Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a guide ball for game balls, and more particularly to a guide ball suitable for use in a tank rail for supplying game balls from a reserve ball storage tank to a prize ball payout device in a pachinko game board.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIG. 8, a guide rod 4 used as a tank rail of a pachinko gaming machine connects between a reserve ball storage tank 31 provided at the uppermost position of the back mechanism board 3 and a prize ball payout device 32. The game balls are sent in two rows and sent in the guide basket 4 from the spare ball storage tank side 31 to the prize ball payout device 32 side. An example of the structure of such a guide rod 4 is shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 (for example, Japanese Patent No. 2687112).
[0003]
FIG. 9 is a plan view of the main part of the guide rod 4, and FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XX of FIG. Two rows of guide paths P1 and P2 are formed in the guide rod 4 by a central partition wall 41, one guide path P1 is defined by a side wall 42, and the other guide path P2 is a surface 3a of the back mechanism panel 3. It is divided by. Each guide path P1, P2 is formed with a groove-shaped dust discharge port 43, 44 having a constant width extending in the longitudinal direction in the center so that minute dust or the like that has adhered to the game balls B1, B2 can be removed. 43 and 44 are discharged. A transverse beam 46 is formed in the longitudinal direction of the guide rod 4 at predetermined intervals to extend the lower surface of the bottom wall 45 in the width direction of the rod to ensure the strength of the rod.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described conventional guide rod, as shown in FIG. 10, the dust D that has not been discharged from the groove openings 43 and 44 accumulates at the corners on both sides of the guide path, thereby inhibiting the smooth movement of the game balls B1 and B2. There was often a problem that ball clogging occurred. Even if the cross beam 46 is formed, the longitudinal strength of the guide rod 4 is still insufficient, and the weight of the game balls B1 and B2 causes the guide rod 4 to be greatly curved downward in a part of the longitudinal direction. Also, ball clogging may occur. Further, when the guide rod is integrally molded with resin, there is a problem that it takes time to mold the structure having the cross beam 46 on the bottom wall bottom surface.
[0005]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to solve such a problem and to provide a guide ball for a game ball which does not cause a ball clogging and can be easily formed.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, according to the guide trough of game balls of the first invention, the guide path of the game ball (B1, B2) guiding trough for by rolling guide the (1) (P1, P2) , longitudinal The standing walls ( 131 to 134 ) extending over the entire area of the direction protrude upward from the bottom surface of the guide path (P 1, P 2), and the standing walls (131 to 134) are arranged in two rows in the width direction of the guide path (P 1, P 2). The game balls (B1, B2) roll in the guide rod (1) in a state of being provided in parallel and being lifted by these standing walls (131-134), and between the two rows of standing walls (131-134). The dust discharge port (17, 18) is formed in the guide wall (1), and the standing wall (131-134) is formed so as to be higher toward one end at the one end (135) of the guide wall (1). Reinforcing ribs (19) extending in the vertical direction are formed on the outer surface of the side wall (11) of In the first invention, since the game ball rolls on the standing wall of the raised guide path, the game ball moves smoothly in the guide path without being affected by dust accumulated on the bottom surface. Is prevented. Since the standing wall also functions as a reinforcing rib, the guide rod is prevented from being greatly bent downward in a part in the longitudinal direction in response to the weight of the game ball, thereby preventing the occurrence of clogging of the ball. Further, since it is not necessary to form a conventional cross beam on the bottom wall bottom surface, molding is easy. In the present invention, dust or the like that has adhered to the game ball is dropped and discharged through the dust discharge port, and dust or the like is prevented from being carried to the rear stage of the guide rod. In addition, the game balls can be stably lifted by the two rows of standing walls. Furthermore, since the standing wall is formed so that it rises toward one end at one end of the guide rod, if the one end portion of the guide rod is positioned near the game ball discharge port of the reserve ball storage tank, the game ball is located near the tank. It can be smoothly sent out to the guide path without causing clogging.
[0012]
In the second invention, the guide rod (1) has at least two rows of parallel guide paths (P1, P2) partitioned by the partition wall (14). In the second invention, game balls can be sent simultaneously in a plurality of rows.
[0013]
In addition, the code | symbol in the said parenthesis shows the correspondence with the specific means as described in embodiment mentioned later.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
(First embodiment)
1 is an overall side view of a guide rod 1 used as a tank rail, FIG. 2 is an overall plan view thereof, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line III-III of FIG. . The guide rod 1 is an integrally molded product of resin material, and its side wall 11 starts from the front edge of the end wall 12 (the lower edge of FIG. 2) at one end close to the reserve sphere storage tank 31 (FIG. 8), and the surface 3a of the back mechanism board. And extending to the other end close to the prize ball payout device 32 (FIG. 8) at a constant interval. On the bottom wall 13 of the guide rod 1 formed between the side wall 11 and the board surface 3a, a partition wall 14 is suspended in the center to form two rows of guide paths P1, P2 extending in parallel in the longitudinal direction. ing. The guide paths P1 and P2 are formed by the mounting surface 151 and 161 to 164 of the flange portion 15 protruding from one end of the guide rod 1 and the flange portion 16 protruding from the bottom wall 13 at positions close to the plate surface 3a. It is fixed to 3a.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 4, a pair of upright walls 131 extending in parallel in the left and right positions are formed on the bottom wall 13 of each of the guide paths P1 and P2 defined by the side wall 11 and the partition wall 14, and the partition wall 14 and the board surface 3a. , 132 and 133, 134 are formed, and the game balls B1, B2 roll while being lifted from the bottom wall 13 by the standing walls 131-134. Further, dust discharge ports 17 and 18 having a constant width as shown in FIG. 5 are spaced apart in the longitudinal direction on the bottom wall 13 between the left and right standing walls 131, 132, 133 and 134 (only one is shown in FIG. 3). ) A plurality is formed with a predetermined length. Further, on the outer surface of the half portion at one end of the side wall 11, a ridge extending in the vertical direction is formed as a reinforcing rib 19 (FIGS. 1, 2, and 6). As shown in FIG. 3, each of the standing walls 131 to 134 has a one end portion 135 (only the standing wall 132 is shown) becoming higher in a hyperbolic shape toward one end of the guide rod 1.
[0016]
In the guide rod 1 having such a structure, the game balls B1 and B2 discharged from the reserve ball storage tank 31 (FIG. 8) fall on the guide paths P1 and P2 of the guide rod 1 and pay out prize balls along the guide balls P1 and P2. Roll towards device 32. At this time, the game balls B1 and B2 roll on the standing walls 131 to 134 of the respective guide paths P1 and P2, and the standing walls 131 to 134 are hyperbolically shaped so that one end portion 135 is directed toward the outlet of the reserve ball storage tank 31. Since it is high, the game balls B1 and B2 discharged from the tank 31 are smoothly sent out to the guide paths P1 and P2 near the tank without causing clogging.
[0017]
Dust D adhering to the game balls B1 and B2 rolling on the standing walls 131 to 134 of the guide paths P1 and P2 passes from the dust discharge ports 17 and 18 formed between the left and right standing walls 131 to 134 to the outside. Discharged. At this time, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, even if dust D that is not discharged accumulates on the bottom wall 13 between the standing walls 131 to 134 and the side wall 11, the partition wall 14, or the board surface 3a, Since B2 is rolling while being lifted upward from the bottom wall 13 by the standing walls 131 to 134, the inside of the guide paths P1 and P2 can be smoothly passed without being affected by dust D and the like accumulated on the bottom wall 13. Moving. This prevents the occurrence of clogging.
[0018]
Further, since the standing walls 131 to 134 extending in the longitudinal direction of the guide rod 1 function as reinforcing ribs, the guide rod 1 is not greatly bent downward due to the weight of the game balls B1 and B2 in a part of the longitudinal direction. This also effectively prevents the occurrence of ball clogging. Further, since the reinforcing rib 19 is formed on the outer surface of the half on the one end side of the side wall 11 of the guide rod 1, the side wall 11 does not expand outward and deform under the load of the game balls B1 and B2. As a result, the game balls B1 and B2 discharged from the reserve ball storage tank 31 are not greatly shaken in the left and right directions in the guide paths P1 and P2, and the occurrence of ball clogging due to the disturbance of the rows of the game balls B1 and B2 is also caused. Avoided. Further, in the guide rod 1 of the present embodiment, it is not necessary to form the cross beam 46 (FIG. 10) on the bottom surface of the bottom wall as in the conventional case, so that it is easy to form.
[0020]
In the above embodiment, the guide paths do not necessarily have to be two rows, but can be one row or three or more rows.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the game ball guide rod of the present invention does not cause clogging and is easy to mold.
