【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、音楽や映像を記録したコンパクトディスク(CD)、デジタル バーサタイル ディスク(DVD)等の円盤状記録媒体を収納するためのケースに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の販売専用を目的とした収納ケースにおける円盤状記録媒体の着脱操作を行う保持部の例を図14及び図15に示す。その合成樹脂製保持部aは、円盤状記録媒体の固定用穴を係止するための頭部cを側方から見てブリッジ形に形成して両端の支持部を一対の第1ヒンジdを介してベースbに夫々連接すると共に、頭部cの押圧部eの中央に第2ヒンジfを設け、その押圧部eを指で押すことにより、ほぼ70°〜90°の角度のV字形に折曲させて記録媒体が頭部cから外れるように構成されている。gは記録媒体の固定用穴の周縁部下面を受けるべく頭部cに一体に形成された支持部である。そして、頭部cが押し込まれた状態において記録媒体の固定用穴を頭部cに合わせて押圧したときには、支持部gの梃子作用により頭部cを元の突出した状態に復元させて同記録媒体が固定されるように設けられている。

また、販売用とレンタルショップにおける展示用を兼ねたコンパクトな合成樹脂製収納ケースの一例を図16に示す。この収納ケースiは、円盤状記録媒体を箱型形状の本体jの正面側と上面側から出し入れできるように正面の扉tと上面の蓋体qを夫々開閉自由に設けると共に、円盤状記録媒体を着脱自由とする保持部nを本体jの背部に設け、扉tの内面下部にストッパーuを設けたものがある。

その保持部nは、円盤状記録媒体の固定用穴を嵌める円弧形立上片oを等角度間隔で4カ所に配置し、中央の円形部pとそれら円弧形立上片oとを直線的に連結した形態とされている。その蓋体qについては、端部rを本体jの右側片kに形成された係合溝と中央側片vの上端に形成された突片wに夫々係合させることにより上面開口xが閉じられた状態に保持され、内方に回転させた蓋体qの突起sを本体jに穿設された係合孔mに嵌合させることにより上面が開かれた状態に保持されるように設けられている。

図17に示すように、この収納ケースiは、円盤状記録媒体を本体jから取り出すと共に蓋体qを内方に折り曲げて扉tを閉じた状態としてから、記録媒体を格納する別に用意した公知のレンタル用ケースyを上面開口xから本体内に挿入したとき、そのレンタル用ケースyの底部がストッパーuに当接することにより、同ケースの上部を上面開口xから所定高さまで露出させるように設けられ、その状態にて展示に利用することができる構造とされている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の前者の保持部aにおいては、押圧部eを指で押したときにV字形に折曲変形するために、その部分に指が挟まれる状態となって操作性に難点がある。加えて、収納ケースと一体成形を行うことができないので、製造コストが高くならざるを得ない。

また、後者の収納ケースiにおいては、円形部pを指で押したときに保持部nの半径方向の変形収縮量が少ないことから、円盤状記録媒体が小さな力では簡単に外れなく、操作性がよくないと言える。また、内方に折り曲げた蓋体qを固定する構造が貧弱であって蓋体qの一部が浮き上がることもあり、実用性に甚だ欠けるという問題があった。

この発明の目的は、円盤状記録媒体の着脱が円滑に行える保持部を備えた収納ケースを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的を達成するために請求項1に記載の発明は、コンパクトディスク等の円盤状記録媒体を箱型形状の本体の正面側から出し入れできるように正面の扉を開閉自由に設けると共に、円盤状記録媒体を着脱自由とする保持部を該本体の背部に設けた円盤状記録媒体の収納ケースであって、前記保持部については、中央の押圧部の仮想中心を中心として等角度で放射方向に延びる仮想線を挟むように左右一対の脚片を夫々配置し、各脚片はその仮想線と直交する線上に配置された第1ヒンジにより一端を前記背部に連接されると共に、他端の薄肉に形成された第2ヒンジにより前記押圧部の側壁片に夫々連接され、さらに前記一対の脚片に、円盤状記録媒体の固定用穴を係止させるための係合溝が形成された環形片を前記押圧部の周囲に夫々配設すると共にその固定用穴の周縁部下面に対応する突き上げ部を一体に形成してなり、円盤状記録媒体の固定用穴を該環形片に合わせて押圧することにより同記録媒体が固定され、他方、円盤状記録媒体が固定された保持部の押圧部を押圧することにより、環形片を第1ヒンジ及び第2ヒンジ部分の歪み弾性作用により仮想中心側に変位させつつ沈ませると同時に、前記突き上げ部にて円盤状記録媒体の周縁部の下降を抑制して同記録媒体の固定状態が解放されるように構成したことを特徴とする。

【発明の作用及び効果】
(請求項1及び請求項2の発明)
円盤状記録媒体の固定用穴を保持部の環形片に合わせて押圧すると、環形片は第1ヒンジ及び第2ヒンジ部分の歪み弾性変形作用により仮想中心側に変位しつつ沈んでその固定用穴を通過させ、これとほぼ同時に、その歪み弾性変形作用によって元の位置に戻る。しかして、環形片の係合溝に固定用穴が係止されて円盤状記録媒体は固定される。

(第1実施の形態例)
図1に示す請求項1の発明に係る第1実施の形態例の円盤状記録媒体の収納ケースCは、箱型形状の本体1と扉21及び上面の蓋体25とを合成樹脂材料により一体成形されている。
その本体1には、長方形の背部2の中央下方にコンパクトディスク等の円盤状記録媒体(1)の固定用穴(2)を嵌着させるための保持部5を設け、その背部2に右側片2aと底片2bとが一体に形成されている。3は円盤状記録媒体(1)の外周縁部を支持するための円弧状突部であり、背部2に一体に形成されている。

また、隣り合う脚片7、7の間に位置する部分2eについては、円盤状記録媒体(1)を円形座部2cから離れる方向に付勢する片持ち式の弾性支持片とするように設けることも可能である。しかして、前記保持部5の押圧部10が押し込まれるときに、その弾性支持片の自由端部を円盤状記録媒体(1)の非記録部に当接させて同記録媒体(1)が沈むのを抑制することにより、着脱操作を円滑に行わせることができる。この弾性支持片については前記突き上げ部9のない構造の保持部に特に有効である。なお、後述する第2、第3実施形態例の収納ケースにも適用することができる。

次に、上記構成になる収納ケースCの作動、取り扱い方について説明する。
1.円盤状記録媒体(1)の固定用穴(2)を保持部5の環形片13に合わせて押圧部10を押圧すると、環形片13は第1ヒンジ6及び第2ヒンジ8部分の歪み弾性変形作用により仮想中心(イ)側に変位しつつ沈んでその固定用穴(2)を通過させる。これとほぼ同時に、環形片13が歪み弾性変形作用によって元の位置に戻るため、円盤状記録媒体(1)は係合溝15に固定用穴(2)を係止される。
2.円盤状記録媒体(1)が固定された保持部5の押圧部10を指で押圧すると、環形片13は第1ヒンジ6及び第2ヒンジ8部分の歪み弾性変形及び第1ヒンジ6を支点とする傾動作用により沈んで、同記録媒体の固定用穴(2)をくぐる。円盤状記録媒体(1)の中央部分は環形片13と一緒に少し下降するが、固定用穴(2)の周縁部の下面が突き上げ部9に当接してそれ以上の下降が抑制されるため、環形片13がさらに下降して固定用穴(2)から外れて固定状態を解放する。
3.また、保持部5の押圧部10を強く大きいストロークにて押圧すると、脚片7は第1ヒンジ6を支点として回転し、図4に示すように、押圧部10及び環形片13が円盤状記録媒体(1)の固定を解いた位置からさらに沈んで開口部4に小嵩に格納される。
