本発明は、一般住宅・事務所等に設置される浴室ユニット、トイレ、シャワールーム、脱衣室、間仕切等の設備ユニットに利用されるコーナー支柱及びこれを用いた設備ユニットに関する。

【従来の技術】
浴室ユニット等の設備ユニットに利用される従来の金属製コーナー支柱を図5(Aは斜視図、Bは平面図)に示す。これは端部に押圧機能をもつ圧着片(6a、6b)を有する互いに直交する二つの挿入部(7a、7b)を備える長尺体のコーナー支柱である。また、従来のコーナー支柱を用いて浴室ユニットの壁パネルを組み立てた際のコーナー部を図6に示す。従来の浴室ユニットのコーナー部では、図6に示すように現地組立作業において防水床の隅部11にコーナー支柱3を立て、コーナー支柱3の一方の挿入部に壁パネル4aの裏面端部に縦方向に取り付けた断面略U字状の金属製係合片5a(金属製係合片5aの片面に予め防水テープ12aを貼付しておく)をコーナー支柱3に挿入し、固定する。更に、コーナー支柱3の他方の挿入部に壁パネル4bの裏面端部に縦方向に取り付けた断面略U字状の金属製係合片5bを同様にして挿入し固定する。そののち、互いに直交する壁パネル4aと壁パネル4bの隙間にシリコン等のコーキング材10を充填していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】

本発明のコーナー支柱の使用に当たっては、弾力性を有し、その形状は略矢印形状で長尺体のインナー目地の使用が好適である。

また、本発明は前記コーナー支柱を用いて組み立てられた設備ユニットにも関する。設備ユニットとしては、浴室ユニット、トイレ、シャワールーム、脱衣室のほか住宅・事務所の種々の間仕切等がある。
浴室ユニットにおいては、防水床のコーナー部に本発明のコーナー支柱を立て、これにインナー目地を嵌合させ、平面部にはフラット支柱を立てて、壁パネル及びドアをはめ込み、固定させ、上部には天井パネルを載置し、浴室ユニット内は一方に浴槽、他方に洗い場を設ける。そして、給水装置、給湯装置、照明装置、換気装置、排水路等の付帯設備を設けて完成する。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1は、本発明のコーナー支柱の一例で、Aは斜視図、Bは平面図である。本発明のコーナー支柱は図1に示されるように長尺体で、押圧機能をもつ圧着片(6a、6b)を有する互いに直交する二つの挿入部(7a、7b)と、この二つの挿入部の間で45度に交わる方向に形成された凹部9とを有し、これは通常一体に構成されている。また、本発明のコーナー支柱にはビス固定用の穴や、ドア枠取付金具用の穴を設けることができる。
