Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a thin type while securing installation guide performance at lamp installing time.
SOLUTION: This luminaire has a lamp body 2 having a light source 11, and a connector 3 connected to this lamp body 2, and supplying electric power, and has a guide receiving part 15 and a guide projection part 21 inserted at connecting time of the lamp body 2 and the connector 3, and used for mutual guides. A connecting terminal 13 is protrusively formed in either one of the lamp body 2 and the connector 3, and the guide receiving part 15 is arranged. A receiving terminal 17 connected to the connecting terminal 13 is arranged in the other, and the guide projection part 21 is arranged. The projecting height of this guide projection part 21 is formed larger than the projecting height of the connecting terminal 13. Thus, the installation guide performance at lamp body installing time is improved. The guide receiving part 15 is not arranged on the side for arranging the receiving terminal 17 connected to the connecting terminal 13, and since there is no necessity of securing the depth of this guide receiving part 15, the thin type can be realized.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO

In the prior art example 1, when mounting the lamp in the socket, the central guide protrusion is first inserted into the central guide recess of the socket, and then the lamp pin is inserted into the contact terminal portion of the socket. To be done. However, in order to secure the mounting guide property, the height of the guide protrusion> the length of the lamp pin is satisfied. In the socket, since the depth of the guide recessed portion> the depth of the contact terminal portion, the thickness of the socket requires the depth of the guide recessed portion, and there is a drawback that the socket becomes large.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the second aspect of the present invention, the guide convex portion reaches a position beyond the light source position of the lamp body. In this way, since the guide protrusion reaches the position past the light source position of the lamp body, the guide protrusion enters the lamp body at the time of installation and is necessary for the light distribution characteristics formed on the light source side of the lamp body. Enter within the dimensions of the space. For this reason, the guide convex portion can be stored by effectively utilizing the originally required space. Further, along with this, the depth of the guide receiving portion may be smaller than the protruding height of the guide convex portion, so that the total thickness of the lamp body attached to the connector is reduced.

Next, the assembly and operation of this luminaire will be described. As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12,
When connecting the connection terminal 34 of the lamp body 32 to the receiving terminal 39 of the connector 33, first, when the guide convex portion 41 is inserted into the guide receiving portion 35, the connection terminal 34 has the connection terminal insertion holes 43, 44 of the connector 33. Not inserted into. As a result, the lamp body 3
2 and the connector 33 are positioned so that the connection terminal 34 can be guided to the connection terminal insertion holes 43 and 44.

According to the lighting equipment of the first aspect of the present invention, the connection terminal is formed so as to project from one of the lamp body and the connector, and the guide receiving portion is provided, and the other is connected to the connection terminal. The receiving terminal is provided and the guide protrusion is provided, and the protrusion height of the guide protrusion is made larger than the protrusion height of the connection terminal, so that the mounting guide property when the lamp body is mounted is improved. Further, since the guide convex portion and the connection terminal are provided on the opposite side, the guide receiving portion is not arranged on the side where the receiving terminal connected to the connection terminal is provided, and it is not necessary to secure the depth of the guide receiving portion. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the thickness.

According to the present invention, since the connection terminal is formed on the lamp body and the guide projection is provided on the connector, the guide receiving portion is not arranged on the connector and the depth of the guide receiving portion is secured. No need. Therefore, the thickness of the connector becomes thin.

In the third aspect of the present invention, since the guide convex portion reaches a position past the light source position of the lamp body, the guide convex portion enters into the lamp body at the time of mounting, and the light distribution formed on the light source side of the lamp body. It falls within the dimensions of the space required for its characteristics.
For this reason, the guide protrusion can be effectively used to accommodate the space originally required. Further, along with this, the depth of the guide receiving portion may be smaller than the protruding height of the guide convex portion, so that the total thickness of the lamp body attached to the connector is reduced.
