Description

【0001】

【0023】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an elastic mold, and more particularly to an elastic mold made of a resin containing a fluorine-based elastomer having a specific fluorinated polyether skeleton and a method for producing a molded article using the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
There is a method in which various molded products are molded by using a mold made of an elastic material such as natural rubber, chloroprene rubber, or silicon rubber, that is, an elastic mold instead of a metal mold that has been widely used conventionally. Are known. In this molding method, a fluid molding material is filled into the molding from the opening of the elastic molding die, and then the molding material is solidified by heating or cooling, and the solidified molded product is converted into an elastic molding die. It is a method of taking out more. In this elastic molding method, the elastic mold is expanded by utilizing a difference in air pressure, etc., and the molded product is peeled off from the mold and taken out by being discharged from the expanded opening. Used repeatedly expanding and contracting many times.
[0003]
In this elastic molding method, the manufacturing cost of the mold is low, and since there is no consideration of the reverse taper and the release gradient for mold release, it is possible to obtain molded products of various desired designs, In addition, it has been used for molding chocolate, cheese, jelly, kamaboko, etc., and has recently been used for solid cosmetics, as it does not impair the appearance of the surface as if it was molded with a split mold. Has been.
[0004]
However, in the case of solid cosmetics containing oily components such as lipsticks and powder sticks (hereinafter referred to as “oily solid cosmetics”), they are repeatedly used in conventional elastic molds because they contain oily components. However, there is a problem that the elastic mold is expanded by the oil component and the mold is deformed. In particular, in the case of oily solid cosmetics containing a large amount of oily components such as lipsticks, the expansion of the elastic mold is remarkably easy to cause loss of shape, and sufficient surface gloss, which is an important quality for lipsticks, is obtained. There was a disadvantage that it was not possible.
[0005]
More specifically, the elastic molds made of natural rubber, chloroprene rubber, silicon rubber, etc., which have been used in the past, have low oil resistance, so that the oily component in the lipstick can be removed during repeated use in lipstick molding. Absorbs and gradually expands, causing loss of shape. This expansion causes the inner surface of the elastic mold to become a rough surface, which causes a problem that the surface gloss of the molded product is lost.
[0006]
Recently, fluoro rubbers such as polytetrafluoroethylene have been used as elastic molds with excellent oil resistance, but elastic molds made of fluoro rubber have high hardness and are not flexible. There is a problem that it is difficult to remove the molded product from the mold and the surface gloss is damaged.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made under such circumstances, and can form molded products such as glossy oily solid cosmetics, and has oil resistance and durability that does not lose its shape even when used repeatedly. An object of the present invention is to provide an elastic mold having excellent flexibility.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of intensive studies, the present inventors have found that the above object can be achieved by using an elastic mold made of a resin containing a fluorine elastomer having a specific fluorinated polyether skeleton, and based on these findings. The present invention has been completed.

[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described in detail below.
[0011]
The fluorine elastomer used as the material of the elastic mold of the present invention includes (A) a fluorine-containing amide compound represented by the above general formula (1), (B) one or more monovalent perfluorooxyalkyl groups in one molecule, It is obtained by polymerizing with a fluorine-containing organohydrogensiloxane having a monovalent perfluoroalkyl group, a divalent perfluorooxyalkylene group or a divalent perfluoroalkylene group and having two or more hydrosilyl groups. It is an elastic resin body.
[0012]
This elastic resin body preferably has, for example, the above-mentioned (A) and (B), wherein the amount of (B) is hydrosilyl (Si—H) group per 1 mol of aliphatic unsaturated group in the composition. It can be suitably obtained by polymerizing and curing (hereinafter abbreviated as “curing”) what is mixed in an amount of 0.5 to 5 mol. As a curing method, for example, a method of heating after adding a catalytic amount of a platinum group compound to the mixture of (A) and (B) can be used.
[0013]
Details of the component (A) and component (B) used for the preparation of the fluorine-based elastomer used in the present invention and the details of the curing method thereof are described in JP-A-8-199070. The system elastomer can be easily prepared by referring to the description in this publication. Moreover, since this fluorine-type elastomer is marketed with brand names (made by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.), such as SIFEL3500, SIFEL3510, X-70-709, X-70-707BK, X-71-305, this is used. You can also
[0014]
The elastic mold of the present invention can be formed only with the above-mentioned fluorine-based elastomer, but is formed by mixing and blending natural rubber, chloroprene rubber, silicon rubber, etc., which are generally used as elastic mold materials. May be. The blending ratio in the latter case is preferably (fluorinated silicone elastomer) / (general rubber) = 10/90 to 99/1. When the blending amount of the fluorine-based silicone elastomer is 10% by weight (hereinafter abbreviated as “%”) or less, the oil resistance and flexibility are inferior, and the effects of the present invention are impaired.
[0015]
As a preferable example in the case of blending, 10% to 90% of the fluorine-based elastomer of the present invention (for example, X-70-709; manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.) and 90 to 10% of silicone elastomer (RTB rubber KE1310ST for molding) An elastic mold obtained by mixing and blending (made by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.).
[0016]
In addition, the shaping | molding method for forming the elastic shaping | molding die of this invention is not specifically limited, The method generally used in injection molding, pressure molding, etc. can be utilized.
[0017]
The elastic mold of the present invention formed of a resin containing the above-mentioned fluorine-based elastomer has a hardness of 20 (JIS-A) measured using an A-type spring type hardness tester defined in JIS K6301. It is preferable that it is in the range of -60, and more preferably 30-50. When the hardness is lower than 20, the durability is inferior, and the mold deteriorates as the mold is used several times. In addition, when the elastic mold is expanded using the air pressure difference and the molded product is peeled off from the mold, if the hardness is higher than 60, the elastic mold is difficult to expand, and the surface of the molded product is not glossy. To lose.
[0018]
In addition, about the measurement of hardness, you may perform by the method using a rheometer other than the said JIS specification measurement. In this case, for example, in the case of an elastic mold for lipstick having a thickness of 2.0 mm, when measured at 15 ° C. at a rising speed of 6 cm / min and a depth of 3.0 mm using a tooth-shaped push rod, a range of 100 to 350 g Is preferable, and the range of 150 to 300 g is particularly preferable.
[0019]
The elastic mold of the present invention thus obtained is excellent in flexibility, oil resistance and durability, and can be used repeatedly and repeatedly, so that it is oily as represented by lipsticks and stick-shaped solid powder cosmetics. Suitable for molding solid cosmetics. In particular, since it is a mold produced by curing a raw material that is a fluid, an oily solid cosmetic can be molded without impairing fine irregularities and surface gloss.
[0020]
The elastic mold of the present invention may be transparent or opaque, but is preferably transparent to translucent in an elastic mold for producing a molded product having a color such as lipstick. When filled with colored fluid molding materials such as lipstick melt (lipstick bulk), the filling state can be visually observed, and the lipstick bulk, etc. remaining in the mold after the molded product is peeled off from the elastic mold Easy to check status. Moreover, when opaque, white is preferable. Although the visual observation of the filling state is impossible, if it is white, it is easy to confirm the adhesion state of the lipstick bulk and the like in the mold after the molded product is peeled off from the elastic mold.
[0021]
In order to produce a molded product using the mold according to the present invention, according to a conventional method, an elastic mold is filled with a flowable molding material as a material of the molded product, and after cooling and solidifying, an elastic mold is used. Just take it out. In this case, a holding tool can be attached to the elastic mold according to the characteristics of the molded product. For example, in the case of lipstick, if a container or an inner dish is attached to the molding material injection port side of the elastic mold, it becomes easier to take out from the elastic mold without damaging the lipstick.
[0022]
By the above method, the molding material can be cooled and solidified, and the resulting molded product can be taken out in accordance with a known method. For example, taking out is a method of blowing air into an elastic mold by an appropriate means and expanding it. Alternatively, a method of applying a force to the elastic mold by some means to deform it can be used.
[0023]

[Pressure molding method of elastic mold]
When the concave mold and the convex mold are combined, a concave mold and a convex mold are prepared in which the gap is the same shape as the elastic mold. After pouring the material into the concave mold, the convex mold is pressurized and pushed in from above. Thereafter, it is heated to 200 ° C., and after 20 minutes, the convex mold is removed and the elastic mold is taken out from the concave mold.
[0027]
[Evaluation and judgment of elastic molds]
(A) Oil expandability The outer shape change dimensional ratio after each elastic mold was immersed in liquid paraffin at room temperature for 3 hours was evaluated, and from the one without change to the one with significant change, the following was evaluated. Judged in 5 stages. Those having no dimensional change are preferable because there is no oil expansion, but those having a dimensional change are not preferable because the oil expands.

Example 2
Fluorine-based silicon elastomer (X-70-709 (manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.)) and silicon rubber (RTB rubber KE1310ST (manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.) for mold making) composed of a fluoropolyether skeleton in the blending ratios in Table 2 And mixed to form an elastic mold. The elastic mold was filled with lipstick bulk and then molded, and the appearance of the resulting molded product was evaluated and determined in the same manner as in Example 1. The results are also shown in Table 2. [0038]
[Table 2]
Figure 0003874970
[0039]
From the results shown in Table 2, it was revealed that the glossy lipstick was also obtained from the elastic mold according to the present invention, which was a blend mold, and had excellent quality as a mold for lipstick.
[0040]
【The invention's effect】
The elastic mold of the present invention has both oil resistance due to the fluorine-based component in the material resin and flexibility due to the silicon-based component, and has good oil resistance and durability that does not collapse even when used repeatedly. And since the elastic mold of the present invention is highly flexible and can be made into a free shape, if it is used, it can be used in shapes such as cosmetics and soap, chocolate and other foods, candles, etc. , You can get a beautiful product. In particular, it is particularly suitable for oily solid cosmetics containing a large amount of oily components such as lipstick, since glossy products can be repeatedly molded for a long time.
