Description

【0001】
【0008】
<作用>

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a waterproof pan for a bathroom unit and a bathroom unit installed in a hotel, an apartment, a general house, or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 5 shows an example of a bathroom unit using a conventional waterproof pan for a bathroom unit. The waterproof pan includes a rectangular bottom plate that covers substantially the entire surface of the washing place 4a and the bathtub mounting place 4b, a side wall 19 that rises over the entire circumference of the peripheral edge, a wall mounting surface 20 in which the end of the side wall is bent horizontally, It is a rectangular box-shaped thing which consists of the rising wall 21 which raised the front-end | tip of the wall mounting surface, and the reinforcing rib 5 which runs many lengthwise and horizontally on the lower surface of a bottom plate, and this is integrally molded using molding materials, such as SMC. There are many (JP-A-10-195950 and others).
As can be seen from FIG. 5, the building frame 1 in which the bathroom unit is installed is usually provided with a floor beam 3 together with a ceiling beam 2 in order to ensure its strength, but when installing and fixing a waterproof pan In addition, the reinforcing rib 5 provided on the back surface of the waterproof pan may collide with the floor beam 3. When such a collision occurs, conventionally, the waterproof pan is lifted by the height adjusting member 17 to avoid it.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above method, that is, the method of lifting the waterproof pan with the height adjusting member and installing / fixing the waterproof pan, the bathroom floor surface becomes higher by the lifted amount, so that the floor height of the waterproof pan (the height of the door frame 10) is increased. ) Goes up, and there is a problem that the crossing over the waterproof pan becomes high.
In addition to creating a useless space under the waterproof pan, when the wall panel 7 is erected on the wall mounting surface 20 to assemble the bathroom unit, the ceiling height (height of the ceiling cover 9) is lowered, and the interior of the bathroom is reduced. There were also problems such as narrowing the space and giving the bather a feeling of pressure.
The present invention eliminates these problems, i.e., reduces the straddle height to the waterproof pan, does not create a useless space under the waterproof pan, and uses the bathroom space as effectively as possible, so that the bather The purpose of the present invention is to provide a waterproof pan that does not cause a feeling of pressure and a bathroom unit using the waterproof pan.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has the following configuration.
That is, the waterproof pan of the present invention has a bottom plate 14 that covers substantially the entire surfaces of the washing place 4a and the bathtub mounting place 4b, a side wall 19 that rises over the entire circumference of the peripheral edge, and a wall that is bent at the tip of the side wall 19 horizontally. A square box-shaped waterproof pan comprising a surface 20, a rising wall 21 in which the tip of the wall mounting surface 20 is raised, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs 5 formed vertically and horizontally on the bottom surface of the bottom plate 14. In the waterproof pan, the reinforcing rib 5 is not formed over a predetermined width on the peripheral lower surface of one side of the bathtub mounting place 4b farthest from the inner side, and instead the reinforcing rib 6 is formed inside one side of the bathtub mounting place 4b. .
[0005]
The waterproof pan may be integrally formed as a whole.
[0006]
Moreover, the said waterproof pan can also form the whole waterproof pan by shape | molding the part of the washing place 4a and the part of the bathtub mounting place 4b separately, and connecting this.
[0007]
The present invention also provides a bathroom unit assembled using the waterproof pan.
[0008]
<Action>
Conventionally, the waterproof pan is generally arranged in a room having a floor beam of a building frame so that one side of the bathtub mounting place farthest from the washing place is along the floor beam. Also, considering that the bather enters the bathtub 13 from the washing 4a, the floor surface of the bathtub mounting space 4b in the waterproof pan 4 is designed to be lower than the floor surface of the washing space 4a. For this reason, the reinforcing rib portion on the back surface of the waterproof pan 4 is located at the lowest position at the end of the bath tub. If the bumper hits the protrusion of the floor beam 3 in the waterproof pan 4, this reinforcing rib portion is formed. Therefore, if the reinforcing rib 6 is provided on the inner side of the end portion of the bathtub mounting place as an alternative reinforcing structure without providing the reinforcing rib on this portion (rear surface), the reinforcing rib and floor provided on the rear surface of the waterproof pan as in the prior art. Collision with the beam is avoided, and there is no need to lift the waterproof pan 4 with a height adjusting member or the like.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described more specifically.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a waterproof pan as an example of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional perspective view of the waterproof pan of FIG. As shown in the figure, the washing area and the bathtub mounting area are integrally formed, and the lower surface of the peripheral edge of one side of the bathtub mounting area 4b of the waterproof pan 4 has a predetermined width (that is, avoiding the projection of the floor beam). The reinforcing rib 6 has a substantially right triangular plate shape (substantially right triangular prism) in contact with the side wall 19 and the bottom plate 14 on the inner side of the end portion of the bathtub mounting place 4b. A plurality of are provided. As for the size of the substantially right triangle plate, the length of two sides sandwiching the right angle is preferably about 3 to 5 cm, the width of the plate (plate thickness) is preferably about 5 to 10 cm, and the spacing between the reinforcing ribs 6 is 10 to 50 cm. The number of reinforcing ribs 6 is preferably about 2-6. The strength of one side of the bathtub mounting field 4b is maintained by the reinforcing rib 6. The shape of the reinforcing rib 6 is not limited to a substantially right triangle plate shape as long as the reinforcing function is fulfilled. It may be a quarter cylindrical shape, a shape similar to them, or the like.
[0010]
The waterproof pan is not limited to one in which the washing area and the bathtub placement area are integrally formed, and may be formed separately. FIG. 3: is a perspective view of the part of the bathtub mounting place among what was shape | molded separately. As shown in the figure, a reinforcing rib having a predetermined width is not provided on the back side of one side of the bathtub mounting field 4b. Instead, a substantially right triangular plate is formed on the inner side of the end of the bathtub mounting field 4b and in contact with the side wall 19 and the bottom plate 14. A plurality of reinforcing ribs 6 are provided in the same manner as in FIG. This is connected to a waterproof pan in a separate washing area to constitute a waterproof pan for the entire bathroom.
[0011]
FIG. 4 is an example bathroom unit (longitudinal sectional view) installed using the waterproof pan. A building case 1 formed of a concrete slab is partitioned into a plurality of rooms, and there are protrusions of a ceiling beam 2 and a floor beam 3 at upper and lower corners, respectively. The waterproof pan 4 is installed inside the building housing 1. One of the waterproof pans 4 is a washing place 4 a and the other is a bathtub mounting place 4 b, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs 5 that run vertically and horizontally are formed on the back surface of the bottom plate 14. As described above, the reinforcing rib shape 6 is provided on the inner side, instead of providing the reinforcing rib on the back side, as described above, at one end of the bathtub mounting place 4b. Further, an adjustment member 17 whose height can be adjusted is provided on the rear surface of the bottom plate 14 together with a support plate (not shown). A wall panel 7, a door frame 10, a door frame 11, and a door 12 are erected around the waterproof pan 4, a beam escape cover 8 is provided at a portion facing the protrusion of the ceiling beam 2, and a ceiling cover 9 is provided at the upper part. The bathtub 13 is placed and fixed, and other facilities such as a bathroom counter, a water supply device, a hot water supply device, a shower device, a lighting device, a ventilation device, and a drain pipe are provided as a bathroom unit 16.
[0012]
The waterproof pan of the present invention can be usually obtained by press molding a reinforced plastic molding material such as SMC or BMC. Moreover, it is also possible to manufacture using reaction injection molding using dicyclopentadiene as a raw material, or a thermoplastic resin such as polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, and ABS resin.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the position where the waterproof pan is installed / fixed can be kept low, and therefore the shear height (the height of the door frame) and the straddle height can be lowered. Moreover, since the ceiling height is relatively high, the bather is not given a feeling of pressure due to the low ceiling.
In addition, the problem of having to increase the size of the beam escape cover to escape the protrusion of the ceiling beam and the problem that the opening height of the door frame cannot be increased due to the low ceiling is solved, and it is wasted under the waterproof pan. No space is created.
Further, the architectural design plan inevitably requires the installation height of the waterproof pan to be reduced, so that the floor beams are scraped off and the strength reduction of the building frame caused thereby is avoided.
