Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention has a copy concealment label that allows a copy concealment label to be peeled on a predetermined part of the upper sheet so that confidential information entered on the upper sheet can be clearly copied to the lower sheet and that the information is concealed reliably. It relates to the sheet set.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, forms that require copying, such as various application forms and registration forms, are usually configured by overlapping multiple sheets, so that information entered or printed on the upper sheet is copied to the lower sheet. Each sheet is provided with copying means.
The information entered or printed includes secret information that must not be seen by others, such as personal identification numbers and deposit balances. In particular, confidential information copied to a lower sheet that the form issuer uses as a copy is used. Some techniques for concealing information processing have been developed.
[0003]
In such a technology, for example, a transferable special ink containing a fluorescent pigment is applied to the back side of the secret information entry portion of the upper sheet so that the secret information cannot be visually recognized unless it is irradiated with ultraviolet rays. A technology that makes it difficult to visually recognize the secret information copied on the lower sheet by printing the background pattern on the secret information copy section of the lower sheet corresponding to the entry section, and a weak adhesive layer on the label base that cannot be seen through It has been conceived that such a peelable concealment label is affixed to cover the secret information copied to the secret information copy section of the lower sheet so as to conceal the information.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, there are problems with such conventional techniques. For example, in a method using a transferable special ink containing a fluorescent pigment, since the spread of commercially available handy type UV irradiators, not only can secret information be easily read using this, but there is no trace in UV irradiation. Since it does not remain, there is an inconvenience that the leakage of confidential information cannot be confirmed. Also, with this method, secret information appears by fluorescent coloration due to ultraviolet irradiation during information processing, so it may not be clear and difficult to view, or misreading may occur even when machine reading is performed. is there.
[0005]
On the other hand, even with a method using a conventional concealment label with high visibility and excellent concealment, the label can be easily peeled off and no special equipment is required because a weak adhesive is used for the adhesive means. In addition to being able to read secret information easily, there is a problem that if the information is pasted again, no trace remains and the leakage of the secret information cannot be confirmed. In this method, the copied confidential information is obtained by a general copying form copying means, that is, a copying method combining a color former microcapsule and a developer, that is, a so-called carbonless copying method. In this method, low density color development or color deterioration over time may occur, and the information may become unclear.
[0006]
Therefore, the present invention can clearly copy the secret information entered on the upper sheet to the lower sheet, and reliably conceals the copied secret information, and if the label is peeled off during the transfer, the trace will be recorded. It is an object of the present invention to provide a sheet set with a copy concealment label that prevents leakage of the information so as to remain and allows the information to be clearly seen during information processing.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In view of such problems, the present inventors pseudo-adhered the non-permeable concealment sheet and the permeable label base material so that they can be peeled off, and further on the exposed surface side of the release sheet that protects the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the label. The present invention has been conceived by finding that the above object can be preferably achieved by pseudo-adhering a copy concealment label made of a carbon transfer agent to the upper sheet on the concealment sheet side so as to be peeled off.
[0008]
That is, the copy concealed label-attached sheet set of the present invention is composed of an upper sheet and a lower sheet, and a concealment sheet that cannot be seen through is bonded to a predetermined portion on the back side of the upper sheet by a first pseudo-adhesive means. In addition, a label substrate that can be seen through with a second pseudo-adhesive means is detachably bonded to the lower surface side of the concealment sheet, and an adhesive layer is provided on the lower surface side of the see-through label substrate. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is protected by a release sheet, and a carbon transfer agent is applied to the exposed surface side of the release sheet.
[0009]
According to the sheet set with a copy concealment label having such a configuration, since the copying is performed with the carbon transfer agent applied on the exposed surface side of the release sheet, the color density is higher than that of the no-carbon copying method, and the color development is hardly deteriorated with time. Therefore, confidential information can be copied clearly. In addition, if the release sheet is peeled off and affixed to the confidential information copy section with the exposed adhesive, the confidential information can be reliably concealed by the non-perspective concealment sheet, and the non-perspective concealment sheet can be seen through during information processing. If it peels from the possible label base material, the said information can be clearly visually recognized through the label base material which can be seen through. Further, if the concealment sheet is peeled off from the label base material even a little during transfer, it cannot be restored to its original state, and the trace remains, thereby preventing leakage of secret information.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Here, FIG. 1 is a sectional explanatory view of a sheet set with a copy concealment label which is an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a sectional explanatory view of a sheet set with a copy concealment label which is another embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram of an example of use of the sheet set with a label for copy concealment shown in FIG.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 1, the sheet set 1 with a copy concealment label according to the present embodiment is configured such that an upper sheet a and a lower sheet b are connected in series through a cut sewing line d, and a password number is entered for the upper sheet a. The concealment sheet 3 that cannot be seen through with the first pseudo-adhesive means 7a is detachably joined to the back side of the part n, and can be seen through with the second pseudo-adhesive means 7b on the lower surface side of the concealment sheet 3. The label substrate 2 is releasably joined, and further, the adhesive layer 4 is provided on the lower surface side of the see-through label substrate 2, and the adhesive layer 4 is protected by the release sheet 5. A
[0012]
Here, the pseudo adhesion means in the present invention will be described. The pseudo-adhesive means is, for example, a pressure-sensitive adhesive that does not exhibit adhesiveness in a normal state but exhibits adhesiveness by being pressed on each of the opposing surfaces to be bonded, and is pressed in a state where both surfaces are opposed to each other. A method of adhering or a method of applying a weak pressure-sensitive adhesive between the opposite surfaces to be bonded and pseudo-adhering both surfaces may be used, but particularly preferably, one synthetic resin film and a synthetic resin film having low adhesion to each other A method of applying the same synthetic resin in a molten state, bonding one synthetic resin film and the other synthetic resin film with the molten synthetic resin, and performing pseudo-bonding when the molten synthetic resin is solidified is preferable. According to this method, once the two pseudo-bonded synthetic resin films are peeled off, the original state cannot be restored. In addition, as a combination of the synthetic resin film in the present invention, for example, polyethylene terephthalate and polyethylene, polypropylene and polyethylene, polybutylene terephthalate and polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate and polypropylene, polybutylene terephthalate and polypropylene, etc., olefin resin and ester A combination with a resin is preferred.
[0013]
In the case of the present embodiment, as the first pseudo-adhesive means 7a, a pressure-sensitive adhesive that does not show adhesiveness in a normal state but shows adhesiveness by pressing cannot be seen through the password number n of the upper sheet a. Each concealment sheet 3 is applied to the upper surface side and pressed to join the concealment sheet 3 and the upper sheet a in a peelable manner. On the other hand, as the second pseudo-adhesive means 7b, the transparent label base material 2 is made of polyethylene terephthalate, while the non-permeable concealment sheet 3 is made of polyethylene, and a melted polyethylene is applied between them. Are bonded in a peelable manner.
[0014]
Next, a usage example of the sheet set 1 with a copy concealment label according to this embodiment will be described.
FIG. 3 shows a “bank account opening application form” in which the upper sheet “a” and the lower sheet “b” are connected to each other through the cut sewing line d in the sheet set 1 with copy concealment of this embodiment. It is constituted as follows. First, as shown in (a), when the applicant enters a password in the password number entry portion n of the upper sheet a, the password is copied to the password number copy portion m with the
[0015]
Next, as shown in (b), the release sheet 5 is peeled to expose the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4, and the code number copy portion m of the lower sheet b separated from the upper sheet a by the cut sewing line d is used. Further, a label substrate 2 that can be seen through in a pseudo-adhered state and a concealment sheet 3 that cannot be seen through are pasted. In this state, the personal identification number copied to the personal identification number copying unit m is completely concealed by the concealment sheet 3 that cannot be seen through. Then, as shown in (c), after transferring the lower sheet b, the person in charge confirms the personal identification number, and when performing information processing, peels off the concealment sheet 3 that cannot be seen through from the label base 2 that can be seen through, and The personal identification number copied to the personal identification number copying unit m through the see-through label base material 2 is confirmed.
[0016]
In the copy concealment label of the present invention, the adhesive force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided on the lower surface side of the transparent label base material is larger than the adhesive force of the first pseudo-adhesive means and the second pseudo-adhesive means. The adhesive force of the first pseudo-adhesive means must be greater than the adhesive force of the second pseudo-adhesive means, and a non-permeable concealment sheet is extended from the copy concealment label body. When the extending portion is used as a finger hook, the concealment sheet is preferably peeled off from the label base material, which is preferable.
[0017]
Furthermore, another embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. As shown in FIG. 2, the sheet set 11 with a copy concealment label according to this embodiment is configured by separating the upper sheet a and the lower sheet b and bonding their end portions in a separable manner. Other configurations are the same as those in the above-described embodiment. As described above, the present invention is not limited to the method of joining the upper sheet and the lower sheet constituting the sheet set, and even if there is a concept of the relative positional relationship between the upper sheet and the lower sheet, a large number of sheets can be used. I do not care.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the sheet set with copy concealment label of the present invention, since the copying is performed with the carbon transfer agent applied to the exposed surface side of the release sheet, the color density is higher than that of the carbonless copying method, Since there is almost no deterioration over time, confidential information can be copied clearly. In addition, the confidential information can be securely concealed by the non-permeable concealment sheet, and when the non-permeable concealment sheet is peeled off from the fluoroscopic label base material during information processing, the transparent base material can be seen through. The information can be clearly seen. Further, if the concealment sheet is peeled off from the label base material even during transport, it cannot be restored to its original state, and the trace remains, so that the information leakage can be prevented.
