BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure of an ion generating element capable of sterilizing bacteria floating in the air by releasing both positive ions and negative ions into the space, a manufacturing method, and an air conditioner equipped with the ion generating element. It is. Examples of the air conditioning device here include air conditioners, dehumidifiers, humidifiers, air purifiers, refrigerators, fan heaters, microwave ovens, washer / dryers, vacuum cleaners, sterilizers, etc. , Used in a room in a house, a room in a building, a hospital room or operating room in a hospital, a car, an airplane, a ship, a warehouse, a refrigerator, etc.
[Prior art]
In general, in a sealed room with low ventilation, such as an office or meeting room, if there are many people in the room, carbon dioxide, cigarette smoke, dust and other air pollutants emitted by breathing increase. Negative ions, which have the effect of relaxing humans, decrease from the air. In particular, a large amount of negative ions is lost due to cigarette smoke, and may be reduced to about 1/2 to 1/5 of the normal amount. In order to replenish negative ions in the air, various ion generators have been commercially available so far, but all of them generate only negative ions by a direct current high voltage method.
[0003]
In such a conventional ion generator that generates only negative ions, although negative ions can be replenished in the air, it is not intended to positively remove airborne bacteria.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As a result of extensive studies, the present inventors have found that H + (H 2 O) n (hereinafter, n represents a natural number) as positive ions and O 2 − (H 2 O as negative ions) in the air. ) M (hereinafter, m represents a natural number) is sent to cause the above ions to adhere to the sterilization of airborne bacteria in the air to cause a chemical reaction, and hydrogen peroxide (H 2) which is an active species generated at that time The invention has been made to sterilize airborne bacteria in the air by the action of decomposing O 2 ) and / or hydroxyl radicals (.OH).
[0005]
Further, the above-mentioned invention has already been put into practical use by the applicant, and in the practical machine, an ion generator having a structure in which a net-like electrode is arranged on the outside and a plate-like electrode is arranged on the inside with a dielectric of a cylindrical glass tube interposed therebetween. There is an air cleaner installed.
[0006]
However, in the above electrode configuration, since the size of the ion generator is large, it is difficult to mount the device on a small device, and there is a problem that the ion generator cannot be mounted depending on the product. Further, there is a problem that it is difficult to adjust the positional relationship between the mesh electrode and the plate electrode when the electrode is configured.
[0007]
In view of this situation, the present invention stably generates positive ions H + (H 2 O) n and negative ions O 2 − (H 2 O) m with a small and simple configuration. It is another object of the present invention to provide an ion generator that can easily adjust the position of an electrode.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the first invention of the present invention is characterized in that H + (H 2 O) n (n represents a natural number) and O 2 − (H 2 O) m (m represents a natural number) in the air. The ion generating element includes: a surface electrode integrally provided on a surface of a dielectric made of an inorganic material ; and a parallel to the surface electrode embedded in the dielectric. An internal electrode , the surface electrode is formed in a lattice shape, the internal electrode is formed in a planar shape, the lattice pitch of the surface electrode is made smaller than 2.5 mm, the surface electrode and the internal electrode, The relationship is that the projection when the surface electrode is projected onto the internal electrode is outside the internal electrode, and the H + (H 2 O) n and O 2 − (H 2 O) m Are configured to generate substantially the same quantity .
[0016]
The second aspect of the present invention, the first inventions, provided a voltage applying means for applying a high voltage between the surface electrode and the internal electrodes of the ion generating element, applying a voltage by the voltage applying means and, H + (H 2 O) n in the air (n is a natural number) and O 2 - (H 2 O) m (m is a natural number) and Louis on generator to generate.
[0017]
The third invention of the present invention is the H + (H 2 O) n (n is a natural number) and O 2- (H 2 O) m (n) generated from the ion generator according to the second invention. Let m be a natural number).

And from the above results, the ion generator described above is an air conditioner (for example, an air conditioner, a dehumidifier, a humidifier, an air purifier, a refrigerator, etc.) that creates a desired atmosphere state by changing the physical properties of the air. H + (H 2 O) n as a positive ion (hereinafter, n represents a natural number) and O 2 as a negative ion in a space to be sterilized by attaching to a fan heater, microwave oven, washing dryer, vacuum cleaner, etc. - (H 2 O) m (hereinafter, m is a natural number) by sending, over the above ions by attaching the sterilization of airborne bacteria in the air by a chemical reaction, an active species generated at that time It is possible to sterilize the floating bacteria in the space by the action of decomposing hydrogen oxide (H 2 O 2 ) and / or hydroxyl radical (.OH).
[0052]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in an ion generating element for generating H + (H 2 O) n (n represents a natural number) and O 2 − (H 2 O) m (m represents a natural number) in the air. The ion generating element can be made compact by providing a surface electrode provided on the surface of the dielectric and an internal electrode parallel to the surface electrode inside the dielectric. In addition, the discharge state is stable, and H + (H 2 O) n (n represents a natural number) and O 2 − (H 2 O) m (m represents a natural number) are sent to the air well. Is possible.
[0053]
An ion generating element for generating H + (H 2 O) n (n represents a natural number) and O 2 − (H 2 O) m (m represents a natural number) in the air. The ion generating element includes a surface electrode integrally provided on the surface of the dielectric, and an internal electrode parallel to the surface electrode embedded in the dielectric. The discharge state is stable, and H + (H 2 O) n (n is a natural number) and O 2 − (H 2 O) m (m is a natural number) Send).
[0054]
And, since the dielectric is made of an inorganic material, the dielectric does not oxidize and change in quality, and the resistance between the electrodes does not change over time. It is possible to send H + (H 2 O) n (n represents a natural number) and O 2 − (H 2 O) m (m represents a natural number) into the air.
[0055]
Furthermore, by making either the surface electrode or the internal electrode into a lattice shape or a linear shape, it is possible to easily discharge even at a low voltage.
[0056]
And, by making either the surface electrode or the internal electrode into a lattice shape or a linear shape, and making the other electrode into a planar shape, it is possible to easily discharge even at a low voltage, Is stable and can send out H + (H 2 O) n (n is a natural number) and O 2 − (H 2 O) m (m is a natural number) in the air. is there.
[0057]
Furthermore, the amount of ozone generated can be made relatively small by forming the surface electrode in a lattice shape, forming the internal electrode in a planar shape, and making the lattice pitch of the surface electrode smaller than 2.5 mm. At the same time, the discharge noise can be reduced.
[0058]
Further, the relationship between the surface electrode and the internal electrode is such that the projection when the surface electrode is projected onto the internal electrode is outside the internal electrode, so that the discharge state is further stabilized and improved. It is possible to send H + (H 2 O) n (n represents a natural number) and O 2 − (H 2 O) m (m represents a natural number) into the air.
[0059]
Then, by providing a surface electrode contact that is electrically connected to the surface electrode and an internal electrode contact that is electrically connected to the internal electrode on a surface other than the surface where the surface electrode of the dielectric is provided, a separate fan is provided. Thus, when air is blown to the surface on which the
