Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an adsorbing device for taking out articles, which can take out tray packs containing agricultural products such as apples, pears and tomatoes one by one from the stacked state.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventional apparatuses for adsorbing and taking out articles are disclosed in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 3-115212, Japanese Patent Publication No. 55-43876, or Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 55-175089. First, an adsorbing holder (referred to as adsorbing device A) of an article disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3-115212 is formed by providing a non-breathable rubber sponge or the like in an annular shape with a predetermined width at the lower end opening of an adsorbing pad. is there.
[0003]
In addition, the sucker for heavy object conveyance (referred to as adsorption device B) disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 55-43876 is provided with a hollow pressurization chamber around a reverse funnel-shaped vacuum chamber, and air pressure or water is provided in the pressurization chamber. An intake port connected to the fluid source is provided, and the vacuum chamber is connected to the vacuum source. By press-fitting the pressurizing chamber, a heavy object having a flat surface is adsorbed in combination with the internal pressure and the suction force of the vacuum chamber. It is what I did. Furthermore, the suction cup (referred to as adsorption device C) disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 55-175089 is provided with a breathable sponge plate on the lower surface of a porous plate attached to the lower surface side of the suction cup body. It is suitable for adsorption of flat articles such as tiles.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the suction device A is an improved version of a commonly used bellows-type suction disk, and is an article having a relatively small difference in unevenness on the surface to be attracted or a loose article (for example, a streak shape or a wart shape). Or an article having mesh-like irregularities), and suitable for adsorbing and holding articles such as spherical fruits and vegetables. There was a problem that it was likely to occur. That is, in the case of an article with a large difference in unevenness or an article that is concentrated on a portion with unevenness, the unevenness of the unevenness portion may not be absorbed within the elastic deformation and deformation range of the annular rubber sponge. In addition, the annular rubber sponge does not surely come into contact with the surface to be adsorbed, and an adsorption error is likely to occur.
[0005]
Further, in the adsorption device B, since the elastic adsorption wall such as rubber forming the pressurizing chamber is adsorbed on the adsorption surface of the article, within the elastic deformation and deflection deformation range of the adsorption wall, It is difficult to absorb the unevenness of the surface to be adsorbed. Further, even in the adsorption device C, since the article is adsorbed by the compression deformation of the sponge, it is difficult to absorb the unevenness of the surface to be adsorbed within the compression deformation range of the sponge. Therefore, even in the suction devices B and C, when the article has an abrupt and large step on the suction surface, the same problem as that of the suction device A occurs.
[0006]
By the way, as an example of an article in which the unevenness of the surface to be adsorbed changes suddenly and greatly, a tray pack for accommodating agricultural products used when packing various agricultural products in a packaging box is raised. This tray pack is formed by adjoining a plurality of concave portions having large steps in a predetermined arrangement, and the arrangement, shape and size of the concave portions are set in various ways. When packaging agricultural products in such a tray pack, it is generally performed automatically by a boxing robot or the like installed in the agricultural product sorting and packaging facility. It is necessary to pick up each tray pack from the group one by one and set it in the boxing position.
[0007]
When picking up each tray pack from this tray pack group, at the time of picking up, a specific type of tray pack is limited. For example, with the suction device A, a suction pad is placed on the bottom of the concave portion of the tray pack or a flat convex portion. It is possible to pick up the material by contact. However, in a sorting and packaging facility that handles a wide variety of tray packs, it is necessary to prepare a number of suction pads according to the arrangement, shape, and size of the recesses. It is not practical in terms of operability and arrangement space.
[0008]
In addition, the tray pack has a partition wall (rising wall) between the adjacent recesses that has the same shape as the outer peripheral edge (upper end surface) or has a recess in the upper part of the partition wall. A wide variety. Therefore, in the case of a tray pack in which the partition wall is all the same as the outer peripheral edge of the tray pack and air leakage is difficult to occur when a flat plate or the like is turned down from above, the purpose is to pick up an article having a flat surface. The possibility of being adsorbed by the adsorption device A or the adsorption device B is high. However, in the case of a tray pack where the height of the partition wall is low or the dents are present, a gap is formed only by contacting the flat suction surface. Is difficult to adsorb. Therefore, it is conceivable to selectively use the adsorption devices B and C depending on the shape of the partition wall of the tray pack, but this is also practically difficult and not universal.
[0009]
That is, in the suction device A, when there are various arrangements, shapes, and the like of the concave portions of the tray pack, it is difficult to reliably pick up the various types of tray packs using the suction device A. The adsorption device A is dedicated for each form of tray pack, resulting in an increase in the cost of the adsorption device A itself. In addition, in the adsorption device B and the adsorption device C, because there is a limit to the compression deformation of the adsorption wall and sponge, it is possible to stably adsorb tray packs having various partition wall heights between adjacent recesses. Difficult to do. Further, even if the tray packs having the same shape are picked up by the suction devices A to C, since the thickness of the tray pack is relatively thin, the entire tray pack is likely to be warped or bent at the time of suction. There is also a problem that it is easy to invite.
[0010]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and the object of the invention of claim 1 is that even if the surface to be adsorbed of the article is not constant or the steps of the unevenness are abrupt. , Improve the adhesion of the sheet-like member to the surface to be adsorbed and reliably separate the articles one by oneShiIt is an object of the present invention to provide an adsorbing device for taking out an article. In addition to the object of the invention described in claim 1, the object of the invention described in claim 2 or 3 is to provide an adsorbing device for taking out articles that can further improve the adhesion of the sheet-like member to the surface to be adsorbedYouThere is to be. Claims4In addition to the object of the invention described in claim 1, an object of the invention described in the above is to provide an adsorbing device for taking out an article which can easily cope with articles of various shapes and improve versatility. In addition to the object of the invention described in claim 1, an object of the invention described in claim 5 is to provide an adsorbing device for taking out articles that can further enhance the adhesion of the sheet-like member to the surface to be adsorbed. is there.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the invention described in claim 1 of the present invention isAn adsorbing device for taking out an article by adsorbing and separating the articles one by one from an article group in which a plurality of articles are stacked,A suction port connected to the suction device penetrates vertically in the center.do itProvidedFlatThe foundation,Its inner periphery isOver the entire area around the suction portThe outer peripheral edge is fixed to the outer peripheral edge of the base, and the lower surface side of the base is fixed.Stretched with slackFlexible to form an internal space insideA sheet-like member and the sheet-like membersurfaceAnd arranged inWith multiple weightsAnd a weight member. The sheet-like member used for carrying out this adsorbing device does not necessarily require the function of not allowing gas to pass through in a strict sense, as long as it can secure a negative pressure capable of adsorbing and holding an article. For example, it may be any of textile products (cloth) of various fabrics and synthetic resin sheet members.
[0012]
By configuring in this way, for example, the base is lowered and its lower surface~ sideStretched onAn internal space is formed insideWhen the sheet-like member is brought into contact with the suction surface of the article and the suction device is operated, the baseSuction port on the bottom sideThe sheet-like member provided over the entire circumference of theFrom the suction portIt moves in the direction of the suction port while following the unevenness of the attracted surface by the suction action. By moving this sheet-like member,SlackThe sheet-like member stretched with a grip fits into the surface to which the article is adsorbed.surfaceThe weight member disposed in theDown at a predetermined tensionBecauseBecause the sheet-like member is closely attached to the uneven shape of the surface to be adsorbed,The adhesion between the sheet-like member and the surface to be adsorbed of the article is enhanced. The stacked articles are surely separated one by one by sufficient adhesion of the sheet-like members..
[0013]
The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that the weight member is formed in a chain by connecting a large number of weights and is arranged in a substantially annular shape outside the suction port. This invention is characterized in that a plurality of weights of the weight member are arranged substantially concentrically outside the suction port with a predetermined interval. With this configuration, the weight member is formed by, for example, connecting a large number of weights made of lead or metal pieces in a chain shape, or by arranging a plurality of weights in a substantially annular shape at predetermined intervals. As a result, the weight member itself can be flexibly adapted to follow the deformation of the sheet-like member, and the adhesion of the sheet-like member to the attracted surface of the article is further increased.
[0015]
Claims4The described invention is characterized in that a large number of weights of the weight member are arranged in a scattered state outside the suction port. By configuring in this way, a large number of weights forming the weight member are arranged in a scattered state outside the suction port.DownIn addition to being able to be pulled with a predetermined tension, good adhesion can be obtained regardless of the shape of the surface to be adsorbed of the article, and it can be applied to the adsorption of various articles, thereby improving its versatility. The invention according to claim 5 is characterized in that the sheet-like member is provided with a vent hole for ventilating the air in the internal space. With this configuration, since the outside air is introduced from the vent hole when the sheet-like member is moved by the suction action from the suction port, the sheet-like member is moved more smoothly by the outside air. The adhesion of the member to the attracted surface can be further enhanced.
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
1 to 5 show an embodiment of an adsorbing apparatus for taking out articles according to the present invention, FIG. 1 is a partially broken perspective view, FIG. 2 is a sectional view, FIG. 3 is a bottom view, and FIG. Is a cross-sectional view of a tray pack for accommodating agricultural products, and FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view during a suction operation.
[0017]
1 to 3, the adsorption device 1 has a flat base 2 made of an iron plate or the like, and a flexible sheet-like member is provided on the lower surface 2b of the base 2 via an elastic body 3 made of sponge or the like. 4 is attached. The sheet-like member 4 is formed in a relatively shallow, substantially bag shape by a thin sheet having no air permeability such as various fabric fiber products (for example, polyester fibers) and synthetic resin sheets (for example, polyethylene sheets). ing.
[0018]
The sheet-like member 4 has its inner peripheral edge 4a fixed to the entire opening of the circular suction port 5 provided at the center position of the base 2 and the elastic body 3 by appropriate fixing means, and its outer peripheral edge. 4b is fixed to the outer peripheral edge of the base 2 (and the elastic body 3) by an appropriate fixing means such as adhesion. Further, inside the sheet-like member 4, a weight member 6 formed in a chain shape by connecting a large number of weights 6a such as lead and metal pieces with a thread 6b is arranged in an annular shape. The member 6 is integrated with the sheet-like member 4 by being sewn with a fixing thread 7 at a predetermined position on the inner surface 4 c of the sheet-like member 4.
[0019]
Thereby, the sheet-like member 4 is pulled to the lower surface 2b side (the lower surface side of the elastic body 3) of the base 2 with a tension corresponding to the weight of the weight member 6.EtIn addition, it is fixed in a state having a predetermined slackness, and an annular internal space 8 is formed therein. In addition, arrangement | positioning to the inner surface 4c of the sheet-like member 4 of the weight member 6 is not restricted to fixation by sewing, for example, each weight 6a may be fixed with an adhesive agent, or the inner surface 4c of the sheet-like member 4 may be fixed. An appropriate structure can be employed, such as providing a bag-like weight housing portion and simply inserting each weight 6a into the weight housing portion without being connected by the thread 6b. It is of course possible to use a metal chain as the weight member 6.
[0020]
One end of an intake pipe 9 is connected to the suction port 5 portion on the upper surface 2a side of the base 2, and the other end of the intake pipe 9 is connected to a suction device (not shown). A space 11 (see FIG. 5) formed by the outer surface 4d (lower surface) of the sheet-like member 4 and the attracted surface 10a of the tray pack 10 as an article through the suction port 5 by the operation of the suction device will be described later. As a result of the negative pressure, the sheet-like member 4 having a predetermined slackness moves while being familiar with the shape of the attracted surface 10a of the tray pack 10.
[0021]
In addition, a vent 12 for ventilating the air in the internal space 8 is provided at a diagonal position of the base 2 at a fixing portion between the outer peripheral edge 4b of the sheet-like member 4 and the base 2, and the base 2 and the elastic body 3 are provided. At an appropriate position, an air blower (not shown) that supplies air into the sheet-like member 4 to forcibly inflate and return to the original state is provided. These ventilation holes 12 and air blowing holes are not always necessary. For example, the ventilation holes 12 are omitted, and it is possible to ventilate the internal space 8 by the material (predetermined ventilation) of the sheet-like member 4 itself. In addition, the sheet-like member 4 can be restored by its own weight.
[0022]
A suction prevention mechanism 13 is provided in the suction port 5. The suction prevention mechanism 13 is formed by a support plate 14 fixed to the lower end of the intake pipe 9 and a metal mesh 15 fixed to the lower end of the support plate 14. ) Is set to be slightly above the lower surface of the elastic body 3. The suction prevention mechanism 13 prevents the suction into the suction port 5 of the tray pack 10 or the like that is thin and easily deformed.
[0023]
Next, the operation of sucking and taking out the tray pack 10 for storing agricultural products by the suction device 1 will be described. First, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, a general tray pack 10 for accommodating agricultural products has a rectangular parallelepiped shape in a plan view, and a foamed resin so that a large number of recesses 16 have a predetermined arrangement on the adsorbed surface 10a. Etc. are formed. The partition walls 17 (rising walls) between the adjacent recesses 16 of the tray pack 10 are respectively formed with recesses 17a for facilitating the extraction of agricultural products accommodated in the recesses 16 and the recesses 16. Flat portions 18 are formed in the middle and outer peripheral edge portions. The tray packs 10 thus formed are stacked by lightly fitting the concave portions 16 of the upper and lower tray packs 10 to form a tray pack group 19 as shown in FIG.
[0024]
When the uppermost tray pack 10 is sucked and picked up (lifted) from the tray pack group 19 by the suction device 1, the suction device 1 ( The intake pipe 9 and the base 2) are lowered to press the outer surface 4 d of the sheet-like member 4 against the attracted surface 10 a of the tray pack 10. At this time, since the sheet-like member 4 is in a state of slacking downward with a predetermined tension, the sheet-like member 4 contacts the flat portion 18 of the attracted surface 10a of the tray pack 10 in a contracted state and has a concave portion. It will be in the state which contacted 16 and the partition wall 17 part with the predetermined pressure (pressure according to the amount of descending). Further, for example, in the recess 17a portion of the partition wall 17 of the surface to be attracted 10a of the tray pack 10, the uneven step of the surface to be attracted 10a changes abruptly, so there is a slight difference between the sheet-like member 4 and the tray pack 10. The location which has this clearance gap will also arise.
[0025]
However, this gap is closed by operating the suction device in a state where the sheet-like member 4 is pressed against the attracted surface 10a. That is, as shown in FIG. 5, the inside of the space 11 formed by the outer surface 4d of the sheet-like member 4 and the attracted surface 10a of the tray pack 10 becomes negative pressure via the intake pipe 9 and the suction port 5. The flexible sheet-like member 4 is pulled and moved in the direction of the suction port 5 by the pressure. When the sheet-like member 4 moves in the direction of the suction port 5, the sheet-like member 4 is flexible and is pulled downward with a predetermined tension by the weight member 6. The sheet-like member 4 moves along the difference in level, and the gap is closed by the sheet-like member 4.
[0026]
By closing the gap, the space 11 is hermetically sealed, and the sheet-like member 4 is pressed by a predetermined suction pressure so that the flat portion 18 of the suction surface 10a of the tray pack 11, the concave portion 16, and the concave portion 17a of the partition wall 17. Adheres to the entire area. At this time, since the weight member 6 is disposed inside the sheet-like member 4, the weight member 6 fits into the recess 16, and the adhesion of the sheet-like member 4 to the attracted surface 10 a is increased. Good adhesion can be obtained in a short time. In this state, when the suction device 1 is raised, the uppermost tray pack 10 is separated from the tray pack 10 directly below and picked up.
[0027]
When the gap is closed, the space 11 is hermetically sealed, and the thin tray pack 10 is easily sucked into the suction port 5. However, this suction is prevented by the wire mesh 15 of the suction prevention mechanism 13 provided at the suction port 5, so that deformation such as warping of the tray pack 10 at the time of suction is eliminated, and the upper and lower tray packs 10 are smoothly separated. Further, when the air holes 12 are provided in the outer peripheral edge portions 4b at the four corners of the sheet-like member 4 when the sheet-like member 4 is moved, the outside air is introduced from the air holes 12, so that the outside air also forms a sheet-like shape. The movement of the member 4 is performed more smoothly.
[0028]
Then, after the picked-up tray pack 10 is transferred to a predetermined position in a sorting and packaging facility 22 described later, for example, the operation of the suction device is stopped so that the sheet-like member 4 is attracted surface 10a of the tray pack 10. The tray pack 10 is set at a predetermined position. At this time, when the suction action from the suction port 5 is stopped by stopping the suction device, the sheet-like member 4 hangs down by its own weight, for example, returns to the original swollen state and becomes a reusable state. The return of the sheet-like member 4 can also be performed by forcibly (and in a short time) the sheet-like member 4 is blown by the air blown from the air blowing port described above.
[0029]
As described above, according to the suction device 1 of the present invention, the flexible sheet-like member 4 is provided in a state of being loosened while being given a predetermined tension by the weight member 6, and the sheet-like member 4 is sucked by a suction action. By moving in the direction of the mouth 5, the sheet-like member 4 is brought into close contact with the uneven shape of the attracted surface 10 a of the tray pack 10. Therefore, even if the tray pack 10 has a large and abrupt shape of the unevenness of the attracted surface 10a, the sheet-like member 4 can be reliably brought into close contact with the attracted surface 10a. Regardless of the shape, the tray pack 10 having various shapes can be picked up by one suction device 1.
[0030]
Next, an outline of the agricultural product sorting and packaging facility using the adsorption device 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 to 9, the sorting and packaging facility 22 has a sorting conveyor 23 for sorting supplied agricultural products, and the sorting conveyor 23 has two pairs in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction. Yes.
[0032]
The adsorption device 1 is attached to the tray pack supply device 27 as follows. That is, as shown in FIG. 7, a support rod 34 is connected to the upper end of the intake pipe 9, and a bearing 35 is disposed on the upper portion of the support rod 34. One end of each of the arms 36a and 36b is connected. The other end of the parallel arm 36a is connected to the motor 37, the other end of the parallel arm 36b is connected to the support shaft, and the frame 38 to which the other ends of the motor 37 and the parallel arms 36a and 36b are fixed is A guide 39 is engaged with a guide rod 40 that moves up and down by the rotation of the motor 41.
[0033]
As a result, when the motor 37 rotates, the pair of parallel arms 36a and 36b rotate in the horizontal plane as indicated by an arrow A between the positions of the mounting tables 30 and 32 shown in FIG. 6 and the packing position S1. Further, as the motor 41 rotates, the frame 38 (that is, the pair of parallel arms 36a and 36b) moves up and down in the direction indicated by the arrow B (Z direction) in FIG. As 42 rotates, it moves in the direction of arrow C (Y direction).
[0034]
The boxing device 28 has a boxing head 44 having a predetermined number of suction pads 45. The boxing head 44 moves in the Y direction by the rotation of the motor 46 shown in FIG. It is provided so as to move in the Z direction and further move in the X direction by the rotation of the motor 48 shown in FIG. The boxing head 44 sucks and picks up the produce W on the tray 50 waiting at the boxing standby position S2 of the transport conveyor 49 connected to the downstream side of the storage and accumulation conveyor 24 by the suction pad 45. Then, the agricultural product W moves forward in the X direction, and is picked up by the tray pack supply device 27 and accommodated (boxed) in the recess 16 of the tray pack 10 set at the boxing position S1.
[0035]
As shown in FIG. 7, the empty box supply device 29 includes an empty box lowering device 51 installed on the side opposite to the boxing position S1 of the boxing device 28, and an empty box 52 connected to the lower end of the empty box lowering device 51. For example, four rows of distribution conveyors 55 for supplying four types of empty boxes 52 are connected to the empty box lowering device 51, and the empty boxes 52 conveyed by the distribution conveyor 55 are appropriately connected. It is selected and supplied to the empty box lowering device 51.
[0036]
The auxiliary suction device 33 includes a suction pad 56 that moves up and down by an air cylinder 57 shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, and a pair of resistance members 58 shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, respectively. The tray pack 10 on the mounting table 30 is disposed so as to be able to enter and come into contact with the recess 16 at the corner end portion of the tray pack 10 and to contact with the corner end portion of the buffer sheet 31 on the mounting table 32. . Further, the resistance members 58 each have a plate body 59 having five triangular engaging portions 59a, and are arranged at positions where they can come into contact with both ends in the longitudinal direction of the tray pack 10 with a predetermined pressure. .
[0037]
Here, an outline of the flow of the agricultural products W and the empty boxes 52 in the sorting and packaging facility 22 will be described. First, the agricultural products W for which the equal class or the like has been determined (sorting classification) are supplied from the sorting conveyor 23 onto the predetermined storage and accumulation conveyor 24 by the operation of the discharge device 25 corresponding to the classification and stored and accumulated. Is done. The stored and accumulated farm products W are appropriately supplied onto a transport conveyor 49 connected to the downstream side of the storage and accumulation conveyor 24, and waited at the boxing standby position S2. On the other hand, the four types of empty boxes 52 are transported by the distribution conveyor 55 in a manufactured state (in a state where the upper surface is opened), stopped at the position of each empty box lowering device 51, and waited. An empty box 52 is supplied into the empty box lowering device 51. The empty box 52 is conveyed by an empty box transfer conveyor 53, and is set to two boxing positions S1 by an empty box raising device 54, respectively.
[0038]
Then, when a predetermined number of predetermined agricultural products W are waited at the boxing standby position S2 and the empty box 52 is set at the boxing position S1, the tray pack supply device 27 is operated to adsorb the sheet-like member 4 as described above. Thus, the uppermost tray pack 10 of the predetermined tray pack group 19 is picked up. The uppermost tray pack 10 is picked up as follows. That is, first, as shown in FIG. 10, the auxiliary suction device 33 is operated so that the suction pad 56 is positioned in the recess 16 at the end of the tray pack 10, and the suction device is operated so that the suction pad 56 is recessed. 16 Adhere to the inner surface (adsorption).
[0039]
In this state, the suction pad 56 is lifted to the standby position indicated by the solid line in FIG. 10, and then the suction is released, and the suction pad 56 is moved to a retracted position that does not hinder the rotation of the suction device 1 (two points in FIG. Further increase to the position of the chain line. When the tray pack 10 is sucked and lifted by the suction pad 56, the end portion of the tray pack 10 comes into contact with the engaging portion 59a of the one resistance member 58, so that the uppermost tray pack 10 is placed directly below the tray. Separated from the pack 10. Then, the inclined tray pack 10 engaged by the engaging member 58 is brought into contact with the sheet-like member 4 of the suction device 1 as shown in FIG. .
[0040]
The tray pack 10 picked up by the suction device 1 in this way is transferred to the boxing position S1 and set in the empty box 52 as the parallel arms 36a and 36b rotate. In this state, the boxing device 28 is operated, and a predetermined number of agricultural products W on the tray 50 waiting at the boxing standby position S2 are picked up and picked up by the suction pad 45 of the boxing head 44, and the boxing position is picked up. It is moved to S1.
[0041]
The agricultural products W moved to the boxing position S1 are accommodated, for example, in a row in the recess 16 of the tray pack 10 by the lowering of the boxing head 44. By repeating this operation a predetermined number of times, the agricultural products W having a predetermined number of balls are produced. It is accommodated (boxed) in each recess 16 of the tray pack 10. When the agricultural products W are packed in all the recesses 16 of the first tray pack 10, the tray pack supply device 27 is operated to adsorb the uppermost buffer sheet 31 stacked on the mounting table 32. The sheet is picked up by the sheet-like member 4 of the apparatus 1.
[0042]
The suction pickup of the buffer sheet 31 is also picked up by the same action as the action of the sheet-like member 4 on the tray pack 10, and the buffer sheet 31 is transferred to the boxing position S1 and the agricultural product W in the boxed empty box 52 is picked up. Placed on top. When the packing form is two-tiered, the next tray pack 10 is further stacked on the buffer sheet 31 and the agricultural products W are boxed, and when the predetermined number of boxes are packed, the boxing operation is finished. The packaging box in which the agricultural product W is packed is conveyed downstream by the product conveyor, and the empty box 52 is supplied to the next empty box 52 by the empty box supply device 29 at the packaging position S1 where the packaging box in which the agricultural product W is packed is discharged. Is supplied.
[0043]
As described above, according to the suction device 1 of the above-described embodiment, the flexible sheet-like member 4 is attached to the outer periphery of the lower surface 2b of the suction port 5 of the base 2 in a loosened state, and a chain-like shape is formed inside the sheet-like member 4. Since the weight member 6 is provided, the sheet-like member 4 can be moved in the direction of the suction port 5 by operating the suction device while applying a predetermined tension to the sheet-like member 4. Can be brought into close contact with the attracted surface 10a. As a result, the sheet-like member 4 can be satisfactorily adsorbed to the entire area of the attracted surface 10a even in the tray pack 10 in which the uneven step having the recess 17a in the partition wall 17 is large and steep. The tray pack 10 can be reliably picked up without causing a mistake in suction.
[0044]
In particular, when the sheet-like member 4 is moved by suction, the sheet-like member 4 is pulled downward with a predetermined tension by the weight member 6, and the weight member 6 is chained by connecting a number of weights 6 a with the thread 6 b. Since the formed flexible member can follow the deformation of the sheet-like member 4, the weight member 6 fits well in the recess 16 or the like, and the adhesion of the sheet-like member 4 to the attracted surface 10 a. The tray pack 10 can be picked up in a shorter time.
[0045]
Further, since the sheet-like member 4 is attached to the base 2 via the elastic body 3 having a predetermined thickness, the elastic deformation of the elastic body 3 absorbs some unevenness of the attracted surface 10a of the tray pack 10. The sheet-like member 4 can be adsorbed to the tray pack 10 more smoothly. Further, since the suction port 5 is provided with the suction prevention mechanism 13 having the metal mesh 15, suction into the suction port 5 due to suction of the relatively thin tray pack 12 and the buffer sheet 31 is reliably prevented, and the suction pickup is performed. Warping and deformation of the tray pack 10 and the like at the time can be suppressed, and the stacked tray pack 10 can be separated and picked up more smoothly.
[0046]
Therefore, by applying this adsorption device 1 to the tray pack supply device 27 of the sorting and packaging facility 22 for the produce W, the uppermost tray pack 10 is reliably separated from the stacked tray pack group 19 one by one. And can be set at the packing position S1. As a result, the frequency of occurrence of suction pick-up mistakes can be made extremely small compared to the conventional method, and the work efficiency in the boxing and packaging operation of the agricultural products W can be greatly improved.
[0047]
Further, since the sheet-like member 4 of the suction device 1 can be brought into close contact regardless of the uneven shape of the suction target surface 10a of the tray pack 10, the tray packs of various forms can be obtained with one (one type) of the suction device 1. 10 and the buffer sheet 31 can be picked up and there is no need to prepare the suction device 1 according to each tray pack 10, the configuration of the tray pack supply device 27 itself can be simplified, and the cost is low. Can be formed. Further, since the suction device can be operated with the flexible sheet-like member 4 closing the gap with the suction surface 10a of the tray pack 10 as much as possible, it is necessary to increase the suction capacity of the suction device itself. Therefore, the suction device 1 (tray pack supply device 27) can be realized with the minimum necessary capacity and more inexpensive.
[0048]

[0049]
In this case, the weight members 6 of the respective strips may have the same weight (size) or the like of the respective weights 6a, or may be different for each strip. Also in the suction device 1 of this embodiment, the weight member 6 can enhance the adhesion of the sheet-like member 4 to the suction surface 10a, and the same effect as the above embodiment can be obtained. It is possible to easily fit at least one of the weight members 6 into the recessed portion 16 of the attracted surface 10a. The effect that adhesiveness can be improved more is also acquired.
[0050]
Further, the suction device 1 shown in FIG. 14 is characterized in that the weight member 6 is not in a chain shape but is divided and disposed on the inner surface 4c of the sheet-like member 4 with a predetermined interval..Also in the suction device 1 of this embodiment, the weight member 6 can improve the adhesion of the sheet-like member 4 to the suction surface 10a.WhenSimilar effects can be obtained. Moreover, sufficient flexibility is obtained between the weight members 6 arranged at a predetermined interval, the adhesion to the attracted surface 10a is further increased, and the shape of the tray pack 10 is specified in advance. In addition, for example, it is possible to effectively dispose the weight member 6 only in a portion that is difficult to adsorb, or to obtain a function and effect that the configuration of the sheet-like member 4 can be further simplified.
[0051]
Further, the suction device 1 shown in FIG. 15 is characterized in that the weight member 6 is randomly arranged outside the suction port 5. The weight member 6 can be set to have the same weight or shape as shown in FIG. 12, or can be made different. In the suction device 1 of this embodiment, the weight member 6 can be used to form the sheet-like member 4. Adhesiveness to the attracted surface 10a can be improved, and the same effect as the above embodiment can be obtained. In addition, the weight member 6 randomly arranged can easily apply a predetermined tension to the entire area of the sheet-like member 4, and can easily deal with the suction surface 10a of various shapes. The effect that the versatility can be improved is also obtained.
[0052]
In addition, the adsorption | suction apparatus 1 concerning this invention is not limited to each of each above-mentioned Example, It can also comprise combining each Example suitably, and the shape and arrangement | positioning state of the weight member 6 are also possible. Can also be set appropriately. Moreover, in the said Example, although the tray pack 10 for accommodating agricultural products and the buffer sheet 31 were demonstrated as an example as articles | goods picked up and picked up, the adsorption | suction apparatus concerning this invention is piled up various board | plate materials, sheet materials, etc. The present invention can be applied to the adsorption and removal of various articles. Furthermore, the shape of the base 2 and the size and shape of the suction port 5 in the above embodiment, the configuration of the sorting and packaging facility 22, the tray pack supply device 27, the boxing device 28, and the empty box supply device 29 are also examples. Needless to say, various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention.
[0053]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, according to the invention described in claim 1,The inner peripheral edge is fixed to the entire periphery of the suction port, the outer peripheral edge is fixed to the outer peripheral edge of the base, and the lower surface side of the base is stretched with a slack so as to be inside. A flexible sheet-like member that forms a space, and a weight member that is disposed on the inner surface of the sheet-like member and has a plurality of weightsBecause of the suction action from the suction portA flexible base that is stretched with slack on the underside of the base to form an internal space insideSheet-like memberIs pulled in the direction of the suction port and moves in the direction of the suction port along the uneven shape of the suction surface of the article, the sheet-like member is lowered downward with a predetermined tension by a plurality of weights of the weight member disposed on the inner surface thereof. Since the sheet-like member is in close contact with the uneven shape of the attracted surface because it is pulled, even if the article has a large and abrupt shape unevenness of the attracted surfaceThe adhesion between the sheet-like member and the adsorbed surface of the article can be improved, and the stacked articles can be reliably separated one by one..
