Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a paper machine dryer canvas having excellent antifouling properties for use in a dry part of a paper machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, in the papermaking process, the adhesive substance (gum pitch) contained in the papermaking raw material in the dry part of the paper machine, the size liquid and the coating liquid as papermaking paste become soiled, and the dryer canvas Adhere to the surface. Therefore, in order to improve the antifouling property in the dryer canvas, the following methods have been conventionally proposed.
[0003]
(1) The surface is coated with at least two kinds of resins among fluorine resin, silicone resin and epoxy resin (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 57-171790).
[0004]
(2) A synthetic resin monofilament containing a fluororesin is used for warp (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 62-276099).
[0005]
(3) A core-sheath type composite fiber yarn having a core part made of a polyester, polyamide or polyolefin resin and a sheath part made of a fluororesin is exposed on the wet paper web contact surface (Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 52-72601).
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in recent years, as waste paper has begun to be used in large quantities as a raw material for papermaking, there has also been a phenomenon that sticky substances (gum-like pitch) such as natural rubber and synthetic rubber contained in the waste paper adhere to the dryer canvas. is doing. Therefore, the current situation is that even more stringent measures are required for antifouling measures for dryer canvases.
[0007]
Examining the above-mentioned methods (1) to (3) from this point of view, in the method (1), as the canvas has been used for a longer period of time, the high-pressure washing water at the time of wear and dirt removal is used to remove fluorine. Resins and the like are easily peeled off from the surface of the canvas, and it is difficult to maintain the antifouling effect for a long time. Further, it has been found that the methods (2) and (3) do not necessarily have a sufficient antifouling effect depending on the application. Thus, satisfactory results cannot be obtained by the methods (1) to (3).
[0008]
Therefore, the present invention has been proposed in view of the above-described problems, and maintains the antifouling effect in the dryer canvas for a long period of time, and can exhibit a sufficient antifouling effect without being limited to the use of the dryer canvas. Objective.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As technical means for achieving the above object, the present invention is a weft double weave structure in which the weft on the paper contact side is long crimped in a paper making dryer canvas composed of warp and weft of synthetic fibers, The warp is composed of two types of structures, a structure in which wefts are entangled with both the wefts on the paper contact surface side and the anti-paper surface side, and a structure in which only 1/3 twills are entangled with the wefts on the side of the paper contact surface. The weft used is a polytetrafluoroethylene monofilament or a monofilament containing a fluorine-based resin as an antifouling material .
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
[0011]
As a result of the examination by the applicant of the cause of adhesion of the adhesive substance (gum-like pitch) contained in the papermaking raw material, the size liquid, the coating liquid, etc., to the surface of the dryer canvas. It was found that the antifouling property was improved if the dryer canvas was configured as follows.
[0012]
(1) A structure in which wefts are floated on the paper contact surface side and the surface contact is long crimped.
[0013]
(2) The weft used on the paper contact side should be a yarn containing an antifouling material. As an antifouling material, a yarn containing polytetrafluoroethylene or a fluorine-based resin is effective.
[0014]
(3) The surface should be monofilament.
[0015]
It has been found that it is very effective to satisfy the conditions (1) to (3).
[0016]
Therefore, in the dryer canvas of the present invention, the weft yarn on the paper contact surface side is a long crimped structure, and the weft yarn used on the paper contact surface side is a monofilament containing an antifouling material.
[0017]
In addition, as the monofilament containing the antifouling material, for example, a polytetrafluoroethylene monofilament or a monofilament containing a fluorine-based resin can be used.
[0018]
The material of the yarn other than the weft on the paper contact surface side is not particularly limited, and it is needless to say that the material may be appropriately selected depending on the application to be used.
[0019]
However, it is desirable to use polyester monofilaments with an excellent antifouling effect, and especially high abrasion resistance and dimensional stability are required to prevent contamination with internal raw materials such as white pitch added to pulp raw materials. For certain applications, it is desirable to use polyester monofilaments. The shape and dimensions of the yarn to be used are not particularly limited, and may be appropriately selected depending on the intended use.
[0020]
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the weft yarn on the paper contact surface side that is in direct contact with the wet paper is made into a structure that is long crimped, and by using a monofilament containing an antifouling material, it is included in papermaking raw materials such as waste paper in a dry part of a paper machine. This reduces the amount of sticky substances (gum-like pitches) and sizing substances such as paper paste, and the amount of dirt substances on the dryer canvas, and maintains the antifouling effect in the dryer canvas for a long time. it can.
