Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a protective material used when attaching a product sample made of a packaging bag containing samples such as liquids, powders, and granular materials to a magazine or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when advertising a product in a magazine or the like, in order to increase the advertising effect, a product sample, which is a sample in a packaging bag, is pasted on an advertisement page. In this case, the magazines and the like are printed and bound and then accumulated on a pallet and the like, and are stacked in multiple stages. Therefore, the magazines stacked below are subjected to a greater load on the product sample sandwiched between them. Therefore, for example, corrugated cardboard or interleaved paperboard is used as protective paper, and this is provided with a cutout or punching part that is approximately the same shape as the outer shape of the product sample. Alternatively, a product sample is inserted into and fixed in a punched space portion and fixed, thereby preventing dissipation from magazines and the like, and reducing the load caused by stacking (hereinafter referred to as loading pressure) to protect the product sample. Was taken.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a form, for example, when corrugated cardboard is used as protective paper, its compressive strength is not so high, so in order to reduce the loading pressure, it is necessary to increase the area of the corrugated cardboard as much as possible. As a result, there is a problem that the feeling of foreign matter is strengthened, and at the same time, the material cost and processing cost of the protective paper are increased, and it is not suitable for a product sample such as a comparatively inexpensive sample in a small bag. In addition, especially when a packaging bag containing liquid, powder, granule, etc. is attached as a product sample in a magazine, if the bag breaks, the magazine will be contaminated. The load pressure reduction measures must be designed with a sufficient safety factor, and could not be implemented easily. In other words, if the size of the space part where the protective paper is cut out or punched out is increased to some extent, the stacked magazines are bent into the space by their own weight, so that a large loading pressure is applied to the packaging bag and the bag is broken.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and the object of the present invention is to provide a product sample comprising a packaging bag containing a sample such as a liquid, powder, or granular material in a magazine or the like. An object of the present invention is to provide a protective material capable of effectively reducing the loading pressure that causes bag breakage at the time of pasting, and to provide a free sample book using the protective material.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the protective material of the present invention is integrated with a packaging bag containing a sample such as a liquid, powder, granule, etc., and the packaging bag is integrated with a book such as a magazine. A protective material to be attached to the advertisement page, which is formed by punching a plate material, and substantially corresponds to the periphery of the packaging bag, and a plurality of protruding portions protruding inward in a state of being not connected to each other from the outer frame portion It is characterized by having. Also, sample with the present of the present invention, a liquid, a powder, a containing packaging bag of sample, such as a granulate is integrated with the protective material, a packaging bag the protective member are integrated advertising page characterized in that it stuck write you in.
[0006]
The packaging bag to be protected contains a sample such as a liquid, powder, granule, etc., but the form of the bag used for it is arbitrary. That is, a four-side seal bag is representative, but a three-side seal bag, a pillow type, a gusset type, or the like may be used. Further, the planar shape of the bag is not necessarily rectangular. And the relationship between a packaging bag and a protective material needs that the part inside a seal part in a packaging bag exists in the frame of an outer frame part. That is, there are a case where the outer frame portion overlaps the peripheral seal portion of the packaging bag and a case where the peripheral seal portion enters inside the outer frame portion. However, it is necessary that the protruding portion is on a portion inside the seal portion in the packaging bag. Moreover, in order to integrate both, you may pinch other than sticking, or you may put in a film bag.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0008]
FIG. 1 is a front view showing an example of a protective material according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the protective material of FIG. 1 together with a packaging bag.
[0009]
The protective material 1 is formed by punching a plate material. The outer frame portion 1a substantially corresponds to the peripheral seal portion Pa of the four-side sealed packaging bag P, and three from the long sides facing the outer frame portion 1a. A total of six projecting portions 1b projecting inward so as to face each other are provided. In the illustrated example, the protruding portions 1b are provided at equal intervals.
[0010]
As the material of the plate material, it is preferable to use a material having a high pressure resistance. For example, a laminated body including a metal layer such as pressed paper or slip paper (two-ply paper, three-ply paper, etc.), synthetic resin (plastic molded product or stamped product), Al deposition, etc. is used. . And a material, thickness, a shape, etc. should just be suitably selected with the shape and thickness of a packaging bag. Depending on the design, the surface of the protective material may be subjected to printing, varnishing, pasting, PP application, foil pressing, embossing, and the like.
[0011]
When using this protective material 1, as shown in FIG. 2, the said protective material 1 and the packaging bag P are bonded together so that it may not remove with a double-sided tape. In the example shown in the drawing, it is preferable to bond the packaging bag P with the long side seal portion. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the protective material 1 and the packaging bag P integrated together are attached to an advertisement page such as a magazine M with an adhesive or a pressure-sensitive adhesive.
[0012]
When the sample packaging bag P is pasted in a magazine or the like in the form as described above, the stacking pressure is applied to the outer frame portion 1a and the protruding portion 1b of the protective material 1 when stacked after bookbinding. Become. The contents of the packaging bag P escape at the protruding portion 1b and receive a load in a state where the front and back wrapping materials are in contact with each other. The packaging bag P is slightly inflated at a portion other than the protruding portion 1b. Passes between the protruding portions 1b, so that the bulges are evenly distributed.
[0013]
In this way, if the loading pressure is applied with the packaging bag integrated with the protective material applied to the book, the packaging bag swells in areas other than the protruding part, so that the bulging part is not significantly affected by the loading pressure. Further, by appropriately designing the inner volume of the packaging bag, the number of protruding portions, the shape and size, the pressing force caused by the magazine bending on the bulging portion can be reduced. Can be prevented. For example, in the protective material 2 shown in FIG. 4, one protruding portion 2 b is provided so as to face each other from the opposing long sides of the outer frame portion 2 a. Since this protrusion part 2b receives a load by one, it is formed wider than what is shown in FIG.
[0014]
【Example】
Example 1
A protective sheet shown in FIG. 1 was prepared by punching out a two-sheet paper of 2.5 mm thickness in which coated cardboard and chip balls were laminated. Here, the outer size of the protective material was 66 × 148 mm, the outer frame width of the short side was 10 mm, the outer frame width of the long side was 8 mm, the width of the protruding portion was 4 mm, and the length was 18 mm. On the other hand, a packaging bag was prepared in which 5 g of perfume was put in a four-side sealed bag having an outer size of 60 × 138 mm and a seal width of 5 mm. A film having a layer structure of “polyester 25 μm / printing ink / dry laminate / aluminum foil 9 μm / dry laminate / polyester 12 μm / polyethylene 30 μm / EVA 30 μm” was used for the packaging material of the packaging bag. And this packaging bag and the protective material were bonded together by the double-sided tape in the long side of the outer frame part, and this integrated thing was stuck on the page of the magazine (A4 deformation size: 297x235mm).
[0015]
A loading test was carried out in which 10 magazines with packaging bags attached were stacked and placed between parallel iron plates, with a load of 3 tons and left for 3 days, but the packaging bags did not break. It was. In addition, it is necessary to endure the load of 3t according to the regulations of the Journal Association. However, considering the actual distribution process, it is impossible to apply the load for 3 days at 3t. Otherwise there is no problem in practical use.
[0016]
(Example 2)
Using a 2.2 mm thick laminated sheet of coated cardboard and chip balls as the protective material, a loading test was conducted in the same manner as in Example 1, but the packaging bag was broken. There wasn't.
[0017]
Example 3
A card paper (three-sheet interleaf) having a thickness of 2.0 mm was used as a protective material plate, and a loading test was conducted in the same manner as in Example 1, but no breakage of the packaging bag was observed.
[0018]
Example 4
A laminate of two 0.9 mm-thick polypropylene sheets was used as the protective plate, and a loading test was conducted in the same manner as in Example 1, but no breakage of the packaging bag was observed.
[0019]
(Example 5)
A laminate of two polypropylene sheets having a thickness of 1.0 mm was used as a protective material plate, and a loading test was performed in the same manner as in Example 1. However, the packaging bag was not broken.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, when a protective bag of the present invention is used to paste a packaging bag containing a sample into a book such as a magazine, the outer frame portion of the protective material is stacked when these books are stacked high. The loading pressure is received by the protruding part, and the packaging bag swells in a state where the contents are dispersed outside the protruding part. It can be reduced and the bag breakage can be prevented.
