Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a label used for forms that require copying. More specifically, the present invention is positioned between the upper sheet and lower sheet of a copy form, and the confidential information entered on the upper sheet is clearly copied to the lower sheet. In addition, the present invention relates to a copy concealment label that is attached to a lower sheet to securely conceal the information.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, forms that require copying, such as various application forms and registration forms, are usually configured by overlapping multiple sheets, so that information entered or printed on the upper sheet is copied to the lower sheet. Each sheet is provided with copying means.
The information entered or printed includes confidential information that cannot be seen by others, such as personal identification numbers and deposit balances. In particular, confidential information copied to a lower sheet that the form issuer uses as a copy is used. Several techniques for concealing information processing have been developed.
[0003]
In such a technology, for example, a transferable special ink containing a fluorescent pigment is applied to the back side of the secret information entry portion of the upper sheet so that the secret information cannot be visually recognized unless it is irradiated with ultraviolet rays. A technology that makes it difficult to visually recognize the secret information copied on the lower sheet by printing the background pattern on the secret information copy section of the lower sheet corresponding to the entry section, and a weak adhesive layer on the label base that cannot be seen through It has been conceived that such a peelable concealment label is affixed to cover the secret information copied to the secret information copy section of the lower sheet so as to conceal the information.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, there are problems with such conventional techniques. For example, in a method using a transferable special ink containing a fluorescent pigment, since the spread of commercially available handy type UV irradiators, not only can secret information be easily read using this, but there is no trace in UV irradiation. Since it does not remain, there is an inconvenience that the leakage of confidential information cannot be confirmed. Also, with this method, secret information appears by fluorescent coloration due to ultraviolet irradiation during information processing, so it may not be clear and difficult to view, or misreading may occur even when machine reading is performed. is there.
[0005]
On the other hand, even with a method using a conventional concealment label with high visibility and excellent concealment, the label can be easily peeled off and no special equipment is required because a weak adhesive is used for the adhesive means. In addition to being able to read secret information easily, there is a problem that if the information is pasted again, no trace remains and the leakage of the secret information cannot be confirmed. In this method, the copied confidential information is obtained by a general copying form copying means, that is, a copying method combining a color former microcapsule and a developer, that is, a so-called carbonless copying method. In this method, low density color development or color deterioration over time may occur, and the information may become unclear.
[0006]
Therefore, the present invention has a function of clearly copying the confidential information entered on the upper sheet of the forms that require copying to the lower sheet, so that the copied confidential information is surely concealed and peeled off during transfer. In this case, it is an object to provide a copy concealment label that prevents the leakage of the information so that the trace remains, and that the information can be clearly visually recognized during information processing.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In view of such problems, the present inventors pseudo-adhered the non-permeable concealment sheet and the permeable label base material so that they can be peeled off, and further on the exposed surface side of the release sheet that protects the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the label. The inventors have found that the above object can be suitably achieved by applying a carbon transfer agent, and have arrived at the present invention.
[0008]
That is, the copy concealment label of the present invention has a pseudo-adhesive means attached to the upper surface side of the see-through label base material so that the see-through hide sheet can be peeled off, and the under view of the see-through label base material. A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is provided on the side, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is protected by a release sheet, and a carbon transfer agent is applied to the exposed surface side of the release sheet.
[0009]
According to the copy concealment label having such a configuration, since the copying is performed with the carbon transfer agent applied to the exposed surface side of the release sheet, the color density is higher than that of the no-carbon copying method, and the color development is hardly deteriorated with time. Confidential information can be copied. In addition, if the release sheet is peeled off and affixed to the confidential information copy section with the exposed adhesive, the confidential information can be reliably concealed by the non-perspective concealment sheet, and the non-perspective concealment sheet can be seen through during information processing. If it peels from the possible label base material, the said information can be clearly visually recognized through the label base material which can be seen through. Further, if the concealment sheet is peeled off from the label base material even a little during transfer, it cannot be restored to its original state, and the trace remains, thereby preventing leakage of secret information.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Here, FIG. 1 is a sectional explanatory view of a copy concealment label which is an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a sectional explanatory view of a copy concealment label which is another embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is FIG. The use example explanatory drawing of a copy concealment label is shown.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 1, the copy concealment label 1 of this embodiment is joined to the upper surface side of a see-through label base 2 so that the see-through concealment sheet 3 colored on the surface can be peeled off by the pseudo-adhesive means P. In addition, an adhesive layer 4 is provided on the lower surface side of the see-through label base material 2. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4 is protected by a release sheet 5, and a
[0012]
Here, the pseudo-adhesive means for releasably joining the see-through label base material and the see-through hiding sheet in the present invention will be described. This pseudo-adhesive means, for example, is provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer that does not show adhesiveness in a normal state but shows adhesiveness when pressed on the opposing surfaces of the label base material and the concealing sheet, and makes both face each other. A method of pressing and pseudo-adhesion, or a method of providing a weak adhesive layer between a label base material and a concealment sheet and pseudo-adhesion may be used, but particularly preferably, between synthetic resin films having low adhesiveness to each other, When the same synthetic resin as one synthetic resin film is applied in a molten state, one synthetic resin film and the other synthetic resin film are adhered to each other by the molten synthetic resin, and the synthetic resin in the molten state is solidified. A method of bonding is good. According to this method, once the two pseudo-bonded synthetic resin films are peeled off, the original state cannot be restored.
[0013]
In the case of the present embodiment, the transparent label base 2 is made of polyethylene terephthalate, while the non-permeable concealment sheet 3 is made of polyethylene, and a melted polyethylene is applied between the two so that they can be peeled off. I am letting. In addition, as a combination of the material of the see-through label base material and the non-permeable concealment sheet in the present invention, other than this example, for example, polypropylene and polyethylene, polybutylene terephthalate and polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate and polypropylene, polybutylene terephthalate And a combination of an olefin resin and an ester resin are suitable.
[0014]
Next, a usage example of the copy concealment label 1 of the present embodiment will be described.
FIG. 3 is a usage flow diagram for a bank account opening application form in which the copy concealment label 1 of this embodiment is bonded to the upper sheet a and the lower sheet b so as to be separable at the ends. . First, as shown in (a), the copy concealment label 1 is placed on the code number copy part m which is the secret information in the lower sheet b, and the applicant enters the code number in the code number entry part n in the upper sheet a. . Then, the code number is copied to the code number copying unit m with the
[0015]
Next, as shown in (b), the release sheet 5 is peeled to expose the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4, and the code number copy portion m of the lower sheet b separated from the upper sheet a by the cut sewing line d is used. Further, a label substrate 2 that can be seen through in a pseudo-adhered state and a concealment sheet 3 that cannot be seen through are pasted. In this state, the personal identification number copied to the personal identification number copying unit m is completely concealed by the concealment sheet 3 that cannot be seen through. Then, as shown in (c), after transferring the lower sheet b, the person in charge confirms the personal identification number, and when performing information processing, peels off the concealment sheet 3 that cannot be seen through from the label base 2 that can be seen through, and The personal identification number copied to the personal identification number copying unit m through the see-through label base material 2 is confirmed.
[0016]
Next, another embodiment will be given to describe the copy concealment label of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 2, the copy concealment label 11 of the present embodiment is such that the colored non-permeable concealment sheet 3 is pseudo-adhered to the upper surface side of the translucent label base 2 so that it can be peeled off. An adhesive layer 4 is provided on the lower surface side of the substrate 2. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4 is protected by a release sheet 5, and a
[0017]
In the copy concealment label of the present invention, the adhesive force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer needs to be greater than the pseudo-adhesive force between the transparent label base material and the non-transparent concealment sheet. Extending from the copy concealment label main body and using this extended portion as a finger hook is preferable because the concealment sheet can be easily peeled off from the label substrate.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the copy concealment label of the present invention, since copying is performed with a carbon transfer agent, secret information can be clearly copied because the color density is high and the color development is hardly deteriorated over time. In addition, the confidential information can be securely concealed by the non-permeable concealment sheet, and when the non-permeable concealment sheet is peeled off from the fluoroscopic label base material during information processing, the transparent base material can be seen through. The information can be clearly seen. Further, if the concealment sheet is peeled off from the label base material during the transfer, it cannot be restored to its original state, and the trace remains, so that the information leakage can be prevented.
