A−C、B−C、A+C、およびB+Cを有する信号成分によって構成される。

【0065】
m=1、n=1、C<D、M1=0.5、M2=0.5とした場合の上記の各信号を図4および5に示す。図4はブリッジの平衡状態が得られていない場合の各信号をグラフにしたものであり、図5はブリッジの平衡状態が得られた場合の各信号をグラフにしたものである。m=1、n=1、C<D、M1=0.5、M2=0.5の条件で平衡状態が得られたとき、出力pは振幅0の直流信号となっている。
【0066】
【0068】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an impedance measuring apparatus for antenna pin impedance, circuit constants, and the like, and more particularly, to an impedance measuring apparatus for measuring antenna impedance or circuit constants in a highly noisy environment with high accuracy.
[0002]

And, in order to measure with high accuracy against such interference waves, a method for detecting the AC signal from the output terminal is studied by inputting the measurement signal generated by the signal generation unit by amplitude modulation or carrier wave suppression modulation, In order to prevent damage to the impedance measuring apparatus due to arrival of radio waves having a strong electric field, methods using a voltage dividing circuit have been studied.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in an impedance measurement device configured to amplitude-modulate or suppress carrier-modulate a measurement signal generated by the signal generation unit of the conventional impedance measurement device, the antenna impedance can be set with high accuracy when the external interference wave includes a similar modulation component. There was a problem that it could not be measured.
In addition, in the impedance measuring apparatus configured to provide a voltage dividing circuit at the antenna connection part of the conventional impedance measuring apparatus, the voltage dividing circuit includes stray capacitance and other impedance components, so that the antenna impedance cannot be measured with high accuracy. there were.
[0007]
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and its object is to increase the antenna impedance or circuit constant at a desired frequency even in an environment where a radio wave having a strong electric field as a disturbing wave arrives at a measurement target. An object of the present invention is to provide an impedance measuring device capable of measuring with high accuracy.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In view of the above, claim 1The present invention relates to an AC bridge for measuring a circuit constant including an antenna impedance, and a signal generation for supplying an AC signal obtained by amplitude-modulating a carrier wave at a predetermined frequency to the AC bridge as a signal for measuring the circuit constant And a quadrature detection of the unbalanced signal detected by supplying the measurement signal to the AC bridge based on the carrier wave, and the amplitude modulation from each of the two signals obtained by the quadrature detection. RF quadrature detection means for extracting an I-axis signal and a Q-axis signal by extracting signal components included in the vicinity of the frequency, and each of the I-axis signal and the Q-axis signal based on a signal having the amplitude modulation frequency Quadrature detection to detect the DC component in each signal obtained by quadrature detection based on the signal having the frequency of the amplitude modulation, and the detected DC component It has a configuration in which a AF orthogonal detection means for squaring adding signals.
[0011]
With this configuration, the RF quadrature detection unit and the AF quadrature detection unit are provided to separate the carrier component and the modulation component and perform quadrature detection to generate a composite signal, so that the measurement signal and its modulation component are the interference wave and its modulation. An impedance measuring device capable of measuring the antenna impedance with high accuracy even when buried in a component can be realized.
[0012]
Claims2The invention according to claim1The impedance measuring apparatus further includes a means for attenuating an interference wave output from the AC bridge to the signal generating means.
[0013]
With this configuration, since the means for attenuating the interference wave output from the AC bridge to the signal generation means is provided, the signal component caused by the interference wave in the AC signal output from the bridge section toward the signal generation section is reduced. It is possible to realize an impedance measuring device that can reduce the antenna impedance and the like with high accuracy even in the middle of a disturbing wave of a strong electric field.
