Description

【0001】

And the outer side short side portion 24 of the side frame member 20 are fixed by a rivet 85, so that the side frame member 20 and the lower frame member 30 are provided despite having the fitting groove 50 on the door side opening surface. Can be firmly connected. Further, the lower frame member 30 made of stainless or steel, which is a different material, and the side frame member 20 made of aluminum can be firmly connected.
[0037]
In the above description, the lower frame member 30 is formed of stainless steel or a steel material. However, the lower frame member 30 may be formed of an extruded aluminum member.
[0038]
In the above embodiment, the connecting arm portions 63 a and 63 b of the corner joint 60 are slidably contacted with the flat portion 53 of the bent portion 52 of the fitting groove 50 in the hollow portion of the upper frame member 10 and the side frame member 20. The case where it is formed in a C-shape has been described, but as shown in FIGS. 11A and 11B, the cross-sectional shapes of the connecting arm portions 63a and 63b of the corner joint 60 are defined by the upper frame member 10 and the side frame. It is also possible to adopt a shape that matches the contour of the hollow portion of the material 20. Thus, by making the cross-sectional shape of the connecting arm portions 63a and 63b of the corner joint 60 match the contours of the hollow portions of the upper frame member 10 and the side frame member 20, the upper frame member 10 and the side are further reduced. The connection of the part frame member 20 can be strengthened.
[0039]
Moreover, in the said embodiment, since the thickness of the ceiling panel 3 is smaller than the height (long side) dimension of the upper frame material 10, as shown in FIG. Although the case where it was formed longer was demonstrated, as shown in FIG. 12, when the thickness of the ceiling panel 3 is the same as the height (long side) dimension of the upper frame member 10, the reinforcing piece 43 and the door stop piece 42 may have the same length. As shown in FIG. 13, when the thickness of the ceiling panel 3 is larger than the height (long side) dimension of the upper frame member 10, the ceiling panel 3 receives a load (impact) applied to the door stop piece 42. Therefore, the fixed piece 44 may be bent from the door stop piece 42 without providing the reinforcing piece 43.
