【0008】

【0089】
また、1504は、操作ボード3及びリモートI/O 2側の送信ON信号、1505は、NC装置1側の通信制御部の送信ON信号、1506は、NC装置1、操作ボード3、リモートI/O 2の各送信フレーム(N#0 〜N#7 、R#0 〜R#7 、B#0 〜B#7 )のデータ構成を示している。
【0090】

[0022]
Further, the numerical control device disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 60-54012 as a conventional device shows a configuration in which an NC operation board and a machine operation board can be switched and connected to the same interface of the numerical control device. However, it merely shows the idea of switching between the NC operation board and the machine operation board, the NC operation board has not been improved at all, the communication control method has not been specified, and the flexibility of the device It was lacking.
[0023]
The present invention has been made to solve the problems of the above-described conventional operation board and remote I / O communication control method. Between the control device such as an NC device and the operation board or remote I / O. The purpose is to make the connection of the system flexible and improve the flexibility of the system configuration.
[0024]
In the present invention, as the operation board and remote I / O communication control method, the operation board is processed by the communication control unit to reduce the size and price of the operation board, thereby reducing the size and price of the entire apparatus. The purpose is to plan.
[0025]
In addition, in the present invention, the control MPU on the operation board side is deleted to reduce the load of the development work of the program S / W, the control part of the operation board is downsized, and the system can flexibly cope with the system that does not require the operation board The purpose is to improve the reliability and reduce the price of the operation board control system.
[0026]
In addition, in the present invention, the management of the code conversion table data can be unified, and the operation board and the remote I / O communication control method that can be centrally managed on the same memory as the system S / W of the control device The purpose is to obtain.
[0027]
Further, according to the present invention, there is provided an operation board and a remote I / O communication control method that can be used as a serial signal connection unit for a remote I / O when the serial signal connection unit between the control device and the operation board is not used. The purpose is to obtain.
[0028]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the operation board and remote I / O communication control method according to the present invention, the operation board or the operation board having the remote I / O attached to the control device connected to the control device for performing machine control of the machine tool, the remote I / O O Communication control method that performs data transmission / reception between the control unit and the operation board and data transmission / reception between the control unit and the remote I / O with the same frame length and the same communication cycle. In addition, when the operation board removal switch provided on the operation board or the connected device removal switch provided on the control device is operated when removing the operation board from the control device, or when remote I / O is removed from the control device. When operating the connected device removal switch provided on the control device or the remote I / O removal switch provided on the remote I / O, the control device The communication control unit transmits a communication frame for recognizing the type of operation board to be connected.
[0029]
Also, the control device has an operation board / remote I / O shared communication control unit, and the operation board or remote I / O can be switched and connected to the operation board / remote I / O shared communication control unit of the control device. Is.
[0030]
Also, the control device is an NC device, and data transmission / reception between the NC device and the operation board is performed by transmitting display data from the NC device to the display unit of the operation board, and operating keys on the operation board from the operation board to the NC device. Input data is transmitted.
[0031]
The frames transmitted from the operation board or remote I / O to the NC device have different identification codes.
[0032]
Further, the address signal when scanning and reading the operation key input data of the operation board depends on the identification code of the frame transmitted from the NC device to the operation board.
[0033]
In response to the transmission of the frame from the NC device to the operation board, the operation key input data of the operation board is transmitted to the NC device.
[0034]
In addition, the communication control unit of the NC device that is the control device transmits a communication frame for recognizing the type of the operation board to be connected to the operation board, and the connected operation board transmits information indicating the type to the NC device. Then, the NC device transmits code conversion table data corresponding to the operation key input data of the operation board to the operation board based on the transmitted information and stores it in the memory of the operation board.
[0035]
In addition, when a frame is transmitted from the NC unit to the operation board and multiple operation keys are operated when scanning and reading the operation key input data of the operation board, the communication control unit on the operation board side displays the highest priority operation key. Are extracted from the code conversion table data stored in the memory of the operation board and transmitted to the NC device, and the operation key input data is directly transmitted to the NC device.
[0036]
The code conversion table data transmitted from the NC device is transmitted from the NC device to the operation board in multiple frames, and the address of the memory where the code conversion table data is stored depends on the identification code of the frame It is.
[0037]
In addition, every time code conversion table data transmitted in multiple frames from the NC device is normally transmitted a predetermined number of times, the operation board transmits a frame having an identification code different from normal to the NC device. is there.
[0038]
Also, when transmitting the code conversion table data from the NC device by dividing it into a plurality of frames, the frame identification code is transmitted using an identification code different from the normal, and the frame for confirming normal transmission of the code conversion table data When the NC device receives from the operation board, the identification code of the frame transmitted from the NC device is restored to the normal identification code.
[0039]
Further, the address when displaying on the display unit of the operation board depends on the identification code of the frame of the display data transmitted to the display unit from the NC device to the operation board.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the operation board and remote I / O communication control method according to the present invention, the operation board attached to the control device connected to the control device that performs machine control of the machine tool or the operation board having the remote I / O Remote I / O communication control method, wherein data transmission / reception between the control device and the operation board and data transmission / reception between the control device and the remote I / O are performed with the same frame length and the same communication cycle. Since the communication is performed by the communication device, the communication control between the control device, the operation board, and the remote I / O can be unified, and the control is simplified.
When the operation board removal switch provided on the operation board or the connected device removal switch provided on the control device is operated when removing the operation board from the control device, or when remote I / O is removed from the control device. When the connected device removal switch provided in the control device or the remote I / O removal switch provided in the remote I / O is operated, the communication control unit of the control device recognizes the type of operation board to be connected. Because the communication frame is transmitted, the NC unit must stop the system after the operator removes the operation board or remote I / O from the NC unit to which the operation board is connected or the NC device to which remote I / O is connected. The system operation can be continued and the operation board and remote I / O can be reconnected. .
[0098]
Also, the control device has an operation board / remote I / O shared communication control unit, and the operation board or remote I / O can be switched and connected to the operation board / remote I / O shared communication control unit of the control device. Therefore, the communication control unit for connecting the operation board of the NC unit and the communication control unit of the remote I / O can be shared, and no additional communication control unit is required when adding and connecting remote I / O. This has the effect of increasing flexibility.
[0099]
Furthermore, the control device is an NC device, and data is sent and received between the NC device and the operation board by transmitting display data from the NC device to the display unit of the operation board and operating keys on the operation board from the operation board to the NC device. Since the input data is transmitted, there is an effect that transmission and reception between the NC device and the operation board can be easily performed.
[0100]
In addition, the frames sent from the operation board or remote I / O to the NC unit have different identification codes, so it is easy to determine whether the operation board or remote I / O is connected to the NC unit. There is.
[0101]
Furthermore, the address signal when scanning and reading operation key input data on the operation board depends on the identification code of the frame sent from the NC unit to the operation board, so there is a special hardware on the operation board side. For example, there is no need to provide an MPU, a ROM, etc., the apparatus configuration is simplified, and there is an economic effect that the system configuration price can be reduced.
[0102]
In addition, since the operation key input data of the operation board is transmitted to the NC device in response to the transmission of the frame from the NC device to the operation board, the operation key scan input data is transmitted from the operation board to the NC device. In some cases, there is no need to add special information to the transmission frame, and the hardware on the operation board side can be easily configured.
[0103]
Furthermore, the communication control unit of the NC device that is the control device transmits a communication frame for recognizing the type of the operation board to be connected to the operation board, and the connected operation board transmits information indicating the type to the NC device. Since the NC device transmits code conversion table data corresponding to the operation key input data of the operation board to the operation board based on the transmitted information and stores it in the memory of the operation board, each conventional operation board is individually The code conversion table data held in the system can be collectively managed as data on the NC device side, and the data can be easily handled.
In addition, since the operation board has a code conversion table for operation key input and code conversion is performed with hardware, an MPU is provided on the operation board, and code conversion S / W processing by the MPU is no longer necessary. In addition to eliminating the need for board S / W development, if there is a test device that simulates the operation board code conversion data transfer processing of the NC device in product shipment testing, the test board can be tested and tested by itself. .
[0104]
In addition, when a frame is transmitted from the NC unit to the operation board and multiple operation keys are operated when scanning and reading the operation key input data of the operation board, the communication control unit on the operation board side displays the highest priority operation key. And a mode in which the code is converted by the code conversion table data stored in the memory of the operation board and transmitted to the NC device, and a mode in which the operation key input data is directly transmitted to the NC device is provided. The operation key input is prioritized for each operation key, and only the operation key input that has been operated with the highest priority needs to be transmitted to the NC device, and all operation key input information during one operation key scan. Supports both modes when transmitting to the NC device, and can switch between the two modes according to the state of the operation key scan signal, and is compatible with various operation boards There is an effect that becomes effective.
[0105]
Furthermore, the code conversion table data transmitted from the NC device is transmitted in several frames from the NC device to the operation board, and the address of the memory storing the code conversion table data depends on the identification code of the frame. As a result, the code conversion table data can be sent to the operation board while taking advantage of the high-speed processing by the short transmission / reception frame used in remote I / O, and the remote I / O station number can be specified. Since the change of the header pattern of the transmission frame from the NC unit can be shared with the designation of the code conversion memory storage address on the operation board side, the circuit configuration on the operation board side is simplified.
[0106]
In addition, every time code conversion table data transmitted in multiple frames from the NC device is normally transmitted a predetermined number of times, the operation board transmits a frame having an identification code different from the normal to the NC device. Therefore, it can be determined from the transmission frame from the operation board that the code conversion table data has been normally transferred from the NC device, so that there is an effect that erroneous code conversion does not occur on the operation board side.
[0107]
Further, when the code conversion table data is transmitted from the NC device by dividing it into a plurality of frames, the frame identification code is transmitted using an identification code different from the normal one, and the frame for confirming normal transmission of the code conversion table data is confirmed. When the NC device receives the command from the operation board, the frame identification code transmitted from the NC device is restored to the normal identification code, so the handshake for transferring the code conversion table data between the NC device and the operation board is performed. There is an effect that it can be implemented reliably.
[0108]
In addition, since the address when displaying on the display unit of the operation board depends on the identification code of the frame of the display data sent from the NC unit to the operation board, the LED of the operation board etc. The transmission frame header pattern from the NC unit, which has been changed to select the remote I / O station number, can be used for the output address signal of the display unit, and it is necessary to provide a special H / W on the operation board side This has the effect of simplifying the configuration.
