【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an energy-saving heat retention method and an electric hot water storage container to which the method is applied, and is used for, for example, an electric pot for home use.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Electric pots are widely used in homes, workplaces, cafeterias, etc., and are particularly highly dependent on the home, leaving the power turned on except for replacement of the liquid contents, and halfway through re-boiling operations during use In many cases, the heat insulation is continued except at the time of start-up and initial boiling by replenishment of the contents. However, although the capacity is large, the power consumption is comparable to a large refrigerator, which is a problem in terms of energy saving.
[0003]
Therefore, it has become possible to save power and save energy by reducing the heat retention temperature, including stopping energization, by setting the time of the timer during non-use hours when going to bed or going out. In addition, users who are concerned about power consumption often respond by meticulously by turning off the power or setting an energy-saving warming mode. However, this is troublesome because it requires a user's setting operation.
[0004]
In order to solve this problem, power information at the time of power supply to the main unit side, which is different from power supply to the control system, is detected and stored in the memory, and the usage record is analyzed from the stored power information. As a result, it is known that the energization breaker is turned off during a time period when energization is not necessary (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Patent Document 1 discloses power information when energizing a main body, that is, average power per unit time, predetermined timing by setting a timer, in order to automatically determine and respond to a time zone for energy saving. Information such as instantaneous power, phase difference between voltage and current, and dynamic impedance is accumulated, and it is determined from the accumulated data whether it is a time zone in which it is not necessary to energize.
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2001-231682 A
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the power information at the time of energization to the main body detected and accumulated by the one described in Patent Document 1 includes energization information for initial water heating and normal warming, and there is a lot of accumulated information. In order to grasp the actual state of use, complicated operations are required, and accurate determination is difficult. In particular, if the user's usage pattern is to be grasped more correctly from long-term accumulated data such as in a non-volatile memory, the accumulated data will increase and it will become more difficult to grasp the actual state of use.
[0006]
In order to solve this problem, the present inventor conducted various experiments and repeated examinations. For energy-saving control of electric pots, it is easy to determine that the content liquid is discharged and determined as actual use. It was found that it was reasonable from the certainty of judgment.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to provide an energy-saving and heat-retaining method capable of accurately saving energy by a simple determination operation based on such new knowledge, and an electric hot water storage container to which the energy-saving method is applied.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the energy-saving and warming method of the present invention is based on a discharge operation in which the contents are kept in a normal state in an electric hot water storage container or energy-saving and warmed at a temperature lower than the normal temperature. For actual use, the temperature near the discharge systemTemperature data that does not show a peak depends on whether or not there is a sudden riseAutomatically determine whether or not there is actual use, and this determinationIn a given periodOne feature is that a time zone suitable for energy saving and warming is determined based on the actual use history, set to a subsequent energy saving time zone, and when the energy saving time zone is reached, the warming temperature is changed from normal warming.
[0009]
In such a configuration, the discharge system content liquid in the electric hot water storage container usually keeps the same amount as the hot water content liquid after boiling or while keeping warm. However, since the discharge system liquid is not heated by the heater, the temperature is lower than that of the hot water storage liquid. For this reason, each time the hot water content liquid is discharged into the discharge system, the temperature around the discharge system rapidly increases. Therefore, the temperature near the discharge systemExistence of rapid rise excluding temperature data that does not show a peakBy,Whether the hot water storage liquid is discharged or not isExcluding temperature changes such as when the temperature environment changesThis can be simply determinedIn a given periodIt is possible to easily and accurately determine a time zone suitable for energy-saving and warming from simple and small information related to the actual use history. Therefore, a large capacity is not required to determine the energy saving time zone from the actual use history over a longer period using a non-volatile memory or the like, and the determination can be performed with a simple operation, so that the cost can be reduced. The energy saving time zone determined in this way is set as the subsequent energy saving time zone, and when it becomes the energy saving time zone, the heat retention temperature is changed from the normal heat retention to change the energy consumption without excess or deficiency based on the actual usage history. Is realized. The change of the heat retention temperature in the energy saving time zone preferably includes a heating stop corresponding to long-term non-use or a temperature rise operation before returning to the normal heat retention.
[0010]
As an electric hot water storage container that achieves such a method, the content liquid is heated by a heater so as to maintain the use state while maintaining the normal temperature or the energy saving temperature at a temperature lower than the normal temperature. In the electric hot water storage container, the discharge system temperature detecting means for detecting the temperature in the vicinity of the discharge system for discharging, and the temperature detected by the discharge system temperature detecting meansTemperature data that does not show a peak depends on whether there is a sudden riseJudgment was made by the actual use judging means for judging the presence or absence of actual use and the actual use judging means. In a given periodIt is equipped with an energy-saving warming control means that determines the time zone suitable for energy saving based on the actual usage history, sets it to the subsequent energy-saving time zone, and changes the warming temperature from normal warming when the energy-saving time zone comes One characteristic is enough.
[0011]
The electric hot water storage container of the present invention is also an electric hot water container that is heated by a heater so that it is kept warm and energy-saving at a temperature lower than the normal warming while continuing to be used for discharge operation. In a hot water storage container, a circuit board that is located in the vicinity of the discharge system that discharges and is located inside the operation panel on the upper surface of the protruding portion that protrudes to the front of the container body and incorporates the discharge port portion, and has switches mounted on the upper surface. Discharge system temperature detection means for detecting the temperature mounted on the back side where the chip parts are mounted, and the detection temperature of the discharge system temperature detection meansTemperature data that does not show a peak depends on whether there is a sudden riseJudgment was made by the actual use judging means for judging the presence or absence of actual use and the actual use judging means. In a given periodIt is equipped with an energy-saving warming control means that determines the time zone suitable for energy-saving warming based on the actual use history, sets it to the subsequent energy-saving time zone, and changes the warming temperature from normal warming when the energy-saving time zone comes It has another feature.
In such a configuration,
In addition to the electric hot water storage container of the one feature described above, a circuit board on the side of the operation panel on the upper surface of the protruding portion to the front part of the container having the discharge port is used to use the discharge system temperature detecting means. By mounting, since it is provided in the vicinity of the discharge port without a special attachment member or wiring member, it is easy to detect the temperature in the vicinity of the discharge system without causing a cost increase. In addition, by mounting the discharge system temperature detection means on the back surface of the chip components mounted instead of the top surface on which the circuit board switches are mounted, the discharge system temperature detection means can be made into a chip-type thermistor to reduce both component and mounting costs. To do.
[0012]
In a further configuration in which the discharge system temperature detection means is mounted on an existing circuit board in the vicinity of the discharge system,
In order to use the discharge system temperature detecting means, it is provided without a special attachment member or wiring member by being mounted on an existing circuit board, so that it does not cause an increase in cost.
[0017]
Further objects and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description. Each feature of the present invention can be used alone or in combination in various combinations as much as possible.
[0018]
【Example】
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings, in order to understand the present invention. The following description is a specific example of the present invention and does not limit the scope of the claims.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the storage means 75 for accumulating the determined actual use results is provided, and the change in the heat insulation temperature depends on the actual use progress results accumulated in the storage means 75. Therefore, it is performed with different temperatures or temperature changes. As a result, when the time when there is no actual use is short, the energy-saving warming temperature is set slightly higher in consideration of the effect on the next use, and when the time when there is no actual use is long, more energy is saved by keeping the temperature lower, including stopping heating. There is no inconvenience in use by utilizing the difference in actual use history, such as eliminating the inconvenience of use by trying to start up to a predetermined temperature for the next use while trying to keep warm, and it is advantageous for energy saving It is possible to set a warm state The storage means 75 uses a non-volatile memory having a backup power source 76 as shown in FIG. 2, so that the stored contents can be kept even after the electric pot is turned off. In the past several days, weeks, weeks, months, months, and long-term data over the four seasons, the actual usage history of users, Alternatively, the usage pattern can be prepared and accurately determined.

In the subroutine for performing the energy saving setting process, as shown in FIG. 8, when the energy saving setting flag remains 0 by the initial setting, the time measurement is started and the energy saving setting operation is automatically performed. If the energy saving setting is completed and the energy saving setting flag is 1, the process returns as it is.

When the energy saving setting operation is started, it is determined whether or not the temperature of the
[0035]
If there is a discharge or re-boiling operation during the energy saving time zone, it is actually used in spite of the energy saving time zone, so the energy saving setting counter is incremented by 1 and the count reaches a predetermined number of times or more. Set the energy saving flag to 0. As a result, the energy saving setting that does not fit the actual situation is performed again. This redoing may be performed for the entire set energy saving time period, or may be performed only for the energy saving time period related to actual use.
[0036]
As shown in FIG. 9, the heat insulation processing subroutine determines whether or not it is an energy saving start time in one or a plurality of energy saving time zones set. If not, it is determined whether or not there is a manual operation for energy saving warming. If this is not the case, heat insulation is usually performed. If there is manual operation of energy-saving warming, the set energy-saving warming is performed, but if there is a discharge during energy-saving warming, energy-saving warming is canceled and normal warming is restored. When the energy saving start time in the set energy saving time zone is reached, the temperature is changed as described after the energy saving warming and the energy saving warming is started. When the energy saving end time is reached, the startup process to normal heat insulation is performed, and then the normal heat insulation is restored. If there is a discharge between the energy saving start time and the energy saving end time, apart from the redo control in the energy saving setting process, it returns to the normal heat retention and corresponds to actual use by discharge for the time being. It is convenient to keep the

In the example shown in FIG. 12, the buzzer is set to 1 when the heat selection key is turned on in either the heat insulation selection shown in FIG. 12 (a) by the heat insulation selection key or the energy saving heat selection shown in FIG. 12 (b). When it is turned off before 1000 ms, it is stepped up as shown in FIG. 12A to switch the normal temperature selection temperature. When the power is turned off for 1000 ms or longer, the buzzer sounds twice when the time reaches 1000 ms to inform the user that the energy-saving heat selection is selected, and to shift to energy-saving heat. This makes it easy to operate by notifying a difference between the selection of the heat retention temperature in the normal heat retention by one heat retention selection key and the energy saving heat retention, and can prevent the erroneous operation.
[0052]
In the example shown in FIG. 13, in addition to the control shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the citric acid cleaning mode can be selected by simultaneously pressing and holding the reboiling key and the heat retention selection key. In this control, in order to select the citric acid cleaning mode, if you intend to press and hold the reboil key and the heat retention selection key at the same time, but the operation of the reboil key is insufficient and not effective, press and hold the heat retention selection key. It will be judged as the selection of energy-saving warming by Therefore, in this example, as shown in FIG. 13, when both the heat retention selection key and the reboil key are turned on and 1000 ms or more have elapsed, the citric acid cleaning mode is set. In conjunction with this, even if the re-boil key is detected while the heat retention selection key is being pressed, there is a history that the re-boiling key has been turned on even once when the heat retention selection key is turned on. For example, it is determined that the citric acid cleaning mode is being set, and waits until the heat retention selection key is pressed for 1000 ms or longer. When there is no history of turning on the reboiling key and the heat retention selection key is not pressed for 1000 ms or longer, the step is increased to switch the heat retention temperature in the normal heat retention. Of course, when the heat retention selection key is pressed and held for a long time, it is determined that the energy saving heat retention is selected.
[0053]
Note that the energy-saving time zone setting can be started manually. In this case, the clock function and calendar function are not used. It is also possible to cope with the repeated management of the passage of time corresponding to the delimiter.
[0054]
【The invention's effect】
According to the energy-saving heat-retaining method of the present invention and the electric hot water storage container to which the energy-saving heat-retaining method is applied, the temperature in the discharge system or in the vicinity thereof is rapidly increased.Presence ofThe temperature data that does not show a peak, such as when the temperature environment changes, can be determined easily and accurately based on the small amount of information that excludes the actual use in which the hot water storage liquid has been discharged. Whether or not there is actual use based on the history of presence / absence of the presence or absence, even if it is less than the predetermined number of times, set the subsequent energy saving time zone, and when it becomes energy saving time zone, change the heat retention temperature from normal heat retention Energy saving without excess or deficiency is realized based on the past results. It is preferable that the change of the heat retention temperature includes a stop of heating corresponding to long-term non-use or a temperature raising operation before returning to the normal heat retention.
[0055]
According to the electric hot water storage container of another feature of the present invention, in addition to the electric hot water storage container of one feature, the protrusion to the front portion of the container body having the discharge port built therein, in addition to using the discharge system temperature detecting means By mounting it on the circuit board on the side of the operation panel on the top surface of the top panel, it is provided in the vicinity of the discharge port without a special attachment member or wiring member, so that the discharge system can be used without particularly causing a cost increase. It is easy to detect the temperature in the vicinity. In addition, by mounting the discharge system temperature detection means on the back surface of the chip components mounted on the back instead of the top surface where the circuit board switches are mounted, the discharge system temperature detection means can be made into a chip-type thermistor to reduce both component and mounting costs. To do.
