【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は消火器の錠装置に関し、特に消火器を普段施錠することができる消火器の錠装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、消火器は、例えば「消火器ボックス」に設置されている。消火器は緊急時に使用されるものであるから、誰でも消火器ボックスから消火器を自由に持ち出すことができる。ところが、近年、消火器ボックスから消火器を故意あるいは無断で持ち出し、かつ、これを高層マンションから落下し、人身事故が発生するという問題が起き上がっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明の課題は、従来の技術の背景に鑑み、消火器ボックスなどから消火器が無断に持ち出されないことである。そこで、本発明の具体的課題は次に列挙する通りである。
(1)緊急時以外は消火器を常に錠装置で施錠できること。
(2)緊急時には、直ちに錠装置用緊急解錠信号送信機を操作して錠装置を解錠することができること。つまり、火災が発生した場合には、普通の一般的な身長を有する人が指で緊急解錠信号送信機を操作すると、錠装置が直ちに解錠し、消火器を持ち出すことができること。
(3)錠装置が解錠した場合、消火器の存在の有無を人の視覚ないし聴覚に訴えることができること。
(4)錠装置を必ずしも火災監視室に設置された自動火災報知受信機にケーブルを介して接続しなくとも、所望する時に錠装置側の緊急解錠信号送信機を操作すると、錠装置が独自にその施錠状態を解消することができること。
(5)錠装置を合理的に構成し、部材点数を極力少なくすることができること。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の消火器の錠装置は、建物或いは建物の近くに設置された収納体22と、この収納体22に設置された消火器21を常時施錠する錠装置の主要部40とから成り、前記錠装置の主要部40は、収納体22側に固定されていると共に、ガイド孔57を有する第1ガイド支持板55並びに該第1ガイド支持板55に一体的に設けられかつ係止窓61を有する第2ガイド支持板59から成るガイド部材54と、収納体22側に枢着された連結板44を介して消火器21と対向するように設けられた前方開閉板46と、この前方開閉板に枢着されかつ前記第1ガイド支持板55のガイド孔57に挿入される差込み係合板49と、この差込み係合板49を前記第2ガイド支持板59の係止窓61を介して施錠するように収納体22側に枢支され、かつ、収納体22側に固定された駆動源62の駆動力により係合解除の方向へ回転する係合爪片65とを備え、少なくとも前記収納体22、前方開閉板46、消火器の設置してある付近のいずれかには、錠装置用緊急解錠信号送信機26が設けられており、この緊急解錠信号送信機26を操作すると、人の視覚ないし聴覚に訴える報知手段37が、少なくとも緊急解錠信号送信機26、収納体22、建物の壁W、建物の天井のいずれか1つに設置されていることを特徴とする(請求項1)。

また本発明の消火器の錠装置は、建物の壁W1側に取付けられる錠装置の主要部40Bと、一方、この錠装置の主要部40Bと係脱する係合手段82を一体的に有しかつ建物の床面F側に設置される消火器21Bとから構成され、前記錠装置の主要部40Bは、駆動源62Bと、この駆動源62Bの作動杆63Bにより回動するように一端部が枢支された係合爪片65Bと、前壁86に窓状の挿入孔87を有するカバー84とから成り、また前記係合手段82は、一端部が消火器21Bに一体的に取付けられた可撓性部材89と、この可撓性部材89の他端部に一体的に取付けられかつ前記挿入孔87に差し込まれた状態で係止窓61Bを有するガイド支持板59Bに対して位置すると共に、前記係止窓61を介して係合爪片65Bに係止された差込み係合板49Bとから成り、少なくとも前記カバー又は消火器の設置してある付近のいずれかには、錠装置用緊急解錠信号送信機26Bが設けられており、この緊急解錠信号送信機26Bを操作すると、人の視覚ないし聴覚に訴える報知手段37が、少なくとも緊急解錠信号送信機26B、カバー84、建物の壁W、建物の天井のいずれか1つに設置されていることを特徴とする(請求項5)。

また本発明の消火器の錠装置は、建物或いは建物の近くに設置されたボックス状収納体22Cに取付けられる錠装置の主要部40Cと、一方、この錠装置の主要部40Cと係脱する係合手段82Cを一体的に有すると共に収納体22C内に設置された消火器21Cとから構成され、前記錠装置の主要部40Cは、駆動源62Cと、この駆動源62Cの作動杆63Cにより回動するように一端部が枢支された係合爪片65Cと、前壁86に窓状の挿入孔87を有するカバー84Cとから成り、また前記係合手段82Cは、一端部が消火器21Cに一体的に取付けられた可撓性部材89と、この可撓性部材89の他端部に一体的に取付けられかつ前記挿入孔87に差し込まれた状態で係止窓61を有するガイド支持板59に対して位置すると共に、前記係止窓61を介して係合爪片65Cに係止された差込み係合板49Cとから成り、少なくとも前記カバー84C、収納体22C、消火器の設置してある付近のいずれかには、錠装置用緊急解錠信号送信機26Cが設けられており、この緊急解錠信号送信機26Cを操作すると、人の視覚ないし聴覚に訴える報知手段37が、少なくとも緊急解錠信号送信機26C、収納体22C、建物の壁、建物の天井のいずれか1つに設置されていることを特徴とする(請求項7)。

また本発明の消火器の錠装置は、建物或いは建物の近くに設置された収納体22Dと、この収納体22Dに設置された消火器21Dを常時施錠する錠装置の主要部40Dとから成り、前記錠装置の主要部40Dは、係止窓61を有するガイド支持板59Dを一体的に備えかつ収納体22D側に固定されたベース部材41Dと、このベース部材41Dの一端部に枢着されたベルト状前方開閉板46Dと、この前方開閉板46Dの他端部に一体的に設けられかつベース部材41Dの他端部に形成されたガイド孔57Dに挿入される差込み係合板49Dと、この差込み係合板49Dを前記ガイド支持板59Dの係止窓61を介して施錠するように収納体22側に枢支され、かつ、収納体22側に固定された駆動源62Dの駆動力により係合又は係合解除の方向へ回転する係合爪片65Dとを備え、少なくとも前記収納体22D、前方開閉板46D、消火器の設置してある付近のいずれかには、錠装置用緊急解錠信号送信機26が設けられており、この緊急解錠信号送信機26を操作すると、人の視覚ないし聴覚に訴える報知手段37が、少なくとも緊急解錠信号送信機26、収納体22D、前方開閉板46D、建物の壁、建物の天井のいずれか1つに設置されていることを特徴とする(請求項9)。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面に示す本発明の実施の形態を、建物或いは建物の近く(歩道も含む。)に設置された消火器との関係で説明する。

図1ないし図6に於いて、Xは本発明が適用される消火器の錠装置の第1実施例である。まず図中符号21は主としてアパート、マンションなど主として建物に設置される消火器である。次に22は消火器用のボックス状収納体で、この収納体22の前面は開口23していると共に、開口部23の上方に垂直板24が設けられている。この収納体22は後述する錠装置の一部を構成する。

25は前記垂直板24に形成された嵌合孔で、この嵌合孔25にはプッシュ式緊急解錠信号送信機26が嵌着している。この緊急解錠信号送信機26は、本実施例では火災報知機としての機能も有し、図2で示すように前面の中央部に透明カバー27を有する。また前面の適宜部位には警報ブザー用の複数個の透孔28が形成されている。また透明カバー27の後方には所要空間を有して縦方向にプリント基板29が設けられ、このプリント基板29の中心孔30には水平方向にプッシュ移動可能な摺動子31が嵌挿している。またプリント基板29の後方と緊急解錠信号送信機26の後面との間には、摺動子31の溝と接触している可動接片32を有するスイッチ33が設けられ、このスイッチ33には出入力端子34が設けられている。さらに、プリント基板29の前方側の適宜部位には、点灯・点滅ランプ、非常ベル、ブザーなど報知手段の一例である警報ブザー37が取付けられ、この警報ブザー37にも出入力端子34が設けられている。35は収納体22の上面壁22bの適宜部位に形成されたボックス状の電源収納部である。

ところで、収納体22は、一般に開口部の大きさやその形態を如何を問わず「消火器ボックス」と俗称され、壁埋め込み式タイプ、床置き式タイプ、壁掛け式タイプなどがあり、また前面開口型と開閉扉を有する前面非開口型とがあり、さらに、移動型と非移動型がある。本実施例の収納体22はこれらのタイプを全て意味する。

次に図3乃至図6に基づき錠装置の主要部40について説明する。まず41はボックス状収納体22の背面壁22aの略中央部に水平状態に固定された長板状のベース板である。ベース板41は、この実施例では収納体22の背面壁22aとは別体に形成されているが、もちろん収納体22の背面壁22aの一部であっても良い。このベース部材としてのベース板41は端面コ字型状に形成され、上下の対向壁42、42の右側端部42aは、その左側の枢支端部42bよりも幅広に形成されていると共に、対向壁42、42の中央部は消火器1の外周面に線接触するようにやや弧状に切欠されている。なお、このベース板41の垂直壁43には特に符号を付さないが、固着具用、接続コード用、枢支ピン用などの複数個の貫通孔が形成されている。

44は第1枢支ピン45を介してベース板41に枢着された端面コ字型状の連結板である。46はベース板41と対向するように第2枢支ピン47を介して連結板44に枢支された長板状の前方開閉板である。この前方開閉板46はベース板41と同一の長さであり、またベース板41と同様に端面コ字型に形成されていると共に、対向する上下の対向壁48の中央部は消火器21の外周面に線接触するようにやや弧状に切欠されている。

49は連結板44と対向するように第3枢支ピン50を介して前方開閉板46に枢支された長板状の差込み係合板である。この差込み係合板49も端面コ字型に形成されている。しかして、差込み係合板49の自由端部はやや先細り状に形成されていると共に、その垂直壁51の端部には係合部としての係合孔52が形成されている。この様にベース板41を中心として、連結板44、前方開閉板46及び差込み係合板49は、消火器21を取り囲む格好となる。

次に54はベース板41の対向壁42の右側端部42aに固定されたガイド部材で、このガイド部材54は、この実施例では第1ガイド支持板55と、第2ガイド支持板59とから成る。第1ガイド支持板55は任意に折曲形成され、ベース板41の垂直壁43と所要空間を有して対向する垂直壁部56には、縦長のガイド孔57及び後述する係合爪片65用枢支孔58が適宜に形成されている。

一方、ベース板41の垂直壁43の右側端部42aと第1ガイド支持板55の垂直壁部56との所要空間内に固定的に設けられた第2ガイド支持板59は端面U字型状に形成されている。この第2ガイド支持板59は図5で示すように横に倒した状態で、その内部空間60がガイド支持板55のガイド孔57と連通するように第1ガイド支持板55に一体的に取付けられている。しかして、第2ガイド支持板59には図4で示すように差込み係合板49の自由端部の係合孔52と対向(符合)可能な係合部としての係止窓61が形成されている。

62はベース板41の対向壁42の右側端部42a内に固定的に設けられた駆動源としてのソレノイドである。このソレノイド62は第1ガイド支持板55と第2ガイド支持板59との間にその作動杆63が上下動するように縦設されている。そして、本実施例ではこのソレノイド62及びプッシュ式緊急解錠信号送信機26は、収納体22の電源収納部35に直列回路で接続されている。

上記構成に於いては、所望する建物或いは建物の近くに消火器21を入れた錠装置Xを設置する。そして、収納体22の電源収納部35に電池等の電源を入れる。本実施例では緊急解錠信号送信機26のスイッチ33の出力端子34、ソレノイド62、警報ブザー37の出入力端子はそれぞれ直列回路で電気的に接続されているが、図示しない建物の監視室に設置された自動火災報知受信機にケーブルを介し、前記スイッチ33の出入力端子34、ソレノイド62、警報ブザー37の出入力端子をそれぞれ適当な電気回路で接続しても良い。

そこで、今仮に火災が発生し、図示しない天井、壁などの火災報知機が作動するのを待つまでもなく、誰でも所望する時は、収納体22の緊急解錠信号送信機26の摺動子31を透明カバー27の表面から力強く押す。これにより摺動子31がスイッチ33をONの状態にし、緊急解錠信号が電気回路に流れる。

そこで、錠装置Xのソレノイド62が通電状態になると、作動杆63はバネ71のバネ力に抗して収縮する。そうすると、係合爪片65の水平部66の長孔部は、ストッパーピン70を介して上方に持ち上げられ、その結果、係合爪片65はロック解除の方向へと回転し、その爪部69が第2ガイド支持板59の係止窓61及び差込み係合板49の係合孔52から外れる(自動解錠)。そこで、前方開放板46に手を掛けて手前側に引くと、差込み係合板49の自由端部がガイド支持板55から外れ、消火器21を収納体22から取り出すことができる。そして、この実施例の場合緊急解錠信号送信機26の出入力端子34に電気信号が送られてくるので、ブザー停止信号がプリント基板29側に伝送されてこない限り、警報ブザー37が鳴り続ける。なお、この実施例の電気回路には警報ブザー37を鳴動を停止させることができるリセット回路を接続しても良い。

【実施例】
まず発明の実施の形態で説明した第1実施例も含め、後述する各実施例に於いては、駆動源としてのソレノイド62に代え、駆動軸が上下動する駆動モータを用いても良い。また収納体2が開閉扉を有する前面非開口型の場合に於いては、前方開閉板46は開閉扉自体であっても良い。したがって、このような実施例の場合は開閉扉自体の開放側端部の中央部に差込み係合板49が水平状態に枢支されている。また緊急解錠信号送信機26には警報ブザー37が内臓されているが、警報ブザー37を緊急解錠信号送信機26とは別体にし、収納体22の垂直板24、錠装置の前方開閉板46、建物の壁、建物の天井などに適宜取付けても良い。さらに、差込み係合板49の自由端部は必ずしも端面がコ字型である必要はなく、単なる板状であっても良い。

次に図7乃至図18は本発明の他の実施例を示す消火器の錠装置である。なお、これらの実施例の説明にあたって、本発明の前記第1実施例と同一の部分には同一の符号を付して重複する説明を省略する。

まず図7及び図8に示す消火器の錠装置X1の第2実施例に於いて、前記第1実施例と主に異なる点は、収納体22Aがボックス状ではなく、建物の壁Wに固定できるように取付け板にしたことである。すなわち、75は取付け板22Aのベース部としての背面壁22bに形成された複数個の固着具用貫通孔で、取付け板22Aは固着具76を介して壁Wに固着される。したがって、取付け板22Aは壁Wに固定できるのであれば特に形態は問わない。

次に図9乃至図12に示す消火器の錠装置X2の第3実施例に於いて、前記第1実施例と主に異なる点は、建物の床面Fに支持台80を置き、この支持台80に形成された嵌合凹所81に消火器21Bを設置したことである。また消火器21Bを常時施錠している錠装置の主要部40Bを建物の壁W1に取付け、一方、錠装置の一部を構成する係合手段82が前記消火器21Bに一体的に取付けられていることである。

上記構成に於いて、普段、消火器21Bは支持台80の嵌合凹所81に設置され、かつ、係合手段82の差込み係合板49Bは主たる錠装置のガイド支持板59Bの内部空間60Bに差し込まれ、図9及び図11で示すように係合爪片65Bで係止(施錠)されている。したがって、消火器1Bを支持台80から取り外しても、係合手段82が主たる錠装置40Bから外れない限り自由に持ち歩くことができない。
