Description
The present invention relates to a training chair, and more particularly to a training chair that is suitable for strengthening muscle strength of elderly people, rehabilitation trainees, and the like and that can perform various strength training safely and effectively with a single chair.
At the time of training, the user trains the upper limbs, the lower limbs, or the trunk by stretching or loosening the rubber tubes for the upper limbs, the lower limbs, or the trunk against the elastic force of each rubber. Thus, each part of the body can be trained comprehensively using a single chair.
However, in the chair of Patent Document 1, a large number of long rubber tubes are connected to the chair main body so as not to be detached so that the upper limbs and lower limbs of the user can be trained with one chair in this way. For this reason, the adjacent rubber tubes are entangled and difficult to use, and a rubber tube that is not used has to be always provided in the chair body, and the cost is increased by the number of rubber tubes used.
An object of the present invention is to provide a training chair that can be used in a simple manner, trains a plurality of muscles with a single chair, prevents entanglement between elastic bands, and reduces costs. Yes.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a string-like or belt-like elastic band in which a handle having both ends of a connecting belt fixed to both ends in the axial direction of a rod-shaped or cylindrical grip is connected to at least one end thereof. A training chair used for muscle training, having a chair body in which a seat supported by legs is connected to a backrest, and each surface of the front, back and both sides of the chair body A plurality of screw holes are provided at different positions in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, and a locking projection is attached by screwing a bolt into these screw holes. almost a post of the same or polyhedron having it longer length, is formed at the distal end of the strut, for training a flange for hooking the elastic bands or the grip It is a child.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, after the elastic band is hooked on the predetermined hooking projection, the elastic band is trained on the body while the user is sitting on the chair, standing near the chair or sitting, for example. Hang on the part you want (arms, legs, etc.). Next, the elastic band is stretched or loosened against the elastic force of the elastic band. Thereby, desired muscles can be trained.
When it is desired to change the muscle to be trained, the elastic band is removed from the latching projection, and the newly selected muscle is latched on the latching projection. Thereafter, for example, the user sits on a chair and similarly stretches or loosens the elastic band against the elastic force of the elastic band to train the newly selected muscle.
Thus, using one chair, each part of the body can be trained comprehensively with a simple method of use. In addition, it is possible to eliminate the entanglement between adjacent elastic bands, which has frequently occurred in the past. Furthermore, the unnecessary elastic band does not need to be always provided in the training chair as in the prior art. For example, when training different parts of the body, it is possible to use the same elastic band. In this case, the number of elastic bands used can be reduced and the cost can be reduced.

For example, the string (for example, width 1-50 mm) with the intensity | strength and length which can perform muscle training of the desired part of a body may be sufficient, and a belt | band | zone (for example, width 50-300 mm) may be sufficient.
The material of the elastic band is arbitrary. For example, elastic materials such as various natural rubbers, synthetic rubbers, thermoplastic elastomers, and styrene butadiene elastomers can be employed.
A suitable elastic band is, for example, a ceraband manufactured by The Hygienic Corporation. Ceraband is configured to have different intensities depending on its color (yellow (-1), red (0), green (+1), blue (+2), black (+3), silver (+4), gold (+5)). Yes (from yellow to gold, the strength in parentheses is the contrast value).

The latching protrusion is attached by a screwed structure with bolts and nuts.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the elastic band is hooked to the hooking protrusion (hereinafter, when the band is hooked), for example, the grip is applied to the support column and the handle is hooked to the hooking protrusion. The elastic band can be indirectly hooked on the hooking protrusion. At this time, the support column is a polyhedron. Therefore, the rod-shaped or cylindrical grip has its peripheral side surface pressed against one side surface of the column by line contact. Therefore, the stability of the elastic band at the time of training is higher than when the column is cylindrical or cylindrical (the column and the grip are in point contact).

Only one handle may be connected to only one end of the elastic band, or one handle may be connected to each end of the elastic band.
The polyhedron refers to a three-dimensional structure including a large number of surfaces, such as a triangular prism, a rectangular parallelepiped (including a cube), a pentagonal prism, a hexagonal prism, and an octagonal prism.
The length of the support column is approximately the same as or longer than the grip diameter. The length of the support column is such that the grip can be inserted between the chair body and the flange. It means that there is.
The flange may be formed directly on the tip of the column. Further, for example, the outer peripheral portion of a disc fixed to the tip end portion of the support and having a diameter larger than the diameter of the support may be used as the flange.
An elastic band or a grip may be hooked on the flange according to the user's choice.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the front legs and the rear legs of the leg portions are respectively provided upright at both ends in the length direction of a pair of parallel connection frame frames installed on the floor. 2. The training according to claim 1, wherein a footrest having the hooking projections disposed on both side surfaces of the front end portion and a rubber non-slip sheet disposed on the lower surface is horizontally mounted on the front end portion of the front end portion. It is a chair.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the elastic band is hooked to the plurality of hooking protrusions disposed on the exposed surface of the chair body, one chair is used, and simple Each part of the body can be trained comprehensively with usage. In addition, it is possible to eliminate the entanglement between adjacent elastic bands, which has frequently occurred in the past. Furthermore, the unnecessary elastic band does not need to be always provided in the training chair, and the same elastic band can be reused when training different parts of the body. As a result, the number of elastic bands used can be reduced and the cost can be reduced.
In addition, a handle having a rod-shaped or cylindrical grip is connected to at least one end of the elastic band, the length of the hooking protrusion is approximately the same as or longer than the diameter of the grip, and a flange is attached to the tip of the column. Since it is configured to be provided, when the band is hooked, for example, the grip can be applied to the support of the polyhedron, the handle can be hooked on the hooking protrusion, and the elastic band can be hooked indirectly on the hooking protrusion. Thereby, a grip and a support | pillar will be in a line contact state, for example, compared with the case where a support | pillar is a column shape or a cylindrical shape, stability of the elastic band at the time of training can be improved.
Examples of the present invention will be specifically described below.
1 to 3,

The specific positions where the screw holes 29 are formed will be described. In the case of the
As the
Next, each latching
The latching

Next, a method for using the
As shown in FIG. 5, in the knee lift movement, the
Thereafter, the user sits on the
Next, a method for performing the leg extension exercise will be described with reference to FIG.

Next, a method for performing a rowing exercise will be described with reference to FIG.
First, the intermediate portion in the length direction of the elastic band 12 (about 60 cm in length) is hooked over the pair of hooking
Next, a method for performing the abdominal motion will be described with reference to FIGS.
First, the intermediate portion in the length direction of the
Next, a method for performing a pull-down exercise will be described with reference to FIGS. 10 and 11.
Here, auxiliary rods (length: 90 cm, diameter: 30 mm) 37 each having hooking
As shown in FIG. 11, the lengthwise intermediate portion of the
