【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、上記のように融雪・凍結防止および、防塵、土壌改良作用を示す潮解性錠剤の散布は、それを投入したホッパと、そのホッパの排出口の直下に配設された遠心式の散布用回転円板を荷台に搭載したトラックで所望の散布地域に移動して、その場所で、前記ホッパから前記回転円板上に潮解性錠剤を落下させ、落下してくる錠剤を回転円板の遠心力でもって周囲に飛散させて、散布するようにしている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、この発明は、上記潮解性錠剤の形状を扁平な盤状とし、その下面を概ね平坦に形成し、上面を中央部が高く、周辺部が低い中高の凸面に形成した中実の逆おわん型のものとしたのである。
