たくし上げカーテンの昇降コード巻取り装置において、巻取りドラムにフランジを設け、そのフランジに軸方向の挿通孔をあけ、その挿通孔に昇降コードの一端を通し、その昇降コードの一端に結び目を設けて昇降コードを巻取りドラムに連結する機構は、実公平5−9889により公知である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
たくし上げカーテンのスクリーンをクリーニングするとき、スクリーンはヘッドレールから外してクリーニングされ、再びヘッドレールに取り付けられる。このとき、公知の機構は、ヘッドレール内において、巻取りドラムのフランジの挿通孔に通した昇降コード端部の結び目を解くことは困難であるから、すなわち、昇降コードと巻取りドラムの連結を解除することが容易ではないから、昇降コードをヘッドレール側に残してスクリーンを外さなくてはならなかった。このため、スクリーンを外すときは、スクリーンに設けた多数のリング一つ一つから昇降コードを抜き、スクリーンを再び取り付けるときは昇降コードをそのリング一つ一つに通さなければならなかった。この昇降コードを多数のリング一つ一つに通すことは非常に手間のかかる厄介な作業であった。

前記目的を達成するため、本発明が採用する手段は、巻取りドラムの一側に一体回転するキャッチを設け、昇降コードの先端に取り付けたクリップを巻取りドラムに摺動自在に脱着自在に外嵌し、そのクリップをキャッチに脱着自在にかつ一体回転するように保持させたことにある。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の機構を図面に示す実施例に基づいて説明する。
図1及び図2に示すように、円柱体の巻取りドラム1の両端部にフランジ2、3を一体に又は脱着自在に固定する。その一側のフランジ2はキャッチ4と一体に成形する。キャッチ4は保持部としてスリット7を有する欠円環体であり、その内周面と巻取りドラム1の巻取り面15の間には環状スペース14が生じる。巻取りドラム1は回転軸9に一体回転するように外嵌されて、ドラムケース11に収容される。ドラムケース11はロック17を介してヘッドレール10に固定される。ドラムケース11にキャッチ4の回転外周面に沿う内周面12を設ける。その内周面12はドラムケース11の底穴13と交差する。クリップ5の昇降コード穴16に通した昇降コード20の先端に結び目21を作り、昇降コード20の先端にクリップ5を係止する。クリップ5は弾性に富む合成樹脂成形品であり、嵌合部としてのC字形のフック8とそのフックの中央から外方に突出する結合部としてのノブ6を有する。フック8は弾性的に開閉して巻取りドラム1に外嵌する。フック8を巻取りドラム1に外嵌したクリップ5は回動することも摺動することも可能である。巻取りドラム1とキャッチ4の間のスペース14はクリップ5のフック8が、キャッチ4のスリット7はクリップ5のノブ6がそれぞれきっちりはまり込むように形成してあるから、ノブ6とスリット7の角度方向を合致させてクリップ5を巻取りドラム1の一側へ寄せると、クリップ5はキャッチ4の中にすっぽりはまり、巻取りドラム1と一体に回転するようになる。
