【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明はパチンコ機の遊技盤の入賞装置に関し、入賞球を一旦停留する球停留手段と、特定の条件のもと停留した球をＶ球排出路へ誘導する球誘導手段との相互作用で特定の利益状態を設定しうる入賞装置を備えたパチンコ機に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来のパチンコ機の遊技盤に設ける入賞装置としては、特定の球受け口に遊技球が入るか通過することにより第１の図柄表示装置が作動して所定の数字で止まったときに第１始動口が開閉してその開閉する第１始動口に遊技球が入ることにより第２の図柄表示装置が作動して左右と中央の図柄が順に変動して所定時間経過後確定してその図柄が特定の組合せとなったとき、遊技盤の下部に備えた大入賞器の開閉板が所定時間開閉を繰り返すものは公知のことである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の入賞装置では、その入賞に至る経路の変化が少なく、遊技者に興趣が乏しい面があった。
この発明はこのようなことを解消するもので、１つの入賞装置に球停留手段と球誘導手段とを組合せ、入賞球を一時的に停留手段で受止め、特定の条件のもと停留手段を解除して停留した球を球誘導手段に受入れ特定Ｖ球排出路に誘導し、球停留手段と球誘導手段とにより特定の利益状態を設定して、遊技者の興味を増大しうるパチンコ機を提供することを目的とする。
また、球停留手段を利益状態設定用表示手段と関連させ、表示手段が予め定められた状態になったとき球停留手段を作動させ、停留した球を解除して球誘導手段又はガイド部に落下させ特定のＶ球排出路、或いは通常の入賞口に振分けできるようにすることを目的とする。
また、球受入れ口を有する球誘導手段を前記球停留手段の解除時に関連させて作動させ停留した球を球誘導手段で特定のＶ球排出路に導出させ、導出した球により特定の利益状態設定させ、また、落下する球をガイド部で振分け通常の入賞口に入賞させ、変化に富ませて遊技者の興趣を起こさせるようにしたパチンコ機を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明の請求項１のパチンコ機は、取付け板の上部に停留球検出スイッチを備え、
該停留球検出スイッチに入賞球を一時停留しうる球停留手段を関連して備え、
前記球停留手段として、停留片を停留球検出スイッチの出口に進退可能に備え、利益状態設定用表示手段が予め定められた状態になったとき、停留位置に位置する停留片を後退させ入賞球の停留を解除しうるように構成され、
該球停留手段の直下に球停留手段の解除時にその停留した球を受入れて前記取付け板背面側の特定のＶ球排出路に排出しうる球誘導手段を備えてなる入賞装置を備え、
前記球誘導手段は、
球受入れ口を有する前記取付け板の前面側と背面側に前記取付け板に設けられたスライド体用開口を通してスライド可能なスライド体と、
前記取付け板の前面側で前記球受入れ口に入った球を保持するガイド部とで構成され、
前記球停留手段の解除時において、前記スライド体は前記球受入れ口が前記取付け板の前面側の前記停留球検出スイッチ下部に位置する進出位置において前記球受入れ口に球を受入れて前記ガイド部で球を保持した後、前記スライド体を前記取付け板の背面側にスライドさせ前記球受入れ口が前記Ｖ球排出路の位置となる後退位置まで後退して球を前記Ｖ球排出路に排出することを特徴とするものである。

この発明の構成によれば、停留球検出スイッチの球停留手段を常時は停留球検出スイッチの出口直下に進出させて該検出スイッチの通路に入った入賞球を受止めて停留状態とし、後続の入賞球はこの停留球に当たって左右に振分けられ下方に設けた通常の入賞口に入賞させる。そして、利益状態設定用表示手段が予め定めた特定の状態、例えば、第２の図柄表示装置の図柄が当たり図柄となったとき、球停留手段を解除させて下部の球誘導手段に停留球を受入れさせ、球誘導手段を後退させて第１経路の特定のＶ球排出路に排出するか、或いは球誘導手段の前を通過させるようにし、球停留手段の解除と球誘導手段により球を特定のＶ球排出路に導出したときに、遊技者に特定の利益状態、例えば、大当たり入賞を付与することができる。球誘導手段を一定の間隔で進退させれば、この後続の入賞球が連続的に受入れて特定のＶ球排出路へ排出させることができる。

この発明の構成によれば、停留球検出スイッチの球停留片が常時は停留球検出スイッチの出口直下に進出させ、停留球検出スイッチに入った入賞球を受止め停留できる。そして、利益状態設定用表示手段が予め定められた状態になったとき球停留片を取付け板内に後退させ、停留した球を落下させ、球誘導手段又はガイド部に落下させ、球誘導手段に入った球は特定のＶ球排出路に導出し、球誘導手段に入らずガイド部に落下した球は左右に振分けるようにしたものである。

この発明の構成によれば、球停留手段の球停留片の解除時、少し遅れて球誘導手段のＶ球収容スライド体を作動させる。すなわち、Ｖ球収容スライド体を球受入れ位置に進出させて球停留片の解除時に落下する球を球受入れ口に収納して後退させて球を背面の特定のＶ球排出路に排出させる。そして、例えば、この特定のＶ球排出路に入賞した球の通過を検出スイッチで検知して特定の利益状態を設定する。例えば、他の入賞装置を開閉するようにする。また、Ｖ球収容スライド体が後退位置にある時に後続の球が検出スイッチを通じて落下したときにはこの球誘導装置の前を通過して左右へのガイドにより左右の通常の入賞口に入賞できる。この球停留手段の解除時にＶ球収容スライド体を一定の間隔で進退させれば、後続の球を連続的に特定のＶ球排出路に排出することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、この発明の実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。図１はこの発明のパチンコ機の遊技盤の正面図、図２は球停留手段を進出させて球検出スイッチを停留状態とした入賞器の正面図、図３は同背面図、図４は同平面図、図５は同縦断面図、図６は球停留手段を後退させて検出スイッチを開放した状態の入賞器の正面図、図７は球誘導手段を進出させた同縦断面図、図８は球誘導手段を後退させた同縦断面図である。

図１乃至図３において、パチンコ機の遊技盤１には打球誘導レール２、天入賞口３、中央に第１の図柄表示装置４、第２の図柄表示装置５を設け、第２の図柄表示装置５の左右にゲート６、その下方にチュウリップ式の開閉翼片を有する第１始動口７、この発明の入賞装置２０を設け、左袖入賞口８、また右側に第２始動口９、第２始動口に関連して作動する特別入賞器１０が設けられている。左右のゲート６を遊技球が通過すると第１の図柄表示装置４が変動し、所定の数字例えば、「３」、「７」で第１始動口７が設定時間だけ開放する。そして、この第１始動口７に遊技球が入賞すると、第２の図柄表示装置５の図柄が左図柄、右図柄、中図柄の順で変動し、設定時間で図柄が確定する。この発明では、この図柄表示装置と球停留手段が関連して設けられ、この図柄が特定の図柄の組合せとなったとき、球停留手段が解除されるように設定される。第２始動口９は球が転入しうる回転体を有し、この発明の入賞装置に備える後述の検出スイッチと関連させ、検出スイッチで球を検出時に回転体を回転させて入賞させ、特別入賞器１０を特定の利益状態とする。特別入賞器１０として、実施形態では、チュウリップ式の開閉する翼片を有する入賞器が設けられ、第２始動口９に入賞すると、チュウリップ型開閉翼片が１０回開閉を継続して、大当たりとする。遊技盤の打球誘導レール２の下部中央にはアウト口１１、レールの上部には、ファール止め１２、返しゴム１３、遊技盤の下部側部には賞球数表示１４が備えられている。

図２乃至図８において、この発明のパチンコ機に使用する入賞装置２０を示す。２１は入賞装置の合成樹脂製取付け板で、取付け板２１の前面上部中央に停留球検出スイッチ２２と、該検出スイッチ２２の直下の取付け板２１の停留片用開口２３に球停留手段４０が出没可能に設けられる。その球停留手段４０の直下には、取付け板２１の中央に第１経路としてＶ球収容スライド体用開口２４と、そのＶ球収容スライド体用開口２４の下部に左右へ球を振分ける球振分けガイド部２６と、その球振分けガイド部２６の両側に通常の入賞経路（入賞口）として第２経路２７と第３経路２８とが設けられている。この第２、第３の入賞口２７、２８に入賞したときは、例えば、６個、１０個の賞球が付与される。前記Ｖ球収容スライド体用開口２４には入賞球を受入れる受入れ部として、球受入れ口５２を有する球誘導手段５０が適宜駆動手段により前記停留球検出スイッチ２２の直下の前進位置と、取付け板２１内の後退位置、すなわち、Ｖ球排出路２５の位置に進退可能に備えられている。該Ｖ球排出路２５は前記開口２４の背面の下方に設けられる。また、このＶ球排出路にＶ球通過を検出する検出スイッチ（図示せず）を設け、該検出スイッチを他の利益状態を設定する入賞装置、例えば、第２始動口９等と関連させ、検出スイッチでＶ球を検出時に第２始動口９の回転体９’が回転を開始し、回転体に始動球が入賞すると、入賞装置が所定時間又は所定回数開閉して大当たり状態となり、多数の賞球が出る機会が付与される。

前記停留球検出スイッチ２２は、先端に球を通過又は停留する通路２２ａを有し停留球を検知しうるものである。この停留球検出スイッチ２２の下部の取付け板２１には停留片に合致する長方形の停留片用開口２３が設けられ、球停留手段４０として、Ｌ型に形成した球停留片４１の基端部４１ｂを取付け板２１の背面の支持部３０の支軸３１に回動自由に軸支し、該球停留片４１の先端の爪部４１ａが開口２３に臨ませられている。この球停留片４１の作動構造は、球停留片４１の中央付近の長孔４２にソレノイド４３の作動部を関連させる。利益状態設定用表示装置が予め定められた表示状態、例えば、第２の図柄表示装置が所定の組合せの当たり図柄なったとき、ソレノイド４３が作動して、球停留片４１を取付け板２１内に後退させて球停留を解除させる。球誘導装置において入賞球を処理する所定の設定時間の経過後に球停留片４１が停留位置に進出状態として球を停留状態とする。球停留手段の球停留片をソレノイドで進退する構造は、上記の構成に限られるものではない。

球誘導手段５０は、入賞球を受入れる受入れ部として、先端に球を入れる受入れ口５２を形成した合成樹脂製等Ｖ球収容スライド体５１と、該Ｖ球収容スライド体５１の直下に球を受ける球振分けガイド部２６を近接して設けてＶ球収容スライド体５１の球受入れ口５２に入った球を振分けガイド部２６で保持するようにしてある。Ｖ球収容スライド体用開口２４はＶ球収容スライド体５１の球受入れ口５２に受入れた球を通すために上部に球と通す半円弧の開口２４ａと、Ｖ球収容スライド体５１に合致する大きさの長方形の開口２４ｂと、その下部に球振分けガイド部２６まで球を通す幅の開口２４ｃとにより構成されている。開口２４の長方形状開口２４ｂの後部両側にコ字型スライド体用摺動部２９が設けられ、該開口２４ｂとスライド体用摺動部２９にスライド体５１が摺動自由に嵌合されている。取付け板２１の背面の両側摺動部２９は前記開口２４ａに続く上面を球を通すために開口し、かつ前記開口２４ｃに続く下面を開口してＶ球排出路２５と連通し、スライド体５１を進出位置で球受け状態としたときはＶ球排出路２５はスライド体５１で閉止され、スライド体５１を後退し後退位置としたとき球受入れ口５２より摺動部２９下面の開口を通じてＶ球排出路２５に排出できるように設ける。また、球振分けガイド部２６は山形として球を左右両側に流下させるように形成され、その山の頂点でＶ球収容スライド体５１の球受入れ口５２に入った球を受止めるようにし、その状態でＶ球収容スライド体５１を後退させて球を球振分けガイド部２６の山の頂点に沿って後退させ、摺動部２９の下面の開口に達すると開口よりＶ球排出路２５に落下するようにしてある。また、山型の球振分けガイド部２６の両端は左右の入賞口２７、２８上部に臨ませて形成されている。

球誘導手段のＶ球収容スライド体５１を前記開口２４に摺動可能に備える駆動手段として、前記球受入れ口５２を先端に設けたＶ球収容スライド体５１の後端部に取付け板２１の背面の器体３２に軸３３で枢支した作動アーム３４を枢設し、作動アーム３４にソレノイド５３の作動部を関連させ、停留球の検出時にソレノイド５３を作動させて作動アーム３４を移動してＶ球収容スライド体５１を摺動して停留球検出スイッチ２２の直下の前方位置に進出させ、該検出スイッチ２２の球停留手段が解除されたとき、落下する球を球受入れ口５２に受入れ、その後ソレノイド５３を逆に作動させて、作動アーム３４を引き、Ｖ球収容スライド体５１を後退させる。球停留手段を解除するソレノイドと、Ｖ球収容スライド体を駆動するソレノイドは球停留手段の解除とほぼ同期してＶ球収容スライド体５１を進出させ、進出したＶ球収容スライド体５１の球受入れ口５２に落下した球が収容されてＶ球収容スライド体５１を後退させ、Ｖ球排出路２５の位置まで後退させてその位置で球受け入れ口５２に収容した球は球受け入れ口５２の下面が開放されて特定のＶ球排出路２５に排出される。Ｖ球収容スライド体が後退時に停留球検出スイッチ２２から後続の球が落下したときは、Ｖ球収容スライド体５１の前面を通過して球振分けガイド部２６の斜面に沿って左右に振分けられ、左右の通常の入賞口２７、２８に導かれる。球誘導手段のスライド体をソレノイドで進退する構造は、上記の構成に限られるものではない。

前記取付け板２１には、上記停留球検出スイッチ２２の両側に下部両側の入賞口２７、２８まで覆う湾曲した覆い板３５が上部に遊技球が転入しうる間隔を存して取付けられている。３６はＬＥＤ表示部、３７は取付け板の取付け孔である。実施形態では、この発明の入賞装置と図柄表示装置を別体として設け、図柄表示装置を入賞装置２０の球停留手段と関連させた場合について説明したが、これに限られるものではなく、例えば、取付け板２１の上部の複数個のＬＥＤを表示部をもって、図柄表示装置をもユニット体として一体に構成して、球停留手段と関連作動できるようにすることも可能である。

図１に示すように前記入賞装置２０の検出スイッチ２２および球誘導手段４０の特定のＶ球排出路２５に設けたＶ球検出スイッチを遊技盤１の第２始動口９に関連させ、検出スイッチで球を検知したとき、第２始動口９の回転体が設定時間又は設定回数だけ回転され、始動球が入賞すると、下部の特別入賞器１０を設定時間、或いは設定回数だけ開閉させて大当たりとする。例えば、特別入賞器１０のチュウリップ型開閉翼片が１０回開閉を継続して遊技球の入賞機会を付与して大当たりとする。

次に、この発明のパチンコ機について説明する。
入賞装置２０の球停留手段４０の球停留片４１の爪部４１ａが常時は検出スイッチ２２の直下に進出して球を受止める状態にあり、検出スイッチ２２に入った入賞球が受止められ停留状態となる。その球停留片４１の爪部４１ａで１個が受止められると、後続の球が落ちるも検出スイッチ２２に停留する停留球に当たって左右に振分けられ、下部左右の通常の入賞経路２７、２８に入賞する。
第１始動口７の開閉時に、遊技球が第１始動口７に入って第２の図柄表示装置５の図柄が左図柄、右図柄、中図柄の順に変動して所定の設定時間で変動を停止し、図柄の変動が確定する。この停止した図柄が特定の図柄の組合せ、例えば、「７、７、７」のようになったときに、ソレノイド４３により球停留手段４０の球停留片４１が引っ込められ、球の停留が解除されて停留球は落下する。
この球停留片４１をソレノイド４３で引っ込ませて解除すると、初期において下部の球誘導手段５０がソレノイド５３の作動により、その球受入れ口５２が前に出て待機させ、球受入れ口５２に落下する球を受入れ、少し遅れて引っ込ませて開口２４内の下部に位置する特定のＶ球排出路２５に排出する。そして、球１個排出して後、ソレノイドで元の前進位置に戻す。上部の球停留片４１が引っ込んだ状態で、Ｖ球収容スライド体５１を球受入れ位置に進退させれば、後続の落下する球を連続的に特定のＶ球排出路２５に排出させ、連続的に特定の利益状態を付与することができる。また、上部の球停留片４１が引っ込んだ状態で、しかもＶ球収容スライド体５１が引っ込んだ状態のときには、後続の球が検出スイッチ２２より落下するとＶ球収容スライド体５１の前を通過してその下部の山型球振分けガイド部２６に落下して球振分けガイド部２６により左右に振分けられ、球振分けガイド部２６の両側の通常の入賞口２７、２８に転入するようにしてある。検出スイッチ２２である回数カウントしたとき、上部の球停留手段の停留片を初期の位置、すなわち停留球検出スイッチの下部に戻す。

実施形態のパチンコ機では、特定のＶ球排出路に排出されたパチンコ球はＶ入賞球として処理される（特定領域通過球とされる）。球停留片と球誘導手段との相互作用によって、始動球検出状態として第２始動口を作動状態とする。すなわち、特定領域通過球の発生により、第２始動口９が始動球を受付可能となる。回転体の第２始動口９の受付可能中にこの始動口にパチンコ球が入賞すると、特別な利益状態が発生する。特別利益状態の発生により特定の開閉入賞器１０が所定回数開放動作を繰り返す。従って、球停留手段と球誘導手段の関係は球停留手段が図柄表示装置における当たりの発生により停留球を開放した後、球誘導手段５０がその球を収容する時間を待って作動されて後、その球を球誘導手段によりＶ（特定）球の誘導をする。停留手段と、球誘導手段とは同期しないもの（長い目でみると広い概念では同期した状態）とする。

以上の実施形態を示したが、この発明はこの形態に限定されるものではなく、この発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で、種々の形態を実施しうるものである。上記実施形態で、球停留手段は図柄表示装置と関連させたが、これに限られるものではなく、例えば、特定のゲートを通過、或いは特定の入賞器に入賞すると、球停留手段が解除されるようにしてもよい。
なお、Ｖ球収容スライド体５１により収容されＶ球排出路２５に導出される球を直接第２始動球として検出する第２始動球検出スイッチを上記入賞装置２０に付設する構成としても良く、この第２始動球検出スイッチにより始動球とされる球が検出された場合に、特別入賞器１０の可動翼片を遊技者に利益ある状態に多数回開放動作させ若しくは長時間開放状態とするタイマー手段やカウント手段を設ける構成としても良い。
また、入賞装置の壁面に設けられたＬＥＤ表示部３６における複数のＬＥＤを、第１始動口７に球が入賞した場合に、順次切り替え点灯するシーケンシャル表示回路により駆動させ、所定時間あるいは不定時間後に停止されたＬＥＤが予め定められたＬＥＤとなった場合に球停留片４１を停留状態に駆動し、若しくは停留状態にあった球停留片４１を開放させるよう構成しても良い。
さらに、球が球停留片４１により停留状態にされた場合には後続の球が球停留片４１により停留された球により第１の球誘導経路に振分け誘導され、球が球停留片４１により停留状態にされてない場合にも、球誘導手段５０が球の通過経路設定手段として、入賞装置に落入してくる後続の球を上記と同様に第１の球誘導経路に振分け誘導するように構成しても良い。
この場合に、球誘導手段５０（通過経路設定手段）を所定条件下ソレノイド５３により第２の態様に切り換え制御して第１の球誘導経路とは異なる、例えば特別入賞球検出スイッチ、特定領域検出スイッチ、始動球検出スイッチ（例えば、第３種始動検出手段）などの設けられた第２の球誘導経路に球を誘導するよう構成としても良い。

【発明の効果】
この発明の請求項１によれば、停留球検出スイッチの球停留手段を常時は停留球検出スイッチの出口直下に進出させて入った入賞球を停留状態とし、後続の入賞球はこの停留球に当たって左右に振分けられ下方に設けた通常の入賞口に入賞させる。そして、利益状態設定用表示装置が予め定めた特定の状態、例えば、図柄表示装置の図柄が当たり図柄となったとき、球停留手段を解除させて下部の球誘導手段に停留球を受入れさせ、球誘導手段を後退させて特定のＶ球排出路に排出するか、或いは球誘導手段の前を通過させるようにし、球停留手段の解除と球誘導手段により球を導入したときに遊技者に特定の利益状態、例えば、大当たり入賞を付与することができるので、入賞球を変化に富ませ、かつ特定の条件で大当たりできるようにして興味を増大することができる。
また、停留球検出スイッチの停留片が常時は停留球検出スイッチの出口の直下に進出させ、停留球検出スイッチに入った入賞球を受け止め停留できる。そして、利益状態設定用表示手段が予め定められた状態になったとき停留片を取付け板内に後退させ、停留した球を落下させ球誘導手段によりＶ球収容スライド体を球受入れ位置に進出させ、落下する球を球受入れ口に収納して、その後、後退させて球を背面の特定のＶ球排出路に排出させることができる。

この発明によれば、球停留手段の球停留片の解除時、球誘導手段のＶ球収容スライド体を球受入れ位置に進出させ、少し遅れて落下する球を球受入れ口に収納して後退させて球を背面の特定のＶ球排出路に排出させることができ、検出スイッチで検知して特定の利益状態（チュウリップの所定回数、所定時間の開閉等）を設定できるようにする。また、スライド体が後退位置にある時に後続の球が検出スイッチを通じて落下したときにはこの球誘導装置の前を通過して左右へのガイドにより左右の通常の入賞口に入賞させることができ、遊技者に変化をもたせ、興味を増大させることができる。
