Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a waterproof structure for an external floor that is provided outside a building, such as a balcony, a rooftop floor, or an outdoor corridor, and that is exposed to wind and rain, and more particularly, to a waterproof structure at a corner of the external floor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, waterproofing of external floors such as balconies and rooftops has been done by placing a board on the structural material of the external floor to form an external floor base, and providing a mortar layer on the external floor base to provide a drainage gradient. The construction method of laying and sticking a waterproof sheet on this mortar layer was employed.
[0003]
In this case, an outer wall of a building, a handrail wall of a balcony or the like is usually erected around the outer floor, and an exterior material, an opening frame, or the like is attached to the outer wall of the building or the handrail wall. Therefore, a waist wall that rises up to the lower end of the exterior material and the opening frame is formed in the lower part of the outer wall of the building and the handrail wall, and the peripheral edge of the outer floor is continuous with the waist wall. Accordingly, the waterproof sheet has to be attached to the upper edge of the waist wall in a watertight manner by extending upward from the periphery of the external floor.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional construction method, when a waterproof sheet is laid on the mortar layer, an expert craftsman is required, and the craftsman has to enter the exterior construction site mainly for mounting work such as exterior. Inconvenience and restrictions in process management were great.
[0005]
In addition, it requires precise plastering work to form a drainage gradient in the mortar layer, and it is necessary to lay the waterproof sheet flat and without gaps on the entire external floor, so the work itself takes considerable effort and time. It was.
[0006]
Furthermore, in places where the waist wall surrounding the external floor forms an entrance corner or an exit corner, such as the four corners of the external floor or the protrusions on the outer wall of the building, a flat waterproof sheet is extended as it is to make the waist wall watertight. Because it is impossible to stick, we have created a corner accessory that can be attached to the entrance corner and the exit corner by appropriately cutting the waterproof sheet, etc., but such work also takes time and effort, Depending on construction accuracy, there is a possibility that sufficient water tightness cannot be secured.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and can easily perform waterproofing work on the outer floor, and can be constructed with high accuracy even at the corner of the outer floor. An object of the present invention is to provide a waterproof structure at the corner of the external floor that is excellent in performance.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is a waterproof structure in a place where the two waist walls provided around the outer floor form a protruding corner, and a flat portion formed so that two adjacent sides follow the planar shape of the protruding corner And a water-resistant steel plate having a pair of rising portions raised from the two sides, respectively, are disposed on the external floor base via a heat insulating material, and each rising portion is on the two waist walls Reinforcing members each having a pair of upright portions that are fixed and bent along the ridge corners of the protruding corners are fixed over both rising portions of the water-resistant steel sheet, and a waterproof sheet made of a soft resin is used for the water-resistant sheet. It is attached so as to cover from the vicinity of each edge on the waist wall side of the flat part of the steel plate to the upper edge part of the two waist walls, and is formed integrally and watertight along the ridge corner of the protruding corner. A soft material having two raised surfaces and one bottom surface A fat-made protruding corner cover is fixed to the ridge corner of the protruding corner via an attachment member attached to the back surface of the protruding corner cover, and the outer edge of the protruding corner cover is attached to each of the waterproof sheets. It is characterized in that the periphery of the ridge corner of the protruding corner is water-tightly covered by being attached so as to cover each edge on the protruding corner side.
[0009]
That is, in the present invention, a heat-resistant steel sheet and a waterproof sheet attached to the surface thereof are attached to a corner where the corner of the protruding corner is discontinuous, and a corner cover formed integrally and watertight is attached. Thus, the periphery of the ridge corner is covered. The protruding corner cover is fixed on the two waist walls and the waterproof sheet sandwiching the ridge corner portion of the protruding corner through an attachment member attached to the rear surface and an adhesive applied to the rear surface.
[0010]
Thereby, the troublesome operation | work which processes the edge part of the protrusion corner side of a water-resistant steel plate and a waterproof sheet according to the shape of a protrusion corner becomes unnecessary. Therefore, a water-resistant steel plate or a waterproof sheet can be processed and pasted into a predetermined shape in advance, and can be easily installed in the same manner as the general part of the external floor. In this way, it is possible to improve the efficiency of waterproofing work at the corners of the external floor and to ensure stable construction accuracy.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0012]
First, the waterproof structure in the general part other than the place where the waist wall surrounding the external floor forms the corners and corners, and the waterproof structure in the general part of the external floor to explain the construction method, as shown in FIG. A heat insulating material 1 stuck on an external floor base P made of an ALC floor board, a water-resistant steel plate 2 stuck on the surface of the heat insulating material 1, and a waterproof sheet stuck on the water-resistant steel plate 2 3 and a draining member 4 attached along the upper edge of the waterproof sheet 3.
[0013]
The heat insulating material 1 is a plate-like body made of expanded polystyrene resin or the like, and is stuck on the external floor base P via an adhesive.
[0014]
The water-resistant steel plate 2 is formed by forming a water-resistant film made of vinyl chloride or the like on the surface or both front and back surfaces of a steel thin plate, and a flat portion 21 that is stuck on the heat insulating material 1 and one edge of the flat portion 21. And a rising portion 22 formed by bending the portion upward. The rising portion 22 is applied along the waist wall Q and is screwed to the waist wall Q.
[0015]
The waterproof sheet 3 is made of a resin such as soft vinyl chloride, and is attached along the rising portion 22 from the vicinity of the edge on the waist wall Q side of the flat portion 21 of the water-resistant steel plate 2, and is further extended upward to Cover up to the top edge of wall Q.
[0016]
Further, a long draining member 4 is attached to the upper edge of the waist wall Q along the lower end of the exterior material, the opening frame R, etc., and is screwed to the waist wall Q so as to hold the waterproof sheet 3. The In this way, the boundary between the exterior material and the opening frame R and the waist wall Q is stopped.
[0017]
Thus, by forming most of the waterproof layer on the surface of the external floor with the water-resistant steel plate 2, the work involved in sticking the waterproof sheet 3 can be greatly reduced.
[0018]
About this waterproof structure, the heat insulating material 1, the water-resistant steel plate 2, and the waterproof sheet 3 are processed and bonded in advance to a predetermined shape in a factory or the like to form a waterproof panel, and this waterproof panel is carried to the construction site and laid. By this means, the work at the construction site can be made more efficient. 2 and 3 show an embodiment of a waterproof panel.
[0019]
As the waterproof panel, collect the rain water flowing down on the surface of the general part floor panel 5A (FIG. 2) and the general part floor panel 5A arranged along the linear part of the waist wall Q surrounding the external floor. A dredging panel 5B (FIG. 3) arranged on the lower side of the external floor for draining is prepared.
[0020]
The general part floor panel 5A is formed by sticking a flat part 21 of the water-resistant steel plate 2 to the heat insulating material 1 having a rectangular shape in plan view and forming a rising part 22 rising upward on one side of the flat part 21. In the vicinity of the upper edge, a plurality of screw holes 221 for screwing the rising portion 22 to the waist wall Q are provided at intervals in the horizontal direction. Further, the heat insulating material 1 is formed so that its thickness gradually becomes thinner from the rising portion 22 side toward the opposite side, whereby a drainage gradient is given to the surface of the water-resistant steel plate 2. A waterproof sheet 3 is attached to the flat portion 21 of the water-resistant steel plate 2 from the vicinity of the edge on the rising portion 22 side to the rising portion 22, and the waterproof sheet 3 extends further upward than the rising portion 22. However, the waterproof sheet 3 is not bonded in the vicinity of the screw hole 221 near the upper edge of the rising portion 22, and the screw hole 221 provided in the rising portion 22 when the extending portion of the waterproof sheet 3 is turned downward. Is exposed and can be screwed as it is.
[0021]
The eaves panel 5 </ b> B has a planar shape that is longer than that of the general floor panel 5 </ b> A, and is provided with a drainage groove 23 formed by bending the flat portion 21 of the water-resistant steel plate 2 along its longitudinal direction. . The heat insulating material 1 is attached to the lower surface of the flat portion 21 and the drainage groove 23. A rising portion 22 is formed on one of the edges on the long side of the water-resistant steel plate 2, and a plurality of screw holes 221 are provided in the vicinity of the upper edge of the rising portion 22 at intervals in the horizontal direction. The waterproof sheet 3 is attached with its lower edge bonded to the lower part of the rising part 22 and extends to above the rising part 22. Further, on the other of the long side edges of the water-resistant steel plate 2, a joint portion 24 having a substantially L-shaped cross section composed of a hanging piece 241 and a horizontal piece 242 is formed. The horizontal piece portion 242 of the joint portion 24 is provided with a plurality of screw holes 243 at intervals with screws for fastening the same to the external floor base P.
[0022]
A construction method for performing waterproofing work on the general part of the external floor using the general part floor panel 5A and the heel panel 5B will be described with reference to FIG.
[0023]
First, the heel panel 5B is arranged so that the drainage groove 23 is dropped into the recess T formed between the external floor base P and the groove receiving member S, the rising portion 22 is placed on the waist wall Q, and the joint portion 24 is placed. The horizontal piece 242 is screwed to the external floor base P. The edge part of the eaves panel 5B is stopped by an end member (not shown).
[0024]
Next, the general-purpose floor panel 5A is placed on the external floor base P so as to hold the horizontal piece 242 of the heel panel 5B at its lower edge, and the external floor base P is bonded via an adhesive. While fixing to the top, the rising portion 22 is screwed to the waist wall Q.
[0025]
Thus, when the general part floor panel 5A and the heel panel 5B are disposed at predetermined positions, the waterproof sheets 3 attached to the respective parts are raised along the waist wall Q, and an adhesive, a nail or the like is used. The upper edge is temporarily fixed to the waist wall Q. As a result, the head of the screw that fixes the rising portion 22 to the waist wall Q is also covered. The height of the waist wall Q varies depending on the type of building and the specifications of the outer wall, etc. However, if the extension part of the waterproof sheet 3 is made a little longer in advance, the waterproof sheet 3 is appropriately adjusted according to the height of the waist wall Q. By cutting, it is possible to reliably cover up to the upper edge of the waist wall Q.
[0026]
Since joints U having a slight gap are formed between the adjacent general floor panels 5A and the heel panels 5B, these joints U are sealed using an adhesive tape 61 and a patch belt 62. .
[0027]
The adhesive tape 61 is a synthetic paper or cloth tape provided with water resistance as typified by a craft tape. A kraft tape having a width of about twice the width of the joint U is stuck on the joint U so as to straddle the adjacent general part floor panel 5A and the heel panel 5B.
[0028]
The patch belt 62 is a belt-shaped member made of a resin such as soft vinyl chloride, and has a width wider than that of the adhesive tape 61. On the back surface of the patch belt 62, adhesive surfaces are formed on both side edges except for a central portion corresponding to the width of the adhesive tape 61. The patch belt 62 is adhered to the surfaces of the general floor panel 5A and the heel panel 5B adjacent to each other so that the non-adhesive surface of the central portion overlaps the adhesive tape 61.
[0029]
The adhesive tape 61 and the patch belt 62 are attached so as to continue from the surface of the water-resistant steel plate 2 to the upper part of the waterproof sheet 3 temporarily fixed along the waist wall Q. As a result, the joint U between the general part floor panel 5A and the heel panel 5B is sealed in a watertight manner, and even if the general part floor panel 5A and the heel panel 5B move horizontally with respect to each other, The displacement of the U interval can be absorbed.
[0030]
If the surface of the outer floor to the upper edge of the waist wall Q is water-tightly covered with the water-resistant steel plate 2, the waterproof sheet 3, and the patch belt 62, it is shown in FIG. 1 along the upper edge of the waist wall Q. The water draining member 4 is attached and screwed to the waist wall Q so as to hold the upper edge of the waterproof sheet 3. Finally, a sealing 41 is applied between the upper edge of the draining member 4 and the lower end of the exterior material or the opening frame R. Thus, the exterior material and the boundary portion between the opening frame R and the waist wall Q are also stopped.
[0031]
Thus, the waterproof panel (general part floor panel 5A, eaves panel 5B) formed by previously processing and bonding the heat insulating material 1, the water-resistant steel plate 2 and the waterproof sheet 3 into a predetermined shape is placed on the external floor. By fixing, the troublesome plastering work at the construction site and the attaching work of the waterproof sheet 3 become unnecessary, and the waterproof work of the external floor can be performed efficiently and accurately. Since the waterproof sheet 3 is made of a soft resin that can be easily bent, even if it is attached to the water-resistant steel plate 2 in advance, there is little trouble in terms of transportation and storage.
[0032]
The present invention is intended to reliably stop the water around the protruding corner when the waterproof structure is implemented at a location where the waist wall Q surrounding the outer floor forms the protruding corner. The waterproof structure and construction method will be described below with reference to FIGS.
[0033]
The waterproof structure at the protruding corner of the external floor is to reinforce the protruding corner floor panel 5C (FIG. 7), which is a waterproof panel prepared according to the shape of the protruding corner, and the ridge corner of the protruding corner floor panel 5C. The reinforcing member 7 and the waterproofing agent 8 for the corners to be stuck on the reinforcing member 7 are used.
[0034]
As with the general part floor panel 5A disposed in the general part, the protruding corner floor panel 5C includes the heat insulating material 1, the water-resistant steel plate 2 adhered to the surface of the heat insulating material 1, and the surface of the water-resistant steel plate 2. It is fixed on the external floor base P with the corners in contact with the two waist walls Q that form the protruding corners. The materials for the heat insulating material 1, the water-resistant steel plate 2 and the waterproof sheet 3 are the same as described above.
[0035]
The heat insulating material 1 is formed such that two sides adjacent to each other in a corner coincide with the planar shape of the protruding corner, from the protruding corner side toward the diagonal direction, or from one side of the protruding corner side toward the opposite side. Therefore, an appropriate drainage gradient is given. The heat insulating material 1 is bonded onto the external floor base P via an adhesive.
[0036]
The water-resistant steel plate 2 includes a flat portion 21 stuck on the heat insulating material 1 and a pair of rising portions 22 respectively raised upward from two sides of the flat portion 21 on the waist wall Q side. Since each of these rising portions 22 is formed by bending a flat water-resistant steel plate 2 obtained by obliquely cutting the edge portion on the ridge corner portion side of the protruding corner, the portion facing the ridge corner portion of the protruding corner is discontinuous. Become. A plurality of screw holes 221 are provided in the vicinity of the upper edge of each rising portion 22 at intervals in the horizontal direction, and each rising portion 22 is screwed to the waist wall Q using this screw hole 221. Yes.
[0037]
The waterproof sheet 3 is attached along each rising portion 22 from the vicinity of the edge portion on the waist wall Q side of the flat portion 21 of the water-resistant steel plate 2, and extends above the upper edge of each rising portion 22. Accordingly, each of the waterproof sheets 3 also has a discontinuous portion facing the ridge corner of the protruding corner. Each waterproof sheet 3 has its lower edge bonded in advance only to the flat part 21 of the water-resistant steel plate 2 and the lower part of each rising part 22, and the rising part 22 can be screwed to the waist wall Q by turning the upper part. It can be done. Each waterproof sheet 3 is cut in accordance with the height of the waist wall Q and extended upward to cover the rising portion 22 and the head of the screw that fastens this to the waist wall Q.
[0038]
The reinforcing member 7 is a member formed by bending a resin-coated steel plate similar to the water-resistant steel plate 2, and a pair of upright portions 71 that are bent and continuous along the ridge corner portion of the protruding corner, and each upright portion And a horizontal portion 72 extending horizontally from the lower edge of 71 toward the outside of the protruding corner. This reinforcing member 7 is overlapped and welded to the flat portion 21 and the two rising portions 22 of the water-resistant steel plate 2 of the floor panel 5C for the protruding corner. As a result, the left and right rising portions 22 of the water-resistant steel plates 2 formed discontinuously are structurally connected along the ridge corners of the protruding corners, and the upright state of each rising portion 22 is stably maintained, It is possible to prevent the water-resistant steel plate 2 from being deformed or damaged when stress is concentrated around the ridge corner.
[0039]
The reinforcing member 7 only needs to have a pair of upright portions 71 that can connect at least the left and right rising portions 22, and the presence or absence of the horizontal portion 72 and its shape are not particularly limited.
[0040]
The outer corner waterproofing member 8 includes an outer corner cover 81 that is integrally and three-dimensionally formed by injection molding a resin such as soft vinyl chloride, and a resin-coated steel plate attached to the back surface thereof. Member 82.
[0041]
The protruding corner cover 81 includes two vertical surfaces 811 formed along the ridges of the protruding corners, and a bottom surface 812 that is integrally continuous with the lower edges thereof. The bottom surface portion 812 is formed in a watertight manner without any gap. The upright surface portion 811 and the bottom surface portion 812 are formed in such a size that covers the reinforcing member 7 and that the width of both outer edge portions spans the right and left waterproof sheets 3 of the floor panel 5C for protruding corners. . Moreover, the height of the elevation surface portion 811 is formed to be approximately the same as the extension height of the waterproof sheet 3 of the floor panel 5C for the projected corner.
[0042]
The attachment member 82 has a pair of continuous upright portions 821 that are bent along the ridge corners of the protruding corners, and screw holes 822 are provided in the vicinity of the outer edge of each of the upright portions 821. . In the mounting member 82, the vicinity of the edge portion on the ridge corner side of each upright portion 821 is bonded in advance to the vicinity of the ridge corner portion on the back surface of the rising surface portion 811 of the protruding corner cover 81, and the rising surface portion 811 of the protruding corner cover 81 The mounting member 82 can be screwed to the waist wall Q by turning both edges of the front side toward the front side. By screwing the attachment member 82 to the two waist walls Q sandwiching the ridge corner of the projected corner, the projected corner cover 81 is attracted to the ridge corner of the waist wall Q. When the compatible surface portion 811 of the extended corner cover 81 is extended, the attachment member 82 is covered behind the extended corner cover 81. Both edges on the outside of the upright portion 811 are respectively covered with the edges on the protruding corner side of each waterproof sheet 3 extended on both sides of the ridge corner, and each waterproof sheet 3 and the water-resistant steel plate 2 are bonded via an adhesive. It is glued to.
[0043]
With this configuration, the discontinuous portion of the water-resistant steel plate 2 at the ridge corner of the protruding corner and the reinforcing member 7 welded to the surface thereof are covered with the waterproofing accessory 8 for the protruding corner, and the two waist walls The protruding corner side edge of the waterproof sheet 3 extended along Q is also covered by the protruding corner waterproofing member 8, and a waterproof surface without a gap is formed integrally.
[0044]
The construction method of such a waterproof structure is as follows.
First, the protruding corner floor panel 5C is placed on the external floor base P along the protruding corner. Adhering the heat insulating material 1 to the external floor base P through an adhesive, and turning the waterproof sheet 3 attached to the floor panel 5C for the corner to the front, the two waist walls Q forming the corner Each rising part 22 of the water-resistant steel plate 2 is screwed.
[0045]
Next, the reinforcing member 7 is welded to the ridge corner portion of the water-resistant steel plate 2 of the floor panel 5C for protruding corners, and the left and right rising portions 22 of the water-resistant steel plate 2 are connected.
[0046]
Also, each waterproof sheet 3 is raised along each waist wall Q, cut appropriately according to the height of the waist wall Q, and then the upper edge portion is temporarily attached to each waist wall Q using an adhesive or a nail. Stop.
[0047]
In the case where the waterproof sheet 3 and the reinforcing member 7 do not overlap each other, the operation of welding the reinforcing member 7 to the ridge corner of the water-resistant steel plate 2 and the operation of temporarily fixing the waterproof sheet 3 to the waist wall Q are: Especially before and after the procedure. However, when the waterproof sheet 3 and the reinforcing member 7 are overlapped, it is preferable that the reinforcing member 7 is welded first and the waterproof sheet 3 is covered on the surface.
[0048]
Subsequently, the waterproofing accessory 8 for the protruding corner is applied to the ridge corner of the protruding corner, both edges of the rising surface portion 811 of the protruding corner cover 81 are turned forward, and the mounting member 82 is screwed to the waist wall Q. When the height of the elevation surface portion 811 is higher than the height of the waist wall Q, the elevation surface portion 811 is cut to align with the height of the waist wall Q. And an adhesive agent is apply | coated to the peripheral edge of the back surface of the protruding corner cover 81, and it adhere | attaches on the flat part 21 of the water-resistant steel plate 2, and the edge part of the waterproof sheet 3 on the protruding corner side.
[0049]
For the part where the floor panel 5C for the corner and the floor panel 5A for the general part and the heel panel 5B arranged in the general part are adjacent to each other, the joint U is attached to the adhesive tape 61 and the patch belt 62 as described above. Use to seal.
[0050]
Finally, the draining member 4 is attached along the upper edge portion of the waist wall Q, fixed so as to be continuous with the general portion, and the sealing 41 is applied. At this time, a protruding corner draining member (not shown) bent according to the shape of the protruding corner may be separately prepared and attached.
[0051]
In this way, the heat-resistant steel sheet 2 and the waterproof sheet 3 adhered to the surface thereof are attached to the discontinuous portion at the ridge corner of the protruding corner by covering the protruding corner cover 81 formed integrally and watertight. By doing so, the periphery of the ridge corner is covered in a watertight manner. The protruding corner cover 81 is screwed to the waist wall Q via an attachment member 82 attached to the back surface thereof, and is adhered to the waterproof sheet 3 via an adhesive applied to the edge of the back surface. Therefore, it is securely held along the ridge angle portion of the protruding corner, and its attachment is easy.
[0052]
Moreover, the attachment state of each member around a ridge corner is also reinforced by the reinforcing member 7 that connects the two rising portions 22 of the water-resistant steel plate 2 and the attachment member 82 attached to the back surface of the protruding corner cover 81.
[0053]
Further, by using the waterproofing part 8 for the protruding corner, the troublesome work of processing the edge of the waterproofing steel plate 2 and the waterproof sheet 3 on the protruding corner side in accordance with the shape of the protruding corner is unnecessary. Become. Therefore, the water-resistant steel plate 2 and the waterproof sheet 3 are processed and bonded together with the heat insulating material 1 into a predetermined shape to form a protruding corner floor panel 5C. It can be easily installed in the same way as the unit.
[0054]
Further, the reinforcing member 7 and the waterproofing part 8 for the corners are integrally attached in advance to the floor panel 5C for the corners to form the waterproofing panel unit 50C for the corners (FIG. 8), which is carried to the site and installed. By adopting the construction method of performing, it is possible to reduce the mounting and sticking work between the members at the construction site and further improve the workability. Even in this case, since the waterproof sheet 3 and the protruding corner cover 81 are made of soft resin, they can be appropriately folded. Therefore, even if the attachment member 82 is stuck on the back surface of the protruding corner cover 81 having a three-dimensional shape, there are few obstacles in terms of transportation and storage.
[0055]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, a protruding corner cover formed integrally and water-tightly along the ridge corner portion is adhered to the discontinuous portions of the heat-resistant steel sheet and the waterproof sheet in the ridge corner portion of the protruding corner, thereby the ridge corner portion. Since the periphery is water-tightly covered, the periphery of the ridge corner of the protruding corner is surely stopped. The exit corner cover is screwed to the waist wall via an attachment member attached to the back surface of the cover, and is attached to the top of the waterproof sheet via an adhesive applied to the edge of the back surface. It is securely held along the corners of the corners and is easy to attach.
[0056]
In addition, since the troublesome work of processing the edge of the waterproof steel sheet and the waterproof sheet on the projecting corner side in accordance with the shape of the protruding corner is not required, the waterproof steel sheet and the waterproof sheet are preliminarily predetermined together with the heat insulating material. It can be processed and pasted into a shape. It is also possible to form a waterproof panel unit for the projected corner by previously integrally attaching a reinforcing member and a waterproof accessory for the projected corner to the floor panel for the projected corner thus formed. By using the floor panel for the projected corner or the waterproof panel unit for the projected corner, the projected corner of the external floor can be easily constructed in the same manner as the general part. Thus, the workability of the waterproof work is greatly improved, and stable construction accuracy is ensured.
