Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention belongs to a technical field related to a hot water type floor heating panel, in particular, a floor heating panel in which a surface finishing material is integrated, and a construction method thereof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a hot water type floor heating panel, what is separated from the surface finishing material is generally known, and a joist installation type or a dumping upper surface installation type is mainly used. In the type installed between the joists, for example, as shown in FIG. 14, the floor heating panel P ′ is fixed between the adjacent joists 42, 42. 50, 50, ... are laid. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 15, the floor heating panel P ′, P ′,... Is fixed on the floor surface on which the discarding paste material 44 is laid in advance, and the panel is disposed around the panel as shown in FIG. .. Are laid down after the same thickness as P ′ and the surface finish materials 50, 50,... Are laid. In each figure, 13 is a hot water pipe and 43 is a heat insulating material.
[0003]
By the way, in the hot water type floor heating panel of the joist installation type shown in FIG. 14, since the panel P ′ and the floor top surface are double separated by the discarding material 44 and the surface finishing material 50, There is a problem that heat is not easily transmitted. In addition, there is a problem that a gap is easily formed between the discarded paste material 44 and the panel P ′, and the thermal efficiency is lowered.
[0004]
On the other hand, in the hot water type floor heating panel of the affixed top surface type as shown in FIG. 15, the surface finishing material 50 is laid directly on the top surface of the panel P ′, so that heat is transmitted to the floor top surface than that of the joist installed type. In addition, since it is difficult to form a gap with the surface finish 50, the thermal efficiency is also good.
[0005]
However, on the other hand, there is a problem that it takes time and effort to stretch the discarded adhesive material 44 'so as to have the same thickness as the panel P'. In addition, if the surface finishing material 50 is fixed on the panel P ′, the hot water pipe 13 of the panel P ′ may be damaged to cause water leakage if the nailing position is not taken care of.
[0006]
In addition, any type of hot water type floor heating panel is different from ordinary flooring materials and requires pipe connection work. Need to be done by a floor heating contractor. In other words, in the case of the joist installation type, the floor construction is performed after the panel construction and pipe connection work is completed. Between construction, panel construction and pipe connection work are included. Accordingly, there is a problem that a setup arrangement is required between the floor construction contractor and the floor heating contractor, and the construction schedule is prolonged depending on the convenience of both.
[0007]
In view of this, floor heating panels in which surface finishing materials are integrated as disclosed in JP-A-8-144490 and JP-A-9-196394 have been proposed. In this type of panel, since the hot water pipe comes close to the floor top surface, heat is more easily transferred to the floor top surface than the discarded top surface type, and the thermal efficiency is good. In addition, there is no risk of damaging the pipe during construction, and if the thickness is aligned with other surface finish materials, it does not take time to adjust the height of the discarded paste.
[0008]
In addition, in the former (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. Hei 8-144490), it is possible to detach the routing portion flooring at the piping routing portion of the floor panel, and remove this routing portion flooring. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate the necessity of performing the flooring work for floor heating and the piping work at the same time by returning to the original state after performing the piping work.
[0009]
On the other hand, the latter (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-196394) is constructed so that it can be installed on the joists, and after the pipe is connected to the boiler connecting pipe installed between the joists, the panel is fixed. I am doing so.
[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, all of the above conventional ones have the problems described below. In other words, in the case of the joist installation panel or the affixed upper surface installation type panel, the surface finish must be peeled off in order to repair any damage or loosening that occurs only at the connecting portion of the hot water pipe.
[0011]
Even with a panel with integrated surface finish, the panel must be removed to repair the pipe connection. In the panel disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-144490, the pipe routing portion can be removed, so that the panel itself does not need to be peeled off. However, it still takes time to move what is placed on the routing portion.
[0012]
The present invention has been made in view of such points, the purpose of which is to improve the thermal efficiency of the hot water floor heating panel by improving the structure of the hot water floor heating panel, heat is easily transmitted to the floor upper surface, At the time of construction, there is no need to adjust the height of the floor base material and there is no risk of damaging the hot water pipe, it can be constructed in the same way as normal surface finish materials, and the hot water pipe connection work should be done after all floor construction has been completed. Furthermore, it is to be able to repair the connecting portion of the hot water pipe without peeling off the panel.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a hot water floor heating panel is integrated with a surface finishing material, and a concave groove for accommodating a hot water pipe is formed on the back surface of the substrate. The back sheet is bonded so that the hot water pipe in the groove can be pulled out at any position by excision.
[0014]
Specifically, in the invention of claim 1, as a hot water type floor heating panel in which the surface finishing material is integrated, a substrate made of a wood material of upper and lower two layers bonded with a soaking plate interposed therebetween, Surface adhesive material bonded to the upper surface of the upper layer of the substrate, a groove formed in the lower surface of the lower layer of the substrate, a hot water pipe accommodated in the groove, and bonded to the entire lower surface of the lower layer of the substrate, Equipped with a sheet-like backside material that can draw out hot water pipes by cuttingThe concave groove includes a plurality of long side direction grooves formed substantially parallel to the long side of the panel and a plurality of short side directions formed substantially parallel to the short side of the panel and intersecting the long side direction groove. The hot water pipe can be accommodated in a plurality of types of arrangement modes in the panel by selecting predetermined portions of the long side direction groove and the short side direction groove. It is characterized by having.
[0015]
With the above configuration, in the hot water type floor heating panel of the present invention, the hot water pipe is close to the floor upper surface, heat is easily transmitted to the floor upper surface, and the thermal efficiency is improved. Moreover, it is not necessary to adjust the height of the floor base material, and there is no fear of damaging the hot water pipe, and it can be constructed in the same manner as a normal surface finish material.
[0016]
In addition, a sheet-like back surface material is bonded to the entire lower surface of the lower layer of the substrate, and this back surface material can be pulled out to draw out the hot water pipe in the groove of the substrate. For example, the connection of the hot water pipe or the hot water pipe When repairing damage or looseness that occurs only at the connection part, the backside material can be cut out as necessary, and the hot water pipe can be pulled out from the cut part. The work can be performed and the connecting portion of the hot water pipe can be repaired without peeling off the panel.
[0018]
AlsoFor example, when the construction is done only with the panel where the hot water pipe is arranged on the whole, the hot water pipe may pass through an extra part other than the required floor heating range.ButAccording to this invention, since the hot water pipe can be arbitrarily accommodated in the predetermined part of the long side direction groove and the short side direction groove in the concave groove of the panel, a panel in which the hot water pipe is partially arranged can be made, It is possible to easily pass a hot water pipe partially only within a predetermined floor heating range.
[0019]
Claim2In this invention, the panel has a plurality of substrates each having a surface decorative material bonded to the upper surface and a groove formed on the lower surface, but is joined and integrated at each end, and a groove extending between the plurality of substrates. It is assumed that a hot water pipe is accommodated therein and a back material is bonded between a plurality of substrates. That is, when the floor heating range is wide and the number of panels is large, the number of connection points of the hot water pipe increases accordingly, but according to the present invention, the number of pipe ends can be reduced, so the number of connection points can be reduced. It is possible to reduce the labor for pipe connection.
[0020]
Claim3In this invention, the opening side of the groove in the substrate is filled with a heat-resistant cushion material that holds the hot water pipe in the back of the groove. Thereby, even if the thickness of the whole panel is thick or the diameter of the hot water pipe is smaller than the concave groove, the distance between the hot water pipe and the floor upper surface can be reduced to increase the thermal efficiency. Moreover, even if the hot water pipe expands due to thermal expansion, the movement can be absorbed by the cushioning material to prevent the hot water pipe from being stressed.
[0021]
Invention of Claim 4 is invention of the construction method of a hot-water type floor heating panel, The hot-water type floor heating panel is the board | substrate consisting of the wood material of the upper and lower two layers adhere | attached on both sides of the soaking | uniform-heating board, Adhering to the surface decorative material bonded to the upper surface of the upper layer of the substrate, the groove formed in the lower surface of the lower layer of the substrate, the hot water pipe accommodated in the groove, and the entire lower surface of the lower layer of the substrate And a sheet-like back surface material from which the hot water pipe can be drawn by excision, and the surface finishing material is integrated. Also,The invention of claim 5 is the aboveAccording to any one of claims 1 to 3It is invention of the construction method of a hot water type floor heating panel. thisEach inventionThen, while discarding and sticking the wooden material on the upper side of the heat insulating material to constitute the floor base material, the back surface material is previously cut out at the position where the end of the hot water pipe in the floor heating panel is pulled out, and the hot water is removed from the cut position. Pull out the end of the pipe to the bottom of the panel.
[0022]
And when constructing the floor heating panel on the floor base material, the floor base material is provided with a hole that penetrates to the bottom of the floor at the location corresponding to the position of the end of the hot water pipe drawn from the lower surface of the panel, After the end of the hot water pipe drawn out to the lower surface of the panel is pulled out to the floor lower side through the hole, the panel is fixed to the floor base material.
[0023]
Further, after fixing all the panels to the floor base material, the end of the hot water pipe drawn under the floor is connected.
[0024]
According to this construction method, when the hot water type floor heating panel is fixed to the floor base material after the end of the hot water pipe is pulled out under the floor, the connection work of the hot water pipe is performed after all the construction of the floor is completed. It is possible to repair the connecting portion of the hot water pipe without peeling off the panel.
[0025]
The invention according to claim 6 is characterized in that, in the construction method, the end portion or the connection portion of the hot water pipe drawn under the floor is covered with a heat insulating material. As a result, it is possible to prevent the heat of the hot water pipe drawn out under the floor from escaping under the floor and the moisture under the floor from touching the hot water pipe and causing condensation.
[0026]

A second short-side groove 11b formed so as to cross and connect to 10c, and the third and fourth long-side grooves 10c, The third short side direction groove 11c formed so as to cross the long side direction grooves 10c and 10d in the vicinity of the short side end portion on the right side in FIG. The two long-side grooves 10c and 10d are separated from the right-side short side end in the figure by a predetermined distance, that is, in the panel P having a total length of 12 shown in FIG. In the vicinity of a position separated by about 1/3 of the total length, and in the case of the panel P having a total length of 6 shown in FIG. Each of the long side direction grooves 10c and 10d is composed of a fourth short side direction groove 11d formed so as to cross and connect. Each of the short side direction grooves 11a to 11d has an arc shape centered on the center side of the panel at the intersection with the long side direction grooves 10a to 10d in order to make the bent shape of the hot water pipe 13 smooth. It is connected.
[0030]
The concave groove 9 accommodates one continuous hot water pipe 13 made of cross-linked polyethylene having an outer diameter of 6.5 to 8.5 mm or the like, through which hot water of a predetermined temperature flows. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 4, FIG. 7A and FIG. 8A, the hot water pipe 13 has one end portion on the right short side end portion in the drawing of the first long side direction groove 10a. The first long side direction groove 10a extends from the short side end portion on the right side to the vicinity of the short side end portion on the left side, and then passes through the first short side direction groove 11a. After moving to the short side end portion on the left side of 10d and extending the fourth long side direction groove 10d to the vicinity of the short side end portion on the right side, the third long side direction groove is passed through the third short side direction groove 11c. After moving to the short side end of the right side of 10c and further extending the third long side direction groove 10c to near the short side end of the left side, the second long side is passed through the second short side direction groove 11b. After moving to the short side end on the left side of the directional groove 10b and extending the second long side direction groove 10b to the short side end on the right side, it is stored so as to reach the other end.
[0031]
Furthermore, a sheet-like back material 15 having a thickness of 0.1 to 2.5 mm such as kraft paper, veneer, glass cloth, resin-impregnated paper, etc. is adhered to the lower surface of the lower layer 3 of the substrate 1. The groove 9 and the hot water pipe 13 are concealed by the back material 15. And the back surface material 15 is comprised so that the hot water pipe 13 in the ditch | groove 9 can be pulled out by excising the location corresponding to the said ditch | groove 9. As shown in FIG.
As described above, the thickness of the entire floor heating panel P is set to, for example, 10 to 15 mm. This thickness is matched with the other surface finishing material (floor panel P1) to be constructed simultaneously.
[0032]
In addition, in the peripheral part (both long side and both short sides) of the lower layer 3 of the board | substrate 1 in the floor heating panel P, the female fruit 3a which consists of a concave strip of rectangular cross section is formed over the whole panel P outer periphery. As shown in FIG. 6, when the adjacent floor heating panels P, P are joined, the floor heating panels P, P are obtained by fitting one hired fruit 17 between the corresponding female berries 3a, 3a. When joining each other and joining the floor heating panel P to another floor panel P1, the male part 18 protruding from one side of the long side direction of the floor panel P1 is used as the female part of the floor heating panel P. 3a, or by fitting the hired fruit 17 between the female body 19 recessed in the other side of the long side of the floor panel P and the female body 3a of the floor heating panel P. Panels P and P1 are joined together.
[0033]
Next, the construction method of the floor heating panel P of the said embodiment is demonstrated.
Before construction, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the back material 15 is cut out at positions where both ends of the hot water pipe 13 in the floor heating panel P are pulled out, and each end of the hot water pipe 13 is cut from the cut position. The part is pulled out to the lower surface of the panel P.
[0034]
On the other hand, on the floor side to be constructed, as shown in FIG. 6, after installing a heat insulating material 43 between adjacent joists 42, 42 so as to be flush with the joists 42, 42, the joists 42, 42 or 42 The floor base material 40 is configured by discarding and pasting the discarded paste material 44 made of a wooden material on the heat insulating material 43.
[0035]
Next, a plurality of floor heating panels P, P,... Are installed side by side on the floor base material 40 for the floor heating range. At that time, as shown in FIG. A hole 41 that penetrates to the bottom of the floor is provided at a position corresponding to the position of the end of the hot water pipe 13 drawn from the lower surface of each panel P. And it pulls out to the floor lower side through the edge part of the hot water pipe 13 pulled out from the lower surface of the said panel P to this hole part 41, Then, each panel P, P1 adheres on the floor base material 40. FIG. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 6, on one side (the right side in FIG. 6) around the floor heating range, a normal floor panel P1 without the hot water pipe 13 is placed on the floor base material 40 at the female real part 19 on the side. The floor heating panel P is lined up, and the hired fruit 17 is fitted between the female body 19 of the floor panel P1 and the female body 3a of the floor heating panel P. P and P1 are joined together. Next, after the floor heating panel P is nailed to the discard paste 44 of the floor base material 40 by the female fruit 3a on the other side, the next floor heating panel P is arranged, and the female fruit 3a of the floor heating panels P, P is arranged. , 3a is employed to fit the real 17 and join the floor heating panels P, P together. In this way, all the floor heating panels P, P,... Are fixed, and when the other floor normal panel P1 around the floor heating range is joined to the last floor heating panel P, the floor heating panel P is attached. After discarding and sticking to the sticking material 44 with the female fruit 3a, the male part 18 of the floor panel P1 is fitted and joined to the female fruit 3a of the floor heating panel P.
[0036]
Then, after all the panels P, P,..., P1, P1,... Are fixed to the floor base material 40 and the construction of the panels is finished, the hot water pipe 13 drawn under the floor as shown in FIG. The end portion is connected to the end portion of the similar hot water pipe 13 of the adjacent floor heating panel P via the connection tool 21, or in the floor heating panel P located at the periphery of the floor heating range, the hot water is It connects via the connection tool 21 similar to the connection part of the piping for boiler connection (all are not shown) connected with the boiler to supply.
[0037]
Finally, the end portion or the connecting portion of the hot water pipe 13 drawn out under the floor is covered with the heat insulating material 22 throughout.
[0038]
Therefore, in this embodiment, in the hot water type floor heating panel P, the position of the hot water pipe 13 is close to the floor upper surface, heat is easily transmitted to the floor upper surface, and the thermal efficiency is improved. And the height adjustment of the floor base material 40 is also unnecessary, there is no possibility of damaging the hot water pipe 13, and it can construct like a normal surface finishing material and can improve workability.
[0039]
Further, a sheet-like back material 15 is bonded to the entire lower surface of the lower layer 3 of the substrate 1, and the back material 15 can draw out the hot water pipe 13 in the concave groove 9 of the substrate 1 by cutting, so that the back surface 15 can be drawn as needed The material 15 may be cut out and the hot water pipe 13 may be pulled out from the cut portion. Therefore, when the floor heating panels P, P,... Are fixed to the floor base material 40 at the time of floor heating construction, the construction of the floor is completed after the floor construction is completed by performing the construction as described above. By performing the connection work, the work of fixing the floor heating panel P and the work of connecting the hot water pipe 13 can be performed separately, so that no setup is required between the floor construction contractor and the floor heating contractor. The schedule can be shortened.
[0040]
For the same reason, even when repairing damage or looseness that occurs only in the connecting portion of the hot water pipe 13 after construction, the back material 15 can be cut out as necessary, and the hot water pipe 13 can be pulled out from the cut portion. What is necessary is just to repair the connection part of the hot water pipe 13 without peeling off the floor heating panel P. FIG.
[0041]
Further, the concave groove 9 on the back surface of the substrate 1 of the floor heating panel P has four long-side grooves 10a to 10d formed substantially parallel to the long side of the panel and the long side substantially parallel to the short side of the panel. It consists of four short side direction grooves 11a to 11d formed so as to intersect with the direction grooves 10a to 10d. Therefore, the hot water pipe 13 is accommodated in a plurality of types of arrangement by selecting the long side direction grooves 10a to 10d and the short side direction grooves 11a to 11d in the concave groove 9, and the hot water pipe 13 is partially The arranged panel P can be made, and it is easy to partially pass the hot water pipe 13 only in a predetermined floor heating range.
[0042]
If a specific example is demonstrated, in said example, as shown in FIG.4, FIG.7 (a) and FIG.8 (a), the hot water pipe 13 is arrange | positioned in the whole groove 9 of the floor heating panel P. FIG. However, what is necessary is just to change the arrangement | positioning of the hot water pipe 13 as needed. For example, FIG. 7B shows a range of about 3/4 in the length direction of the floor heating panel P having a total length of 12 scales, and FIG. 8B shows about 1/2 of the floor heating panel P having a total length of 6 scales. The case where the hot water pipe 13 is arrange | positioned in the range is shown, respectively, and the warm water pipe 13 is located in the 1st long side direction groove | channel 10a in the vicinity of the 4th short side direction groove | channel 11d, and from this position. After extending the first long side direction groove 10a to the left short side end, the first long side direction groove 11a is moved to the left short side end of the fourth long side direction groove 10d. After extending the four long side grooves 10d to the vicinity of the intersection with the fourth short side groove 11d, the fourth long side grooves 10d are transferred to the third long side groove 10c via the fourth short side grooves 11d. After extending the third long side direction groove 10c to the left short side end portion, the second long side direction is passed through the second short side direction groove 11b. Moves to the short side edge of the left side of the groove 10b, after extending the second long side direction groove 10b to the vicinity of the fourth short side groove 11d, are housed so as to reach the other end.
[0043]
And if it does in this way, as shown in FIG. 9, if it constructs using only the floor heating panel P (refer FIG. 7 (a) or FIG. 8 (a)) in which the hot water pipe 13 is arrange | positioned entirely, for example, A part of the floor heating panel P may be protruded and passed through the hot water pipe 13 in the floor heating panel P in an extra portion other than the required floor heating range (the range indicated by hatching in FIG. 9). On the other hand, when the so-called half-heated floor heating panel P of the hot water pipe 13 shown in FIG. 7 (b) or FIG. 8 (b) is used, there is no part that deviates from the floor heating range, Adjustment can be performed easily.
[0044]
Moreover, since the end part or connection part of the hot water pipe 13 drawn under the floor is covered with the heat insulating material 22 when the floor heating panel P is constructed, the heat of the hot water pipe 13 drawn under the floor escapes under the floor or under the floor. It is possible to prevent the moisture from coming into contact with the hot water pipe 13 and causing condensation.
[0045]
In addition, as shown by the phantom line in FIG. 1, cloth, rubber, soft foaming material (such as urethane foam or the like) for holding the hot water pipe 13 at the back of the concave groove 9 on the opening side of the concave groove 9 in the substrate 1. You may fill with the heat-resistant cushioning material 24 which consists of foaming polyethylene etc.). Thus, even if the thickness of the panel P is as thick as 15 mm, for example, or the diameter of the hot water pipe 13 is 6.5 mm, which is smaller than the width of the concave groove 9, the hot water pipe 13 is held close to the floor surface. Thus, the thermal efficiency of the panel P can be increased. In addition, even if the hot water pipe 13 is thermally expanded and moved by the hot water flowing inside, the movement can be absorbed by the cushion material 24 to prevent the hot water pipe 13 from being stressed.
[0046]
Moreover, the width dimension of the opening side of the concave groove 9 can be made relatively smaller than the pipe housing portion on the back side. For example, the width of the opening side is made narrower by about 0.2 to 0.6 mm than the outer diameter of the hot water pipe 13. If it carries out like this, temporary fixation for preventing jumping out from the ditch | groove 9 by the rigidity of the hot water pipe 13, etc. can be performed without requiring another member, and the productivity of the floor heating panel P can be improved.
[0047]
Furthermore, a coating material in which metal powder (aluminum, silver, or the like) is mixed with urethane resin or the like may be applied to the periphery of the pipe housing portion at the back of the concave groove 9. In this way, even if the inside of the concave groove 9 is fluffed with a wood material, the fluff can be coated with a paint to prevent the hot water pipe 13 from being damaged, and the heat transfer of the metal powder in the paint can prevent the hot water pipe 13 from being damaged. The thermal conductivity to the surface can be increased.
[0048]
(Embodiment 2)
10 to 13 show a second embodiment of the present invention (note that the same parts as those in FIGS. 1 to 8 are denoted by the same reference numerals and detailed description thereof is omitted), and a plurality of substrates 1a, 1b, Are joined and integrated so as to increase the size of the floor heating panel P.
[0049]
That is, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10, the panel P has the same arrangement shape (fourth short side direction groove 11d as in FIG. 8 in the first embodiment) with the surface decorative material 7 bonded to the upper surface. The first and second substrates 1a and 1b, each having a groove 9 (which is formed at the center in the panel length direction), are abutted in advance at the respective short side ends, and .. Are joined and integrated by a plurality of wedge members 26, 26,... Driven into the back surfaces of the substrates 1 a and 1 b (note that each wedge member 26 is driven into a portion of the substrates 1 a and 1 b where there is no groove 9. ing).
[0050]
The concave grooves 9 of the two substrates 1a and 1b that are joined and integrated are continuous with each of the first to fourth long-side grooves 10a to 10d. One hot water pipe 13 is continuously accommodated in the concave groove 9 extending between 1b. That is, FIG. 13 illustrates the arrangement of the hot water pipes 13 of the floor heating panel P, and two types of arrangements are set. In one type, as shown by the first and third pipes from the upper side in FIG. 13, one end of the hot water pipe 13 is on the right side in the drawing of the first long-side groove 10a in the first substrate 1a. The first long-side groove 10a and the first long-side groove 10a of the second substrate 1b are located on the short-side end of the second substrate 1b from the short-side end on the right side. After extending to the side end portion, the first short side direction groove 11a is passed to the left side short side end portion of the fourth long side direction groove 10d, and the fourth long side direction groove 10d is moved to the original first side. After extending to the short side end portion on the right side of the substrate 1a, the third long side direction groove 11c is passed to the right short side end portion of the third long side direction groove 10c. After the side groove 10c extends to the left short side end of the second substrate 1b, the second groove 10b passes through the second short side groove 11b and the left side of the second long side groove 10b. Move to the side end, after extending the second long side direction groove 10b to the short side edge of the right side of the first substrate 1a, are housed so as to reach the other end.
[0051]
On the other hand, in the other arrangement, as shown in the second and fourth from the top in FIG. 13, one end of the hot water pipe 13 is the fourth in the first long-side groove 10ad of the first substrate 1a. After the first long side direction groove 10a and the first long side direction groove 10a of the second substrate 1b are extended from this position to the short side end of the left side, The first short side groove 11a is passed to the left short side end of the fourth long side direction groove 10d, and the fourth long side direction groove 10d is moved to the fourth short side of the first substrate 1a. After extending to the vicinity of the intersection with the direction groove 11d, it moves to the third long side direction groove 10c through the fourth short side direction groove 11d, and further, this third long side direction groove 10c is transferred to the second long side direction groove 10c. After extending to the left short side end of the substrate 1b, the left side of the second long side direction groove 10b is passed through the second short side direction groove 11b. Move to the side end, after extending the second long side direction groove 10b to the vicinity of the fourth short side grooves 11d of the first substrate 1a, are housed so as to reach the other end.
In addition, one back material 15 is bonded to both the two substrates 1a and 1b.
Therefore, also in this embodiment, the same operational effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained.
Further, the two substrates 1a and 1b are abutted at each end and joined and integrated, the hot water pipe 13 is accommodated in the concave grooves 9 and 9 extending between the substrates 1a and 1b, and both substrates Since the back material 15 is bonded between 1a and 1b, even if the floor heating range is wide and the number of panels is increased, and the number of connection points of the hot water pipes 13 is increased accordingly, the floor heating panel P The number of ends of the hot water pipe 13 can be halved to reduce the number of connection points, and the labor required for pipe connection can be reduced.
[0052]
That is, when using a single floor heating panel P that is not joined as in the first embodiment, there are seven connection portions at the end of the hot water pipe 13 between the adjacent floor heating panels P, P, As shown in FIG. 13, when the same arrangement structure is performed using the floor heating panel P of the second embodiment, the heating panel P and the boiler connection pipe have six connection portions. The connecting portion J1 connecting the end of the hot water pipe 13 between the floor heating panels P and P is reduced to four places, and the connecting portion J2 between the floor heating panel P and the boiler connecting pipe is also reduced to four places. . Therefore, the labor of pipe connection work can be reduced.
[0053]
In the second embodiment, the first and second substrates 1a and 1b are abutted at the respective short side ends and joined and integrated by the wedge members 26, 26,. As shown in FIG. 12, the two substrates 1a and 1b may be joined to each other by wedge members 26, 26,. Moreover, as a wedge material, you may use the thing of the shape which covers the edge parts of both board | substrates 1a and 1b.
[0054]
