust gas flows, and the nozzle mount that supports the nozzle vane. The ring assembly for rotating the nozzle vanes is operated in a non-lubricated state in a high-temperature turbine casing.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
FIG. 1 of JP-A-10-26028
[Patent Document 2]
FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 of JP 2001-329850 A
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, in the variable displacement supercharger shown in Patent Document 1 or Patent Document 2, a nozzle vane, a nozzle mount that supports the nozzle vane, a ring assembly that rotationally drives the nozzle vane, and the like are provided with a high-temperature turbine casing. It has a structure that can be operated without lubrication.
Therefore, in such a variable displacement supercharger, the sliding movement of the nozzle vane fully closed to the nozzle vane fully opened to the nozzle vane fully closed is repeatedly performed in a state where the sliding portion of the variable nozzle mechanism constituent member is unlubricated in a high temperature atmosphere. The initial conformability of the sliding portion is not good, and the sliding resistance during operation becomes extremely large.
[0006]
For this reason, in such a conventional technique, the nozzle vane is repeatedly fully closed and fully opened under a state in which the sliding resistance of the sliding portion such as the support portion of the nozzle vane and the ring assembly is extremely large. Hysteresis of nozzle vane operating characteristics increases and turbocharger performance becomes unstable. Decreased acceleration and exhaust smoke due to a primary drop in supply pressure (supercharging pressure) during transitions such as gear shifting It is easy to induce.
[0007]
Further, in the variable displacement supercharger shown in Patent Document 1 or Patent Document 2, the gap portions of the variable nozzle mechanism constituent members such as the nozzle vane, the nozzle mount that supports the nozzle vane, and the ring assembly are two opposing members. In order to avoid contact between the metal surfaces by making the clearance of the gap portion large to some extent and avoiding contact between the metal surfaces, when the gas enters the gap portion, The amount of gas leakage increases and turbine efficiency decreases.
And so on.
[0008]
In view of the problems of the prior art, the present invention improves the lubricity in a sliding portion such as a nozzle vane constituting a variable nozzle mechanism, a nozzle mount that supports the nozzle vane, and a ring assembly that rotationally drives the nozzle vane. By reducing the sliding resistance of the sliding portion and keeping the clearance of the gap portion in the variable nozzle mechanism constituent member to a minimum without increasing the frictional resistance, the turbine efficiency is lowered and the acceleration performance in the transient period is reduced. reduced to prevent occurrence of defects such as deterioration of the flue gas, further an object to provide a surface treatment structure of the variable displacement supercharger capable of preventing contamination by gas leakage to the outside.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve such a problem, according to the present invention, the driving force of the actuator is provided in the scroll passage in the turbine casing via a ring assembly including a drive ring, a link plate, a lever plate, and the like. In a variable displacement supercharger in which the capacity of the turbine is variable by a variable nozzle mechanism that transmits to a nozzle vane and changes the blade angle of the nozzle vane, the nozzle vane is fixed to the lever plate and fixed to the end. Carbon-based dryness produced by melting carbon ultrafine powder mainly composed of carbon in a solvent on the outer peripheral surface of the nozzle shaft and the inner surface of an insertion member such as a bush to which the nozzle shaft is rotatably fitted A surface treatment structure of a variable capacity supercharger characterized by forming a film is proposed.
[0010]
[0011]
[0012]
It should be noted that the present invention is also applied to the case where the same function as that of the bush is provided by making a through hole of the nozzle mount without the bush.
[0013]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the driving force of the actuator is transmitted to a nozzle vane provided in a scroll passage in the turbine casing via a ring assembly constituted by a drive ring, a link plate, a lever plate, etc. In a variable capacity supercharger in which the capacity of the turbine is variable by a variable nozzle mechanism that changes the blade angle of the actuator, the component member of the connecting link mechanism that connects the actuator rod that constitutes the output shaft of the actuator and the ring assembly Carbon-based dryness produced by melting carbon ultrafine powder mainly composed of carbon in a solvent on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion of the crank control portion and the inner peripheral surface of the seal ring fitted on the outer periphery of the shaft portion It is characterized by forming a film.
[0014]
[0015]
[0016]
[0017]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the outer peripheral surface of the nozzle shaft to which the nozzle vane that forms the minute gap between the sliding member and the mating member in the ring assembly is fixed and the nozzle shaft are fitted. A carbon-based dry film formed by melting carbon ultrafine powder mainly composed of carbon in a solvent is formed on the inner surface of an insertion member such as a bush .
[0018]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the outer periphery of the shaft portion of the crank control portion that forms a minute gap portion between the sliding member and the mating member in the connecting link mechanism that connects the actuator rod and the ring assembly. A carbon-based dry film formed by melting a carbon ultrafine powder containing carbon as a main component in a solvent is formed on the inner surface of the seal ring inserted into the surface and the outer periphery of the shaft .
[0019]
Therefore, according to such an invention, the outer peripheral surface of the nozzle shaft to which the nozzle vane that forms the minute gap portion between the sliding member and the mating member in the ring assembly is fixed, and the bush and the like to which the nozzle shaft is fitted are fitted. An outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion of the crank control portion and the shaft portion forming a minute gap portion between the sliding member and the mating member in the inner surface of the insertion member or in the connecting link mechanism for connecting the actuator rod and the ring assembly A solid lubricant film made of a carbon-based dry film formed by melting carbon ultrafine powder containing carbon as a main component in a solvent was formed on the inner peripheral surface of the seal ring inserted into the outer periphery. The sliding resistance of the sliding member operating in the atmosphere is set so that the sliding member is operated in a non-lubricated state as in the prior art provided in Patent Document 1 or Patent Document 2. It can be significantly reduced as compared to shall.
As a result, the hysteresis of the operation characteristics associated with the opening and closing operation of the nozzle vanes is reduced, the turbocharger performance is stabilized, and a primary decrease in the supply air pressure (supercharge pressure) in the transient period of the turbocharger operation occurs. Thus, acceleration is improved, and the state of flue gas can always be kept in a good state.
[0020]
Further, according to the invention, the outer peripheral surface of the nozzle shaft to which the nozzle vane that forms the minute gap portion between the sliding member and the mating member in the ring assembly is fixed, and the bush and the like to which the nozzle shaft is fitted are fitted. An outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion of the crank control portion and the shaft portion forming a minute gap portion between the sliding member and the mating member in the inner surface of the insertion member or in the connecting link mechanism for connecting the actuator rod and the ring assembly The surface of the coating having a lubrication function by forming a carbon-based dry film in a filling form on the inner peripheral surface of the seal ring inserted into the outer periphery, and setting the clearance of the minute gap to substantially zero (0) It becomes possible to start operation of the supercharger by bringing them into sliding contact with each other.
Therefore, since the carbon-based dry film having a lubricating function is formed in the minute gap portion, contact between the metal surfaces between the two members is avoided, and the clearance is kept to a minimum value with a small frictional resistance. Thus, the turbocharger can be operated, the amount of gas leakage from the minute gap is reduced, and high turbine efficiency can be maintained, and the surface of the sliding member arranged from the inside of the turbocharger to the outside Further, by forming the carbon-based dry film, contamination due to gas leakage to the outside of the supercharger can be prevented.
