Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a waterproof structure of an external floor that is provided outside a building, such as a balcony, a rooftop floor, and an outdoor corridor, and that is exposed to wind and rain, and more particularly, to a waterproof structure at an entrance / exit corner of the external floor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, waterproofing of external floors such as balconies and rooftops has been done by placing a board on the structural material of the external floor to form an external floor base, and providing a mortar layer on the external floor base to provide a drainage gradient. The construction method of laying and sticking a waterproof sheet on this mortar layer was employed.
[0003]
In this case, an outer wall of a building, a handrail wall of a balcony or the like is usually erected around the outer floor, and an exterior material, an opening frame, or the like is attached to the outer wall of the building or the handrail wall. Therefore, a waist wall that rises up to the lower end of the exterior material and the opening frame is formed in the lower part of the outer wall of the building and the handrail wall, and the peripheral edge of the outer floor is continuous with the waist wall. Accordingly, the waterproof sheet has to be attached to the upper edge of the waist wall in a watertight manner by extending upward from the periphery of the external floor.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional construction method, when a waterproof sheet is laid on the mortar layer, an expert craftsman is required, and the craftsman has to enter the exterior construction site mainly for mounting work such as exterior. Inconvenience and restrictions in process management were great.
[0005]
In addition, it requires precise plastering work to form a drainage gradient in the mortar layer, and it is necessary to lay the waterproof sheet flat and without gaps on the entire external floor, so the work itself takes considerable effort and time. It was.
[0006]
Furthermore, in places where the waist wall that surrounds the external floor, such as the four corners of the external floor and the protrusions on the outer wall of the building, forms the entrance / exit corner or the entrance corner, a flat waterproof sheet is extended as it is to make the waist wall watertight. Since it is impossible to stick, we have created a corner accessory that can be attached to the entrance and exit corners by appropriately cutting the waterproof sheet, etc., but such work also takes time and effort, Depending on construction accuracy, there is a possibility that sufficient water tightness cannot be secured.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and can easily perform waterproofing work on the outer floor. In particular, the two waist walls provided around the outer floor are step surfaces in the front-rear direction. In the place that is continuous across the step, the workability and water tightness for the corners and the corners that are formed on both sides of the stepped surface (in this specification, these are referred to as the “portion corner”). It is an object of the present invention to provide a waterproof panel unit for entry / exit corners that can be improved and a waterproof construction method at the entrance / exit corners of an external floor using the same.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The waterproof panel unit for entry / exit corners of the present invention is a waterproof panel unit for entry / exit corners that is used for waterproofing a place where two waist walls provided around the outer floor are continuous across the entry / exit corner, The heat insulating material formed so that the three sides follow the planar shape of the entrance / exit corner, and the flat portion stuck on the heat insulating material and the outer two sides of the three sides of the flat portion are respectively raised. A water-resistant steel plate having a pair of rising portions, each having a screw hole formed in the vicinity of the upper edge of each rising portion, and the lower portion of each rising portion from the vicinity of each edge portion on the waist wall side of the flat portion of this water-resistant steel plate Each of the water-resistant steel sheets, and a pair of soft resin waterproof sheets extending up above each rising part, and three upright parts bent along the entrance and exit corners. Fixed over the rising part Reinforcing members, three surface elevations and one bottom surface formed integrally and watertight so as to be along the entry / exit corner, each edge on the entry / exit corner side of the pair of waterproof sheets and the reinforcement member A soft resin entrance / exit corner cover that is attached so as to cover the surface, and a three-sided upright portion that is bent along the entrance / exit corner, in the vicinity of the outer edge of the upright portion of the two outer sides. A screw hole is formed, and an attachment member is formed by adhering the vicinity of the center of the center upright part and the upright part of the two outer surfaces to the back of the upright part of the entrance / exit corner cover. It is characterized by that.
[0009]
That is, the waterproof panel unit for entry / exit corners of the present invention is obtained by sticking an entrance / exit corner cover formed integrally and watertight in advance to a place where the heat-resistant steel plate and the waterproof sheet are discontinuous across the entrance / exit corner. It is formed so that the periphery of the entrance / exit corner can be covered in a watertight manner.
[0010]
And the waterproof construction method at the entrance / exit corner of the external floor of the present invention is to arrange this waterproof panel unit for entrance / exit corner on the external floor base of the entrance / exit corner, and fix the heat insulating material on the external floor base via an adhesive, After fixing each rising part of the water-resistant steel plate to the two waist walls that form the entrance / exit corners, fix the mounting members to the entrance / exit corners of the waist wall, and then attach the waterproof sheet and the elevation part of the entrance / exit corner cover to the waist By extending along the wall, the area around the entrance and exit corners is covered in a watertight manner.
[0011]
As a result, the waterproof work at the entrance / exit corner of the external floor can be carried out with the general part without requiring troublesome work such as processing the edge of the entrance / exit corner side of the waterproof steel sheet and the waterproof sheet to the shape of the entrance / exit corner. It can be done easily in the same way. Thus, the workability of the waterproof work is greatly improved, and stable construction accuracy is ensured.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0013]
First, the waterproof structure in the general part other than the place where the waist wall surrounding the external floor forms the corners and corners, and the waterproof structure in the general part of the external floor to explain the construction method, as shown in FIG. A heat insulating material 1 stuck on an external floor base P made of an ALC floor board, a water-resistant steel plate 2 stuck on the surface of the heat insulating material 1, and a waterproof sheet stuck on the water-resistant steel plate 2 3 and a draining member 4 attached along the upper edge of the waterproof sheet 3.
[0014]
The heat insulating material 1 is a plate-like body made of expanded polystyrene resin or the like, and is stuck on the external floor base P via an adhesive.
[0015]
The water-resistant steel plate 2 is formed by forming a water-resistant film made of vinyl chloride or the like on the surface or both front and back surfaces of a steel thin plate, and a flat portion 21 that is stuck on the heat insulating material 1 and one edge of the flat portion 21. And a rising portion 22 formed by bending the portion upward. The rising portion 22 is applied along the waist wall Q and is screwed to the waist wall Q.
[0016]
The waterproof sheet 3 is made of a resin such as soft vinyl chloride, and is attached along the rising portion 22 from the vicinity of the edge on the waist wall Q side of the flat portion 21 of the water-resistant steel plate 2, and is further extended upward to Cover up to the top edge of wall Q.
[0017]
Further, a long draining member 4 is attached to the upper edge of the waist wall Q along the lower end of the exterior material, the opening frame R, etc., and is screwed to the waist wall Q so as to hold the waterproof sheet 3. The In this way, the boundary between the exterior material and the opening frame R and the waist wall Q is stopped.
[0018]
Thus, by forming most of the waterproof layer on the surface of the external floor with the water-resistant steel plate 2, the work involved in sticking the waterproof sheet 3 can be greatly reduced.
[0019]
About this waterproof structure, the heat insulating material 1, the water-resistant steel plate 2, and the waterproof sheet 3 are processed and bonded in advance to a predetermined shape in a factory or the like to form a waterproof panel, and this waterproof panel is carried to the construction site and laid. By this means, the work at the construction site can be made more efficient. 2 and 3 show an embodiment of a waterproof panel.
[0020]
As the waterproof panel, collect the rain water flowing down on the surface of the general part floor panel 5A (FIG. 2) and the general part floor panel 5A arranged along the linear part of the waist wall Q surrounding the external floor. A dredging panel 5B (FIG. 3) arranged on the lower side of the external floor for draining is prepared.
[0021]
The general part floor panel 5A is formed by sticking a flat part 21 of the water-resistant steel plate 2 to the heat insulating material 1 having a rectangular shape in plan view and forming a rising part 22 rising upward on one side of the flat part 21. In the vicinity of the upper edge, a plurality of screw holes 221 for screwing the rising portion 22 to the waist wall Q are provided at intervals in the horizontal direction. Further, the heat insulating material 1 is formed so that its thickness gradually becomes thinner from the rising portion 22 side toward the opposite side, whereby a drainage gradient is given to the surface of the water-resistant steel plate 2. A waterproof sheet 3 is attached to the flat portion 21 of the water-resistant steel plate 2 from the vicinity of the edge on the rising portion 22 side to the rising portion 22, and the waterproof sheet 3 extends further upward than the rising portion 22. However, the waterproof sheet 3 is not bonded in the vicinity of the screw hole 221 near the upper edge of the rising portion 22, and the screw hole 221 provided in the rising portion 22 when the extending portion of the waterproof sheet 3 is turned downward. Is exposed and can be screwed as it is.
[0022]
The eaves panel 5 </ b> B has a planar shape that is longer than that of the general floor panel 5 </ b> A, and is provided with a drainage groove 23 formed by bending the flat portion 21 of the water-resistant steel plate 2 along its longitudinal direction. . The heat insulating material 1 is attached to the lower surface of the flat portion 21 and the drainage groove 23. A rising portion 22 is formed on one of the edges on the long side of the water-resistant steel plate 2, and a plurality of screw holes 221 are provided in the vicinity of the upper edge of the rising portion 22 at intervals in the horizontal direction. The waterproof sheet 3 is attached with its lower edge bonded to the lower part of the rising part 22 and extends to above the rising part 22. Further, on the other of the long side edges of the water-resistant steel plate 2, a joint portion 24 having a substantially L-shaped cross section composed of a hanging piece 241 and a horizontal piece 242 is formed. The horizontal piece portion 242 of the joint portion 24 is provided with a plurality of screw holes 243 at intervals with screws for fastening the same to the external floor base P.
[0023]
A construction method for performing waterproofing work on the general part of the external floor using the general part floor panel 5A and the eaves panel 5B will be described with reference to FIG.
[0024]
First, the heel panel 5B is arranged so that the drainage groove 23 is dropped into the recess T formed between the external floor base P and the groove receiving member S, the rising portion 22 is placed on the waist wall Q, and the joint portion 24 is placed. The horizontal piece 242 is screwed to the external floor base P. The edge part of the eaves panel 5B is stopped by an end member (not shown).
[0025]
Next, the general-purpose floor panel 5A is placed on the external floor base P so as to hold the horizontal piece 242 of the heel panel 5B at its lower edge, and the external floor base P is bonded via an adhesive. While fixing to the top, the rising portion 22 is screwed to the waist wall Q.
[0026]
Thus, when the general part floor panel 5A and the heel panel 5B are disposed at predetermined positions, the waterproof sheets 3 attached to the respective parts are raised along the waist wall Q, and an adhesive, a nail or the like is used. The upper edge is temporarily fixed to the waist wall Q. As a result, the head of the screw that fixes the rising portion 22 to the waist wall Q is also covered. The height of the waist wall Q varies depending on the type of building and the specifications of the outer wall, etc. However, if the extension part of the waterproof sheet 3 is made a little longer in advance, the waterproof sheet 3 is appropriately adjusted according to the height of the waist wall Q. By cutting, it is possible to reliably cover up to the upper edge of the waist wall Q.
[0027]
Since joints U having a slight gap are formed between the adjacent general floor panels 5A and the heel panels 5B, these joints U are sealed using an adhesive tape 61 and a patch belt 62. .
[0028]
The adhesive tape 61 is a synthetic paper or cloth tape provided with water resistance as typified by a craft tape. A kraft tape having a width of about twice the width of the joint U is stuck on the joint U so as to straddle the adjacent general part floor panel 5A and the heel panel 5B.
[0029]
The patch belt 62 is a belt-shaped member made of a resin such as soft vinyl chloride, and has a width wider than that of the adhesive tape 61. On the back surface of the patch belt 62, adhesive surfaces are formed on both side edges except for a central portion corresponding to the width of the adhesive tape 61. The patch belt 62 is adhered to the surfaces of the general floor panel 5A and the heel panel 5B adjacent to each other so that the non-adhesive surface of the central portion overlaps the adhesive tape 61.
[0030]
The adhesive tape 61 and the patch belt 62 are attached so as to continue from the surface of the water-resistant steel plate 2 to the upper part of the waterproof sheet 3 temporarily fixed along the waist wall Q. As a result, the joint U between the general part floor panel 5A and the heel panel 5B is sealed in a watertight manner, and even if the general part floor panel 5A and the heel panel 5B move horizontally with respect to each other, The displacement of the U interval can be absorbed.
[0031]
If the surface of the outer floor to the upper edge of the waist wall Q is water-tightly covered with the water-resistant steel plate 2, the waterproof sheet 3, and the patch belt 62, it is shown in FIG. 1 along the upper edge of the waist wall Q. The water draining member 4 is attached and screwed to the waist wall Q so as to hold the upper edge of the waterproof sheet 3. Finally, a sealing 41 is applied between the upper edge of the draining member 4 and the lower end of the exterior material or the opening frame R. Thus, the exterior material and the boundary portion between the opening frame R and the waist wall Q are also stopped.
[0032]
Thus, the waterproof panel (general part floor panel 5A, eaves panel 5B) formed by previously processing and bonding the heat insulating material 1, the water-resistant steel plate 2 and the waterproof sheet 3 into a predetermined shape is placed on the external floor. By fixing, the troublesome plastering work at the construction site and the attaching work of the waterproof sheet 3 become unnecessary, and the waterproof work of the external floor can be performed efficiently and accurately. Since the waterproof sheet 3 is made of a soft resin that can be easily bent, even if the waterproof sheet 3 is attached to the water-resistant steel plate 2 in advance, troubles in transportation and storage can be reduced.
[0033]
As shown in FIG. 5, the present invention, at a place where two waist walls Q (Q 1, Q 2) surrounding the external floor are continuous across the step surface q, at the entrance / exit corner formed by the step surface q, It is for efficiently and accurately constructing a waterproof structure continuous to the general part. Hereinafter, the embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0034]
The waterproof structure at the entrance / exit corner of the external floor includes an entrance / exit corner floor panel 5C (FIG. 7), which is a waterproof panel prepared in accordance with the shape of the entrance / exit corner, and a reinforcing member for reinforcing the entrance / exit corner floor panel 5C. 7 and an entry / exit corner waterproof panel unit 50 </ b> C (FIG. 8) composed of the reinforcing member 7.
[0035]
The entry / exit corner floor panel 5 </ b> C is similar to the general part floor panel 5 </ b> A disposed in the general part, the heat insulating material 1, the water-resistant steel plate 2 adhered to the surface of the heat insulating material 1, and the surface of the water-resistant steel plate 2. And is fixed on the external floor base P so as to extend along the corner of the entrance and exit. The materials for the heat insulating material 1, the water-resistant steel plate 2 and the waterproof sheet 3 are the same as described above.
[0036]
The heat insulating material 1 has a planar shape in which the three sides coincide with the stepped surface q at the entrance / exit corner and the two waist walls Q1, Q2 continuous on both sides thereof, diagonally from the entrance / exit corner side or any An appropriate drainage gradient is given toward the opposite direction. The heat insulating material 1 is bonded onto the external floor base P via an adhesive.
[0037]
The water-resistant steel plate 2 includes a flat portion 21 stuck on the heat insulating material 1 and a pair of rising portions 22 raised upward from two sides of the flat portion 21 on the waist wall Q1, Q2 side. . Since each of these rising portions 22 is formed by bending the flat water-resistant steel plate 2 obtained by obliquely cutting the ridge corner portion of the entrance / exit corner and the edge portion facing the corner portion, the portion facing the step surface q is formed. It becomes discontinuous. A plurality of screw holes 221 are provided in the vicinity of the upper edge of each rising portion 22 at intervals in the horizontal direction. By using this screw hole 221, each rising portion 22 is screwed into the waist walls Q1 and Q2, respectively. It has been stopped.
[0038]
The waterproof sheet 3 is attached along the rising portions 22 from the vicinity of the edge on the waist wall Q1, Q2 side of the flat portion 21 of the water-resistant steel plate 2, and extends above the upper edge of each rising portion 22. Yes. Accordingly, each of the waterproof sheets 3 also has a discontinuous portion facing the entrance / exit corner. Each waterproof sheet 3 has its lower edge bonded in advance only to the flat part 21 of the water-resistant steel plate 2 and the lower part of each rising part 22, and the rising part 22 is screwed to the waist walls Q1, Q2 by turning the upper part. Be able to. Each waterproof sheet 3 is cut according to the height of the waist walls Q1 and Q2 and extended upward to cover the rising portion 22 and the head of the screw which is screwed to the waist walls Q1 and Q2. ing.
[0039]
The reinforcing member 7 is a member formed by bending a resin-coated steel plate similar to the water-resistant steel plate 2, and is provided with three upright portions 71 that are bent and continuous along the entrance and exit corners, and under each upright portion 71. And a horizontal portion 72 extending horizontally from the edge. The reinforcing member 7 is welded so that the upright portions 71 on the two outer surfaces extend over both the rising portions 22 of the water-resistant steel plate 2 of the entry / exit corner floor panel 5C. As a result, the left and right rising portions 22 formed discontinuously are structurally connected along the entry / exit corners, and the upright state of each rising portion 22 is stably maintained and stress is concentrated around the entry / exit corners. In this case, the water-resistant steel plate 2 can be prevented from being deformed / damaged.
[0040]
The reinforcing member 7 only needs to have three upright portions 71 capable of connecting the left and right rising portions 22 along at least the corners of entry and exit, and the presence or absence of the horizontal portion 72 and the shape thereof are not particularly limited.
[0041]
The entrance / exit corner waterproofing member 8 includes an entrance / exit corner cover 81 which is integrally and three-dimensionally formed by injection molding a resin such as soft vinyl chloride, and a resin-coated steel plate attached to the back surface thereof. Member 82.
[0042]
The entrance / exit corner cover 81 includes a three-sided elevation part 811 formed along the entry / exit corner, and a bottom part 812 integrally continuous with the lower edge thereof, and each elevation part 811 and the bottom part 812. Are formed in a watertight manner without gaps. The upright surface portion 811 and the bottom surface portion 812 are formed in a size that covers the reinforcing member 7 and that the width of both outer edge portions spans the right and left waterproof sheets 3 of the floor panel for entry / exit corner 5C. . In addition, the height of the elevation portion 811 is formed to be approximately the same as the extension height of the waterproof sheet 3 of the entry / exit corner floor panel 5C.
[0043]
The mounting member 82 has three upright portions 821 that are bent and continuous along the entrance and exit corners, and screw holes 822 are provided in the vicinity of the outer edge of the upright portions 821 on the two outer sides. . In the mounting member 82, the central upright portion 811 and the vicinity of the edge of the upright portion 821 on the outer side near the center are bonded in advance to the back surface of the upright portion 811 of the entrance / exit corner cover 81. The mounting member 82 can be screwed to the waist walls Q1 and Q2 by turning the edges of the upright surface portions 811 of the two outer surfaces 81 toward the front. The attachment / detachment corner cover 81 is attracted to the entry / exit corner by screwing the attachment member 82 to the two waist walls Q1, Q2 sandwiching the entry / exit corner. When the rising surfaces 811 of the two outer surfaces of the entrance / exit corner cover 81 are extended, the attachment member 82 is covered behind the entrance / exit corner cover 81. The outer edge portions of the two outer surfaces 811 are respectively placed on the edge portions on the entry / exit corner sides of the waterproof sheets 3 extended on both sides of the entry / exit corners. Bonded to the water-resistant steel plate 2.
[0044]
In this way, the entrance / exit corner cover 81 formed integrally and watertightly is attached to a place where the heat-resistant steel plate 2 and the waterproof sheet 3 attached to the surface thereof are discontinuous across the entrance / exit corner. Thus, a waterproof surface without a gap is integrally formed, and the periphery of the entrance / exit corner is covered in a watertight manner. The entry / exit corner cover 81 is screwed to the waist walls Q1 and Q2 via a mounting member 82 attached to the back surface thereof, and is attached to the top of the waterproof sheet 3 via an adhesive applied to the edge of the back surface. Is securely held along the corner, and easy to attach. Moreover, the attachment state of each member around the entrance / exit corner is strengthened by the reinforcing member 7 that connects the two rising portions 22 of the water-resistant steel plate 2 and the attachment member 82 attached to the back of the entrance / exit corner cover 81.
[0045]
The entry / exit corner waterproof panel unit 50C of the present invention is a member in which the entry / exit corner floor panel 5C, the reinforcing member 7, and the entrance / exit corner waterproofing member 8 are integrally formed in advance in a factory or the like. The reinforcing member 7 is welded over the right and left rising portions 22 of the water-resistant steel plate 2. Further, the waterproof accessory 8 for the entrance / exit corner is adhered to the flat portion 21 of the water-resistant steel plate 2 and the edge on the entrance / exit corner side of the waterproof sheet 3 through an adhesive applied to the back surface of the entrance / exit corner cover 81. Yes.
[0046]
And by the construction method of carrying in the waterproof panel unit 50C for entrance / exit corner formed in advance in advance to the site and installing it at the entrance / exit corner of the external floor, reducing the mounting / sticking work between each member at the construction site, Workability can be improved. Even in this case, since the waterproof sheet 3 and the entrance / exit corner cover 81 are made of soft resin, they can be appropriately folded. Therefore, even if the attachment member 82 is stuck on the back surface of the entrance / exit corner cover 81 having a three-dimensional shape, troubles in terms of transportation and storage can be reduced.
[0047]
The waterproof construction method using the waterproof panel unit for entry / exit corner 50C is as follows.
[0048]
First, the waterproof panel unit 50C for entrance / exit is placed on the external floor base P along the entrance / exit corner. Adhere the heat insulating material 1 to the external floor base P via an adhesive, and turn the waterproof sheet 3 attached to the surface of the water-resistant steel plate 2 toward you to form two corners of the waist wall Q1, Q2 Each of the rising portions 22 of the water-resistant steel plate 2 is screwed.
[0049]
Next, the entrance / exit corner waterproofing member 8 is applied to the ridge corner and the corner of the entrance / exit corner, the edges of the two outer surfaces of the entrance / exit corner cover 81 are turned forward, and the attachment member 82 is attached to the waist wall. Screw on Q1 and Q2.
[0050]
And the rising surface part 811 of the outer two surfaces of the waterproof sheet 3 and the entrance / exit corner cover 81 is raised along the waist walls Q1 and Q2, and the upper edge part thereof is cut to align with the height of the waist walls Q1 and Q2. Then, temporarily fix each waist wall Q1, Q2 using an adhesive or a nail.
[0051]
As for the joint U of the entrance / exit corner waterproof panel unit 50C and the general part floor panel 5A and the heel panel 5B arranged in the general part, the joint U is used as described above, and the adhesive tape 61 and the patch belt 62 are used. Seal with.
[0052]
Finally, the draining member 4 is attached along the upper edges of the waist walls Q1 and Q2 and the stepped surface q, fixed so as to be continuous with the general part, and the sealing 41 is applied. At this time, a draining member for entry / exit corners (not shown) bent according to the shape of the entry / exit corner may be separately prepared and attached.
[0053]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, by using a waterproof panel unit for entrance / exit corners in which an entrance / exit corner cover formed integrally and watertight at discontinuous portions of the heat-resistant steel sheet and the waterproof sheet at the entrance / exit corner is attached in advance. The waterproof work at the entrance / exit corner of the external floor is done in the same way as the general part without requiring the troublesome work of processing the edge of the entrance / exit corner of the waterproof steel sheet or waterproof sheet to match the shape of the entry / exit corner. Can be done easily. Thus, the workability of the waterproof work is greatly improved, and stable construction accuracy is ensured.
