Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a structure of a fixture for an exterior part such as a rear combination lamp of an automobile, for example.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As an example of a conventional automobile rear combination lamp mounting structure, one disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 62-181443 is generally used.
In this structure, a predetermined number of bolts that are projected and fixed in advance inside the rear combination lamp are inserted into the mounting holes formed in the vehicle body panel at the mounting position from the outside, and each bolt is inserted from the inside of the vehicle body panel. A nut is screwed onto the screw and fixed with a predetermined tool.
In the example disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-163144, a hook-like elastic locking portion 2 is formed inside the rear combination lamp 1 as shown in FIG. The rear combination lamp 1 is configured to be mounted by locking the locking portion 2 into the mounting hole 4 from the outside and locking it to the inner periphery of the mounting hole 4.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described mounting structure using bolts and nuts, the nuts must be screwed into the respective bolts from the inside of the vehicle body panel and tightened and fixed each time with a predetermined tool. Had a problem of poor sex.
[0004]
In addition, the press-fitting and locking means using the elastic locking portion 2 described above has better workability than the mounting structure using bolts and nuts, but the elastic locking portion 2 is simply locked to the inner periphery of the mounting hole 4. Therefore, there is no function of always pulling the rear combination lamp 1 toward the vehicle body panel 3 as in the case of the mounting structure using bolts and nuts. Therefore, there is a problem that the fixing state is unstable.
[0005]
Furthermore, when the rear combination lamp is removed from the vehicle body panel by replacement or the like, there is a problem that the workability is poor with the bolt and nut method, and it is difficult to remove with the use of the elastic locking portion 2. .
An object of the present invention is to solve the conventional problems, and to provide a structure of a mounting tool for an exterior part such as a rear combination lamp, which has good workability and can maintain a reliable fixed state. To do.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, in the structure of the exterior part fixture according to the present invention, it is attached in advance from the inside to the attachment hole formed at the attachment position of the member to be attached such as a vehicle body panel, and is projected from the exterior part. It is the structure of the fixture for fixing exterior components to a to-be-attached member by inserting the fixed volt | bolt in the said attachment hole from the outside, Comprising: The said attachment tool is an engagement member to the said to-be-attached member, The engaging member is formed with a through hole having an inner diameter into which the bolt can be fitted at a substantially central portion of the main body. An elastic locking portion that can be fitted and locked from the inside is provided in the mounting hole of the member, and the nut is fitted and fixed to the bolt outlet side of the through hole. Plural locking claws on the periphery of the formed insertion hole Each of the locking claws is raised so as to protrude in the direction of the tip of the bolt inserted into the mounting hole, and is engageable with a screw portion of the bolt. By press-fitting into the insertion hole, the exterior part is temporarily held on the attachment member, and then the engagement member is rotated in a predetermined direction and tightened in a state where the elastic engagement portion is engaged with the attachment hole. It is characterized by doing.
[0007]
In addition, it is desirable that a latching piece is formed on the outer periphery of the engagement member, and the latching piece is used to rotate the engagement member.
[0008]
【Example】
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIGS. 1 to 7 show an embodiment of the present invention, and a fixture according to this embodiment is for fixing a rear combination lamp as an exterior part to a vehicle body panel as an attached member. Is illustrated.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 1, a predetermined number of mounting holes 13 (four in this embodiment) of a vehicle body panel 12 at positions where the rear combination lamps 11 are mounted are formed in the rear portion of the automobile 10. .
The mounting tool 14 according to this embodiment shown in FIG. 5 is attached in advance to the mounting hole 13 of the vehicle body panel 12 from the inside, and each bolt 15 is projected and fixed in advance on the rear combination lamp 11 as shown in FIG. (4 in this embodiment) is for fixing the rear combination lamp 11 to the vehicle body panel 12 by fitting into the mounting hole 13 from the outside.
[0010]
The fixture 14 includes an engagement member 16 to the vehicle body panel 12 as shown in FIG. 3 and a metal plate nut 17 as shown in FIG. Note that the engaging member 16 is formed of synthetic resin in this embodiment.
[0011]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the engaging member 16 is formed with a through hole 19 having an inner diameter into which the bolt 15 can be fitted at a substantially central portion of the main body 18.
Of the through-hole 19, the peripheral edge of the bolt 15 on the inlet side 20 is press-fitted into the mounting hole 13 of the vehicle body panel 12 from the inside to be elastically deformed, inserted, and inserted. A pair of elastic locking portions 21 that can be locked to the outer peripheral edge portion are provided.
A plurality of (four in this embodiment) retaining pieces 22 are formed on the outer periphery of the engaging member 16, and the elastic locking portion 21 is locked to the mounting hole 13 and the bolt 15 is inserted. In this state, the engagement member 16 can be rotated with a finger in a predetermined direction.
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the nut 17 is fitted and fixed in advance to the bolt outlet side 23 of the through hole 19.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 4, the nut 17 has a substantially annular shape, and includes a plurality (four in this embodiment) of locking claws 25 at the periphery of the insertion hole 24 formed in the center portion. As shown in FIG. 5, the pawl 25 is raised so as to protrude in the distal direction of the bolt 15 inserted into the mounting hole 13, and can be engaged with the screw portion 15 a of the bolt 15. .
[0013]
Next, the procedure for mounting and fixing the rear combination lamp 11 using the mounting tool 14 of this embodiment will be described.
First, as described above, the fixtures 14 in which the nuts 17 are fitted and fixed in advance at predetermined positions of the engaging member 16 are prepared in accordance with the number of the mounting holes 13, and as shown in FIG. If the pair of elastic locking portions 21 of the engaging member 16 is press-fitted from the inside of the hole 13 (in this embodiment, the inside of the trunk room), the elastic member is elastically deformed to be fitted and inserted into the mounting hole 13, and again by elastic restoring force Each fixture 14 is temporarily fixed to the mounting hole 13 by being locked to the outer peripheral edge of the mounting hole 13.
In FIG. 6, reference numeral 26 denotes a cushion material disposed around the bolt 15.
[0014]
Thereafter, the bolts 15 of the rear combination lamp 11 are press-fitted from the bolt inlet side 20 of the through hole 19 of the engaging member 16, and the cushion material 26 around the bolt 15 is elastically contacted with the vehicle body panel 12 as shown in FIG. Push in.
As a result, each locking claw 25 of the nut 17 is raised so as to protrude in the distal direction of the bolt 15 to be inserted, and engages with the screw portion 15a of the bolt 15 in a retaining manner. Thus, the rear combination lamp 11 is temporarily held on the vehicle body panel 12.
[0015]
Here, when a finger is put on the retaining piece 22 of the engaging member 16 from the inside of the vehicle body panel 12 and the engaging member 16 is rotated in the tightening direction of the bolt 15, it is engaged with the screw portion 15 a of the bolt 15. By the action of each locking claw 25, the tightening is performed, and a force for continuously pulling each bolt 15 toward the inside of the mounting hole 13 is generated, so that the rear combination lamp 11 is firmly fixed to the vehicle body panel 12. It becomes.
[0016]
Further, when it is necessary to remove the rear combination lamp 11 for maintenance inspection or replacement, the engagement member 16 can be engaged with the screw portion 15a of the bolt 15 by rotating the engagement member 16 in a direction opposite to the tightening direction of the bolt 15 described above. The rear combination lamp 11 can be easily removed by removing the bolts 15 from the fixture 14 by the action of the engaging claws 25.
[0017]
In the present embodiment configured as described above, each locking claw 25 of the nut 17 is simply pressed into each bolt 15 of the rear combination lamp 11 from the bolt inlet side 20 of the through hole 19 of the engaging member 16. By engaging with the bolt 15, the rear combination lamp 11 can be temporarily held on the vehicle body panel 12 by a one-touch method.
[0018]
