Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a ventilator filter used to prevent dirt in a ventilator having a hood.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in a kitchen, a ventilator such as a ventilating fan is attached above a stove as means for removing air (oil smoke) containing oil generated during cooking. Therefore, in order to efficiently discharge oily smoke, it is often surrounded by a hood, and in order to prevent the ventilation fan from being contaminated, a net-like metal filter is often provided on the front surface of the ventilation fan. In such a ventilator, dirt that reaches the ventilation fan or the like can be prevented by the metal filter, but the metal filter itself or the inside of the hood is contaminated by oily smoke. Therefore, it is required to frequently clean these contaminated parts, but oil stains attached to the inside of metal filters and hoods are very difficult to remove, and it is difficult to completely remove even using detergent. . In addition, cleaning the inside of the hood has poor workability, requiring labor and difficulty. In order to reduce the cleaning work in such a ventilator, various methods have been studied and proposed.
[0003]
The method disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-8017 is a metal plate filter and a ventilation fan located in the back of the metal plate filter by stacking a sheet-like filter on the metal plate filter arranged inside the range hood. It prevents oil from adhering.
[0004]
In addition, the method disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-219516 is a method in which a nonwoven fabric is sandwiched between a pair of attachments, and the attachments are attached to a hood of a ventilation fan with a magnet. In this method, a nonwoven fabric is applied so as to cover the opening of the ventilation fan hood, and the magnets on both ends of the nonwoven fabric are attached to the outside or inside side of the ventilation fan hood to prevent the inside of the ventilation fan hood from being contaminated with oily smoke. To do.
[0005]
In addition, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-170046, the present applicant has provided a protrusion or a double-sided adhesive tape on the surface of a stretchable pipe having a tension effect, and uses these fixing forces to attach the filter member to the pipe. A method is proposed in which it is fixed to the surface and stretched at the entrance of the opening of a hood attached to a ventilation fan.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the method of No. 7-8017, since a sheet-like filter is arranged on the metal plate filter, it is necessary to remove the metal plate filter every time an old filter is replaced.
[0007]
In addition, since a fine sheet-like filter is closely adhered to the net-like metal plate filter, the air flow becomes worse and the exhaust ability of the ventilation fan is reduced.
[0008]
Furthermore, since the sheet filter is arranged on the metal plate filter, the upstream side (front side) of the flow of oil smoke from the position of the sheet filter is contaminated in the same way as before, so the oil adhering to the inside of the hood The need for cleaning etc. cannot be solved.
[0009]
On the other hand, in the method of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-219516, a magnet is used for attachment, but the magnet has a drawback that it is easily displaced in the crossing direction of the attachment surface and its fixing force is weak. Therefore, in order to attach the filter so as to hold it, the tension is easily loosened by the weight, and it is difficult to stretch the filter so as to cover the opening exactly. Accordingly, there is a problem that a gap is formed between the opening and the oil infiltrates into the hood from the gap, which easily causes contamination inside the hood.
[0010]
In addition, if the air is indirect for a long time, the filter becomes heavier and oily, and the oil penetrates into the interface between the magnet and the mounting surface. It becomes easy to produce a clearance gap between opening parts. For this reason, there is still a problem in that oil smoke enters the inside of the hood and maintains antifouling properties for a long period of time.
[0011]
Furthermore, although the hood is made of many metal materials, aluminum, stainless steel, etc., which cannot use magnets, are often used. Therefore, the method using a magnet has a problem that the material of the hood to be attached is limited.
[0012]
Further, in the method of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-170046 of the present applicant, since a protrusion, a double-sided adhesive tape, or a hook-and-loop fastener is provided on the pipe itself as means for fixing the filter to the pipe, the filter is replaced. In addition, a part of the old filter tends to remain on the fixed surface, which may hinder the installation of the new filter.
[0013]
In addition, when used for a long period of time, the oil component permeates the surface of the double-sided adhesive tape or the like provided on the pipe, and there is a problem that the fixing force to the filter is reduced.
[0014]
Furthermore, providing the above-described protrusions on the pipe increases the manufacturing cost because the number of processes and the number of parts increase in manufacturing.
[0015]
The present invention has been invented in view of the above-mentioned problems, and is a filter attached to a ventilation device having a hood, which significantly improves the cleaning operation by preventing contamination of the entire interior of the hood. To provide a low-priced filter for a ventilator that is very easy to install, can maintain its antifouling effect even when used for a long period of time, and does not deteriorate in performance even when the filter is replaced many times. It is intended.
[0016]
[0017]
In this means, the filter member is stretched so as to cover the opening of the hood by sticking the stick member to the opposing wall surface in the vicinity of the opening of the hood. As a result, the oil component entering the hood is blocked at the entrance of the hood, and the entire interior of the hood is prevented from being contaminated.
In addition, the stick member having a tension effect is not easily displaced in the direction intersecting the tension direction, and the tension force does not decrease even when indirect for a long time in oil-containing air. The property does not deteriorate.
The stick member can be used regardless of the material of the hood.
Further, the work of attaching the stick member in the vicinity of the opening of the hood does not require an unreasonable posture, and can be attached and replaced very easily without using a specialist. Furthermore, it can be attached to the existing ventilation device without any additional processing.
Furthermore, since the filter member is made of a flame retardant sheet material, it does not burn even if a fire occurs.
[0018]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the filter member is substantially rectangular and has an acceptor portion on two opposing sides.
[0019]
With this means, the shape of the hood opening can be easily accommodated, and the filter member is stretched on the two opposite sides. Therefore, the mounting work is easy to perform, and it is stretched without causing any slack or gaps in accordance with the opening. easy.
[0020]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the acceptor portion is a cylindrical portion attached to the end portion of the sheet material, and is formed so that the stick member can be inserted and removed freely.
[0021]
With this means, attachment and removal of the stick member and the filter member can be freely performed only by being inserted through the cylindrical portion.
Further, when removing the old filter member, the stick member can be used repeatedly any number of times because the residue of the old filter member does not adhere to the stick member.
Moreover, since the stick member is covered with the cylindrical part, it is not contaminated by oil.
Furthermore, the cylindrical portion can be easily formed, and the cost can be reduced.
[0022]
[0023]
This By Even if the ventilator exhausts and pressure is generated to draw the filter member, the folded portion is in contact with the wall surface, so that no gap is formed between the wall surface and the wall surface. In addition, by adjusting the amount of folding the end portion, fine adjustment according to the width of the opening can be performed.
