Description

【0001】

The upper surface of the outer periphery stamper 20 is provided with at least two notches 24 so that coins, fingers or the like can be inserted and opened to be separated.
A groove 22 is provided circumferentially on the outer peripheral surface of the master stamp 16, an outer peripheral mark portion 19 is provided on the outer side, and a rib 23 that rotatably engages with the groove 22 is provided on the inner diameter surface of the outer peripheral mark portion 19. Thus, the outer peripheral mark portion 19 is rotated.
The rotation mark portion 26 includes a frame 1, a rotor 3, a rotation belt mark 4, a belt support piece 5, a screw 6, and a shaft 2.
[0012]
In this embodiment, the master mark 17 and the outer circumference mark 21 are directly attached and held. However, the master mark 17 and the outer circumference mark 21 are held by the master stamp 16 and the outer circumference stamp 20 respectively by receiving members. May be.
A convex portion 35 is provided on one of the upper surface of the outer peripheral stamp 20 and the surface of the step 32, and a concave portion 36 is provided on the other, so that the positioning of sliding and rotating the outer peripheral stamp portion 19 at a constant interval can be controlled.
[0013]
Regarding the removal of the outer peripheral marking portion 19, the cross-sectional shape of the rib 23 has a semicircular shape, and is forcedly inserted into the groove 22 and assembled.
If a coin or a finger or the like is inserted into the notch 24 provided on the upper surface of the outer peripheral stamp 20 and forcibly removed, only the outer peripheral stamp portion 19 can be removed.
In this way, it is possible to replace the outer peripheral marking portion 19 having another marking surface.
Next, since the master seal 20 is held on the outer casing 9 by the screw 12 and the nut 13 as described above, the master stamp 15 can be removed by loosening the screw 12 and the nut 13.
[0014]
A second embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12. FIG.
The master stamp portion 15A includes a master holding portion 14, a master small mark portion 34, and an outer periphery stamp portion 19A.
Reference numeral 14 denotes the above-described master holding portion, in which a rotating belt mark 4 is inserted in the center and a window 18 that can be exposed from the window 18 is provided, and a pair of opposing legs 30 are erected on either side. Yes. Further, a pair of holding grooves 28 forming a part of the circumference on the opposite surface where the legs 30 are erected are provided at positions facing the window 18 as a center.
Further, a pair of holding claw insertion openings 29 are provided at opposite positions at either end of the holding groove 28. Furthermore, a circumferential step 32 that is one step lower is provided on the outer periphery of the holding groove 28.
Although the holding groove 28 of this embodiment is provided inside the master holding portion 14 in FIG. 9, even if it is provided on the upper surface of the master holding portion 14 to hold the master small mark portion 34, That is what I intended.
[0015]
Reference numeral 34 denotes a master small mark portion, in which a hole 31 for exposing the rotating belt mark 4 is provided at the center, a master mark 17 is provided on the lower surface, and a pair of opposing claws 27 are provided on the upper surface.
Reference numeral 19 </ b> A denotes an outer peripheral mark portion, and a rib 23 </ b> A is provided circumferentially on the inner diameter surface, and an outer peripheral mark 21 is provided on the lower surface.
[0016]
A method for assembling the master stamp portion 15A will be described.
With the step 32 of the master holding part 14 and the rib 23A of the outer periphery printing 20A aligned and mounted, the claw 27 of the master printing 16A of the master small printing part 34 is provided on the lower surface of the master holding part 14. Then, the master small print section 34 or the exterior body 9 is rotated to the left until the hole 31 and the window 18 are aligned. In this embodiment, the rotation is performed at a rotation angle of 90 degrees or less, but this rotation angle is not particularly limited.
Thus, the outer peripheral marking portion 19A is rotatably held tightly and assembled by the groove 22A formed by the step 32 of the master holding portion 14 and the upper surface of the master stamp receiving 16A.
Here, the claw 27 may have any shape, for example, a shape like an arrow 37 as shown in FIG.
[0017]
As the material of the second embodiment, the master holding portion 14, the master stamp 16A, and the outer periphery stamp 20A can be used as long as they are resins that are not affected by ink, such as a thermoplastic synthetic resin. In particular, the master holding part 14 may be a metal.
Further, the holding groove 28 is provided in the master holding portion 14, but when rotating to change the rotating belt mark 4, the outer body 9 and the master marking portion 15 </ b> A are separated to rotate the rotating belt mark 4. As long as it is not necessary to eliminate the exposure, it is possible to hold the master small mark portion 34 directly on the exterior body 9.
[0018]
Others of the second embodiment of the present invention are intended by the present invention from FIG. 13, and a pair of opposing hooks 33 are erected on the upper surface of the master stamp 16A, and the hook 33 And the outer peripheral marking portion 19A is tightly coupled with the upper surface of the master stamp 16A and the lower surface of the master holding portion 14 so as to be rotatable.
In this example, the hole 31 and the window 18 are aligned with each other, and the rib 23A provided on the outer peripheral stamp 20A is placed on the upper surface of the outer periphery of the master stamp 16A and pressed against the master holding portion 14 to thereby hook the hook 33 to the master. Engage with the holding portion 14.
When separating, if the master holding part 14 is lowered below the exterior body 9 and the hook 33 is pushed inward with a finger or the like, the master holding part 14, the master small mark part 34 and the outer peripheral marking part 19 </ b> A are separated. And free combinations are possible.
Although the present invention is constructed in particular in combination with a rotational mark, it can also be used with ordinary fixed marks.
[0019]
【effect】
Since the configuration is as described above, in the first embodiment, when only the outer peripheral marking portion is replaced, it can be easily attached and detached, and can be freely combined with the marking surface of the master marking portion 15. Further, in the second embodiment, the master small marking portion 34 and the outer circumferential marking portion 19A can be easily attached to and detached from the master holding portion 14, so that the marking surface of the master small marking portion 34 and the marking surface of the outer circumferential marking portion 19A are freely set. It is a rotation mark that can be combined.
