Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an absorbent article, such as a sanitary napkin or an incontinence pad, that is worn between human groins and absorbs bodily fluids. More specifically, the present invention relates to an absorbent article that can be easily manufactured, can be easily worn, and can be easily worn. The present invention relates to an absorbent article that has a predetermined shape excellent in fit due to a feeling and exhibits good leakage prevention properties.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
Generally, an absorptivity provided with a liquid permeable layer on the skin contact surface side, a liquid impermeable layer on the non-skin contact surface side, and an absorbent portion interposed between the liquid permeable layer and the liquid impermeable layer The article is well known. Such absorbent articles are used as sanitary napkins, incontinence pads, panty liners, etc., and it is important to fit well to the wearer and prevent leakage.
[0003]
Therefore, conventionally, various techniques have been proposed for avoiding leakage by forming the absorbent article so that the rear part thereof is higher on the skin contact surface side so that the rear part fits well to the buttocks of the wearer.
In the technology described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 61-5746, the technology described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 64-70051, and the technology described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 61-191360, the rear part of the absorbent article is the skin in the center in the width direction. A convex cross section is formed on the abutting surface side. In the technique described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 63-20819, the absorber is formed thicker toward the center in the width direction at the rear portion, and is raised toward the skin contact surface side in the longitudinal direction.
[0004]
However, in the technique described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 61-5746, the technique described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 64-70051, and the technique described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 61-191360, absorbent articles are formed one by one by thermoforming. Since the rear part is formed in a cross-sectional shape, there is a problem that a great deal of labor is required for manufacturing. In addition, when the adhesive part for fixing to the underwear is formed on the non-skin contact surface of the rear part, problems such as the adhesive parts tend to stick to each other and difficult to fix to the underwear, or twisting and leakage occur during wearing There is a point.

[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, one embodiment of an absorbent article of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
1 is a plan view showing a sanitary napkin as an embodiment of the absorbent article of the present invention as viewed from the skin contact surface side, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line II of the sanitary napkin of FIG. 3 is an enlarged plan view of the sanitary napkin absorbent body of FIG. 1 viewed from the non-skin contact surface side, and FIG. 4 is a KK of the sanitary napkin absorbent body of FIG. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view, and FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing a mounted state of the sanitary napkin of FIG.
[0008]
As shown in FIG. 1 or 2, the absorbent article (sanitary napkin) 1 of the present embodiment has a liquid permeable layer P on the skin contact surface side and a liquid impermeable layer I on the non-skin contact surface side. And an absorption part A interposed between the liquid-permeable layer P and the liquid-impermeable layer I, and is formed substantially vertically.
[0009]
More specifically, in the sanitary napkin 1 of the present embodiment, the liquid permeable layer P is formed by a liquid permeable top sheet 11, and the liquid impermeable layer I is a liquid impermeable sheet. The first back sheet 12 a and the second back sheet 12 b are formed, and the absorber A is formed by the absorber 13.
And in the sanitary napkin 1 of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the surface of the absorber 13 on the non-skin contact surface side, both side surfaces, and both side edges of the surface on the skin contact surface side are second. The first back sheet, in which the absorber 13 and the second back sheet 12b are arranged to be in contact with the non-skin contact surface side of the top sheet 11 and the second back sheet 12b. A napkin main body 10 is formed by being sandwiched between 12a. As for this napkin main body 10, both sides edge is heat-welded from the skin contact surface side, and the heat-welding parts 14 and 14 by which the surface sheet 11 and the 2nd back surface sheet 12b were heat-welded to the absorber 13 were carried out. Is formed. The top sheet 11 and the absorbent body 13 are fixed to each other at the side edge of the napkin body 10 by heat welding to form heat welded portions 14, 14. The second back sheet 12 b and the absorbent body 13 are composed of the napkin body 10. Are fixed by hot melt agents 15, 15 at the side edge portions.
[0010]
The top sheet 11 and the first back sheet 12a are extended outward in the width direction from the left and right side edges of the napkin body 10, and wings 20 and 20 are formed.
The top sheet 11 and the first back sheet 12a are fixed to each other at their peripheral portions.
[0011]
Adhesive is applied or formed on the first back sheet 12a in the longitudinal center of the napkin body 10 to form an adhesive part 16, and the sanitary napkin 1 is put on the underwear through the adhesive part 16 when worn. It is supposed to be fixed to. The adhesive portion 16 is protected by a release paper (not shown).
[0012]
About these structures, it is the same as the conventional sanitary napkin, and as a forming material of the said surface sheet 11, what is conventionally used, such as a nonwoven fabric and an apertured film, can be especially used without a restriction | limiting. As a material for forming the first back sheet 12a and the second back sheet 12b, a material that has been conventionally used, such as a leak-proof film, a polyethylene laminated waterproof paper, and a polyethylene laminated nonwoven fabric, is used without particular limitation. Can do. Furthermore, the heat welding parts 14 and 14 can also be provided using a conventional technique without any particular limitation, and the hot melt agents 15 and 15 that have been conventionally used can be used without any particular limitation. The pressure-sensitive adhesive portion 16 can also be provided using a conventional pressure-sensitive adhesive without particular limitation and without particular limitation.
[0013]
Thus, the sanitary napkin 1 according to the present embodiment includes a raised portion 13a extending in the longitudinal direction of the sanitary napkin 1 that is raised toward the skin contact surface side at the rear portion of the absorber 13. A rear groove 18 extending in the longitudinal direction of the sanitary napkin 1 at the center in the width direction of the sanitary napkin 1 is provided on the non-skin contact surface side of the absorbent body 13 corresponding to the raised portion 13a.
[0014]
More specifically, in the sanitary napkin 1 of the present embodiment, the raised portion 13a of the absorbent body 13 is formed at the rear portion of the absorbent body 13 as shown in FIG. It is elongated to the vicinity of the end and gradually thickens as it goes backward.
The ridges 13a has a width W 1 in the vicinity Chuo unit is 5 to 40 mm, the width W 2 of the rear end portion is preferably 10 to 70 mm.
In the sanitary napkin 1 shown in FIG. 1, the raised portion 13 a is wider as it goes to the rear part of the sanitary napkin 1 in consideration of the rearward displacement when the sanitary napkin 1 is applied to the wearer's shorts. However, in view of the ease of the manufacturing method, if the width W1 is in the range of 5 to 40 mm, more preferably the width W1 is in the range of 10 to 30 mm, a rectangular shape in plan view can be preferably used. .
[0015]
The absorber 13 has a thickness T 1 of 7 mm where the raised portion 13 a is formed under a load of 2.5 g / cm 2 , and a thickness T 2 of the portion where the raised portion 13 a is not formed is 4 mm. cage, is T 3 (the difference between the portion other than the raised portion 13a ridge 13a) raised height of the raised portion 13a has a 3 mm.
The thickness T 1 under a load of 2.5 g / cm 2 of the portion where the raised portion 13a is formed is preferably 3 to 15 mm, and more preferably 5 to 12 mm. If it is less than 3 mm, it is not preferable because a favorable fitting property cannot be given to the buttock.
The thickness T 2 under a load of 2.5 g / cm 2 of the portion where the raised portion 13a of the absorbent body 13 is not formed is preferably 1 to 10 mm, and more preferably 2 to 7 mm. If it is less than 1 mm, the rigidity is too small and the side edge portion is easily twisted, and if it exceeds 10 mm, the rigidity becomes too high or the sanitary napkin 1 becomes too thick, resulting in a greater sense of discomfort at the time of wearing.
The height T 3 of the raised portion 13a under a load of 2.5 g / cm 2 is preferably 2 to 10 mm in order to fit well to the wearer's buttocks and obtain excellent leakage prevention properties, and 2 to 7 mm. It is more preferable that
[0016]
As the material constituting the absorbent body 13, conventionally known materials constituting the absorbent body such as fluff pulp, absorbent paper, and superabsorbent polymer can be used without particular limitation. The bending rigidity in the width direction toward the non-skin contact surface side in the portion where the rear groove 18 of the raised portion 13a is not provided (the bending rigidity such that the cross section in the length direction is kept linear) is 1 to What is 10 gf * cm / 3 cm is preferable. When the bending rigidity is 1 gf · cm / 3 cm, the absorbent body at the raised portion is too soft, and when it exceeds 10 gf · cm / 3 cm, the rigidity is excessively increased, which makes it uncomfortable.
[0017]
This bending rigidity is a specimen (thickness similar to that of the raised portion 13a) having a thickness of 30 mm in the longitudinal direction (longitudinal direction of the sanitary napkin 1) and 70 mm in the width direction (width direction of the sanitary napkin 1). such an absorber) having no 18, is held by the chuck of a 1cm gap in Kato Tech Ltd. pure bending tester, when the specimen was vertically, the curvature K = -2.5~ + 2.5 (cm - 1 ) The bending moment M is measured by performing pure bending with a constant velocity curvature of 0.50 (cm -1 ) / sec in the range of 1 ), and the sample length unit at K = 0.5 to 1.5 The bending rigidity (B) per unit area, which is the slope of the per-bending moment (M) -curvature (K) curve, is obtained.
[0018]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the rear groove 18 is linear and functions as a flexible shaft at the rear portion of the absorbent portion 13 when the sanitary napkin 1 is attached. The center in the width direction of the part is easily deformed into an inverted V shape so that it fits well to the wearer's buttocks.
[0019]
The bending rigidity in the length direction of the absorber 13 on the non-skin contact surface side in the portion where the rear groove 18 is provided is 0.2 to 2 gf · cm. That is, the bending rigidity of the portion where the rear groove 18 is not provided in the central portion in the width direction of the rear portion is 1.5 times or more than the bending rigidity in the width direction with respect to the portion where the rear groove 18 is provided. It is preferable that it is 2 to 10 times. This is because, when the ratio of the bending rigidity is less than 1.5, since the positive bending at the flexible shaft portion is lost, it is difficult to take a desirable mounting form that fits the collar portion at the time of mounting. The bending rigidity of the portion provided with the rear groove 18 that functions as a flexible shaft is 30 mm in the longitudinal direction (longitudinal direction of the sanitary napkin 1) and 70 mm in the width direction (width direction of the sanitary napkin 1). Bending moment per unit of length of the sample when the same non-skin contact surface side of the absorbent body having the same thickness as the raised portion 13a is subjected to groove processing similar to the rear groove 18 (sample) M) —Bend stiffness (B) per unit area, which is the slope of the curvature (K) curve.
Moreover, it is preferable that the depth of the said back groove | channel 18 is 0.5-10 mm, and it is more preferable that it is 1-5 mm. If the depth of the rear groove 18 is less than 0.5 mm, it is difficult to obtain flexibility at the groove part, and it is difficult to obtain a preferable fit. If it exceeds 10 mm, the groove part becomes too dense and the thickness of the raised part is too small. It is not preferable because it decreases.
Further, (see FIG. 2) depth D 1 of the said rear groove 18 is 0.5 to 10 mm, the depth D of the rear groove to the thickness T 1 of the portion formed of the raised portion 3a of the absorbent body 1 ratio (D 1 / T 1) is preferably from 0.05 to 0.7, the depth D 1 is 1 to 5 mm, the ratio (D 1 / T 1) is 0.1 More preferably, it is 0.5. When the depth D 1 of the rear groove 18 is less than 0.5 mm and the ratio (D 1 / T 1 ) is less than 0.05, it is difficult to obtain flexibility at the rear groove portion, and it is difficult to obtain preferable fit. On the contrary, if the depth D 1 exceeds 10 mm and the ratio (D 1 / T 1 ) exceeds 0.7, the groove portion is compressed with a high density and the thickness of the entire raised portion is reduced. It is not preferable.
[0020]
On the non-skin contact surface side of the absorbent body 13, the second back sheet 12b is arranged in a flat shape, and further, the first back sheet on the non-skin contact surface side of the second back sheet 12b. 12a is arranged in a planar shape.
And the groove process along the said back groove | channel 18 of the said absorber 13 is not given to both the back surface sheets 12a and 12b.
[0021]
Further, the napkin body 10 of the sanitary napkin 1 according to the present embodiment has a pair of front grooves 19 formed symmetrically by embossing the top sheet 11 and the absorber 13 from the skin contact surface side. 19 is provided.
The front grooves 19, 19 are convex on the surface of the absorbent body 13 on the skin contact surface side, along the outer side of the side edge of the raised portion 13 a and toward the inner side in the width direction of the planar view sanitary napkin 1. It is formed in a circular arc shape, and the absorber 13 is easily deformed with the front grooves 19 and 19 as flexible shafts, and at the time of wearing, the raised portion 13a is deformed into a convex cross-sectional arch shape on the wearer side. Thus, the outer side in the width direction of the front grooves 19, 19 is arranged in a substantially horizontal direction without twisting, and the body fluid that has moved to the outside of the raised portion 13 a is transferred to the back side of the dam, and the side edge of the sanitary napkin 1 It is designed to prevent leakage from the water well.
[0022]
The front grooves 19 and 19 have a depth D 2 (see FIG. 2) of 0.5 to 9 mm and a ratio D 2 to the thickness T 2 of the portion where no grooves are formed. / T 2 is preferably 0.3 to 0.9, more preferably D 2 is 1 to 6 mm, and D 2 / T 2 is 0.5 to 0.9. If the depth of the front grooves 19 and 19 is less than 0.5 mm, it is difficult to obtain flexibility at the groove portion, and a favorable fit cannot be obtained, or it is difficult to obtain an effect of blocking body fluid flowing on the surface. Exceeding this is not preferable because it gives the wearer a feeling of strangeness.
[0023]
Hereinafter, a preferable groove structure of the rear groove 18 and the front grooves 19 and 19 will be described. Here, the preferred structure of the rear groove 18 will be described in detail, but the same applies to the front grooves 19 and 19 unless otherwise specified.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the rear groove 18 is subjected to groove processing for discontinuously forming a plurality of rhombus-shaped small grooves 18 a along the predetermined shape from the skin contact surface side, and the small grooves 18 a and the small grooves are formed. It is formed in a two-stage depth in which the space between 18a is continuously recessed from the surface on the skin contact surface side. In this way, the space between the small groove 18a and the small groove 18a is continuously recessed from the surface on the skin contact surface side so as to have a two-stage depth, so that the depth of the rear groove 18 can be increased while being flexible. Can be kept high and good fit can be obtained. The size of the small groove 18a is preferably 1 to 100 mm 2 . If it is smaller than 1 mm 2 , the compression area is too small to obtain preferable flexibility, and conversely, if it exceeds 100 mm 2 , preferable flexibility cannot be obtained. Moreover, it is preferable that the pitch of each small groove 18a shall be 0.5-5 mm. If it is less than 0.5 mm, preferable flexibility and skin contact property cannot be obtained, and if it exceeds 5 mm, a portion that does not sink between the small grooves 18a is generated, and it bends smoothly not only in the width direction but also in the longitudinal direction. Will not fit. Further, the leakage preventing effect is reduced in the front groove 19.
[0024]
In the case where the rear groove 18 and the front grooves 19 and 19 are provided in such a manner that the space between the small groove 18a and the small groove 18a is continuously recessed from the surface on the skin contact surface side to a two-stage depth. These depths are the depths in the small grooves 18a.
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 5, the sanitary napkin 1 according to the present embodiment is attached by placing the central portion between the crotch and adhering the adhesive portion 16 to the undergarment W in the same manner as a normal sanitary napkin. In the sanitary napkin 1 of this embodiment thus mounted, the absorbent body 13 is easily deformed with the front grooves 19 and 19 as the flexible shafts, and the force in the width direction is laterally applied to the central portion. Is applied, the surface grooves 19, 19 are raised in an arch shape and are well abutted between the wearer's crotch.
Further, the raised portion 13a of the absorbent body 13 is easily deformed with the rear groove 18 as a flexible shaft, and is bent at the rear groove 18 to have an inverted V-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. It bulges gently on the skin contact surface side and makes good contact with the wearer's buttocks. Therefore, body fluid does not leak out of the absorbent article 1 through the body.
Since the shape of the sanitary napkin 1 at the time of wearing is guided and formed by the rear groove 18 and the front grooves 19 and 19, it is maintained well regardless of any wearing state.
[0026]
As described above, according to the sanitary napkin 1 of the present embodiment, the protruding portion 13a is provided at the rear portion of the absorbent body 13, and the protruding portion 13a is held by the rear groove 18 so that the bending rigidity is kept low. Occasionally, the raised portion 13a is bent in a reverse V-shape with a convex cross section on the skin contact surface side, and is in good contact with the wearer's buttocks, providing good fit and preventing leakage.
Further, according to the sanitary napkin 1 of the present embodiment, the absorbent body 13 is easily deformed by the front grooves 19, 19 using the front grooves 19, 19 as flexible shafts, and the side edge portion is twisted when worn. Without any problem, the front grooves 19 and 19 are raised in an arch shape so as to be in good contact with the wearer's crotch, and the body fluid moving in the width direction is blocked and moved backward, so that the sanitary napkin 1 Leakage from the side edge of the is well prevented.
According to the sanitary napkin 1 of the present embodiment, the back sheets 12a and 12b are arranged in a planar shape and are not subjected to groove processing along the rear groove 18 of the absorber 13, so that both the back sheets 12a and 12b are formed. It is not easily bent and can be firmly fixed to the shorts, and the adhesive portions 16 are not bonded to each other during the mounting operation or during mounting. As a result, good fit is obtained, and leakage is well avoided.
[0027]
The sanitary napkin 1 according to the present embodiment is formed by subjecting a continuous body of the absorbent body 13 having a thickness of 7 mm and a basis weight of 300 g / m 2 to compression (heating compression if necessary) by an embossing roll or the like, and the raised portion 13a and the rear part. A groove 18 is formed, and thereafter, the continuous band of the second back sheet 12b is covered from the non-skin contact surface side, the skin contact surface side is covered with the continuous band of the top sheet 11, and the top sheet 11 The front grooves 19 and 19 are formed from the continuous belt side, the non-skin contact surface side is covered with a continuous body of the first back sheet 12a, and the peripheral edge is fixed and cut into a predetermined shape for easy manufacture. be able to.
[0028]
In addition, the absorbent article of this invention is not restrict | limited at all to the above-mentioned form, A various change is possible in the range which does not deviate from the meaning of this invention.
For example, the shape of the raised portion 13a may be an inverted V-shape or the like in which both side edges are linear and become wider toward the rear, in addition to the shape described above.
Further, the rear groove 18 and the front grooves 19 and 19 are not limited to those that are continuous from the front end to the rear end as in the above embodiment, but are formed discontinuously at a plurality of locations in the longitudinal direction. You can also
Further, the rear groove 18 and the front grooves 19 and 19 are not formed by connecting the small grooves 18a as described above, but can be continuously grooved. Moreover, when formed with the discontinuous several small groove | channel 18a divided | segmented in the longitudinal direction like the above-mentioned embodiment, the shape etc. of the small groove 18a are not specifically limited.
[0029]
The raised portion 13a is formed by embossing the absorber 13 having a uniform thickness as described above, and other absorbers are formed on a part of the absorber 13b 'having a uniform thickness as shown in FIG. The ridges may be formed by overlapping 13a ′, or may be formed into a shape having the ridges 13a from the beginning.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 6, when the absorber 13b 'is overlapped with another absorber 13a' to form a raised portion, the rear groove 18 is formed in the absorption corresponding to the raised portion as shown in FIG. Although it may be formed on the non-skin contact surface side surface of the body 13b ′, it may be formed on the non-skin contact surface side surface of the absorbent body 13a ′ as shown in FIG. This aspect is also an embodiment of the present invention.
Moreover, the same effect can be acquired even if it arrange | positions the 2nd back surface sheet 12b along the said back groove | channel 18, and arrange | positions only the 1st back surface sheet 12a in planar shape.
The absorbent article can be a sanitary napkin, an incontinence pad, a cage sheet, or the like.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the absorbent article of the first to third aspects, since the raised portion is held low in bending rigidity by the rear groove, the raised portion protrudes toward the skin contact surface side during mounting. The cross section is bent into an inverted V-shape and is in good contact with the wearer's buttocks, providing good fit and preventing leakage.
[0031]
In addition, since the back sheet is arranged in a flat shape, there is no sticking between the adhesive parts during the mounting operation or during mounting, it can be easily mounted, and it is difficult to twist and exhibits good fit and good leakage Avoided.
[0032]
Furthermore, since the absorber groove is easily deformed with the flexible shaft as a flexible shaft, the groove between the groove is raised in an arch shape without causing the side edge portion to be twisted, so that it can be satisfactorily brought into contact with the wearer's crotch. And since the bodily fluid which transfers to the width direction is dammed up and it transfers to back, the leak from the side edge part of an absorbent article is prevented favorably.
