Description
【0001】
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive used for a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, and further to a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition used for the pressure-sensitive adhesive, and in particular, a pressure-sensitive adhesive having a high unwinding force when loosening the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape and the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition used for the pressure-sensitive adhesive. About.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a pressure-sensitive adhesive containing natural rubber and MMA (methyl methacrylate) or a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape laminated with this pressure-sensitive adhesive, for example, a packaging and binding tape obtained by cutting this sheet into a tape, a bandage, a hemostatic tape, a photograph, etc. It is used for temporary fixing, wiring bundling sheets for air-conditioning equipment, piping heat insulation material stopping sheets, anticorrosion sheets, and the like. The rewinding force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is said to be 0.2 to 0.8 N / 10 mm (for example, JP 2000-26814 A).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, recently, packaging and binding tapes, electric wire binding tapes, and the like have diversified use conditions, and a high rewinding force is required when loosening an adhesive tape. Specifically, 6.0 to 8. A rewinding force of 0 N / 10 mm has been required.
[0004]
The object of the present invention was invented to achieve such an object, and provides a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition in which the rewinding force is set to 6.0 to 8.0 N / 10 mm.
[0005]
The present invention has been invented in view of the above, and comprises natural rubber and / or SBR (styrene butadiene rubber), 80 to 60% by weight of natural rubber and MMA (methyl methacrylate) 20. A pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing a graft polymer obtained by graft copolymerization of ˜40% by weight, which solves the above problems by specifying the Mooney viscosity of the graft polymer as 60 to 90 Ms1 + 4 (100 ° C.) It is a thing.
[0006]
The graft polymer in the present invention is employed in order to cause the adhesive composition to exhibit a high unwinding force. If the blending ratio is too small, the effect of the polymer obtained by graft polymerization of MMA cannot be obtained. If the blending ratio is too high, the graft polymer becomes too hard and cannot be used as an adhesive. In addition, natural rubber and MMA are blended as the graft polymer because of its high unwinding power by having both polar constituent molecules (MMA) and non-polar constituent molecules (natural rubber) in the molecular structure. It is for making it show. Therefore, since it is necessary to distribute both appropriately, it is preferable to blend 80 to 60% by weight of natural rubber and 20 to 40% by weight of MMA in the graft polymer. In addition, the Mooney viscosity of the graft polymer was specified to be 60 to 90 Ms 1 + 4 (100 ° C.) because if the Mooney viscosity of the graft polymer was too low, the resistance to the fluidity of the adhesive was weak, This is because a high cohesive force cannot be obtained, and if it is too high, the cohesive force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is too high. As a means for adjusting the Mooney viscosity, there is kneading the graft polymer such as an open roll, a Banbury mixer, a kneader or the like.
[0007]
The said natural rubber in this invention is a raw material used as the base of an adhesive composition, and is required in order to exhibit the function as an adhesive composition. The SBR (styrene butadiene rubber) is a typical general-purpose rubber, and is adopted because it is excellent in aging resistance, creep resistance and the like. These compounding ratios are preferably 90 to 50 parts by weight.
[0008]
Moreover, tackifying resin mix | blended with the adhesive as another invention improves the rewinding force of the said adhesive composition. Specifically, rosin resins, terpene resins, aliphatic petroleum resins, aromatic petroleum resins, alicyclic petroleum resins, chroman resins, styrene resins, alkylphenol resins, xylene resins and the like can be used. If the amount of the tackifier is too small, a high unwinding force is not exhibited. If the amount is too large, the unwinding force becomes too high and the peeling unwinding force is also increased.
[0009]
If necessary, a stabilizer, an anti-aging agent, a lubricant, a flame retardant, a filler, a plasticizer, or a modifier can be added to the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition according to the present invention.
[0010]
As the support to which the pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied in the present invention, a conventionally known one used as a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape can be adopted, and specifically, polyvinyl chloride, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, vinyl chloride-ethylene. Copolymers, vinyl chloride-propylene copolymers, chlorinated polyethylene, etc., and those containing a mixture thereof can be used.
[0011]
The present invention relates to a graft polymer 10 obtained by graft copolymerizing 90 to 50 parts by weight of natural rubber and / or SBR (styrene butadiene rubber), 80 to 60% by weight of natural rubber with 20 to 40% by weight of MMA (methyl methacrylate). An adhesive composition containing ˜50 parts by weight, wherein the Mooney viscosity of the graft polymer is 60 to 90 Ms1 + 4 (100 ° C.), so that the unwinding force is 6.0 to 8.0 N / 10 mm. A pressure-sensitive adhesive composition having the following can be obtained.
[0012]
【Example】
Hereinafter, examples of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to Table 1 and in comparison with comparative examples. Table 1 discloses the formulation and characteristic values of the adhesive compositions of Examples and Comparative Examples.
[0013]
[Table 1]
[0014]
The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition according to the example is composed of 30 parts by weight of natural rubber, 40 parts by weight of SBR (styrene butadiene rubber) and 30 parts by weight of graft polymer obtained by graft polymerization of 30% by weight of MMA to 70% by weight of natural rubber (MEGAPOLY30, manufactured by ASIATIC). Each part was masticated with an open roll and each Mooney viscosity was adjusted to 50 Ms 1 + 4 (100 ° C.), 30 Ms 1 + 4 (100 ° C.), and 80 Ms 1 + 4 (100 ° C.). . In addition, although description to Table 1 was abbreviate | omitted, 100 parts by weight of terpene resin (YSHARA Chemical YS Resin PX-1000) as a tackifier resin and 4-ethyl 6-tert-butylphenol (Kawaguchi Chemical Co., Ltd.) as an anti-aging agent ANTAGE W-500) 2 parts by weight is dissolved in toluene so as to be 30% by weight and then blended into the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, thereby producing a pressure-sensitive adhesive.
[0015]
The unwinding force (unit: N / 10 mm (Newton / 10 mm)) and holding force (cohesive force) in the characteristic values of Table 1 are based on JIS Z 0237. It is cut after being coated on a vinyl chloride resin sheet.
[0016]
The comparative example was prepared and measured in the same manner as the example except for the part described in Table 1.
[0017]
As Comparative Example 1 shows, when the blending ratio of the graft polymer is small (the blending ratio of natural rubber and / or SBR is large), the unwinding force remains low, and as Comparative Example 2 shows, the graft polymer is When the blending ratio is large (the blending ratio of natural rubber and / or SBR is small), the unwinding force becomes too high.
[0018]
As Comparative Example 3 shows, if the Mooney viscosity of the graft polymer is small, a high cohesive force cannot be obtained and the holding power is lowered. As shown in Comparative Example 4, if the Mooney viscosity is high, the cohesive force becomes too high and is held. The power was too strong.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, 90 to 50 parts by weight of natural rubber and / or SBR (styrene butadiene rubber), 80 to 60% by weight of natural rubber and 20 to 40% by weight of MMA (methyl methacrylate) are graft copolymerized. A pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing 10 to 50 parts by weight of a polymer, wherein the Mooney viscosity of the graft polymer is 60 to 90 Ms1 + 4 (100 ° C.), thereby 6.0 to 8.0 N / 10 mm Unwinding force was obtained. In particular, the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the present invention is suitable for a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape using a polyvinyl chloride tape that requires a high unwinding force as a support.
