Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a lamp socket to which a high-power straight tube fluorescent lamp is mounted, and a lighting fixture using the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As this type of lamp socket, for example, a lamp socket having a structure as shown in FIGS. 13A and 13B has been conventionally provided (see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
The lamp socket is substantially box-shaped with an open rear surface, and a body 51 provided with a lamp insertion hole into which a cap of a fluorescent lamp is inserted on the front surface. [Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the lamp socket in which the single-piece type fluorescent lamp is mounted supports the fluorescent lamp in a cantilevered manner. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the force with which the receiver holds the base of the fluorescent lamp, and as a result, it is pulled toward the lamp side. It is necessary to secure a sufficient mounting strength in the lamp pulling direction due to an increase in force applied in the direction (referred to as the lamp pulling direction). On the other hand, the lamp socket to which the double-tube-type straight tube fluorescent lamp is mounted supports the fluorescent lamp from both sides, so that the receipt of the light is higher than that of the lamp socket to which the single-tube-type fluorescent lamp is mounted. The force that holds the base can be reduced, and therefore the force applied in the lamp pulling direction can be reduced and the mounting load in the lamp pulling direction can be reduced. However, a force that rotates the fluorescent lamp may be applied. It is necessary to ensure sufficient mounting strength in the rotational direction.
[0008]
In the conventional lamp socket described above, the socket body 50 is fastened and fixed to the mounting plate 60 with one screw 56. Therefore, in order to increase the mounting strength in the rotation direction of the fluorescent lamp, the screw size is increased. Thus, it is necessary to increase the tightening force by the screw 56, and as a result, there is a problem that the socket body 50 is enlarged.
[0009]
Further, when a force that rotates the fluorescent lamp is applied, a force that rotates the socket body 50 around the screw 56 is applied to the socket body 50, but the two protrusions 54 of the cover 52 are formed in the holes of the mounting plate 60. Since the socket body 50 is prevented from rotating by being fitted with the load, the load concentrates on the two protrusions 54 when a force to rotate the fluorescent lamp is applied when the screw 56 is tightened or after the socket is mounted. As a result, the projection 54 may be broken. Further, the lamp socket described above has a problem that when the socket body 50 is screwed to the mounting plate 60, the socket body 50 is not temporarily fixed to the mounting plate 60, so that the mounting operation is difficult. .
[0010]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a small lamp socket that can be securely attached to an attachment site and a lighting fixture using the same.

The locking protrusion and the pair of position restricting protrusions are arranged at equal intervals on the circumference having the same radius .
[0013]
The invention of claim 2 is characterized in that, in the invention of claim 1, a bag-like partition wall surrounding the periphery of the flexure piece is formed inside the socket body.
[0014]

Further, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, an assembly screw is screwed into the substantially center of the rear surface of the cover 4 at a position approximately equidistant from the above-described locking projection 12 a of the bending piece 12 and the holding pieces 11 and 11. A screw hole 13 is formed. That is, the locking protrusion 12 a and the sandwiching pieces 11, 11 are arranged at substantially equal intervals on the circumference of substantially the same radius with the screw hole 13 as the center. In addition, notches 4e and 4e for releasing the holding pieces 11 and 11 are provided on the left and right side edges of the cover 4 at portions corresponding to the holding pieces 11 and 11 of the body 3.
[0020]
The plunger 6 is made of a synthetic resin molded product, and has a bottomed cylindrical main portion 6a having a substantially cross shape in plan view and a flange portion 6b formed at the rear end portion of the main portion 6a. A receipt 5 is provided. The receiver 5 has a fitting recess 5a that is open to the front surface and that is fitted with a fitting portion 42 that protrudes from the front end of the base 41, and a substantially E shape in plan view that protrudes forward from the bottom center of the fitting recess 5a. The contact portion 7 and 7 are respectively inserted from the rear into a pair of insertion holes (not shown) provided on the bottom surface of the fitting recess 5a.
[0021]
The contact terminal 7 is formed in a substantially cross shape by a metal member, and the contact portion 7a inserted into the fitting recess 5a from the insertion hole is accommodated and held in the vertical grooves 5c on both side surfaces of the guide portion 5b. On the other hand, the front end portion of the coil spring 8 is inserted into the rear end portion 7b of the contact terminal 7 protruding rearward of the plunger 6 from the insertion hole.
[0022]
The rear end portion of the coil spring 8 is inserted into the spring holding groove 4 a of the cover 4 together with the spring seat piece 9 a of the terminal fitting 9. The terminal fitting 9 is formed by punching and bending a metal plate, and has a substantially circular spring seat piece 9a, a quick connection terminal portion 9b to which an external electric wire is connected, a spring seat piece 9a and a quick connection terminal portion 9b. And a connecting piece 9c that connects the two. And in the state which attached the terminal metal fitting 9 to the cover 4, while the spring seat piece 9a is arrange | positioned at the bottom part of the spring holding groove 4a, the quick connection terminal part 9b is mounted in the front side of the protrusion part 4b. A hole 9f is formed through substantially the center of the spring seat piece 9a, and the hole 9f is fitted into a protrusion (not shown) provided on the bottom wall of the spring holding groove 4a, thereby positioning the spring seat piece 9a. Is to be done. At this time, the rear end portion of the coil spring 8 is in contact with the spring seat piece 9 a, and the contact terminal 7 and the terminal fitting 9 are electrically connected via the coil spring 8. Here, the conductive metal fitting 10 which electrically connects between the contact pieces (not shown) included in the base 41 of the fluorescent lamp 40 from the two sets of contact terminals 7, the coil spring 8, and the terminal metal fitting 9 and the power supply line is configured. Is done.
[0023]
The quick connection terminal portion 9b of the terminal fitting 9 is substantially U-shaped in plan view, and the core of the power supply line is provided between the contact piece 9d disposed along the left and right side walls of the body 3 and the contact piece 9d. It has the lock piece 9e to clamp. The locking piece 9e is formed by cutting and raising, and is inclined in a direction away from the lower wall of the body 3 toward the tip, and the tip edge faces the contact piece 9d. A pair of electric wire insertion holes 3d is provided on the lower wall of the body 3 corresponding to the opposing portions of the contact piece 9d and the locking piece 9e, and a power supply line (not shown) is provided from the electric wire insertion hole 3d. When the core wire from which the coating is peeled is inserted, the conductor of the core wire is sandwiched between the locking piece 9e and the contact piece 9d, and the leading edge of the locking piece 9e bites into the conductor of the core wire. Is to be prevented. That is, the core wire is held and the electrical connection to the terminal fitting 9 is made only by inserting the core wire of the power supply line into the electric wire insertion hole 3d. Further, the lower wall of the body 3 is provided with an electric wire removal hole 3e corresponding to each electric wire insertion hole 3d, and when removing the core wire of the feeder connected to the quick connection terminal portion 9b, the corresponding electric wire When the tool is inserted from the removal hole 3e and the locking piece 9e is pressed upward with the tip of the tool, the locking piece 9e is bent in a direction away from the contact piece 9d, so that the locking piece 9e is a conductor of the core wire. It is possible to easily pull out the power supply line away from.
[0024]
Next, a procedure for assembling the lamp socket 1 will be briefly described below. First, the main portion 6a of the plunger 6 is inserted into the insertion hole 3c of the body 3 from the rear, and after the contact terminal 7, the coil spring 8 and the terminal fitting 9 are mounted therein, the cover 4 is attached to the opening surface of the body 3. Then, the assembly of the lamp socket 1 is completed by fitting the assembly claw 4 c of the cover 4 with the fitting recess (not shown) of the body 3. Here, the plunger 6 is elastically biased forward via the contact terminal 7 by the spring force of the coil spring 8 housed in the socket body 2 in the compressed state, and the flange portion 6b comes into contact with the peripheral edge of the insertion hole 3c. Thus, the plunger 6 is held so as to be able to advance and retract from the insertion hole 3c in a state in which the plunger 6 is prevented from coming off from the insertion hole 3c. That is, the plunger 6 and the coil spring 8 constitute a moving mechanism that allows the receiver 5 to move in the fitting direction with the base 41 and biases the receiver 5 toward the fluorescent lamp 40.
[0025]
By the way, the fixed lamp socket 1 ′ has a structure as shown in FIG. 9, does not include the moving mechanism described above, and is movable in that the receiver 5 is fixed in the main portion 3a of the body 3. Although different from the lamp socket 1, the other configurations are almost the same, and a detailed description thereof will be omitted.
[0026]
Next, a structure for attaching the lamp sockets 1 and 1 'to the instrument body 20 will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, the mounting plate 24 of the instrument main body 20 has an insertion hole for inserting a locking hole 26 that locks the locking projection 12 a of the cover 4 and a mounting screw 14 that is screwed into the screw hole 13. 27 is provided through the mounting plate 24, and through holes 25 and 25 are formed on the left and right sides of the line connecting the locking hole 26 and the insertion hole 27, respectively. Yes. The through holes 25 and 25 extend in a direction substantially parallel to the line connecting the locking hole 26 and the insertion hole 27, and the side closer to the insertion hole 27 is narrower than the far side, and the width dimension of the wide portion 25 a. Is formed wider than the horizontal piece 11a of the holding piece 11, and the width of the narrow portion 25b is narrower than the horizontal piece 11a of the holding piece 11 and wider than the thickness of the vertical piece 11b. The narrow portions 25 b and 25 b and the locking hole 26 are arranged on a circumference having substantially the same radius with the insertion hole 27 as the center.
[0027]
Thus, when the lamp sockets 1, 1 ′ are attached to the attachment plate 24, the rear surface of the socket body 2 is brought close to the attachment plate 24, and the sandwiching pieces 11, 11 are inserted into the wide portions 25 a of the through holes 25, respectively. After that, when the socket body 2 is slid along the longitudinal direction of the through hole 25 and the sandwiching piece 11 is inserted into the narrow portion 25b of the through hole 25, the tip of the lateral piece 11a serving as the sandwiching projection and the cover The edge of the narrow portion 25b is sandwiched between the rear surface of 4 (the rear wall of the socket body 2). Here, since the gap between the rear surface of the cover 4 and the front surface of the horizontal piece 11a is formed to have substantially the same size as the thickness of the mounting plate 24, the sandwiching piece 11 is inserted into the narrow portion 25b. The locking projection 12a is pressed forward by the surface of the mounting plate 24, and the tip of the bending piece 12 is bent forward. When the socket body 2 is slid with respect to the mounting plate 24 and the holding piece 11 is moved to the end of the narrow portion 25b, the locking protrusion 12a of the bending piece 12 is moved by the elastic force of the bending piece 12. The socket main body 2 is temporarily held by the mounting plate 24. At this time, the screw hole 13 of the cover 4 communicates with the insertion hole 27 of the mounting plate 24, and the mounting screw 14 passed through the insertion hole 27 is screwed into the screw hole 13, so that the socket body 2 is attached to the mounting plate 24. It is fixed.
[0028]
By the way, in the lamp sockets 1 and 1 ′ to which the straight tube type fluorescent lamps 40 having the caps at both ends are mounted, the force applied in the lamp pulling direction is small as compared with the lamp socket to which the fluorescent lamp of the single cap is mounted. The mounting load in the lamp pulling direction can be small, and in this embodiment, the force applied in the lamp pulling direction is received by the mounting screw 14 and the lateral piece 11a of the sandwiching piece 11, so that the mounting screw 14 has a tightening force. A small and small one can be used, and as a result, the socket body 2 can be miniaturized.
[0029]
Further, when the mounting screw 14 is tightened or when a force that rotates the fluorescent lamp 40 is applied, the force that rotates the socket body 2 around the screw hole 13 into which the mounting screw 14 is screwed is used. Although it is added to the main body 2, the vertical piece 11 b which is a position restricting protrusion of the sandwiching piece 11 abuts on the edge of the through hole 25 (narrow portion 25 b), and the engaging protrusion 12 a is engaged with the engaging hole 26. The socket body 2 is prevented from rotating, and the force for rotating the socket body 2 is received by the three projections (the locking projection 12a and the vertical pieces 11b and 11b of the sandwiching pieces 11 and 11). The load received by the protrusions can be reduced to prevent breakage of the protrusions, and the mounting strength of the socket body 2 can be increased if the load received by one protrusion is approximately the same as the conventional one. Moreover, since the three protrusions (the locking protrusion 12a and the vertical pieces 11b and 11b of the holding pieces 11 and 11) are arranged at substantially equal distances from the screw hole 13, the load is evenly distributed by the three protrusions. Can receive. Here, the attachment means for attaching the socket body 2 to the plate-like attachment site (attachment plate 24 of the instrument body 20) with the bending piece 12, the locking projection 12a, and the horizontal piece 11a and the vertical piece 11b of the holding piece 11. Is configured.
[0030]
Note that a bag-like partition wall 4f is formed on the front side of the cover 4 so that the upper side opens from the outer portion of the flexible piece 12. In the assembled state, the partition wall 4f and the upper wall of the body 2 surround the flexible piece 12. Is surrounded. Thus, the partition 4f separates the portion where the flexible piece 12 of the cover 4 is formed from the storage space for the conductive member 10, so that dust, insects and the like that have entered the interior through the slit 4d are retained in the socket body 2. Contact with the internal conductive member can be prevented.
[0031]
Next, the structure of the instrument body 20 will be described with reference to FIGS. The instrument main body 20 is formed in a horizontally long rectangular frame shape with long frame bodies 21 and 21 arranged in parallel and frame bodies 22 and 22 respectively connecting both ends of the frame bodies 21 and 21. It is attached to the ceiling surface or the like using appropriate attachment means. Two movable lamp sockets 1 and 1 are attached to the inner surface of one frame body 22 (left side in FIG. 10) facing in the longitudinal direction, and two fixed lamp sockets are attached to the inner surface of the other frame body 22. The lamp sockets 1 'and 1' are attached, and the fluorescent lamp 40 is mounted between the lamp sockets 1 and 1 '. That is, the mounting plate 24 of the lamp sockets 1, 1 ′ is formed from the inner surfaces of the frame bodies 22, 22. In the figure, reference numeral 23 denotes a reflector.
[0032]
A procedure for mounting the fluorescent lamp 40 on the lighting fixture of the present embodiment configured as described above will be described. First, when the fitting portion 42 of the base 41 is inserted into the fitting recess 5a of the receiver 5 with respect to the movable lamp socket 1, the guide portion 5b of the receiver 5 enters the fitting portion 42. A pair of contact pieces (not shown) held by the fitting portion 42 come into contact with the contact portion 7a of the contact terminal 7 supported by the guide portion 5b. At this time, the fluorescent lamp 40 is pushed toward the lamp socket 1 so that the plunger 6 is against the spring force of the coil spring 8 in the longitudinal direction of the instrument body 20 (the fitting direction of the base 41 and the receiver 5). That is, the plunger 6 moves in a direction (left side in FIG. 10) to enter the insertion hole 3 c of the lamp socket 1 and the fitting portion 42 of the base 41 is fitted in the fitting recess 5 a of the receiver 5. At the same time, the base 41 enters the insertion hole 3 c of the lamp socket 1. At this time, since the opposite end of the fluorescent lamp 40 moves to the left in FIG. 10 from the position of the fixed lamp socket 1 ′, the fluorescent lamp 40 can be inserted between the lamp sockets 1 and 1 ′. When the fluorescent lamp 40 is pushed in the direction of the fixed lamp socket 1 ′, the base 41 on the opposite side is connected to the receiver 5 of the lamp socket 1 ′. In a state where the fluorescent lamp 40 is mounted between the lamp sockets 1 and 1 ′, the plunger 6 moves in the direction of retreating from the insertion hole 3 c of the lamp socket 1 by the spring force of the coil spring 8, and the plunger 6 is inserted into the lamp socket 1. The fluorescent lamp 40 is attached to both lamp sockets 1 and 1 ′ in a state of protruding from the hole 3c (see FIG. 11).
[0033]
In this embodiment, an example in which a fluorescent lamp having an R17d type cap is mounted has been described. However, the fluorescent lamp is not intended to be limited to the above, and a straight tube type fluorescent lamp having a cap at both ends. If so, the present invention can be applied to any lamp socket in which any fluorescent lamp is mounted.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the invention of claim 1 is a lamp socket to which a straight tube type fluorescent lamp having caps at both ends is mounted, and a receiving member for receiving the cap of the fluorescent lamp is provided on the front surface. An attachment means for attaching the socket body to a plate-like attachment site, comprising: a socket body; and a conductive member housed in the socket body and connected to a power supply line and electrically connected to a contact piece provided in the base. Is provided on the rear surface side of the socket body, and the attaching means is separated from the rear wall except for one end side by a slit provided on the rear wall of the socket body, and the other end portion is formed to be freely bent in the front-rear direction. And a locking projection that protrudes rearward from the other end portion of the flexure piece and engages with a locked recess provided at the attachment site, and protrudes rearward from the rear surface of the socket body, and into a through hole provided at the attachment site. Insertion A pair of position restricting protrusions that prevent rotation by abutting against the edge of the through hole, and a pair that protrudes laterally from the tip of each position restricting protrusion and sandwiches the attachment site between the rear wall of the socket body And a screw hole into which a mounting screw passed through an insertion hole provided in the mounting portion is screwed on the rear wall of the socket body, and the circumference of the same radius centered on the screw hole The locking projection and the pair of position restricting projections are arranged at equal intervals on the top, and the mounting plate is clamped between the rear wall of the socket body by the pair of clamping projections, and the elasticity of the flexure piece The socket body can be attached to the mounting plate by fitting the locking projection provided on the deflecting piece with the locking recessed portion of the mounting plate by force, and when the force to rotate the fluorescent lamp is applied Is a locking projection and a pair of position-regulating projections Since the load received by each protrusion can be reduced by reducing the load received by each protrusion, it is possible to prevent damage to the protrusion, and if the load received by one protrusion is the same level as before, the socket as a whole The mounting strength of the main body is increased, and the lamp socket can be securely mounted. In addition, the lamp socket in which a straight-tube fluorescent lamp with a double-necked die is mounted requires less mounting strength in the lamp tension direction than a lamp socket in which a single-necked fluorescent lamp is fitted, and the force applied in the lamp tension direction Can also be used with a pair of clamping projections, so even when the socket body is screwed to the mounting site, a small mounting screw with a small clamping force can be used, so the lamp socket can be downsized and the socket body Since it is temporarily fixed to the mounting plate, there is also an effect that the screw tightening operation is easy.
[0035]
Although when a force to rotate the screw fastening or when the fluorescent lamp is applied is the force to rotate the socket body around the screw holes is applied, substantially like the locking projections and the pair of position restricting projections from the threaded hole Since it is provided at the position of the distance, there is also an effect that the load can be evenly received by the three protrusions.
[0036]
